The
Canadian Prime Minister has just committed treason against his fine country!
The sorrowful reality is that he will get away with it, at least in this lifetime, because he is acting in obedience to a Plan far above him, a Plan so insidious that its implementation will thrust Antichrist on to the world scene. What is this most powerful Plan?
"Beneath the broad tide of human history there flow the stealthy undercurrents of the secret societies, which frequently determine in the depths the changes that take place upon the surface." (Arthur Edward Waite, quoted in "The Unseen Hand", p. 76)
"Some of the biggest men in the U.S., in the field of commerce and manufacturing, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it." Prime Minister Harper must be well aquatinted with this kind of power "so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive", that it is also completely overwhelming. Otherwise, no one in his sane mind would sell out his country the way the the prime minister sold out Canada!
NEWS BRIEF: "New Treaty Allows China to Sue Canada to Force A Change In Its Laws ", by By Lauren Walker, Newsweek, 9/15/2014
"Despite public outcry, Stephen Harper, Canada’s prime minister, ratified a controversial treaty on Friday that will allow China to sue Canada in secret tribunals to repeal Canadian laws that interfere with Chinese investments."
What? PM Harper ratified -- that means put into place -- an international treaty that will allow China to strip away any Canadian laws that "interfere with Chinese investments"! That could be nearly anything, any law, taken away by Chinese authorities for any reason whatsoever.
And, to take this action through a "secret tribunal"! The average Canadian citizen will have no knowledge of the protective laws that have suddenly disappeared from the law books, and he will certainly not have had anything to say about the act of stripping away these laws!
Canada has ceased to be an independent nation! She is now under a dictatorship, and it sounds like the headquarters of this dictatorship is in far-away Beijing, China! It is China now that really controls Canadian law. Listen to some of the details of this treaty:
"The treaty goes into effect on October 1 and will last for 31 years, until 2045. It allows China to challenge Canadian laws it deems harmful to Chinese assets, and only requires the lawsuit be made public once an award is issued by a tribunal ... The treaty also overrides treaty obligations Canada has with its First Nations regarding resources and commercial management. Paired with the terms allowing Chinese entities to buy anything they wish without foreign investment review, China will have access to and potentially be able to gain control of Canadian resources—including resources on First Nations’ lands, which Canada does not own."
How binding is this treaty on future Canadian Prime Ministers?
"The deal is almost impossible to undo. Even if Canadian courts decide the treaty is unconstitutional, China would have to agree to abandon the treaty, and analysts say this is unlikely since it is so heavily in China’s favor ... the terms are not reciprocal. Van Harten said, 'It gives a general right to market access by Chinese investors to the Canadian economy, but not vice versa'.”
Americans might find themselves in a similar situation. Our Liberal Democrat President, Barack Obama, might be easily persuaded to take the same action, granting Chinese authorities the right to strip away any laws they deem offensive. Consider some of our American laws to which the Chinese leaders might take offense.
1) Anti-Abortion Laws
2) Right To Bear Arms
3) Right to Freedom of Worship
4) Right to Freedom of Assembly and of Expression
What drove Prime Minister to agree to such a horrible treaty? He was bending to the power of the Secret Societies driving the world into the global system called the New World Order - the "NOVUS ORDO SECLORUM" on the back of the American One Dollar Bill. However, we must get past the details of this treaty to the REAL danger here:
Prime Minister Harper has just surrendered Canada's national sovereignty to an international authority -- this treaty.
Every individual nation on earth will be forced to surrender her national authority to the Supernation now being erected over the top of existing nations, the Plan created by the Club of Rome (Read full details in NEWS2363).
This Plan is being worked out every single day of the year. Slowly, surely, individual nations are being manipulated so that they can be pulled into the Supernation in which geography has placed them.
For example, Russia is the leader of Supernation #5, and is pulling in most of the former nations in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (U.S.S.R.).
But, Western Ukraine remembers that Josef Stalin murdered 35 Ukrainian farmers in the decade of the 1930's, so they are fighting against the Russian supernation in its efforts to join the new Russian superstate.
Canada is obviously part of Supernation #1. The United States, Canada, and Mexico, will all be called upon to surrender their individual sovereignty to the regional government, Supernation #1. Now that Canadian Prime Minister Harper has broken down the National Sovereignty door, it will be far easier for him to surrender Canada's national sovereignty completely to the North American Union!
The Constitution of the United States gives to the President the capability to conduct "foreign affairs" and to initiate limited military action, without consulting Congress. Of course, the President is forced by the Constitution to go to the Congress for any declaration of war, and to obtain the financing necessary to conduct any military campaign that goes beyond the normal limitations of time or scope.
