THE CUTTING EDGE
In the planned war to produce Antichrist, the Middle East is considered one war, with the entire region planned to go up in the fiery conflagration of battle. Iraq was planned to be the trigger of this conflagration, a war that would drive Muslims to such a height of war fervor that Arab governments throughout the entire region would go to war with the infidels: America, Great Britain, Israel, and India.
These past few days have seen a dramatic surge in this type of uncontrollable Muslim fury. Let us consider the situation by country:
SYRIA
NEWS BRIEF: "Syria says it supports 'Iraqi people' against invaders", ABC News Online, April 1, 2003.
"Syria says it has chosen to support the Iraqi people against the 'illegal' US-British invasion of Iraq ... 'Syria has chosen to align itself with the brotherly Iraqi people who are facing an illegal and unjustified invasion and against whom are being committed all sorts of crimes against humanity,' a foreign ministry spokesman said."
It is shocking to hear a country like Syria coming so strongly to the defense of Iraq, a country being vigorously attacked by superpower America and her strong ally, Great Britain. Syria's armed forces are no match whatsoever for American and British forces, at least on paper; however, our disappointing military campaign in Iraq thus far has surely given regimes like Syria and North Korea great pleasure and hope that we are not as undefeatable as everyone in the world thought we were.
A corollary belief may be that, since the U.S. has shown its military "feet of clay", perhaps Israel is not invincible, either. This belief just might trigger a combined Syrian/Egyptian/Palestinian attack on Israel. Remember, if this is the war designed to produce Antichrist, Israel must be drawn into the war!
If Israel is not drawn into this war, then this is not the war to produce Antichrist. If Israel is not drawn into this war, we will judge the Iraq war as just a "wars and rumors of war" type of conflict.
From the beginning of the planning for this Iraq attack, President Bush and his Secretary of State, Colin Powell, have emphasized that all means were to be taken to prevent the outbreak of hostilities anywhere else in the world; the belief was that nothing could be allowed to intrude upon our war with Iraq, thus making Secretary Powell the "fireman" who would put use diplomatic means to put out all such fires until the war against Iraq was successfully concluded. Therefore, we would expect Powell to try to soften the Syrian issue, so he could work through diplomatic back channels to defuse the situation, lest Syria join the conflict.
Thus, we were very surprised to hear the harsh rhetoric from Secretary Powell. Listen:
"Syria now faces a critical choice. Syria can continue direct support for terrorist groups and the dying regime of Saddam Hussein, or it can embark on a different and more hopeful course,' he said. 'Either way, Syria bears the responsibility for its choices, and for the consequences'."
Wow! Rather than using soft diplomatic language to diffuse the situation, Powell seems to be throwing down a gauntlet to Syria, giving her an ultimatum: You either step aside and cease all your activity on behalf of Iraq, or you will feel our military sting ("consequences")! These are harsh words coming from the very office supposedly dedicated to diplomatically solving problems short of war; rather, this seems to be war rhetoric, almost inviting Syria to "get it on"!
Syria was not the only nation to feel the rhetorical wrath of Secretary of State Powell. Iran is also in Powell's gunsights. Listen:
"Mr. Powell, who also warned Iran, said that as part of its 'overall strategy in combating terrorism,' Washington was 'demanding more responsible behavior' from 'states that do not follow acceptable patterns of behaviour'. Washington considers both Syria and Iran state sponsors of terrorism." [Ibid.]
These are fighting words! When Powell used the word, "demanding" and "more responsible behavior" and "acceptable patterns of behavior", he was clearly setting the United States up as the sole Prosecutor, Judge, and Jury, deciding who was guilty, who needed to be punished, and what that punishment might be.
Since the United States and Great Britain. launched this war against Iraq without seeking U.N. approval, much of the rest of the world views our war as "illegal" and a war of "aggression". These are the words destined to provoke a fight! These are the words of a superior superpower to a nation relegated to third world status. These are the words that just might stir war.
Syria struck back rhetorically, using the forum of the United Nations as its weapon.
" 'Mr Powell, like the whole world, knows that Syria has chosen to be with international legitimacy represented by the United Nations and the Security Council, whose role its to preserve world peace and security'. Syria, one of the rotating non-permanent members of the Security Council, 'has chosen to be with the international consensus which has said no to aggression against Iraq, the bombardments of cities, the massacre of innocent civilians, the destruction of houses, power plants and water stations,' the statement said."
