NEWS BRIEF: "Hemisphere Looks To New Era: Latin American Summit Stresses Free Trade, Cooperation", by Sebastian Rotella and Jonathan Peterson, Los Angeles Times, reported in The Sun Chronicle, Monday, April 20, 1998, Page 1-2.

"SANTIAGO, Chile -- The 34-nation Summit of the Americas that ended here Sunday ... provided a glimpse of a future in which the United States and its neighbors struggle more collectively than ever before to tackle their problems. The Western Hemisphere's leaders agreed Sunday to create a vast free trade zone throughout the Americas ... The leaders set a September deadline to begin talks in Miami aimed at establishing a Free Trade of the Americas by 2005."

Very few people realize that the New World Order Plan envisions replacing the current structure of individual sovereign states with a global system of 10 Super Nations. The first of the Super Nations to be reorganized was Western Europe, a project that was begun shortly after World War II, and finally realized on December 31, 1992. Western Europe is Super Nation #2, and is just coincidentally the same size as the old Roman Empire! In fact, Western Europe IS the Revived Roman Empire! Originally begun as a consortium of 10 nations, Western Europe seemed to be a fulfillment of the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation which speak of a Revived Roman Empire and of a group of 10 leaders that produce Antichrist. Indeed, I think this might be the case; however, we may just be looking at a double fulfillment of prophecy. Let us begin by looking at the prophecy concerning the 10 Super Leaders that reorganize the nations of the world into 10 Super Nations, and then use their newly formed authority to stage the appearance of Antichrist.

Daniel 9:26 -- "And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary" The phrase, " the people of the prince that shall come", is obviously a reference to the "Prince of Fierce Countenance" of Daniel 8:23, Antichrist. Most contemporary Bible scholars believe that the "people of the prince" foretells that the old, mighty Roman Empire will rise again, and produce Antichrist. I concur with this interpretation and see the emergence of the fulfillment of this prophecy within the writings of the New World Order Plan. Most probably, the true Antichrist will be the same type of person as was Adolf Hitler, and will probably be Austrian or German, also. But, that is the subject of yet another article.

Daniel 7:7-8 -- " After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things."

This Fourth Beast is the Fourth Gentile Kingdom, which we know was the old Roman Empire. It will be revived in the End of the Age, will consist of 10 nations, and Antichrist ('Little Horn') will arise from it. As we stated before, Western Europe was originally created on December 31, 1992, by 10 nations, in direct fulfillment of this prophecy, in your Daily News!

This prophecy also contains a remarkable sequence of events that culminate in the appearance of Antichrist! Note the sequence of events:

1. The Fourth Beast was the fourth Gentile kingdom to rule the entire civilized world. The first three were Babylon, Medo-Persia, and Greece, in that order. However, the Roman Empire did not originally consist of 10 nations, so this part of the prophecy must occur at the End of the Age, as we will see when we examine the next pertinent prophecy.
2. Once we realize that the 10 Horns (Leaders) are at End of the Age, then we realize that soon after the Roman Empire is revived in the form of 10 nations, the next prophetic event will be the appearance of Antichrist. When did the Roman Empire revive as a confederation of 10 nations? It revived on December 31, 1992!

At this point, we need to consider a very interesting "prophecy within a prophecy" contained within these Scriptures, above. These prophecies strongly speak of the Fourth Beast as existing globally, as well as regionally (Western Europe)! Consider the facts.

1. This Fourth Beast follows the first three beasts, all of which controlled the entire civilized world. Likewise, I believe that, at the End of the Age, when the "entire civilized world" will be the entire globe, the Fourth Beast will control the entire world. The context of speaking about the First three Beasts is global control.
2. In Daniel 7:20, we read a most amazing prophecy. " The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces."

