Even though this article reports how President Obama is gutting our capability to fight wars through budget cuts, let us begin by studying a new weapons program which has sucked down into the sink hole enough money to fund some of the military capability recently cut. Let us talk about the F-35 Fighter Plane.
NEWS BRIEF: "Fail! The $400 Billion Military Jet That Can't Fly in Cloudy Weather", AlterNet News, March 17, 2013
"The F-35 is a case study of government failure at all levels - civilian and military, federal, state, local, even airport authority. Not one critical government agency is meeting its obligation to protect the people it presumably represents ... The F-35 is a nuclear-capable weapon of mass destruction that was supposed to be the 'fighter of the future' when it was undertaken in 2001. Now, more than a decade overdue and more than 100% over budget, the plane is expected to cost $1.5 trillion over its useful life, of which about $400 billion has already been spent."
America has enjoyed a century of advanced technology that has put our armed forces at a great advantage versus our potential enemies. Further, modern Israel has always been guaranteed a significant technological margin over her implacable Arab enemies. For example, both Israel and Saudi Arabia may fly American F-16 fighter - bombers, but the Israeli craft is stuffed with the latest in software which will enable their F-16 to accomplish some really amazing feats. In contrast, the Saudi F-16 is more of a stripped down version and is not capable of defeating the Israeli F-16.
My point is that, if America has lost her capability to produce the finest fighter jets in the world, we will be in deep trouble, probably within a decade.
"In January, the Lockheed Martin production facility in Fort Worth, Texas, reported it was well along 'in the final phase of building the wings' of the 100th F-35 constructed by the Bethesda, Maryland, company. Of the first 99 F-35s, none are yet operational. "
What is this nonsense? Lockheed Martin has produced 99 new fighter jets which are not operational? Why did it take them 100 aircraft before they realized they had a monumental program? Couldn't they have figured this problem out with only a handful of jets built? This disastrous situation smacks of corruption and payback.
Here are a list of the problems of the F-35:
1) "It can fly only on sunny days."
2) "It can't fly at night."
3) "It can't fly in clouds or near lightning ... Aircraft operating limitations prohibit flying the aircraft at night or in instrument meteorological conditions, hence pilots must avoid clouds and other weather"
4) "The aircraft also is currently prohibited from flying close formation..."
5) "The F-35A does not yet have the capability to train in these phases, nor any actual combat capability... "The Air Force's F-35A: Not Ready for Combat, Not Even Ready for Combat Training ... the plane might not be ready for combat before 2019. "
6) "The radar, the pilot's helmet-mounted display (HMD), and the cockpit interfaces for controlling the radios and navigational functions should be improved. "
7) "the pilot escape system is not yet reliable, especially if a pilot were to eject over water. " How many years has America been building the "pilot escape system" for pilots to safely eject from a crippled fighter?
NEWS BRIEF: "Time to cancel the F-35", CDN News, March 7, 2013
"The DOD’s Director of Operational Test and Evaluation (OTE), J. Michael Gilmore, has recently released his assessment of the F-35 JSF, and the DOD has also released the marks given to the plane by its test pilots. These are all F grades."
What were the specific areas of trouble with the F-35 fighters?
* "In the plane’s cockpit, visibility to the rear is poor (practically nonexistent)"
* " visibility with the JSF’s HMD helmet is also disastrously poor"
* " just recently, the engine suffered a turbine crack"
Other areas of trouble are just as upsetting;
* "POOR MANEUVERABILITY/AGILITY"
* "HIGH FUEL CONSUMPTION. This means that enemy fighters such as the Flanker family, the J-20, and the PAKFA can simply run the F-35 out of fuel."
* "POOR COMBAT RADIUS'
* "SMALL WEAPONS LOAD. In stealthy mode, the F-35 can carry only 4 air-to-air missiles, meaning that an Su-35, with 12 missiles, gets 8 freebie shots at the F-35."
* "LOW CEILING. Nominally, it’s an unimpressive 60,000 ft, in reality, the F-35 has been tested only at altitudes up to 43,000 ft. Both of these ceilings are woefully inadequate to fight effectively against the most modern Russian and Chinese aircraft."
* "LOW SPEED. Only Mach 1.61, much slower than 4th generation American fighters"
* "SINGLE ENGINE. The F-35's single engine means that if the engine malfunctions or is hit by the enemy, the plane will be lost"
* "COST. Even the cheapest F-35 variant – the F-35A – will, according to the most optimistic estimates, cost at least $130 mn, and probably much more. The F-35B and C variants will be even more expensive. Moreover, the cost of operating a fleet of 2,443 F-35s over the next 55 years will be $1.5 trillion – completely unaffordable for the DOD, especially considering sequestration. "
What do all these factors mean to the bottom line?