Israel Very Concerned With Syria's New Belligerence
NEWS BRIEF: "Mofaz: U.S., Israel view Assad's acts, words as 'very grave' ", Ha'aretz News, April 1, 2003.
"Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said Tuesday that the U.S. and Israel view as 'very grave' the wartime aid that Syrian President Bashar Assad has given the Saddam Hussein regime, as well as recent Assad comments that Mofaz said suggested that no peace with Israel was possible ..."
Mofaz warned: "Bashar Assad has recently engaged in and expressed himself in two spheres that in the view of the Americans and in our view are very grave ... The first is the 'very fact of their granting physical aid to the Iraqis. The second is his remark about Israel, in which he says in essence that no peace agreement can be reached with Israel'."
Then, this Ha'aretz article took note of Syria's increasingly harsh rhetoric:
"Ratcheting up the war of words with Washington, Syria Tuesday called the U.S.-British invasion of Iraq a 'fiasco' and suggested American officials be tried for crimes against humanity. The English-language Syria Times newspaper - one of several state-run newspapers - said in an editorial that the invasion had proven to be a 'major embarrassment' for the U.S. military and has led to anti-U.S. sentiments reaching 'unprecedented levels. The only way out is to stop the war immediately and hold those responsible for it 'accountable' for their crimes against humanity,' the newspaper said." [Ibid.]
Syria took direct aim at the harsh words from Secretary of State Colin Powell:
"Commenting on Powell's warning, the Syria Times said Powell had a choice of his own to make: 'He can continue direct support for the military in the invasion of Iraq, or he can embark on a different and more hopeful course and quit. U.S. officials must accept full responsibility for the aggression fiasco,' it said. 'The war is unjustifiable and illegal'."
Notice how Syria constantly refers to the charge that this war is "illegal". How is it illegal? We did not go back to the U.N. Security Council for a final vote authorizing war; therefore, in the minds of many nations, our attack against Iraq is illegal. As we have stated before, if our disregard of the United Nations succeeds, the 100-year effort to achieve a global government will have taken a huge hit; in fact, since the first two world wars were fought to establish the United Nations, the Illuminati effort through World Wars I and II will have been in vain. The drive to establish Antichrist will be badly hurt, if not fatally.
Let us repeat: If Bush/Blair are successful in this invasion and overthrow of Saddam Hussein outside the wishes of the UN, the steady progress toward the globalization of government -- essential to the appearance of Antichrist -- will be badly damaged.
The Vatican recently took note of this "horror" to the Illuminati. Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "War doesnt fit the Vaticans global vision", National Catholic Reporter, Vol. 2, Nr 29, March 14, 2003.
"In an interview with the Misna news agency, Archbishop Renato Martino, president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, warned that a strike in Iraq without explicit U.N. authorization could be a near-fatal blow to the bodys prestige. 'If, notwithstanding the lack of sufficient votes or the veto, war were to come all the same, the U.N. would suffer such a humiliating defeat that I dont know if it would be able to recover,' Martino said. 'In fact, it would end the scope for which the United Nations was created: the maintenance of peace and development'.
If Bush is victorious in Iraq and does not trigger the much wider war, the progress toward the world government of the Illuminati might be ended.
Such an outcome is unthinkable for a Skull & Bones President, so we must look beneath the surface to discover that the plan probably is for our effort here in Iraq to fall short of achieving the ultimate goal of providing a more stable world, one without international terrorism. What did Mr. Fisk warn?
"There is a firestorm coming, and President Bush is causing it."
In several previous articles, we have reported that it seemed likely we would
be attacking Iraq without specific U.N. approval, thus setting up the ultimate
conflict between the U.N./U.K. axis and the Russia/China/European Union axis.
The Daily News seems to be inching in this direction.
In mid-January, we posted NEWS1761, in which we postulated that we were assembling a force and deploying it in such a way as to be in position to take on multiple nations after we finish off Iraq. This scenario seems to be working itself out in our Daily News. We listed Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan as nations in the Middle East who are on our "terror hit list" after Iraq. If these nations wait until we finish with Iraq, they will face us singly, with no hope of staving us off; the best way to try to defeat us is to open other fronts at the time we are trying to finish off Iraq. This escalation of rhetoric seems to be consistent with that scenario.
Now, let us consider Iran.
IRAN
As you can see from the above quote, Syria was not the only nation against whom Powell was speaking. Iran was in his gunsights as well.