3. Daniel 7:20-21 -- " I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom." Obviously, the "Ancient of Days" is Jesus Christ returned in triumph over Antichrist at the end of the Great Tribulation. Just as obviously, the context of Jesus' return is global, as is the persecution of Christian saints by Antichrist.
4. Revelation 3:10, Jesus Christ Himself addresses the global reach of the persecution of Antichrist. " Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth."
5. Revelation 12:3, tells us emphatically that this reorganization of the entire world into 10 Super Nations originated with Satan, that old Dragon. Listen: " And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads." Later, in Chapter 17, we see that the Beast carrying the religious prostitute has seven heads and 10 horns. We find it very interesting that, not only has the New World Order Plan envisioned reorganizing the world into 10 Super Nations, but that the leaders of the Western countries have formed the Economic Council of Seven to plan a smooth transition to the coming global economy!!
6. Revelation 17:12-13, gives us the strongest possible understanding that the primary purpose of the 10 Super Rulers is to stage Antichrist. " And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast." In verse 13, the Amplified Bible Commentary gives this understanding. "These have one common policy, opinion, purpose, and they deliver their power and authority to the beast."

Therefore, when we see the organization of the existing 170+ nations of the world into 10 Super Nations, we know that the whole purpose behind this reorganization is to produce Antichrist! Furthermore, we know that the next prophetic event will be the appearance of Antichrist. Does the New World Order Plan envision the reorganization of the world into 10 Super Nations? Indeed, it does, as we detail below.

"The settling of national boundaries and spheres of influence will be one of the utmost difficulty...The emphasis upon past historical boundaries as a determining factor is ever dangerous. Wise and slow action will here be needed and proper consideration of population desires. It is not the restoration of ancient landmarks which is desirable, but the restoration of national and racial spheres of influence in accordance with the present situation." (The Externalisation of the Hierarchy, by Alice A. Bailey, Lucis Publishing Co., 1957, New York, p. 209).

Once the New World Order is established, with the United Nations as the only sovereign government in the world, then the present system of individual political nations will change dramatically. The globe will be reorganized into 10 supranational regional governments (organized as economic spheres of influence as Alice Bailey planned above), each of which will report directly to the UN. These 10 regional governments have already been planned and are listed below.

1. North America

2. Western Europe

3. Japan

4. Australia, South Africa, and the rest of the

market economy of the developed world.

5. Eastern Europe, including Russia

6. Latin America

7. North Africa and the Middle East

8. Tropical Africa

9. South and Southeast Asia

In this Plan, Japan and China are separate nations; therefore, they would not be so opposed to joining this 10-Nation Plan. Western Europe is Nation #2, which was finalized on an economic basis effective December 31, 1992. NAFTA (North American Free Trade Association) was formed on an economic basis in 1994. President Bush began the push for NAFTA in the last year of his Presidency, but Clinton had to finish the task in the first two years of his Presidency. Whenever you see an unusually strong coalition between Democrats and Republicans on an issue, you can almost always conclude that you are looking at a program that is near and dear to the New World Order Plan. Rush Limbaugh, "Conservative" as he purports to be, fell into place in vehemently supporting NAFTA, even though you would expect Conservatives to oppose this type of plan which surrenders our sovereignty. Limbaugh's unusual support of NAFTA was one of the factors that led me to conclude that he is part of this New World Order Plan. Limbaugh's mission is to harmlessly diffuse Conservative anger over the many parts of this global plan that will naturally offend Conservatives.

The wording of Nation #5 is extremely revealing in that it proves that the Plan to bring about a New World Order is a conspiracy. Notice that this 10-Nation Plan to reorganize the world was written in 1974, in the book, "Mankind At The Turning Point", as listed above. At that time, the USSR reigned supreme over a confederation of nations that included Russia. Furthermore, the USSR had Eastern Europe within its firm dictatorial grasp. Any nation that wished to break away from the USSR had to contend with the distinct possibility that they would be overrun with the tank led armed forces of the Warsaw Pact.

