NEWS BRIEF:  "The Pentagon's Empty Shelves", New York Post Opinion Column, by Bruce Bartlett, Tuesday, May 4, 1999, p. 27.

"The war in Yugoslavia is already shaping up as one of the most poorly planned conflicts in American history.  As a consequence, defense officials are scrambling to pull together the resources needed to sustain our operations there.  Unfortunately, they are bumping up against severe limits resulting from the drastic deterioration of U.S. military capability during the Clinton administration."

Does this sound familiar?  By 1980, Democratic President Jimmy Carter had allowed the American military to so dramatically deteriorate in just four short years, that many in the military were alarmed Russia might be tempted to strike against Europe.  Our supplies of munitions and critically needed spare parts, as well as a great variety of other supplies, were so short it was reported that American forces could not sustain all-out conventional war for more than 2 weeks.  This fact became such a strong election issue that Ronald Reagan was able to win the election, with this one issue attracting many Conservative Democrat voters to his side.  Now, we have seen even more deterioration from 7 years of another Democratic President, Clinton -- that old college student war-protestor.  As you read these statistics, remember that Clinton is the only American President of this century to have spent 3 weeks in the Kremlin getting who knows what kind of training from the KGB!  Perhaps the American voters in both 1992 and 1996 should have cared more about what Clinton was doing fraternizing with the enemy.  Perhaps Clinton's actions regarding the disarmament of the American military was one of the lessons he received from the KGB that fateful December of 1969.  As you read these statistics, ask yourself if the Russians or the Chinese could have ever inflicted this kind of damage to our military. Remember, your life is at stake, so this is not an idle subject.

Now, let us return to this editorial.

"In just fiscal 1998 alone, the Defense Department lost the following assets:

1.  Aircraft -- The number of combat aircraft fell by 434, or 4.8 percent.  Sixty-two airlift planes were taken from service, reducing the number of aircraft available by 6.6 percent."

2.  Ships -- More than 10 percent of all submarines were decommissioned, reducing the total from 123 from 137 the year before.  Ten support ships were lost and 684 small boats.  Overall, U.S. ship strength was reduced by 16 percent."

3.  Combat Vehicles -- The number of tanks was reduced by 827 or 7.6 percent.  Other combat vehicles fell by 6,360 or 14.5 percent.  Overall, available combat vehicles declined 13.1 percent."

"In real terms, adjusted for inflation, defense spending has fallen every year of the Clinton administration thus far, from $298.4 billion in 1992 to $236.6 billion last year (in 1992 dollars).  Moreover, increasing amounts of defense spending have been diverted into non-military operations, such as environmental cleanup.  As a consequence, we now are finding the shelves are nearly empty, with many items needed to sustain combat operations in short supply."

"But resupplying our armed forces is not a simple matter.  The production lines for many weapons have been shut down.  It is not possible ... to quickly replace the F-117 Stealth fighter that was lost because F-117s are no longer being manufactured.  The same is true of air-launched cruise missiles, which have been heavily used so far in Yugoslavia.  Of course, production lines can be reopened.  But the engineers and other skilled workers needed to operate those lines are no longer available; neither are the specialized suppliers."

"... even if the Yugoslavia conflict ends soon, it has exposed serious weaknesses in U.S. military strength that will have to be rectified.  And rectifying them may cost far more than it would to have maintained our strength all along."

BUT HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THE PLAN!

As right on the money as this editorial is, the author simply reveals that he does not understand the New World Order Plan.  Since early in this century, New World Order authors, writing under the influence of their demonic spirit guides, revealed that the complete disarmament of the nations was essential as the nations of the world were heading into the time of imposition of the one-world dictatorial government.  Listen:

"In the preparatory period for the new world order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament.  It will not be optional.  No nation will be permitted to produce and organise any equipment for destructive purposes ... One of the first tasks of any future peace conference will be to regulate this matter and gradually see to the disarming of the nations."  [Alice A. Bailey, The Externalisation of the Hierarchy , p. 191, written in September, 1938].

During the Clinton Administration, enormous changes have occurred which have demonstrated, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the world is poised to enter the portals of the New World Order.  Probably the most important of these events was the reorganization of all the nations of the world into 10 super economic nations, of which NAFTA is nation #1 [Read NEWS1002, "NAFTA Fulfillment of Bible Prophecy" for full details].