"Washington considers both Syria and Iran state sponsors of terrorism." [Ibid.] Once again, we can see that the U.S. does, indeed, have other nations in our crosshairs and we are informing them of it. But, they knew already. Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "US 'regime change' will not stop in Baghdad: Iranian Foreign Minister", Iran Mania Current Affairs, January 5, 2003 http://www.iranmania.com/News/ArticleView/Default.asp?NewsCode=13713&NewsKind=CurrentAffairs
"TEHRAN, Jan 5 (AFP) - The United States' aim of carrying out 'regime change' will not stop in Baghdad, Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi said, accusing Washington of seeking to assure Israel's regional dominance ... 'United States policy is not limited to Iraq, as the Americans want to change a number of regimes in the region so that Israel will be dominant,' the foreign minister said, without saying which governments were next on Washington's list ... The US is trying to strike blows against us "
Did you get that pertinent phrase? "Americans want to change a number of regimes in the region".
Iran is also not sitting idly by, waiting for us to finish Iraq and then methodically come after her.
NEWS BRIEF: "Iran-Syrian foreign ministers discuss attack on Iraq", INRA Iranian News, March 31, 2003.
"Damascus, March 31, IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal
Kharrazi and his Syrian counterpart Farouq al-Shara, in a telephone
conversation Monday, discussed the latest developments on the attack on Iraq.
Syrian state news agency (SANA) reported that the two sides called for a cease-fire
in the war and highlighted the 'unfortunate death of numerous innocent people
since the beginning of the hostilities'."
The rest of this communiqué stressed the need to return to the U.N. and called for a "regional cooperation", which may be code for a cooperative war in which to take pressure off Iraq. Certainly, forcing America to consider and counter other fronts of military action is an excellent way in which to strike back for our attack on Baghdad.
Iran has been working on this aspect for weeks now. Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "Iran Preparing To 'Light Many Fires' To Defeat The Americans", The Jerusalem Post, March 21, 2003.
"Khamenei"s chief foreign policy adviser, former foreign minister Ali-Akbar Velayati ... (warned), 'The American Great Satan will never accept an Islamic system. It is coming to Iraq to complete its encirclement of our Islamic Republic before it moves against us. To help the Americans conquer Iraq easily would be suicidal for our revolution.' Velayati claims that the US has two aims in the Middle East: preventing the destruction of the 'Zionist entity' and control of Arab oil."
Khamenei then drops his bombshell:
"... the confrontationists believe that US involvement in Iraq could become 'the beginning of its end. Iraq is a swamp,' Khamenei said in his address to the guards. 'The Great Satan will get caught in that swamp; and that will speed up its inevitable collapse.' In a recent article Velayati spelled out a strategy aimed at 'confronting the Great Satan in a number of fronts'."
Did you catch that last phrase? "Confronting the Great Satan in a number of fronts".
Khamenei foresees opening a number of fronts.
1. Iraq -- Iran has moved forces into position in and near Iraq and has encouraged guerilla warfare
2. Afghanistan -- Perhaps this Iranian strategy is behind the sudden surge in fighting in Afghanistan! The U.S. has had to move additional forces and resources into this country to fight a war many Americans thought had already been won. Every soldier we have to commit to this campaign is one less soldier to be committed to Iraq.
3. Israel is envisioned as the "major front". In this regard, the Jerusalem Post reported: "Iran is speeding up military supplies to the Lebanese branch of Hizbullah. According to Teheran sources the Lebanese Hizbullah is already in possession of over 10,000 rockets of various descriptions. These include Fajr III and Fajr IV, upgrades of the Soviet-designed Katyusha, with improved ranges of between 50 and 70 km. Although fairly unsophisticated weapons, the rockets lack a proper guiding system they could, nevertheless, wreak havoc if used in large numbers in a compact and densely populated area."
"To prepare for the reactivation of the anti-Zionist front Teheran played host last month to a large delegation of Palestinians from Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Rafsanjani told his guests of 'new opportunities for the destruction of the Zionist entity'. He claimed that a combination of 'massive and repeated martyrdom operations' could create 'a new situation' if combined with the opening of a 'second front' in Lebanon."
Combining "suicide attacks" with a "second front" in Lebanon is certainly a recipe for all-out war.
If this Iranian strategy is carried out, all-out war with Israel is highly
likely. In view of Syria's sudden belligerence, it seems likely that Iran, Syria,
Hizbullah, and the Palestinian Authority could combine forces to try to draw
Israel into the melee. Egypt would likely be forced to attack Israel, if her
Arab brethren were fighting and dying on the northern border of Israel.
