Susan Elaine was so busy serving "Jesus Christ", and was having so much fun, that she never thought she might have been deceived all along. She never believed it possible that her "Guiding Spirit", who identified himself as "Jesus Christ", was really a demon in disguise. Further, Susan never thought it possible that the spiritual "light" of the New Age was really the same old occultic spiritual darkness that has been afflicting the world for the last 5,000 years.
Today, Susan Elaine, author of the book, "The Diary of a Walk-in: Your Personal Wake-up Call", knows the Truth, the real Jesus Christ. Today, she is very much aware that she had been deceived for several years into thinking that she was serving Jesus Christ when she really had been serving Satan. Susan understands that the "Peace, Light, and Love" of the New Age is also a totally lie, and that it is based upon the foundation of Satanism, the old Black Magick variety.
Susan Elaine was a successful Realtor on the East Coast. She was the personification of the achieving woman business executive. She was smart, organized, and disciplined. But, one day, October 12, 1993, during a white water rafting expedition, Susan was suddenly taken over by an outside entity, and given an on-the-spot "higher consciousness" experience. Suddenly, Susan was seeing things in a new way, and she wondered if the other people in the raft were having the same experience she was having, or at the very least, if they were aware that she was having this experience. As it turned out, the answer was "NO" on both accounts.
Very soon, Susan became aware that a profound spiritual change had occurred within her. "There are two [people] voices inside me. One is the observer, the human side of me -- Sue. The other is the do-er, the one who does everything for me ... I can only sit and say, 'Wow' and 'thank you', and 'I will pay you back for everything if it is the last thing I do. I will do whatever you want, anything and everything." [Page 8]
"I just noticed (while looking in the mirror) that, although it is with my right eye that I focus on things, when I look at myself in the mirror, I always look at my left eye. My right eye looks at my left eye, in other words. In the mirror, my left eye looks like the confident and driven God voice. My left eye looks like the observer .. and the left eye looks like the do-er, which I guess is the one going on God's instructions." [Page 24] At this point, Susan is demon possessed, and she has no idea. She thinks her spiritual entity possessing her is God.
Susan was totally changed. She suddenly saw every detail in her world so much more clearly, with an intensity she had never thought possible. Suddenly, she seemed to feel clear direction that was totally new to her, a direction that soon turned into audible voices that soon turned into a "Guiding Spirit". This Guiding Spirit identified Himself later as "Jesus Christ", and he told her that she would systematically be given revelation that the rest of the world needed to know. How was she going to tell the rest of the world? Susan was told to purchase 5-Subject Notebooks so she could capture her life on a daily basis, i.e., a diary. For the next couple of years, Susan lived every day of her life under minute-by-minute instructions from her "Guiding Spirit". She was told to move to Montana, then to California, and then back to the East Coast. All the while, she was keeping a daily diary. Hence, the name of her book, "The Diary of a Walk-In: Your Personal Wake-up Call", was born. Susan was told that her book was of the utmost importance to humanity, as it would prepare many thousands of people spiritually, so they could "successfully" live through the coming world upheaval that we know as the New World Order, the coming Kingdom of the New Age Christ [Antichrist].
We will be studying this book, even though it contains much information that is available in other New Age sources. However, we shall study this book, its author, and the way in which the Lord brought Susan out of spiritual darkness and into His True Glorious Light!! For this is the real story here. The True Jesus Christ systematically began the long process of revealing the truth to Susan Elaine by bringing various people into her life.
The most influential of these people was her boyfriend -- now an ex-boyfriend -- who had been thoroughly involved with the deepest Black Magick witchcraft possible, that of Aleister Crowley. Crowley is regarded as one of the most influential Black Satanists who ever lived. He called himself "The Beast" and "666", and he never, ever made any pretenses about the Satanic nature of his beliefs, his teachings, or his practices. When Susan asked this boyfriend to read her manuscript, he laid on her the most shocking of all truths: the revelations that Susan's Guiding Spirit, "Jesus Christ", was teaching her were the very same things as Aleister Crowley taught!! In other words, the same demonic spirit so obvious in Crowley is the same demonic spirit behind the Susan's New Age path!!!!!!!!!!!
