NEWS BRIEF:  "Details of Sharm e-Sheikh cease-fire agreement", by Jerusalem Post Internet Staff, Tuesday, October 17, 2000, http://www.jpost.com/Editions/2000/10/17/News/News.13890.html

"United States President Bill Clinton has successfully squared the circle in getting the Israel and Palestinian sides to agree cease-fire terms in the Egyptian resort of Sharm e-Sheikh. Here are the major points agreed upon:

1.  Both sides will act immediately to calm the situation.

2.  The two leaders accept that there will be an immediate cease-fire and a pullback of Israeli forces to their positions prior to the latest wave of violence

3.  Israel's closure of all Palestinian autonomous areas is to be immediately rescinded.

4.  Israel has agreed to the re-opening of Dahaniyie Airport in Gaza.

5.  The US will lead a fact-finding committee to the region to investigate Palestinian claims of Israel human rights abuses with results to be published under US Presidential auspices. Consultations will also be made with United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan.

6.  There is to be a resumption of peace-making efforts and to this end the US will consult with Israel and the Palestinians over the course of the next two weeks."

"There was no mention of Israeli demands that the Palestinian Authority restrain or disarm the 'Tanzim' Fatah brigades." 

Not only did Arafat NOT agree to restrain the Palestinian Authority, or to disarm the deadly Fatah brigades, he did not agree that his forces or his Palestinian people were in the wrong in any way or at any time. 

Point #2 is written so completely in the passive that Arafat does not have to do anything to comply.  Arafat has only to "accept" that there will be a cease-fire, he does not have to order one.  You may think that I exaggerate, but you will see no long-term cease-fire taking hold.  The Palestinians will continue to attack, and to throw deadly stones, and to receive the fire-support of their heavily armed Palestinian Police, firing the weapons the Israelis gave them back at the hated Jews.

This entire "Cease-Fire" Agreement is so totally tilted toward Israel that Arafat can go back to Gaza, claiming diplomatic victory, and feeling that he is certainly dealing with an enemy that is weakened, and confused, and maybe stupid.  Thus, Arafat will be even more emboldened to pursue his ultimate goal of annihilating the Jewish state, believing its current leadership is rudderless, clueless, and weak.

NOTHING ABOUT THE OSLO PEACE ACCORDS MAKES SENSE

For the past seven years, I have been saying and writing that nothing makes sense over the Oslo Peace Accords.  For Israel to give up huge chunks of her small territory -- within her territory -- to the Palestinians who do not want to peacefully live with the Jew, but only want them 100% dead, made no sense.  The concessions Israel has made to the Palestinians place her at mortal national risk because it severely limits the capability of the IDF [Israeli Defense Force] to move within the country freely and quickly to react to war situations.

You could accurately say that Israel's concessions to her mortal enemy has driven her to the point where she can finally be overcome by conventional military means.  And you would be correct.  This thinking is precisely what is guiding current Arab doctrine, from the Palestinians to the Syrians, to the Egyptians.  However, the fact is that Israel has leap-frogged all known weapons systems, including Nuclear and Neutron weapons.  Israel is secretly hiding the fact that she now has Particle Beam weaponry, developed by the United States [HAARP] and Russia.  The United States tested such Particle Beam weaponry in the Gulf War, according to New Age author, Jerry Smith, author of the book, "HAARP: Perfect Weapon of the Conspiracy".  In an email to me in 1998, Jerry acknowledged that such weaponry, now mounted on 2 1/2 ton trucks, could annihilate man, woman, and child in a given area, without risk of killing people around the edges of the target that you did not want killed [called "Collateral Damage" to the military].

Of course, this thinking is exactly what was reported in the Jewish Press in June, 1990.  An article explained that the top Israeli leadership -- both military and civilian -- had decided that they were going to annihilate the entire populations of their Arab enemies in the next Arab-Israeli war.  They were tired of being attacked by overwhelming forces, win the war, but not win the peace afterward.  Indeed, each Arab defeat seemed only to stoke their fires of anti-Semitic hatred even higher.  Less than 2 years later, we heard of a "Peace Agreement" brokered in Oslo, Norway.  This agreement became known as the "Oslo Peace Process", and it is a Trojan Horse trap for the Palestinians.

Of course, such an attitude tha produced such a plan conforms perfectly with Bible prophecies. 

In Obadiah 15-18, we see God foretelling that He will use a united Israel to destroy the House of Esau so completely, it would be as though they had never existed.  The House of Esau are today's Palestinian people led by Arafat within Israel, but also residing in the provinces of Moab and Edom, today controlled by Jordan.

In Isaiah 17:1, we see that Damascus, the Syrian capital, is going to be utterly destroyed so that she will cease to be a city and become a "heap of ruins". 

In Isaiah 15, we see a Judgment pronounced against Edom and in Isaiah 16, we see another similar Judgment against Moab.  Both of these regions are currently provinces of Jordan, and both populated by Palestinians [House of Esau].

In Isaiah 19, God pronounces a physical Judgment upon Egypt, although He foretells in the latter part of the chapter that He shall return to heal the land, and make her in league with Israel in the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ.

Obadiah 17 also further promises that Israel will be given back all her "former possessions", a reference to the total land God promised Abraham.  This land includes all of Lebanon, Syria up to within a few miles of Damascus, Moab and Edom of Jordan, part of Iraq, and the Negev Desert.

When Israel annihilates the Palestinians, it will be in an all-out regional war, in which Syria, Jordan, and Egypt came to the aid of the Palestinians.  After Israel wins the war once again, her armed forces will fan out immediately to re-take all her "former possessions".  And, this regional war will be a significant part of the planned World War III designed to produce Antichrist.

This is the scenario being played out agonizingly slow in our Daily News.  Israel is deliberately acting weak and divided and she has been pursuing a plan that looks on the surface to be absolutely stupid, a course that seemingly can end in only her complete destruction.

The Palestinians are being duped, and this "Cease-Fire" that demands everything from Israel and nothing from Arafat is just part of this plan.

Truly, the world is going through the throes of the "Wars and Rumors of Wars" portion of the Matthew 24 prophecy.  Do not become impatient, for all things are occurring according to God's perfect timetable.  Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