It is likely this is the strategy throughout the entire Middle East. With this in mind, let us view an emergency trip of an Iranian official to Pakistan.
PAKISTAN
NEWS BRIEF: "Special envoy of Iranian President is arriving New Delhi soon", IRNA, March 20, 2003.
"Velayati arrived in Islamabad, the capital
city of Pakistan, on Wednesday morning as special envoy of President Khatami
and handed
over the message of Islamic Republic of Iran's President to Gen. Pervez Musharraf."
We are not told specifically of the contents of this letter, but given Iran's commitment to "light many fires" to combat the US effort in the Middle East, we can hazard a guess that this letter contained specifics as to how and where Pakistan might strike so that other fires are lighted in the region. The most effective way in which Pakistan could aid the cause in the Middle East is to provoke a conflict with India; the easiest way in which to provoke India is to sponsor terror attacks against her interests in the Kashmir area [Read NEWS1602, The Real Reason Pakistan-India Conflict Is Important: China Is Protecting Her New Highway Through Kashmir Prophetic Implications"].
Just days after this meeting with Pakistan's President Musharraf, Islamic terrorists struck again in India, killing 24 Hindu people. India was predictably outraged. Whether the India - Pakistan dispute actually blows up into all-out war remains to be seen; however, Pakistan could not aid the war in Iraq and the Iranian "lighting many fires" scenario any better than by dragging Hindu India into war.
The broad context of this entire Middle Eastern conflict may be best understood by realizing that, in the eyes of Muslim leaders, this struggle is between Islam and the "infidel" nations of the West; India certainly falls into the infidel category. Increasingly angry Muslim citizens throughout the Middle East are already becoming infuriated by the spectacle of Iraqi citizens falling prey to the infidel armies of America and Great Britain. Every civilian casualty provides more fuel for this fire.
EGYPT
While Egypt has striven to remain neutral in this war, her people may have other ideas. Remember that Egypt has maintained a steady war status pointing forward to Israel for the past five years. She could launch a war against Israel with minimum preparation. Let us review a pertinent news story.
NEWS BRIEF: "Mubarak will not shut Suez", news.com.au, March 31, 2003.
"AMID calls to close the Suez Canal to US-British warships, Egypt's president said international commitments obliged his country to keep the strategic waterway open to all ... Mubarak said international law gave Egypt the right to close the canal when it is in a state of war, and only ships from belligerent nations can be denied access to the 162-km waterway, which opened in 1869. Mubarak's speech, broadcast live on Egyptian TV and monitored by AP, follows recent anti-war protests staged throughout the country, which have called on him to close the canal to coalition warships sailing toward the Gulf for use in the invasion of Iraq."
Egyptian Muslim citizens are getting anxious, and angry, against the United States and Great Britain. because of our attack in Iraq. The time may be coming quickly when Mubarak will feel the political and religious heat from his people to such a degree he will close the Suez and even go to war with Israel. Interestingly, Egypt is not mentioned in the lineup of nations marching against Israel in Ezekiel 38 -39, even though the Libyan and Ethiopian troops must march directly through her territory in order to cross the Suez Canal on their march to Israel.
This interesting anomaly has prompted some
Bible scholars to believe that the government of Egypt may be destroyed before
the Russian-led invasion occurs. Are we building up to this point in history?
We shall just allow events to prophetically unfold.
NORTH KOREA
While North Korea is not located in the Middle East, she has established very close and very strong relationships with Arab nations that are in the Middle East. Certainly, if Iran is to be successful in "lighting many fires" to counter the American attack in the Middle East, opening a powerful new front on the Korean Peninsula would be a very desirous thing to do!
In fact, the New World Order plan to produce Antichrist foresees a very strong confrontation on the Korean Peninsula "at the end of the period".
"A hair-raising confrontation in Korea may, towards the end of the period, threaten man's very survival." [Peter Lemesurier, "The Armageddon Script", p. 223]
War rhetoric from North Korea hit new highs this past week. Rhetoric has been one of the signs by which intelligence officials have always used to gauge whether a conflict is about to occur; further, if the volume of war rhetoric is steadily increasing, real war may be increasingly close! Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "US slaps sanctions on Pakistan, N Korea over alleged nuke links", ABCNewsonline, April 1, 2003.