"The DOTE and test pilots have written that as a result, the F-35 will be outclassed in air combat every time because of poor visibility for the pilot (i.e. the pilot will have good visibility only straight ahead). Even vision to the sides will be poor. As a result, the plane will succumb in air to air combat (at least in Within Visual Range combat) every time, for all-around vision is a non-negotiable requirement for this regime of combat. In simple English, F-35 pilots won’t be able to see what’s around them, only what’s in front of them. "
"In short, the F-35 is one of the worst combat aircraft ever designed by anyone. It’s an utter waste of money ... Moreover, the F-35 has already become operationally obsolete long before it has entered service. It was NEVER designed to do air to air combat or to eliminate enemy air defenses. Instead, it was designed to pound enemy ground armies and their associated short-range air defense systems like the Tunguska (SA-19 Grison), a la the Cold War and Operation Desert Storm. But this kind of warfare will likely never be fought again – massed ground armies lost their appeal after the Coalition pounded Saddam’s massed ground armies during Operation Desert Storm. "
The F-35A cannot defeat enemy systems like "the S-300, the S-400, the S-500, the HQ-9, the Su-35, the PAKFA, the J-20, and the J-31".
In short, the F-35A fighter represents the worst of all worlds. At a time of severe budget cuts, the Air Force is producing an extremely expensive new fighter aircraft so badly designed that it probably will never be deployed. This fighter is sucking money from other parts of the Department of Defense, ensuring that some of the men and equipment now sidelined because of sequestration could be actively deployed.
The Navy and Marine Corps weigh in with alarming news.
NEWS BRIEF: "Gen. Amos: Marines Can't Fight Major War If Sequestered; Navy Short Carriers Too", AOL Defense, April 16, 2013
"The commandant of the Marines told Congress today that his service could not handle even one major war if Congress doesn’t undo the $500 billion, 10-year cut to defense spending known as sequestration. The Navy, for its part, would have only one aircraft carrier ready to 'surge' in a crisis instead of two or three, allowing it to reinforce only one war zone at a time. "
NEWS BRIEF: "Sea Change for American Power", Front Page Magazine, June 29, 2012
"... external threats have emerged to challenge America’s control of the seas. China is increasingly asserting its naval reach in the Western Pacific ... Another challenger is Russia ... Some $160 billion has been allotted to refit the fleet through 2020, while four French Mistral-class amphibious assault ships will be deployed in the next few years. These will give Russia a considerable boost in power-projection capabilities. Furthermore, new supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles like the Yakhont and advanced torpedoes like the Shkival are in service, which are a major enhancement to the fleet’s firepower."
"Then there are the smaller fleets that, due to geopolitical and ideological factors, are most likely to be faced in a shooting war. Iran has developed a formidable naval capability in the confined waters of the Persian Gulf, which U.S. naval forces would have to enter to maintain the flow of oil from the region ... "
"While threats from abroad have emerged, the priorities of the Obama Administration have also served to undermine America’s continued naval supremacy ... Not until 2018 will shipbuilding be funded above replacement levels ... The U.S. Navy had nearly 600 ships under George W. Bush; now under Obama our fleet numbers just 286."
"Such a deployment of Russian and Chinese strength in the Middle East is unprecedented, signifying an ever closer alignment between Moscow and Beijing, aimed at the West. Given the Obama Administration’s decision to concentrate on the Pacific as the primary focus of U.S. naval strength, this could mean that, at a time of growing danger in the Mediterranean (and considering that the NATO allies have severely reduced their power projection capabilities over the past decade and would be unlikely to take up the slack), a power vacuum could emerge ... "
One final warning on our current Naval capabilities.
"If there is one thing that has prevented another major global war it has been the…process of constant vigilance at sea, with multi-layered maritime capabilities ... Once the carefully constructed naval structure is dismantled, or key elements removed, it creates a situation where conflict is more likely, not less.”
NEWS BRIEF: "The Army Has It Worst 2.0: Readiness Shortchanged $13.7 Billion", Defense News, April 10, 2013
"PENTAGON: “Army Has Biggest Problem.” That’s it. Pentagon Comptroller Robert Hale’s official briefing slides for today’s big budget roll-out couldn’t be blunter ... he biggest service is still deepest in the hole — specifically, about $13.7 billion deep."
Even the possibility of an American military intervention in the Syrian conflict is placed in jeopardy because of sequestered budget cuts.
NEWS BRIEF: "General Odierno: Syria rebels will prevail, but sequester makes U.S. intervention risky", Foreign Affairs, May 7, 2013
"The U.S. Army's top officer said that force readiness is 'degrading significantly' enough that if President Barack Obama decides to put boots on the ground in Syria, soldiers may not be fully prepared for the job if they don't move out by the end of this summer. "
Notice that this top general spoke in the present tense as he discussed the degrading of the Army. He made it sound as though budget cuts were degrading the Army right now, on a daily basis. I think that is exactly what he meant. The general then uttered a sentence which truly alarmed me.
"Odierno cautioned, however, that training cutbacks due to the sequester mean that, within months, the Army will be less prepared for a ground intervention."
If the U.S. Army cannot invade a weak country like Syria, how can we hope to confront a strong military, like Russia or China? Or North Korea? All our enemies have to do is wait a little while longer, knowing they will be facing a far less capable American military than they face right now. Can you hear North Korea and Iran "licking their chops"?