Susan Elaine rebelled against this information, claiming that it just cannot be true!! She was not into dark Satanism, she argued. She, her Guiding Spirit, and all others involved in the New Age Movement, were only interested in promoting Love, Peace, and Harmony. Additionally, Susan argued, she had received her minute instructions from Jesus Christ Himself! Satan could not pretend to be Jesus Christ, because Susan believed the True Jesus would prevent this kind of blasphemy. Of course, little did Susan know that Satan does this kind of deception regularly in order to deceive.
Susan's boyfriend, now a Christian himself, persisted. He systematically created a very large notebook, showing many instances where Crowley's Satanic teachings were identical to New Age teachings. This boyfriend searched the Internet, looking for more material to show Susan. He found The Cutting Edge Website, looking for articles on Walk-Ins. We had created one such article, in the Radio Transcripts, CE1050, "Walk-Ins Now Here To Move Us Into New World Order". He recommended to Susan that she read this article, which he downloaded for her.
Susan immediately threw the entire notebook into the trash.
But, the Holy Spirit was clearly working in Susan's life. The first thing He commanded to happen was that the demonic "Guiding Spirit" suddenly, and without warning, left Susan. She was no longer under his influence. Immediately, Susan's life turned absolutely empty, without meaning, and without the counterfeit feelings of euphoria which she had been experiencing from the moment when she was first possessed, on October 12, 1993. Suddenly, Susan was thrown into the deepest, darkest moment of her life. She contemplated suicide. But, just when things seemed the darkest, Susan suddenly felt the urge to retrieve her ex-boyfriend's notebook from her trash. As she reread his material, she felt the same indignation she had always felt when she was being told that Crowley's teachings were identical to the New Age. But, then, Susan read our article on Walk-Ins, a subject which tweaked her interest, since she knew she was a Walk-In. Then Susan read that part of our article which stated, unequivocally, that Satan can, and does, masquerade himself as "Jesus Christ", in order to more completely deceive.
Suddenly, Susan's spiritual eyes were opened and she saw the Truth. Today, Susan is cooperating with us fully to bring many aspects of this subject to the attention of all who read our pages. Further, her ex-boyfriend is fully cooperating with us to systematically expose the lie of the New Age, informing everyone with an ear to hear, that the New Age is simply sanitized Satanism!! We will be writing several such articles in the future.
But, Susan asked a very pertinent question: how could she have been so very deceived when she truly wanted, with all her heart, to simply serve the Lord Jesus Christ in a mighty capacity? We certainly see this attitude in her book. Susan wanted to do the right thing spiritually, with all her heart, mind, and soul. Yet, she was totally mislead, and would have gone straight to Hell had it not been for the Divine intervention of the True Jesus Christ. How could Susan have known she was on the wrong path, even though it FELT so very right? Could she have known? Yes, the Biblical signs were all there, and would have alerted Susan had she known what these signs were.
We commend the rest of this article to all other New Agers out there, who are as deluded as Susan was about the spiritual path she was truly traveling. We pray, as your read the material which follows, that the Holy Spirit will cause the spiritual blinders you are now wearing to fall off, that you may know the Truth, and be set spiritually free. Please read carefully; your precious eternal soul is at stake.
First, let us examine Susan's sincerity. All quotes will be taken from Susan's book, "The Diary of a Walk-In: Your Personal Wake-up Call", unless otherwise noted. We will just list the appropriate pages within Susan's book.
Susan's Personal Sincerity:
Very soon after being "contacted" by her Guiding Spirit, Susan wrote down eight (8) things to do which would further impel her down her new spiritual path:
"1) Go to confession
2) Try going to church everyday for a month
3) Receive Communion
4) Throw away all negative books -- never read another one again
5) Only and always read positive books (eg. Creative Visualization)
6) Learn to listen very closely and very hard to God and what He wants you to do
7) Exercise regularly to free thought processes
8) Trust fully, unconditionally and completely in God and what He wants you to do." (Page 2]
Since Susan was Roman Catholic, she was instructed to dig even more deeply into her traditional religion. Had she been Baptist, would her Guiding Spirit have instructed her to go to church more regularly, or maybe have joined a Bible Study class? One might make that argument. However, even though I am in danger of prematurely disclosing the core thesis of this article, I think the Truth is that Susan would not have been possessed had she been a devout, Born-Again Baptist. Conversely, one of the reasons she was possessed was because of her background in the very occultic Roman Catholic Church.
