Even though this statement was written by one of the major New World Order leaders, Foster Bailey, too many people will reject it primarily because, when Bailey penned these words in 1948, he held no public position. In other words, Foster Bailey is conceived as dwelling in the realm of Fantasy, and could not actually carry out his fantasy because he had no political power that could force such a change. Furthermore, our system of Representative Government seems to resist this type of radical change because our representatives are regularly re-elected and are separate from the Executive Branch. Therefore, even if a nutcase became President, and attempted to destroy our civilization, surely, Congress would never allow actions to be taken that would destroy our civilization.

Let us first examine Point #1, that neither Foster Bailey, nor his successors, held any political office that would possess the power to actually carry out a plan to destroy our civilization. This idea has never been true. Consider the U.S. Presidents since 1948 who have been extremely supportive of the New World Order Plan, and who acted within the Political Realm to bring the New World Order Plan closer to fruition.

1. President Truman [Freemason] -- 1945-52

1. Used the power of his office to establish the United Nations exactly in accordance with the Plan as drawn up by Foster and Alice Bailey.
2. Further, Truman backed the recreation of Israel through the United Nations precisely as the Plan envisioned.
3. Truman committed the United States to the Marshall Plan, which was the first New World Order large-scale International attempt at Wealth Redistribution, taking wealth from a rich nation to give to poor nation. Whatever else you may think of the Marshall Plan, and its inherent positive worth, you need to understand that this was a New World Order Plan.
4. Finally, Truman committed American troops to the first United Nations' war in history, in Korea. Truman then ensured that American forces waged a no-win campaign, also as envisioned by the New World Order Plan.

1. President Eisenhower -- 1952-1960

1. Used the power of his office to pass legislation that would move America closer to a Socialist State, utilizing different terminology so as not to alert the public as to what was really occurring. The American Communist President, Gus Hall, stated in 1958, that he was very pleased with the many changes Eisenhower had been able to get Congress to implement that moved America closer to becoming a Communist state.
2. President Eisenhower also committed American forces to Vietnam, thus beginning that planned disastrous war.
3. Finally, Eisenhower did nothing to derail the successful overthrow of the Batiste government in Cuba by Fidel Castro. The President had plenty of intelligence information that told him Castro was Communist, but did nothing to act to support Batiste.

1. President John Kennedy -- 1961-1963

1. Used the power of his office to continue American buildup of forces in Vietnam.
2. Used the power of Executive Orders to propose handing American armed forces over to the control of the United Nations. Presidents Bush and Clinton later implemented his plan.

1. President Lyndon Johnson [Freemason] -- 1963-1968

1. Used the power of his office to explode the war in Vietnam, committing over half-million men to the effort. Yet, he acted almost weekly to prevent the military from fighting to win, ensuring that American boys would die in vain.
2. Johnson also made the fateful decision to fight this full-fledged war without imposing wartime restraints on the economy, even though his economic advisors publicly warned him that such a policy would create strains within the economy that would trigger massive inflation. Within 18 months, the inflation rate exploded, forcing Americans by the tens of millions to try to cope with rampaging prices even though their incomes were not rising. Soon, millions of American mothers were forced to go into the marketplace, thus severely damaging the Family unit, another New World Order goal. The economy did not rebound until the recession of 1981-83 had run its course.
3. For the nation, Lyndon Johnson was a disaster, but he was a hero to the New World Order leadership.

1. President Richard Nixon -- 1969-1974

1. Used the power of his office to really drive America deeply into the Vietnam War. Most of the casualties occurred during Nixon's handling of the war. Conservatives felt deeply betrayed because Nixon was elected in 1968 largely because he promised to end the war quickly, by invading North Vietnam if necessary.
2. Nixon also carried out the great experiment of fixing wage and price controls during the 1972-73 Arab Oil Embargo. Even though he could have militarily forced the Arabs to back down from their embargo, Nixon allowed it to continue for several brutal years. Why? Because this embargo was another Wealth Redistribution project.

1. President Gerald Ford -- 1974-1976

1. Gerald Ford was a member of the infamous Bilderberger Secret Society, and a definite part of the New World Order Plan.
2. Ford's major plan was to bridge the gap between the departed President Nixon, and the next handpicked President, Jimmy Carter, who was waiting in the wings.
3. While Ford initiated new economic programs that began to pull America out of the recession of 1992-93, he did nothing to prevent Congress from slashing military spending down below levels that many experts felt was prudent.