Therefore, we should expect that more than a few of the general planned events like disarmament, might be given great impetus by President Clinton.  Certainly, disarmament is one of those planned events.  You see, if the United Nations is to govern the entire world dictatorially, no superpower can be allowed to exist.  You must have all nations subservient to the United Nations, or the entire plan will not work.  Further, you must have no national sovereignty left, or the United Nations cannot govern.  Thus, both Presidents Bush and Clinton have made special efforts to condition the American people to the concept that America cannot act on its own anymore in Foreign Affairs, but can act only upon the advice, consent, and direction of the world body, the United Nations.  This concept has been promoted on the basis of euphemisms galore [like the phrase, "the will of the International Community"], but the effect has been devastating.  No longer are American presidents acting according to our best national interests, and no longer are they acting unilaterally if the situation demands it.  Rather, we are acting according to the "will" of the Illuminati, and through the United Nations.

Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, boldly -- although obliquely -- stated that national sovereignty is dead.  Speaking in Paris, in February, 1999, Albright said:  "Great nations who understand the importance of sovereignty at various times cede various portions of it in order to achieve some better good for their country ... We are looking at how the nation-state functions in a totally different way than people did at the beginning of this century." {Quoted in Limbaugh Letter, May, 1999; Emphasis added}

Thus, Albright told anyone who was listening that America is in the process of voluntarily "ceding portions" of our sovereignty so that a "better good" might be established.  You see, proponents of the New World Order insist that their plan will bring about a better good for the people who survive the "cleansing" process.  Indeed, they argue that, without this draconian plan, all humanity would become extinct; therefore, it is necessary for a large number of people to die, so that the race of mankind can continue to live.  This is the Plan [Read NEWS1028, "1997 The Year The New World Order Plan Changes To Produce Thinning of Population and Antichrist"]

A strongly armed nation is also one which jealously guards its sovereign rights.  Therefore, general disarmament is key. After World War II, Jewish leaders concluded that the only certain strong defense the Jewish people could have is their own sovereign nation, that would unilaterally act in the best interests of the Jew.  They were sickened by the death of over 6 million of their brethren in Hitler's 7-year Holocaust; but they were equally sickened by the spectacle of foreign governments denying Jewish entrance into their countries from 1933-45.  The American State Department was equally anti-Semitic during this period, denying tens of thousands of Jews entry into our country.  The vast majority of these Jews were slaughtered by Hitler's forces.  Had there been an independent, sovereign, and strong Israel during this time, these Jews wishing to emigrate from Germany could have done so, and would have been spared the slaughter.

People who argue that the only way mankind can know "Peace and Safety" is by establishing a One-World dictatorial government should carefully and immediately consider this lesson from World War II.  Utopian dreamers who argue for a One-World government, economy, and religion, are assuming that the leadership of such a system will always been benevolent!  They make this assumption because they have rejected Biblical teaching that man is inherently evil; rather, they hold that man is inherently good.  This assumption will cost them their lives once Antichrist arises.

Now, let us return to the disarming of American Military Forces, in accordance with the New World Order Plan.

President Clinton has greatly accelerated the general disarmament of American forces.  This is quite an "accomplishment" for him, since he inherited a very large, very capable, and very explosive military created by Presidents Bush and Reagan!  Yet, Clinton has proven to be equal to this part of the Plan, aided and abetted by a largely silent, and most assuredly ineffective, Republican leadership in Congress.  As these statistics quoted above, Clinton has been very effective in removing huge numbers of men and material from active duty.

But, now that we are VERY close to the final culmination of the New World Order Plan, Clinton has effectively removed the obstacle posed by the remainder of our armed forces.  In at least five different occasions in the past two years, Clinton has fired off our stock of the most sophisticated, and most needed, munitions.  Clinton has attacked Saddam Hussein of Iraq on several occasions, causing him no damage even as this action depleted us of cruise missiles.  Clinton attacked Ossama Ben Laden, the Arab terrorist leader, without causing any damage or casualties that can be ascertained.  Clinton even destroyed an aspirin factory with cruise missiles.  Now, in Yugoslavia, Clinton has really shown his ability to expend munitions in a huge way.  Our Air Force is already out of cruise missiles, and reports state that the Navy is so low on them that they are considering taking nuclear warheads off cruise missiles and shooting them off with conventional warheads!

Let us go to another source for some more statistics of this general disarmament caused by firing off our missiles.  We quote from the May, 1999, issue of the Limbaugh Letter .

"The fact is, Bill Clinton loves to use military force ... more often than any president in decades ... Clinton's incessant adventurism has sapped the greatest fighting force in history.  Listen to Sen. James Inhofe (R, OK), who chairs the Senate Armed Services Readiness subcommittee: 'This President has just decimated our military.  Right now we are robbing assets from the Pacific theater and from the Persian Gulf, so if something should happen in Iraq or in North Korea, we would really have a serious problem'."