Certainly, going to church every time the doors were open is not wrong, in itself. Neither is Communion wrong, nor is listening very carefully to God and trusting completely in Him. These are all instructions we find very consistently in Scripture. Susan is thinking and feeling exactly as the Bible says she should be thinking and feeling.
However, she was off on the wrong path. Why? We need to continue down this path of investigation to discover all the reasons, but I would like you to notice one very important detail here. Nowhere do we discover that she was instructed to read the Bible every day; in fact, we do not see either the word "Bible" or the name, "Jesus Christ" mentioned here in these 8 instructions. Where, then, was Susan going to get the instructions on which she was going to act with all this fervor? Since she was not instructed to delve deeply in to the Bible, her only source of information as to what God wanted her to do was going to be her Guiding Spirit, now known to have been a demon!!
Notice Numbers 4 and 5. What did she mean when she vowed never to read a "negative" book again, and only read "positive" books from that point on? As we discover later, she called "negative" any book that contradicted the New Age teachings she was be taught. Certainly, this included any of those bigoted, narrow-minded, Fundamentalist Christians that are the bane of any New Ager. But, Susan later considered the warnings which her ex-boyfriend was trying to give her, warning her that the New Age is simply sanitized teachings of Aleister Crowley. Any and all information contradicting New Age teaching was "negative" to Susan and was to be avoided like the Bubonic Plague. Conversely, any book that supported and reinforced New Age teachings was considered "positive". Susan tipped her hand on this issue by mentioning "Creative Visualization". This teaching holds that any person can create reality by the power of their mind, once they are properly "enlightened". So, Susan resolved, in Numbers 4 and 5, to avoid any material which would challenge her new beliefs and embrace any material which supported her new beliefs.
A clerk at Roy Rogers told Susan, speaking quite out of the blue, "God told me to tell you to TRUST HIM". [Page5] This experience impacted Susan greatly, far more than it should have. Susan interpreted this incident to mean that God was speaking directly through this clerk to reinforce her decision to take this new path in life. In reality, this is one of the most common and most innocuous statements anyone can make to anyone else. Everybody who believes in God believes that He wants you to trust Him. The real truth is that Susan was further mislead by this statement, by the demonic influence within her.
Susan quoted some paraphrases of Scripture: [Examples of Susan's sincerity]
"Do not fret over tomorrow's troubles. Let tomorrow worry about itself. It is enough to worry about today's troubles." [Page 6]
"You cannot worship 2 Gods, money or God -- Give up what you have to do the work of God. Do you work for money or do you work for God? Teach: Love thy neighbor. Where many are gathered in My name, I am there ... Trust Him .. thy will be done. thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God."
More examples of Susan's sincerity:
"It is wonderful and exciting to be carried along on God's adventures. I know I will be studying the Bible and religious literature, and movies, and the song book, 'Amazing Grace' will be purchased." [Page 9]
"My training is now complete to begin my new life in doing God's work." [Page 9]
"But I do not do any of the things that get done in my life or successes I appear (and do) have. It is God doing everything." [Page 10] Doesn't this sound just like a desire we have?
"God is truly amazing. I owe Him everything and will do anything He asks." [Page 11]
"Rent more Catholic videos, study Jesus' worlds and teachings." [Page 13]. As it turns out, Susan did less actual reading of the Bible and more reading of books about the Bible, thus leaving herself wide open for the Satanic reinterpretation of the Bible, which is rampant in both Catholicism and the New Age Movement.
".. but I want to see Your beauty and be with you. Show me. Use me .. I will thoroughly abandon myself to the will of God ..." [Page 20]
"Food, like money, can also be another God. What is occupying your thoughts is your God." [Page 21]. This is absolutely true.
"Our bodies are temples of God, not to be abused, which I received that message loud and clear this weekend at church. Drinking, etc., is most definitely and finally a thing of the past. Now it's just exercise, fresh air, sunshine, healthy food, and rest, to make the temple of God's glorious and full of light."