"The United States has slapped sanctions on a Pakistani firm and North Korea over an alleged barter deal in which it is claimed Pyongyang swapped missile components for expertise in developing a nuclear program, officials said."
In NEWS1781, we reported that North Korea has as many as 100 atomic warheads, most probably obtained from Pakistan through a barter deal, in which North Korea supplied Pakistan with advanced theater Scud missiles, receiving Pakistani warheads in return. This whole propaganda effort to persuade us that North Korea "is almost ready" to possess nuclear arms is totally misleading, for she has had them for several years now. This media campaign is being waged simply to persuade a gullible public that, if we do not act quickly, North Korea may be about to obtain atomic warheads.
Let us now continue examining this news article:
"Pakistan has vehemently denied the allegations ... Pakistan has expressed disappointment over the sanctions to the US government ... Adul Qadeer Khan, removed from Pakistan's nuclear program in March 2001, was described by US newspaper The Los Angeles Times in January as the man sitting at the 'fulcrum' of the three US-dubbed "axis of evil" countries - Iraq, Iran and North Korea. He has been linked to suspected nuclear weapons programs in Iran, and was named in intelligence documents discovered in Iraq in 1995 alleging that Khan had offered nuclear technology to Baghdad through a middleman, The Los Angeles Times reported.
He is also alleged to have traveled to Pyongyang 13 times."
Pastor David Meyer -- former Illuminist witch-- of Last Trumpet Ministries, reported in his March, 2003, newsletter, how occult numbers have been appearing in so many news stories, like this one in which Adul Qadeer Khan is reported to have visited North Korea's capitol 13 times. Listen to Pastor Meyer:
"We should continually take note of how many times the numbers 33, 13, 18, 39, and especially 11, keep popping up regarding notable events in these last days. This is a sure sign that God is judging the works of sinful people after the pattern of their own devices."
We agree with Pastor Meyer on this account, noting that God continually warns a people upon whom He is about to bring physical judgment by making events conform to numbers such as these. God is warning that our multiple sins -- chief of which is Witchcraft -- are going to bring devastating judgment upon our national heads if we do not repeat and seek forgiveness through Jesus Christ.
North Korea has warned in the past that, if we slap sanctions upon her, she will retaliate through war.
America and Great Britain. are taking note of the increasingly harsh conflict rhetoric coming from North Korea and are making plans even amidst our war with Iraq.
NEWS BRIEF: "Britain and US in crisis talks over North Korea's nuclear weapons," By Andrew Grice, Political Editor, independent.co.uk, April 2, 2003.
"Britain and the United States will discuss how to tackle the crisis over North Korea's nuclear weapons programme today amid signs that Pyongyang intends to exploit the war in Iraq ... Although Donald Rumsfeld, the US Defence Secretary, has said America could fight wars in Iraq and North Korea at the same time, Britain will not back military action and is determined to defuse the crisis diplomatically. North Korea raised the stakes at the weekend by warning that it would 'not make any slightest concession and compromise', claiming that Iraq invited its 'miserable fate' by opening its weapons facilities to UN inspectors."
North Korea has ratcheted war rhetoric upward these past 3-4 weeks, a sure sign that war may be inevitable. We must watch carefully to see if the "hair-raising nuclear confrontation that will threaten mankind's very survival" actually materializes.
MUSLIM RAGE INTENSIFYING
We should not leave this discussion of a wider conflict suddenly exploding without mentioning the increasing anger of Muslim citizens worldwide. As we have stated earlier, Muslim clergy and citizens are whipping themselves into religious fervor over the scene of an infidel army attacking a Muslim nation. No Muslim capitol has fallen to infidel armies for many centuries, so we should not expect Muslims to stand aside calmly to accept our conquering of Baghdad.
Let us review this steadily mounting religious anger.
NEWS BRIEF: "Iraq defiance stirs Arab pride", By Tracy Wilkinson, Los Angeles Times, March 31, 2003.
"DOHA, Qatar -- Around the Arab world, the U.S.-led war on Iraq is seen as a colonial invasion. A war that to American minds is a moral fight to oust a dangerous tyrant is fueling a new wave of pride and contagious patriotism for many Arabs. Iraqis living outside the country are attempting to return to help resist. News of each American setback is greeted with cheers in cafes and smoking parlors. Callers to phone-in television programs extol "Bush's Vietnam." Among the Western-educated elite, cellphone text messages express outrage and solidarity.