1. President Jimmy Carter -- 1976-1981

1. Carter was a Mystic Christian, and pulled the wool over the eyes of many genuine Born Again Christians.
2. Carter issued an Executive Order, which was probably illegal, that established the infamous Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA]. The role of FEMA is to act on behalf of the Federal Government during any disaster. However, when the planned series of disasters strikes America, FEMA is planned to "temporarily" assume all Federal Government functions.
3. Carter also sanctioned, and signed off on, the horribly pessimistic "Global 2000" report, which placed a Government stamp of validity on most of the "far out" aspects of the New World Order Plan. This included the dictatorial view of the United Nations' role, and the even more draconian view of the need to rapidly reduce the population of the world by a whopping two-thirds!
4. Carter deliberately allowed the U.S. Military to decline in numbers, quality, and munitions needed to fight a war. Reports came out just before the 1992 Presidential Election that America had allowed her munitions stockpiles in Europe to get so low that we could not sustain fighting against a Russian invasion for more than two weeks! Crisis hung heavily in the air, and was partly responsible for the landslide Reagan victory.

1. President Ronald Reagan -- 1981-1989

1. Reagan was a darling of the Conservatives and of the Christian Right. However, during his eight-year reign, Reagan accomplished not one of the critical goals of the Christian Right, despite a lot of talk and blustering from Mr. Reagan.
2. Reagan began the type of massive buildup of the military that prepared our forces for the Gulf War in 1991. The only reason President Bush commanded the technologically superior Army, Navy, and Air Force that thoroughly whipped Saddam Hussein in 1991 was because Reagan initiated the massive armed forces buildup in 1981. Since George Bush repeatedly told us that the Gulf War was a New World Order war, might it be possible that the plan to place this technological marvel of a fighting force in 1991 extended all the way back to Presidents Ford and Carter? If our armed forces were completely up to snuff at the end of Carter's Administration, Reagan may not have been able to persuade the Congress and the American people to fund this tremendous, unprecedented military buildup!
3. In 1986, Reagan signed off on one of the steepest tax increases in history, and he began to systematically fire his Conservative members of his Cabinet, replacing them with Liberal Republicans.
4. In 1987, Reagan began a rapprochement with the Soviet Union, which was getting ready to throw in the Cold War towel, as the New World Order Plan dictated. 5. In 1989, just weeks before he left office, Reagan told a TV commentator that he realized Russian was no longer interested in world domination, and was no longer a threat! Since this drivel came from a "Conservative" President, most Americans accepted it as fact. The stage was set for America to lose her enemy, a vital prerequisite to merging into the New World Order!

1. President George Bush [Skull and Bones Secret Society] -- 1989-1993

1. President Bush will be long remembered for being only the second leader of a major country in the Twentieth Century to publicly proclaim the New World Order. [The first such leader to publicly proclaim the New World Order was Adolf Hitler!] Bush began this proclamation on August 16, 1990, in response to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait. Bush proclaimed to Saddam Hussein, "This invasion will not stand, for it threatens the New World Order". Instantly, almost as if by cue, many public figures all across the globe began using this term, without accurately defining it. This list of leaders includes Vice-President Quayle, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, and Russian Premier Gorbachev. Suddenly, we were all getting a tremendous dosage of the New World Order.
2. Bush reneged on his campaign pledge to not raise taxes, and participated in another huge tax increase. Not only is every tax increase an integral part of the planned Wealth Redistribution necessary to achieve the New World Order, but every time the economy is subjected to the push and pull of tax cut, and then tax increase, more businesses are put out of business, and more people are whipsawed financially. This type of repeated economic push-pull is absolutely essential to drive business to the global, mega-conglomerate structure, and to drive Americans more into the kind of debt that enslaves them.
3. Bush then ran a lackluster campaign so that the next appointed man to become President might win the election.