No where, anywhere, does the U.S. Constitution give to the President the option of going to a foreign government -- which is exactly what the United Nations represents -- for "permission" to conduct military action, or to allow the head of any foreign government to speak for the United States in the conduct of foreign policy! Nowhere!
Yet, if the world is to move forward into the Global Government of Antichrist, known as the New World Order, American Constitutional authority must be eroded to the point of disappearance! From the beginning of this Century, American globalist leaders, like Woodrow Wilson and FDR, to name just a couple, tried very hard to convince Americans to give up their cherished ideas of sovereignty, and transfer their loyalty to a global government.

We are going to take you on a very brief history tour, highlighting the 60-year campaign to persuade the majority of Americans to accept the leadership of the United Nations, instead of the leadership of our Constitutional Government. But, before we do that, we encourage you to consider the original part of the Plan, to discourage us about our form of Government, so we will accept the alternative being offered us, the New World Order. We quote from a portion from Protocol #14, of the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, one of the first comprehensive Plans of the New World Order.
"When we come into our kingdom [New World Order] ... the errors of the goyim governments will be depicted by us in the most vivid hues. We shall implant such an abhorrence of them that the peoples will prefer tranquility in a state of serfdom to those rights of vaunted freedom which have tortured humanity and exhausted the very sources of human existence ... Useless changes of forms of government to which we instigated the goyim when we were undermining their state structures, will have so wearied the peoples by that time that they will prefer to suffer anything under us rather than run the risk of enduring again all the agitations and miseries they have gone through." {"Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion", Protocol No. 14} You may read the full discussion of this concept of discouraging us about our government in NEWS1111, "IRS Abuse Of Power".
As you read this brief history of preparing us to accept the United Nations as our ultimate government, remember that this part of the Plan has been ongoing for the past 60+ years.
After World War I, President Wilson attempted to lead America into the League of Nations. When this effort failed, in large part because American citizens refused to give up their cherished patriotism, FDR lead an Alliance of nations in the fight against Nazi Germany. This alliance was lead by three nations -- America, Great Britain, and Russia -- with a goodly number of smaller nations participating. History records that this Alliance was called the "United Nations". Then, after the war, in 1945, President Truman led the world in establishing the REAL United Nations, and established its world headquarters in New York City on land donated by the Rockefellers, one of the recognized giant leaders in the drive to achieve the New World Order.
Within a few years of being established, the United Nations sallied forth to war, in Korea. Of course, this war was deliberately fought to not win, resulting in much anguish in the hearts of our patriotic citizens, who rightly felt that any military action was to be undertaken only to win. During this war, American military leadership, i.e., General McArthur, reported to the Under Secretary of the United Nations, before he reported to the President of the United States! As incredible as this might sound, it is even more incredible when you realize that the Under Secretary of the United Nations is always to be a Communist, as dictated by the U.N. Charter!
Then, without the "advise and consent" of the United Nations, America trooped off to the disastrous war in Vietnam, a war that literally tore our nation apart. American officials acted in such a horrible manner, that the average American citizen lost a great deal of faith in his wonderful system of government. This was a very necessary step in getting the American people to even consider abandoning our system of government. Of course, during the latter stages of this war, Americans watched in dismay as President Nixon staggered toward Impeachment, only to resign in disgrace to avoid being convicted by the U.S. Senate. Finally, Americans were REALLY enraged when President Ford pardoned Nixon!! Our faith in our system of government was probably at the lowest point in history.
But, the key understanding about the Vietnam War is that it was NOT conducted according to the "Wisdom" of the collective world community, i.e., the United Nations! The Vietnam War was fought because the "wicked" leadership of the United States acted on its own, conducting a war that was opposed by the majority of nations of the United Nations. The implication we were supposed to have received was that, had the "Wise Men" of the United Nations been conducting our foreign policy during this time, the Vietnam War would never have occurred!
Under President Jimmy Carter, the American people were told so often by his Administration how bad things were in this country and in this world, that Carter himself wondered aloud one day about the "malaise" that had swept the land. Of course, the Federal Reserve had manipulated the economy so badly that we had double digit inflation, unemployment, and gold selling at $800 per ounce! Americans were thoroughly discouraged.
Our final large scale war fought with American leadership was the Gulf War of 1990-1991. Yet, here we witnessed the spectacle of American President Bush not being able to take any decisive steps until he trooped down to the United Nations for "permission" and "authorization" to take military action. Prior to this U.N. vote, President Bush labored with great fanfare to diplomatically secure the "support" of the nations of the Western Alliance, plus many other nations throughout the world.
