I. Prophecy is about to be fulfilled, in your Daily News!

Sweden is the first E.U. nation to recognize Palestine as a nation. Isaiah 34:12 is being fulfilled!

NEWS BRIEF: "Sweden first EU country to recognise state of Palestine', Mail & Guardian, 3 October 2014

" The United Nations General Assembly approved the de facto recognition of the sovereign state of Palestine in 2012 but the European Union (EU) and most EU countries, have yet to give official recognition."

“ 'The conflict between Israel can only be solved with a two-state solution, negotiated in accordance with international law,” Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said during his inaugural address in parliament. 'A two-state solution requires mutual recognition and a will to peaceful co-existence. Sweden will therefore recognise the state of Palestine'.”

Bible prophecy says that the Palestinians (House of Edom and Esau) will never actually establish a nation; all they will do is proclaim one, and then, their leaders shall suffer destruction. Listen:

"They shall call its nobles to proclaim the kingdom, but nothing shall be there, and all its princes shall be no more." [Isaiah 34:12]

The millstone of world events is slowly grinding forward in this instance. Soon, other nations will join Sweden in recognizing the Palestinian State. At some point, Palestinian/Hamas leaders (nobles) will declare that the Palestinian State is now a reality.

That proclamation will set in motion God's prophecy in Isaiah 34:12, "... but nothing shall be there, and all its princes shall be no more."

II. A Christian priest in the Middle East laments the widespread murder of Christians at the hands of ISIS extremists.

Every five minutes, a Christian is killed!

"While Middle East Muslim leaders were gathered at UN Headquarters in New York late last month to lambast Israel, a local Christian cleric was addressing a different UN forum - the Human Rights Committee in Geneva - to set the record straight on freedom for minorities in the Jewish state."

" 'Every five minutes, a Christian is killed in the Middle East because of his faith', noted Father Gabriel Naddaf before a largely unsympathetic audience."

But Father Naddaf, who had been invited to speak by 'The Face of Israel' organization, was not deterred, declaring boldly that 'Israel is the only place in the Middle East where Christians are safe'.”

As the specter of genocide stretches across Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Africa, at the bloosy hands of Islamic radicals, you must realize that we are witnessing a modern day repeat of the massive slaughter of Christians over 1,000 years ago.

The results of this slaughter and of the mass exodus of Christians from these areas resulted in a nearly 100% population of Muslims. These ISIS fighters have every intention of repeating this kind of slaughter today!

Today, Christians in this part of the world are being persecuted and killed, just as Christians were tortured and murdered in Communist Romania. The book shown above, "Willing To Die" captures the essence of the dedication each Christian must achieve if they are to successfully withstand torture and murder at the hands of the enemies of our soul.

Do you have this level of commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ?

III. When the Supreme Court refused to address the Gay Marriage question, they paved the way for legalization throughout this formerly great nation.

Lower Courts can now rule positively on this issue, which they have done in 30 states.

"The U.S. Supreme Court added fuel Monday to the same-sex marriage drive sweeping the country like wildfire, clearing the way for judicial rulings to add 11 more states to the 19 which already allow the practice. By letting stand lower court decisions in five cases overturning state same-sex marriage bans, the justices unmistakably advanced what supporters call marriage equality."

Very soon, all states will legalize Same-Sex Marriage, thus propelling America into the same type of sin for which God destroyed Sodom. In fact, prophecy declares how America's physical judgment will occur.

"Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird ... For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities..."

"Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her." (Rev 18:2, 5, 8)

Spread the word to your unsaved loved ones, family memembers and co-workers, warning them all that God's final judgment is at hand.

IV. I watched the new "Left Behind" movie last night, and was thoroughly disgusted.

No Plan of Salvation was offered Chloe Steele by her "Preacher Man" and the name, Jesus Christ, was not ever mentioned.

NEWS BRIEF: "Left Behind Synopsis", Fandango

"Inspired by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins' bestselling novel of the same name, 'Left Behind' finds commercial airline pilot Ray Steele (Nicholas Cage) struggling to keep his passengers calm and his plane afloat after the Biblical Rapture strikes mid-flight. Meanwhile, GWN reporter Cameron "Buck" Williams (Chad Michael Murray) becomes Ray's reluctant co-pilot, and Ray's terrified daughter Chloe (Cassi Thompson) braves the chaos of the city streets in search of her brother and mother. "

No genuine Christian should even bother viewing this film. Why? Because it is not really Christian and most definitely not Biblical. Here are the problems I had with the film.

1) The name, Jesus Christ, is not mentioned, not once, not at all.

2) The Plan of Salvation was not given, even after Chloe Steele, the daughter of the pilot, Ray Steele, confronts the pastor of her mother's church as to why he was "left behind"! She asked him, "What am I to do now"?

At this point, the writers of this movie had a perfectly good opportunity to present the Gospel message; after all, a person will be raptured only if they have genuinely gone through the Plan of Salvation, which includes:

* An understanding of their own sinfulness;

* Their inability to save themselves;

* Their recognition that Jesus is the Savior whose blood sacrifice paid their sins;

* Expressing their grief over their sin and repenting of their sin

* Praying that Jesus will forgive them of their sin and rejoicing in being granted eternal life in Heaven

This Plan is not difficult, and is easily understood. Yet, Hollywood butchered this scene, and the entire movie, by not accurately describing the Biblical view of the Rapture of the Church. Early in the movie, the people who were later Raptured were presented as "nut cases" and "crazies".

Hollywood has now conditioned us to the Rapture of the Church and other aspects of Christian belief, in several nonbiblical venues:

* Left Behind movies 1 and 2

* Left Bhind books which presented the lie that a Christian can take the 'Mark of the Beast' and still go to Heaven.

* TV series, "Leftovers"

* TV movie, "Heaven Is For Real". This movie so upset us that we commissioned Dr. Gary Frazier to create a Biblical response, entitled, "Hell Is For Real". You see, 'Heaven Is For Real" does not present God's requirements for a person to gain Heaven, thus strongly implying that, in the end, everyone goes to Heaven.

"Heaven Is For Real" thus erases the very existence of Hell in the mind of the viewers. Dr. Frazier compassionately presents the Biblical teaching on Hell, without leaving out any "negative" details. He presents the Plan of Salvation at the end, thus making this DVD a genuine soul-winning documentary.

* "Noah' -- Truly horrific. Not Biblical in any way. 'Noah' even concludes that God wants him to kill his entire family!

* ‘God’s Not Dead’ - I have not seen this movie, but close friends who have say it is Biblical and heart-warming.

* The forthcoming ‘Exodus: Gods and Kings’

In the end, "Left Behind" is just another movie about plane crashes, worldwide upheaval and physical disaster, and the near-death of the key figures. In my opinion, the movie "2012" is a much better disaster flick.

Don't waste your money on this film. Don't give Hollywood any Christian money. Stop rewarding the Hollywood barons with profits from movies and TV shows that do NOT present the truth of our Christian Faith!