"Let go -- give thine self unto Him and thine will -- Thy will be done -- Use me as Thy channel, USE ME!!!!!! [Emphasis in the original]
So, Susan Elaine was deceived and led down the Satanic spiritual path, even though she was very, very sincere in her desire to serve the True Jesus Christ. Had she known Scripture, she would not have been deceived. I have listed pertinent Scriptures, below, with comments, that would have protected Susan Elaine and would protect anyone, from being deceived.
1) Matthew 7:13-15, "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves." Here, Jesus is instructing that His True Path to Heaven is a very narrow gate, where its followers can only believe certain things and do certain things, once they have been saved. Conversely, Jesus' true believers cannot believe anything they want to, and cannot disobey Biblical commandments. However, those people who are on the False Path, to Hell, can believe anything they want to, and can do anything they want to do. Thus, you see the New Age lie that says there are no absolute right or wrong, that every person must discover their own path. This is the Broad Way, that leads to Hell, but everyone on it believes they are going to go to Heaven!!
Finally, notice that Jesus ends this teaching by saying that "false prophets" will be the ones who will the leading people down the Broad Way. The New Age movement has many false prophets, teaching a counterfeit Christianity, a Christianity laced with the poison of the occult.
2) Matthew 7:21-23, "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."
This is one of the most solemn verses in all the Bible, because it describes the anguished cries of those who are facing the White Throne Judgment, and heading for Hell, who thought they were saved and going to Heaven. Many of these people will be New Agers like Susan Elaine, who thought they were doing mighty works for Jesus Christ, but were actually doing the works of Satan. The key to knowing which path you are really on, is found in the last phrase, "depart from me, ye that work iniquity". The word, "iniquity" really means, "sin". Throughout this book, Susan Elaine commits much sin, mixing it in with the Bible verses, not ever stopping to think that what she is doing is unacceptable to Jesus Christ. If you were making an 8-egg omelet for your family, and allowed one rotten egg to go into the mixture, you would have an omelet that everyone would reject as being unpalatable. Thus, it is with Jesus Christ. Whenever you mix sin with Truth, or Error with Truth, you get an omelet mixture that will be unpalatable to Jesus Christ, certain to be rejected by Him. No one need go to the White Throne Judgment before they realize that the path on which they are treading is false.
3) 1 Corinthians 5:6, "Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?" [Also Galatians 5:9]. In the Scripture, the word "leaven" does not mean physical yeast in bread; rather, it means, "spiritual error". so, what the Apostle Paul is saying here is that it only takes a small amount of spiritual error to ruin the entire endeavor.
You need not mix in very much spiritual error before you cross the line from Jesus Christ to Satan!! The greatest threats posed by the cults and other false religions is that they deceive people by mixing in great amounts of Truth with false spiritual teaching. People are not properly sensitive to the absolute need to keep any amount of spiritual error out of a church or a movement.
People who are not saved tend to want to overlook error when it is pointed out to them, believing that the Truth contained within the teaching somehow overcomes the error. Yet, these same people would not dream of drinking a cup of coffee that has one single drop of deadly poison, even though the cup remains overwhelmingly coffee! The same principle holds true in spiritual matters. Whenever you spot spiritual error, walk away as rapidly as possible, never looking back. No amount of Truth will make up for the error being propagated.
4) Matthew 24:11, "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many." Had Susan Elaine been aware that the End of the Age was prophesied to be rich in spiritual deception, she would have been more alert. She would have spent more time in the Scripture, and would not have been so very deceived.
5) John 17:1-26, Jesus is praying His High Priestly prayer to God the Father just before He was to die on the cross. While Jesus prayed fervently that His disciples and other followers would remain faithful, be kept from the evil one, and remain united, He declared that the power by which this would be done was "Truth". Just before Jesus declared that He would send His disciples into the world, He declared, in verse 17, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." Pure, unadulterated spiritual
In the next article, we shall study the error that Susan allowed to be mixed in with her fervent desire to serve Jesus Christ, thus causing her to serve Satan instead. Once you can see, in detail, the way in which Susan was deceived, you will understand how her type of deception clearly shows that the world is in the End of the Age!
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