During this time, the climax of a 60-year effort to persuade Americans that we could act only within the confines of the U.N. was occurring. Using the simple, but powerful, techniques of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, President Bush convinced millions of Americans that it was a terrible thing to act on our own, but a wonderful thing to act through the United Nations! Of course, since the majority of our citizenry today have been "educated" in our Public School System since World War II, most of them simply do not understand the dire consequences that can flow from this Plan to surrender our national sovereignty to the United Nations. We feel there are some very, very terrible things that can, and probably will, happen once we give up our national sovereignty to the United Nations:
1) Not one of the officials of the United Nations is elected by anyone in the world!! Therefore, they are not accountable to any particular electorate for any action(s) they might undertake! We have not heard any plan underfoot to make U.N. officials accountable to any electorate through elections, nor are you likely to hear of any such plans. The United Nations was established as the pending government of The Christ, the Great One [Antichrist], and is planned to be dictatorial [See Alice Bailey, in her book, "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy" for full details]. Since New Age adherents automatically assume that The Great One will be totally benevolent, no one will rise up to demand safeguards against his dictatorial powers.
2) We Fundamental, Bible-believing citizens understand the principle that our Founding Fathers knew only too well from first-hand experience: Total power brings about total corruption, and total tyranny! Thus, our Founding Fathers exercised great care in creating a government with divided powers, governed rigidly by a document called the Constitution, to prevent anyone from accumulating total power.
We Fundamentalists understand this principle fully well, because we take our Bibles literally. And, the Bible states clearly that man is sinful by nature, wickedly sinful. Turn to Jeremiah 17:9, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Unfortunately, since the vast majority of American citizens today no longer consider the Bible to be the final word in all things dealing with human nature, we have lost this healthy fear of the natural man without God.
3) The New World Order Plan boldly calls for Antichrist to rule as absolute dictator. Bailey, in her book, "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", states that the United Nations will disarm all the nations of the world, including nuclear weapons. Then, when the United Nations has control of all the nuclear weapons of the world, they will either "use them" or "threaten to use them" against any nation or organization who refuses to obey The Christ! [P. 548]
4) The Bible states that the Antichrist will appear to be benevolent and wise for the first part of his reign, and then suddenly turn on mankind, slaughtering them by the tens of millions. He is prophesied to even destroy three of the ten Super Nations that have just been created [Daniel 7:20-24].
The New World Order Plan somberly envisions a reduction in the population of the world by a whopping two-thirds, which is the same percentage of global death foretold in the Book of Revelation. We know that much of the death in Revelation will be by War {Rev 6:3-4].
Since all this is true, we should be very, very concerned that our President, Clinton, is running around acting like he has no Sovereign Power, but can act only upon the orders of the United Nations' Secretary General! Remember that this entire New World Order process is occurring according to the most brilliant PLAN ever conceived, or carried out! The "stage" for this Plan, this Play, is the entire world. If you do not believe it, listen to two prominent New World Order leaders:
1) "The one thing humanity needs today is the realization that there IS a Plan which is definitely working out through all world happenings, and all that has occurred in man's historical past, and all that has happened lately, is assuredly in line with that Plan ... it presupposes Those Who are responsible for the originating of the Plan and for its successful carrying forward." [P. 670, the "Master D.K"., demonic spirit writing through Alice A. Bailey, "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy"].
Of course, this statement, that the events of man's historic past has been determined by a Plan, is fully consistent with God's assertion in Scripture that He is in control of all world events. However, Master D.K. is appropriating this truth for demonic ends, as he is talking to New Age adherents. The Bible also states that the End of the Age events will occur according to a Master Plan [Rev 17:17, Matthew 24, entire chapter].
2) "Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage directions. The stage itself, albeit as yet in darkness, is almost ready. Down in the pit, the subterranean orchestra is already tuning up. The last-minute, walk-on parts are even now being filled. Most of the main actors ... have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise. The time for action will have come." ["The Armageddon Script", by Peter Lemesurier, p. 252, written in 1981].
Our contention is the curtain did rise, in 1990, with the Gulf War. During this war, President Bush began using the term, "New World Order" without fully explaining its goals and intentions. During 1992-1996, the entire world was reorganized into the required 10 Super Nation states [required by the Bible, see NEWS2663, entitled, "There Is Only ONE Sequential Prophecy Which Shall Provide Us A Clear Gauge By Which We Can Know The Approximate Time That Antichrist Will Arise!".
During the past 25 years we have seen numerous Presidents initiate many changes in the social fabric of America, causing the change in thinking of millions of Americans, preparing us for the final movement into this coming Age of Antichrist! Soon, Supernation #1 of the Club of Rome Plan -- the North American Union -- will come into existence. Prime Minister Harper will have accomplished a huge benefit for the Illuminati as he has preconditioned his countrymen into the "advantages" Canada will realize once she surrenders her national sovereignty, this time to the North American Union.
Fulfillment of prophecy is occurring nearly every day now, proving that the return of Jesus Christ is very, very near.
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