Later in the newsletter, Limbaugh asks Colonel David Hackworth what would happen if the Chinese were to attack Taiwan. Hackworth responded, "I think that if the Chinese decided to re-take their province, it wouldn't be a very difficult exercise.  I think it would be a walk in the sun.  And if the North Koreans wanted to attack South Korea, we would have a hard time backing up the two brigades of U.S. infantry we have there.  We're in that kind of situation all around the world."

Then, Limbaugh asks Col. Hackworth to verify that the U.S. Navy has been cut in half.  Hackworth responded, "You could safely say we've been cut in half.  But operation tempo -- missions -- have increased 300 percent."  Rush responded, "And we have not replaced anything.  We are deployed more around the world at any one time than I can remember in my life.  What really worries me is that it seems to me we have the systematic destruction ... of the military going on here ... We're announcing that we've got a shortage of cruise missiles.  This is mind boggling. To my eye, uneducated in terms of military matters, this almost seems to be systematically, on purpose." [p. 5]

Congratulations, Rush!  Even though you refuse to believe in a Conspiracy to take away our freedoms and establish the New World Order, you at least have got this right.  Clinton IS following a plan to systematically decimate our military.  After systematically reducing the military by about half since 1992, Clinton is now applying the final step of firing off our munitions and pushing our existing hardware to the point of wearing it out!  And, as Col. Hackworth and Limbaugh said, we are not replacing anything.

We quoted, above, the basic New World Order Plan, enunciated in September, 1939, that all nations would be systematically and gradually disarmed as the world approached the threshold of the New World Order.  As bad as Clinton's actions are, he is not the only American President to advocate general disarmament.  President John F. Kennedy issued a plan entitled, "Freedom From War:  The United States Program For General and Complete Disarmament In A Peaceful World ", in 1962, contained in State Department Document 7277.  Listen to this plan, and see if you do not agree that President Clinton is just fulfilling Kennedy's plan.  After all, Clinton has said that President Kennedy was his idol, and the man he would most like to emulate.

Listen to these excerpts from this Kennedy document, keeping in mind Bailey's pronouncement in 1938:

"The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order.  All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes."  Remember Bartlett's editorial, quoted above, which said that Clinton was using up many of the resources of the military for such purposes as "environment cleanup"?

"The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force."  Kennedy just used other words to reiterate what Bailey said in 1938, quoted above.  Listen to Bailey: "No nation will be permitted to produce and organise any equipment for destructive purposes ..." [p. 191]  Of course, the only way in which formerly sovereign nations can be forced to disarm and to be prevented from arming again, is if they are forced to do so by an international body, in this case, the United Nations.  When Kennedy used the term "the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever", he was telling us that the United Nations would strongly rule over us, to make us act in this manner, whether the majority of Americans agreed or not.  Of course, by this time, our Constitutional form of Government will have been disbanded, and our elections will be abolished.

President Kennedy foresaw that the time would come when the United States would have no military.  He saw this occurring in three stages:

Stage 1 -- Armed forces would be cut to a level of 2,100,000 men each for the Soviet Union and the United States.

Stage 2 -- Armed forces for both countries would be cut to 1,050,000. [In March, 1999, I heard on the NBC Nightly News that American forces were now down to 1,200,000 men, so we are right on target with Kennedy's plan.  I do not know what Russia's forces are today, but I would suspect they are somewhere in this vicinity, as they have been drawing down their forces dramatically as their economy stagnated after the deliberate, planned fall of the Soviet Union.  However, when the time comes for Russia to boldly march against Israel in fulfillment of Ezekiel 38-39, she will have plenty of trained reservists she can activate, along with their equipment]

Stage 3 -- Armed forces in each country would be cut to zero, except for internal security needs.  In NEWS1270, "In 1952, America Given Balkans, Yugoslavia, Greece to Patrol", we learned that, once the New World Order was fully established, no nation will be patrolled internally by their own forces.  Rather, troops foreign to the people in any province or country in the world will patrol, guaranteeing internal "peace" and security.  American troops were given several areas of the world to patrol, including Yugoslavia, the Balkans, and Greece.  This Serbian war is simply the ruse designed to get American troops on the ground in Yugoslavia!

Then, Kennedy makes this comment:  "Similar reductions in all of the foregoing categories would also have to be applied to other militarily significant powers in the second stage and to all states in the third stage."  In other words, all nations of the world would have to similarly reduce their armed forces simultaneously with those of the U.S. and Russia.  We have seen this occur in our Daily News in the past decade.  Even China has been content with modernizing her armed forces more than increasing her numbers.

