To an undiscerning American, the news was stupendous, outrageous and frankly frightening.
An employee of the National Security Administration (NSA) had gone public with the news, and with the proof, that NSA, and other government agencies, were recording every phone call, every fax, every email and every stroke on the computer, of every citizen of the United States. Americans are simply not used to such an total invasion of privacy by government spooks.
Outrageous, frightening, but true.
But, the discerning citizen was not caught off guard. Such surveillance activity began in 1998 under Democrat President Bill Clinton and his Attorney-General, Janet Reno. The only reason the government could not carry out surveillance to the degree Snowden is reporting is because the technology was not quite as good in 1998 as it is in 2013.
Then, after the attacks of 9/11/2001, Republican President George W. Bush -- of Skull & Bones fame -- expanded this outreach to include all forms of communication using all forms of sophisticated science. Cutting Edge warned that this determined government intrusion into the correspondence of a free people is an act which every Absolute Dictatorship in history had attempted to carry out. You see, Absolute Dictators are always afraid of being overthrown by political dissidents; therefore, every dictator in history attempts to know what every possible person is saying, planning and carrying out, against him.
Every dictator knows he needs a national security administration which can reach as far into the total communication system of his nation, in order to discover any and all possible enemies of the state before they can marshal a following which shall prove difficult to suppress. A dictator must identify his enemies and arrest them before they can form alliances with like-minded enemies of the state.
Since I knew that Illuminati plans were to establish the most repressive dictatorship in world history, it was not difficult for me to understand the real reason for the determined intrusion into our private communications. America's Homeland Security is much like Hitler's Gestapo. Indeed, Adolf Hitler and his officials used much the same reasoning for establishing a dictator's security apparatus as our last three presidents have used to support our Homeland Security. Listen:
"An evil exists that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation, We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland." (Defending the creation of the Gestapo in Nazi Germany)
Following the attacks of 9/11/2001, President George W., Bush repeatedly reincarnated Hitler's false threat. I can just hear Bush intone:
"An evil exists (Islamic Terrorism) that threatens every man, woman and child of this great nation, We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland."
Can you remember? Under the guise of protecting our freedoms, Republicans and Democrats alike trampled them into the dust, through Patriot Acts I and II, through dozens of lesser laws designed to implement these dictatorial laws. On paper, America was no longer free; however, borrowing a tactic from Hitler, Bush and his officials did not immediately implement most of the provisions of these draconian laws. Even today, we walk about freely because most of the powers granted our authorities are not yet implemented.
Let us return to see another often-repeated Hitler quote:
"The streets of our country are in turmoil. The universities are filled with students rebelling and rioting. Communists are seeking to destroy our country. Russia is threatening us with her might. And the republic is in danger. Yes! danger from within and without. we need law and order! Without law and order our nation cannot survive."
If you substitute Islamic radicalism for "Communists", you will remember how often we were told after 9/11 that our country was in great danger from these religious radicals of Islam.
Conditioning, Conditioning and More Conditioning
Therefore, Presidents Clinton, Bush and now Obama, have continued the total surveillance program, very quietly and most certainly under the radar. However, once the program is fully operational and is operating on all cylinders, so to speak, the time certainly must come when the citizens of this great Republic must not only know of its existence, but approve wholeheartedly.
How does one accomplish this task? How does one persuade a people who have never known the whip of the military slave master to accept a surveillance program that so clearly threatens his historic freedom?
First, you adopt Hitler's maxim that people will support war, or actions just short of war, if they feel threatened by an outside force.
Secondly, you manage this transition from secretive obscurity to open operation through the insidious method of mind control and mind manipulation known as "The Six Step Attitudinal Change Program". Once you understand this method of silently and subtly changing the minds of an entire population, you will understand why authorities simply had to reveal the existence and the extent of this surveillance program and why the source for this "leak" had to be an American patriot, that most hated of all types of citizens in the eyes of our growing dictatorial government.
Third, you must realize that a central authority -- probably the CIA or NSA -- is in control of this entire episode of Snowden and his surveillance release.
Let us examine the six steps by which a people can be persuaded to adopt a different attitude / value system than they previously held. And, once they have made this change, they will believe that they arrived at the new attitude / value on their own, without any outside influence!
Here is how this program works:
SIX STEP ATTITUDINAL CHANGE PLAN
Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.
Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.
Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT of the debate.
Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect. This step is by far the most important element in the six-step program.
Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.
Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.