Therefore, Nation #5 should read, "USSR, including Eastern Europe". But, the New Age authors of this book did not say that, did they? They said, "Eastern Europe, [including the province of] Russia". Why did they list Nation #5 this way in 1974, when the reality of this type of listing would not become viable until the USSR "fell" in 1990-1991? Did these New Age authors know something that the general public did not understand in the early 1970's? Of course, they did; they understood that the Plan called for the "fall" of the USSR, and the spinning off of the individual nations of which it was comprised. Now that Russia is an independent state again, and now that Eastern Europe is no longer under domination, this listing of Nation #5 makes sense. These New Age authors knew of the Plan as far back as 1974, before they published their book!

Nation #9, South and Southeast Asia, is also under construction. Pacific Rim leaders have held many economic meetings to form an economic alliance that would bring Nation #9 into existence. In fact, we do not know the full details of the creation of these Super Nations. They all may exist in paper already and may have already been secretly voted into existence. I believe we are at the point where all these nations could be voted into existence by a single vote of the United Nations, possibly in response to a global crisis of unprecedented proportion.

Now, let us return back to the second Summit of the Americas, held in Chile, and having just concluded on Sunday, April 19, 1998.

The stated objective of this conference was to create an economic Free Trade Zone that would extend from Alaska to Brazil. This would seem to presuppose that NAFTA would simply be enlarged to include Latin America; however, this action would not follow the 10-Nation Plan listed above. I believe the final result will be the creation of another super economic nation called "Latin America", for the reasons listed below.

1. Latin American nations have traditionally feared the monstrous United States of America, and for good reason. We have continually interfered with various nations in South America over the past 200 years, both economically and militarily. These countries would fear such a continued domination if they became part of NAFTA. Therefore, I think they will want to create their own separate economic giant, which would be able to stand on its own, apart from NAFTA.
2. Since NAFTA was bitterly fought in the halls of the U.S. Congress, and barely approved, I think American leaders will not want to reopen that can of worms. They will be very pleased with the creation of a Latin American economic country, with which they can deal.
3. Latin Americans will look at the creation of the Latin American super nation as being far more preferable than submitting to a huge NAFTA that would probably be dominated by the United States. When they create the super nation, "Latin America", as called for in the NWO Plan, above, they will be able to claim that they are still ruling themselves. At the very least, they will know that they will not be ruled by their erstwhile enemy, the United States.

Latin America is already functioning as a separate economic nation, and has created a boom within South America. " So far, for the Latins, the primary benefits of their trade openings have been more efficient economies and a boom in intra-regional trade. Growing twice as fast as Latin exports to the United States, intra-Latin trade has tripled, growing from 10 percent of regional trade a decade ago to 25 percent today." [The New York Times, April 13, 1998]

This article continues to make this point that Latin America is likely to never join NAFTA.

"With Latin America's largest manufacturing base, Brazil wants to emerge as a kind of queen bee of a South American free trade zone. This year, for the first time, Brazil is exporting more to Latin America than to the United States. Eighty percent of Brazil's exports to Latin America are manufactured. Profiting from shorter shipping distances and shorter letters of credit, Brazilian manufacturers believe that delays in expanding Nafta will give them more time to establish supply lines, credit lines and consumer loyalties throughout South America." [Ibid.]

At the right moment in history, Latin America will be formally created, separate from NAFTA, just as outlined in "Mankind At The Turning Point", 1974. We are uniquely blessed by living in the Time of the End, when all the Biblical prophecies are occurring right before our eyes, in our Daily News. This second Summit of the Americas is a HUGE fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, as the world stage is being set for the appearance of Antichrist.

Remember the sequence:

1. The world's nations are reorganized into 10 Super Nations;
2. Antichrist arises;
3. The 10 Super Rulers publicly give their power to the Antichrist;
4. The Antichrist destroys three of the original 10 Super Nations, as the events of Revelation 6 begin to unfold. (Daniel 7:7-8; 7:20]

Of course, Point #4 is a subject quite out of our ability here to explore. However, we most definitely are looking at the formation of the 10 Super Nations in our Daily News. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there.