Will the next North Korean threat "go weapons hot"?
General Odierno looks at the risk of not being strong enough in volatile region like the Middle East.
""If we don't get this right, what happens the day after ... could change the whole face of the Middle East ... 'There's lots to worry about', Odierno said. 'For me, it gets very, very messy' ... What's the impact on Israel? What's the impact on Lebanon? What's the impact on Jordan', he said, mentioning Iraq, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Iran, as well. "
Once more, we are confronted by the somber reality that the needless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have cost this country a huge amount of money. The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are likely to total $6 TRILLION! As we now argue the amounts of monies that need to be cut in order to meet severely reduced budget cuts, wouldn't we all like to have the $6 trillion back that we uselessly spent on these two wars?
Speaking of useless wars, did you know that the Illuminati Plan calls for just such wars to be fought?
The Illuminati plan foresees that the time would come when wars would be fought not to win?
"Thanks to the Press we have got the gold in our hands, notwithstanding that we have had to gather it out of oceans of blood and tears. But it has paid us, though we have sacrificed many of our people." [Protocol No. 2; Emphasis mine]
Here, the Protocols are speaking of waging war, when it speaks of "oceans of blood and tears" resulting in their accumulating great wealth. In fact, listen to their blunt assessment of the need for war, and for a particular type of war: "It is indispensable for our purpose that wars, so far as possible, should not result in territorial gains: War will thus be brought on to the economic ground ... Our international rights will then wipe out national rights ... and will rule the nations ..." ["The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion", Protocol No. 2, Emphasis Mine]
Is this why we have spilt such great blood in World Wars I, II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Gulf War, over economic issues, without gaining any territory? Of course, it is! Further, the Press is named above, as the great accomplice in all this 'ocean of blood and tears'! Truly, the great financiers and Industrialists have become filthy rich because of these wars. This fact is the reason I cannot go to the Vietnam War Monument in Washington, D.C., where so many of my brave comrades are listed. Every single one of those lives were lost in vain, but then so were all of the Korean War dead, and the dead in World Wars I and II. Every one of our bloody wars in the 20th Century, and so far in the 21st Century, were fought to advance the New World Order!!
Today, America is faced with the greatest draw-down of American military might since the days of President Jimmy Carter (1977-1980).
But, this draw-down was planned decades ago. We are talking about the Disarmament Of The Nations, a required goal of the New World Order. In fact, disarmament is so critical to the success of the New World Order that we are safe to say that the it cannot be finally established until disarmament occurs. We are further safe to say that Anti-Christ cannot arise until this goal is substantially achieved.
In other words, disarmament is one of the most important goals possible:
The demon, Master D.K., writing through Theosophical leader, Alice Bailey, in the book, "The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", states that disarmament is absolutely crucial to the establishment of the New World Order. Writing in April, 1940, Master D.K. stated,
"In the preparatory period for the New World Order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament. It will not be optional. No nation will be permitted to produce and organize any equipment for destructive purposes or to infringe the security of any other nation."
Master D.K. wrote these words in April, 1940, just as World War II was starting. On August 14, 1941, Roosevelt and Churchill released the results of their meeting by issuing an eight-point goal. This document, written in most high-sounding words, was called the "Atlantic Charter". It was one of the most important documents of the Twentieth Century, as it formed the basis upon which every succeeding President has based his continued support for the New World Order, and it formed the basis for the United Nations charter.
Therefore, this charter was a foundation stone upon which the edifice of the New World Order has been erected. We will not examine all eight points of this charter, but will zero in on the final point. After promising "peace" and "safety" in some of the previous points, Roosevelt and Churchill commit their governments to work for the complete disarmament of the nations. Listen carefully:
"Eighth...all of the nations of the world...must come to the abandonment of the use of force. Since no future peace can be maintained if land, sea or air armaments continue to be employed by nations which threaten... aggression outside of their frontiers...the disarmament of.. nations is essential..."
After fighting two expensive wars for 14 years which were designed to not win any territory and to place a severe strain on our present and future military capabilities, America is at the point where it is no longer the "King Kong" of the world. global government or economy can effectively run the world if one nation is a "King Kong". Therefore, if the nation who was so much more powerful than the rest of the nations gets knocked down a few pegs, the new global system can function a lot more smoothly. Therefore, any and all "King Kongs" must be brought down before any concerted effort can be made in bringing all military forces from all the nations of the world into United Nations control.Since World War II, America has been that "King Kong" versus the rest of the world. This hard economy is most definitely taking America and her venerable institutions down a few pegs so that her economy does not tower so much higher than the rest of the world.
At the same time, the rest of the Industrialized World is being built up higher. When all is said and done, the American economy is likely to be about the same level as the economies of the rest of the Industrialized World. That is the Plan.
Once America is taken down to the level of a weaker government, then she can meld into the global government of the New World Order.
That is the plan - and President Obama is doing his part through the gutting of the American military machine.