1. President Clinton -- 1991-Present

1. When Clinton selected New Age freak, Tennessee Senator, Al Gore as his running mate, he signaled to all New Age adherents that he was going to seriously pay attention to their issues. Few people are as committed to the extreme New Age agenda, with goals like that quoted at the beginning of this article, as was Al Gore. His book, "Earth In The Balance", is an exercise in New Age extremism [See Radio Program CE1055, "Gore's Book, Earth In The Balance Promotes New World Order Hysteria To Move World To Global Government" for full details of the book]. You will not find a kookier book in any New Age bookstore than this one.
2. Yet, if you have been watching the actions of the Clinton Administration carefully, you will realize that many actions have been initiated that fulfills the terrible vision of Gore's book.
3. Further, Clinton has been acting to educate Americans for the need to protect the environment, to avoid settling in "sensitive" areas in our country, and to initiate United Nations' directives in setting aside large areas of our country that human activity is not allowed. Do you realize this is the goal that the Guiding Spirits of Ruth Montgomery revealed to her in her book, "Herald of a New Age"? A coming "Walk-In" President would fulfill in the late 1990's? This "Walk-In" President was going to be the Environmental President and would teach the American people how they had to be environmentally conscious, also. This President was foretold to initiate many steps, some small and some moderate, to prepare the people. A "Walk-In" is known in the Bible as demon possession, nothing more, and nothing less.

As we have shown, above, all Presidents since Truman have been secretly and quietly taking actions that comply with the "radical" plans of New Age leaders like Alice and Foster Bailey, and others. These many political leaders have taken these terribly radical plans and have made them palatable by taking several actions.

1. They have divided the implementation of these large New World Order goals into very small, seemingly insignificant, steps. Most of these steps will not alarm anyone, but taken together, will achieve the larger goal.
2. They have given each of these small individual steps names that sound lofty and noble.
3. They have promoted each of these steps with the highest rhetoric possible, knowing that, once the steps are implemented, few of the American people will ever think to check back to see if any of the original goals were achieved.
4. They and their successors will fight any attempt to roll back any of these steps, using tactics like slander and lying to keep them intact.

We have also only listed the Presidents that have acted to support the New World Order Plan. Neither time nor space will allow us to speak of the many Congressmen and Senators, both Democratic and Republican, who have also supported these Presidents in implementing these plans.

Do not be deceived: the writings of purely New Age leaders have had considerable support from our politicians who have the political power to carry its goals out.

Now that we probably have our "Walk-In' President in Bill Clinton, and world events are at their final stages, we should not be too surprised that Clinton could bring on board as Vice President someone as clearly radical as Gore. In CE1055, the book review of Gore's book, "Earth In The Balance", we reported that Gore boldly called for a change in our entire way of life. Consider some of his recommendations and statements.

 In calling for a Global Marshall Plan that will solve the world's pressing Environmental crises, Gore addresses the role of the Industrialized nations. "... what's required now is a plan that combines large-scale, long-term, carefully targeted financial aid to developing nations, massive efforts to design and then transfer to poor nations the new technologies needed for sustained economic progress, a worldwide program to stabilize world population, and binding commitments by the industrialized nations to accelerate their own transition to an environmentally responsible pattern of life." [Page 297, Emphasis added]. This last phrase, which we highlighted in red, is a euphemism for the destruction of our current civilization! New World Order leaders look upon Developed Nations, but especially America, as posing a huge problem because we consume too much natural, and irreplaceable, resources, such as oil, gas, minerals, and ore.

The inner heart of all New Age believers beats with the sentiment expressed at the beginning of our article, " OUR PRESENT CIVILIZATION HAD TO DIE".

 "... another of the Marshall Plan's lessons can still be applied: within this diversity, the plans for catalyzing a transition to a sustainable society should be made ..." [Page 300, Emphasis added]. This statement is also a euphemism for the destruction of our Industrial Civilization, since pure New Age doctrine holds that industrial societies are inherently unsustainable. Either they will self-destruct, bringing all the rest of the world down with them, or they need to be destroyed in such a way that the rest of the world will also not perish! This is their thinking, in their inner heart of hearts.

 "Many of the impediments to progress lie in the industrial world. Indeed, one of the biggest obstacles to a Global Marshall Plan is the requirement that the advanced economies must undergo a profound transformation themselves." [Ibid.] Again, this statement is one of immense euphemism, because Gore is really talking about the final destruction of our civilization!

 "To work, however, any such effort will also require wealthy nations to make a transition themselves that will be, in some ways, more wrenching than that of the Third World ..." [Page 301] Of course, one always finds it more wrenching to die than to change clothes!