The world is close to the point where all national sovereignty will cease, being replaced by the United Nations.  Right under our noses, President Clinton, and the Republican Congress, have systematically reduced our armed forces' potential by one-half.  Now, Clinton has been actively engaged in shooting off our munitions.   The Limbaugh Letter also states that our forces are running out of precision-guided munitions!  In NEWS1282, we informed you that the Illuminati planned in 1952, to give Taiwan back to the Mainland Chinese Communists!  We hypothesized that, if the Chinese Navy were to move aggressively against Taiwan, Clinton might be forced to keep American Naval units out of the way because they no longer had the ship-to-ship and antiaircraft missiles that would make them an effective deterrent to the Chinese.  Now, we believe this to be the case, even more than we realized.

Finally, I want to examine Limbaugh's statement that we are "not replacing anything".  Does this mean we are running out of replacement parts to keep our existing military hardware operating. Believe it or not, this is exactly what Clinton has forced upon our military.  Quoting again from the Limbaugh Newsletter , May, 1999: " 'We've got to stop the hemorrhaging of readiness', says Sen. Inhofe.  According to Air Force magazine, Inhofe has visited Air Force and Navy installations to investigate why so many pilots are leaving. The departing pilots cited 'concerns over poor maintenance, lack of spare parts, and excessive cannibalization' of equipment.  'We can't generate enough jets to fly', Rear Adm. Timothy Beard told members of the House Armed Services subcommittee. 'It has a definite effect on morale and retention of our people.  They just haven't got the tools'.  The commanders of combat training centers for the Army, Air Force and Marines described poor training conditions, outdated equipment held together by junkyard parts ..." [p. 15]

President Clinton, aided and abetted by a Republican Congress, have greatly succeeded in carrying out the final phase of the New World Order Plan to reduce American military to the capability of an internal police force.  With all other signs pointing to the soon beginning of the 13-week planned terror and confusion, we can now add the fact that our military has been depleted to the point where the United States is now no more powerful than any other Industrialized nation, and can be incorporated obediently into the United Nations. [Read NEWS1260, "Illuminati Timetable To Produce Antichrist" for full details into the planned 13-week campaign of war, terror and confusion that will so terrify the peoples of the world that they will welcome the seemingly supernatural abilities of The New Age Christ -- Antichrist].

After effectively identifying the problem besetting the American military, and Clinton's terrible role in causing it, what does Rush Limbaugh advocate as the solution?  Rush advocates electing a Republican President that will rearm America.  Perhaps Rush has never read President Kennedy's "Freedom From War", where he states that all nations would be "prohibited" from reestablishing their military!  Of course, Rush refuses to believe in a Conspiracy, so he has voluntarily blinded himself from seeing the truth.  This is the HUGE problem with Rush Limbaugh; he does a good job identifying the problems, but he cannot advocate any plan of action that makes sense, because he does not understand the Conspiracy that has produced unparalleled cooperation between Democrat and Republican to achieve the New World Order! Rush also has no concept of Biblical prophecy, so he is further blinded.

All Americans who are not Born Again have every reason to be absolutely terrified of the events in our Daily News.  We are about to lose our freedoms, and many of us, our very lives.  Thank God for His eternal Word, because I find the Blessed Hope within its pages.  I read Jesus' promise to His faithful just before the appearance of Antichrist, "Because you have guarded and kept My word of patient endurance that I give you -- I also will keep you safe from the hour of trial {testing} which is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell upon the earth." [Revelation 3:10; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]

Folks, Jesus is speaking here of the Rapture of the Church.  We are so close to this blessed event that even the supernatural demonic Guiding Spirits of key human New World Order leaders have been preparing their people for the Rapture!

The Apostle Paul, speaking under the influence of the Holy Spirit, tells us that the Rapture of the Church will be a blessed event [1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:50-58].  But, then, in Chapter 5 of 1 Thessalonians, Paul gives us one piece bit of information by which we shall know that the Rapture of the Church is close.  Immediately after describing the Rapture in Chapter 4, Paul describes the condition accompanying the blessed Rapture.  Paul says that, when people are saying, "Peace and Safety", the Rapture of the Church is imminent.  [1 Thessalonians 5:1-3]

Did you know that the entire New World Order Plan is being sold to people the world over on the basis of "Peace and Safety"?  Our political, economic, and spiritual leaders are telling us that the only way the world can save itself, and finally know "Peace and Safety", is to establish the New World Order. Thus, the 13-weeks period prior to the appearance of Antichrist [Read NEWS1260] is planned to be filled to the brim with war, destruction, economic collapse, Arab Oil embargo, terrorism in American cities, and natural disasters.  After literally being scared to death, Americans and all peoples of the world will welcome with open arms the supernatural Christ, who will immediately bring all turmoil to an end, seemingly on the basis of his occult power.

The events described in this article bring us frighteningly close to the establishment of the New World Order, and the appearance of its man, Antichrist.  Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