This insidious method of changing the deeply-held attitudes of people is being successfully directed toward the American population as a whole. Millions of people are experiencing attitudinal changes on a wide variety of subjects today. This attitudinal change is essential to achieving the New World Order. This attitude change must occur in this subject of complete surveillance of American citizens. Officials of this coming dictatorship desperately want the average citizen to support this all-pervasive surveillance system.
Let us now demonstrate how this Six Step Change Plan is being used to change citizen's attitudes toward surveillance which has always been illegal prior to the attacks of 9/11/2001, and which has always been frowned upon by Americans who instinctively protected their personal privacy? Steps 1 and 2 were repeated twice in three years in this particular instance, "Total Surveillance" of the American citizen.
Step 1 -- Mass Media revealed, in 1998, that President Clinton and Attorney General Janet Reno planned surveillance of emails, phones and internet activity.
Step 2 -- People were outraged, particularly the Conservative who has been trained to distrust government.
Step 1 -- Passage of Patriot Act I in October, 2001, was heavily covered by Conservative media outlets, including Cutting Edge Ministries. We reported that the Bush Administration intended to expand the Clinton/Reno surveillance, using the higher form of technology since 1998. However, what made the Bush effort so much more insidious was that Bush interlinked efforts of various government agencies so they could share information, thus making the threat to the average American citizen much more threatening. Under the Skull & Bones President, the CIA, FBI, NSA and Homeland Security merged their efforts and their databases.
Step 2 -- People were outraged, particularly the Conservative citizen who began to realize the trap the Elite had laid for American patriots. Under the guise of protecting our freedoms from "terrorists", our government was erecting a key provision which every Absolute Dictator in history has created, the total surveillance of his people. Discerning citizens also realized that the real target of government's efforts to protect against terrorists was the naturally born American citizen.
Step 3 -- The VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT of the debate.
Enter Edward Snowden. His revelation about the depth and height and width of the surveillance program shocked most Americans, to differing degrees. Undiscerning citizens were the most impacted because they had been blissfully sailing through life, unaware of the degree to which their freedoms to communicate private had already been severely eroded. Discerning Americans were less shocked but even we did not realize the electronic capability of the NSA.
Suddenly, commentators split into two distinct groups. Some believed Snowden was the problem; he had committed a crime that many construed as treason. Others believed Snowden was a hero for revealing the outworking of government snooping which threatened our basic freedoms.
The outrage of Step 2 dramatically increased in many patriotic Americans, as many instinctively felt that American Government secrets were almost holy writ and must be protected at all costs. Every time Russian President Putin sticks Obama in his eye by saying "NYET" to American DEMANDS that he extricate Snowden, the sense of outrage simply explodes exponentially. Every time a Third World Country deliberately reaches out to welcome Snowden to their protection, public outrage increases still further.
Can you see that every story concerning Snowden and his attempt to evade capture just makes Americans more angry? Sheer repetition of this type of story which appeals instinctively to American feelings of patriotism just increases the sense of anger and outrage, no matter the facts of the case. Also, remember, most Americans are hearing these stories without the benefit of understanding that the greatest danger to our freedoms and liberties is our government itself. Most citizens have no idea that a group of influential leaders decided 200 years ago that America must be thrown into an Absolute Dictatorship.
And, since the days of the Great Depression under the leadership of President Franklin Roosevelt, Americans have increasingly accepted a normal the idea that the government is entirely benevolent and can be trusted from cradle to grave.
Step 4 - In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.
The more Snowden evades authorities, the greater the sheer repetition becomes. Story after story, interview upon interview, and tweets unnumbered compound the sheer repetition so essential to the successful outworking of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan. Silently, subtly, the attitudes of millions of Americans begins to change. Increasing numbers of Americans will come to believe that, since they believe the government is always benign and to be trusted, and since they know they are not doing anything illegal or subversive, they will conclude that there is nothing threatening for the government to capture all forms of communication every single hour of every single day.
Mark my word. Sometime in the next two years, polls will show that the vast majority of Americans do not oppose this total government surveillance. Once such an overwhelming majority of Americans understand everything they say or write will be seen by government authorities, such activity can become very public, thus allowing it to expand even further.
This is the REAL story here.
Beginning in 1998, expanded in 2001, the time has now come for the public to know of this surveillance and to approve of it. The Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan is the vehicle by which the Illuminati is going to take this surveillance program into the mainstream. Once they accomplish this change, the total dictatorship which the Elite has been planning for 200 years can finally be established.
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.

He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there.