 "And here the automobile deserves special attention ... We now know that their cumulative impact on the global environment is posing a mortal threat to the security of every nation that is more deadly than that of any military enemy ..." [Page 325] Wow! Our Vice-President considers the automobile engine to be more of a threat than the nuclear bombs of the Russians, the Chinese, or the Arabs? While Gore is speaking in context of the automobile engines polluting the air with their CO2 emissions, I can tell you that his real concern is that the engines are devouring oil supplies that cannot be replaced once they are gone. New World Order leaders do not want to finally get control of a world that is about to run out of oil, gas, minerals, and ore. They are close to panicking, and that means trouble, since they control the world's armies, navies, and air forces. Gore's statement that the automobile engines are more of a threat than atomic warfare should be taken for the Declaration of War that is truly is. Our economy is so dependent upon the use and the manufacture of all types of vehicles that, if the government were to outlaw them, the economy would collapse.

 Just to make sure we all got the message about the danger of the car engine, Gore brutally dispels such ambiguity. Listen: "Within the context of the SEI [Strategic Environment Initiative], it ought to be possible to establish a coordinated global program to accomplish the strategic goal of completely eliminating the internal combustion engine ..." [Pages 325-6]. Have any of you seen any news stories that state this goal, of completely eliminating the internal combustion engine? Of course not, as that kind of bold statement in the mainline press would be too bold and raise too many obstacles to the successful implementation of this part of the program. However, given the right set of circumstances, the American public could see the day come when a very charismatic leader makes just such a pronouncement.

In the meantime, keep a sharp eye out for news stories that tell us how dangerous certain types of vehicles are, especially during crashes. We have recently seen stories about how dangerous SUV vehicles are. Such stories are part of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan designed to convince numerous Americans that the automobile is too dangerous to use. But the main point is this: From Presidents Truman to Reagan, we have had politicians secretly setting in place programs and changes that silently implement the extremist, wacked-out plans of writers such as Foster and Alice Bailey, Ruth Montgomery, and many others. Presidents Bush and Clinton are actively and publicly pursuing programs that implement these wacked-out plans.

Now, we possibly have a "Walk-In" President and a zany, zealous New Age Vice President who are using all the powers of their offices to pursue a program of radical change that is designed to destroy our Industrial Civilization!

Therefore, we should be concerned when we see President Clinton and Vice-President Al Gore attending a conference on the World's Oceans and sounding environmentalist alarms. We should be concerned when the President and Vice President sounding environmentalist alarms over the supposed Depletion of the Ozone Layer, Global Warming, and a myriad of other fabricated concerns designed to implement the draconian, Satanic vision which we find within the pages of New Age books.

Do not be deceived: these New Age plans are supernaturally written by demonic beings masquerading as "Guiding Spirits". These supernatural plans are now being implemented by the men in positions of power that do have the political clout and influence to get the changes accomplished. Congressional leaders from both sides of the aisle, including Newt Gingrich, are part and parcel of this plan.

As God said, "Seek out of the book of the Lord and read; not one of these details of prophecy shall fail, none shall want and lack her mate in fulfillment. For the mouth of the Lord has commanded, and His Spirit has gathered them." [Isaiah 34:16; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Commentary] The Holy Spirit is working to ensure that wicked men with power arise who will implement the policies that will fulfill Bible prophecy.

Listen to the Scripture I believe speaks directly to the role which Clinton and Gore, and all their political predecessors, are fulfilling in your daily news.

"For God has put it into their hearts to carry out His own purpose by acting in harmony in surrendering their royal power and authority to the beast, until the prophetic words, intentions, and promises of God shall be fulfilled." [Revelation 17:12, Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Commentary]

Now, we come back full circle, to the quote at the beginning of this article. The Christ mentioned by Foster Bailey, whose coming will result in the death of our current Industrialized Civilization is Antichrist, the Beast of Revelation 17:12. Presidents Franklin Roosevelt through Bill Clinton have acted on behalf of this New World Order Plan, because God was, and is, acting through their wicked hearts to fulfill Revelation 17:12.

The planners of the New World Order Plan have had their hands on the levers of political and economic power for many decades now, even though very few people have ever understood this fact. Now, however, we are so close to the End that Clinton and Gore are making no bones about what they are trying to accomplish. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