"Arabs see these facts: Despite apparent Bush administration assurances that the war would be swift, and Iraqis would welcome the invaders with roses, fighting has entered a second week. Baghdad has not fallen, Saddam Hussein is possibly still alive, and resistance has been fierce. In fact, Iraq's tiny, disheveled port town of Umm Qasr, close to U.S.-friendly Kuwait, was holding out days after the Pentagon declared it liberated.
"Suddenly little David is challenging big Goliath," said Abdel Bari Atwan, a preeminent commentator on Arab affairs. "OK, David is a ruthless, brutal dictator, but he's surviving and giving it a go. 'For the first time I'm hearing one huge humdalalah (praise God)!' For Arabs, an important psychological barrier has been breached. The notion of American invincibility has been shattered ... Arabs instead view events with a kind of osmotic excitement ... The backlash over the U.S. invasion of Iraq, he said, will do more to foment Islamic fundamentalism and anti-American violence than anything Osama bin Laden could do, he said.
"American policy is seen in this part of the world as arrogant, hypocritical and overly influenced by Israel to the detriment of the Palestinians ... Overwhelming majorities in the six countries believed the U.S. war on Iraq would achieve the opposite of the Bush administration's goals ... Bush's scheme, in other words, will have backfired."
Every day that goes by, where U.S. and/or U.K. forces are seen as ruthless infidel invaders beating up on a small, but defiant, Arab country, more people will become more radicalized. When will the explosion point be reached, where furious Muslim people will overthrow American Arab nations who have allied themselves closely to American policy? We believe a special explosive event will probably be needed to achieve this "religious meltdown".
We believe Yassir Arafat unwittingly let the cat out of the bag regarding this planned explosion. In NEWS1404, posted September 12, 2000, we reported that Arafat apparently made a mistake when on a TV interview with CNN's Christiane Amanpour. Arafat suddenly became very angry when Amanpour suggested that the primary motivation for his Palestinian people was economic, not political. Araft yelled:
"We Palestinians our first targets is our land (the land of the holy places)'."
At this point, Arafat leaned towards her and asked her if she knew what the holy places were, and after expressing several choppy thoughts suddenly leaned back in his chair and immediately changed his body language. The change was unmistakable. He obviously realized that he had said something that he would not have said, were he in control of the interview. He feigned a quick smile and announced that the interview was over. He then began pulling the clip-on microphone from his lapel and a very concerned Palestinian aide walked onto the set to help him undo the wireless microphone device." He left without saying "goodbye", leaving a very shocked Amanpour.
Yassir Arafat is an accomplished public speaker and has an excellent command of the English language {Ibid.], so it is highly unlikely he would fail to understand the meaning of words, he uses when speaking English, even implied meanings. The very next day, on Friday, September 8, Arafat was suddenly on a plane, heading back to Gaza. The Illuminati must have been absolutely furious with him over his gaffe.
Let us review the important part of Arafat's statement:
We Palestinians [pause] our first targets is our land -- the land of the holy places.
Wow!! Did you catch the import of this statement? First of all, Arafat admitted that his military has targets planned for destruction, a statement that clearly reveals his plans of WAR against Israel!! But, secondly, Arafat reveals that the very first targets against which Palestinians would train their guns are the Muslim Holy Places! Certainly, if the Dome of the Rock were reduced to a pile of rubble, Arabs all over the world would want to blame Israel and would do so gladly if the Palestinians disavowed responsibility and blamed the Jews first. Instantly, in the "twinkling of an eye", over one billion Arabs would be screaming blood for those poor, 6 million Jews. One billion to 6 million -- and the Israelites will win again! God's glory is truly about to be revealed to the world.
Just yesterday, I saw an article in which American commanders are concerned that Saddam will bomb Iraq's holy places to blame it on American forces, thus triggering an outpouring of religious rage. Jewish author, Barry Chamish, reported in his newsletter over one year ago that the Arabs might bomb the Saudi Arabian holy places in order to whip the world's 1.2 billion Muslims against Israel and her ally, America.
When the planned event does occur that provides the "critical mass" explosion among the Muslims, God's prophetic words will begin to be fulfilled:
"Behold, I am about to make Jerusalem a cup or bowl of reeling to all the peoples round about ... I will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people ... and all the nations of the earth shall come and gather against it." [Zechariah 12:2-3; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]
Because Jerusalem is the key to this prophecy, it seems likely that a holy place within Jerusalem is the one targeted for destruction. When this occurs, the planned holy war between Islam and the West will ignite the world into war.
