"Do you now what's REALLY on your dinner plate? Well - it's becoming increasingly difficult for you to find out and there may be very little our lawmakers can do about it. Do you know what's in your dinner? Chances are...you probably don't. That's because recent rulings by the World Trade Organization have made it harder and harder for Americans to know if what they're eating is safe - and exactly where it came from. For example - last month - the the WTO struck down a law passed by Congress and signed by the President in 2008 had required labels on all meat so that we know what country the cattle was born, raised, and slaughtered in. Think about that for a second - laws passed by our elected Representatives are being struck down by foreign bureaucrats and corporations through the World Trade Organization. Also this year - the WTO struck down dolphin-safe tuna labels - arguing that it would do economic harm to foreign fishing fleets that slaughter dolphins in the process of catching tuna. So why is this? Why is it suddenly illegal for us to know more about what's in the food we eat? And why are we as a nation bending at the will of the WTO?"
The answer to this last question is, quite simply and starkly, 'yes', America is bending to the will of a global authority because the time has come to start implementing one of the goals of the Illuminati! This international authority is illegally striking down American domestic law. Very soon, politicians not elected, and judges not appointed by American elected officials are going to be ruling harshly over us; but, not just in America, but in every country in the world. Very soon, Americans are going to discover that values not Christian are going to the guiding principles by which decisions from all sorts of international authorities, from the WTO to the International Criminal Court, are going to be handed down.
Anti-abortion laws are going to be struck down; laws that have their basis in the Judeo-Christian Bible are going to be struck down. Local and state referendums on local matters that have been legally voted into existence are going to be struck down by international courts. Freedoms and liberties guaranteed by the American Constitution are going to be struck down by international authorities.
This is the Plan and the current actions occurring in The Hague, Netherlands, are the conditioning agents designed to drive such changes through our hearts. The parting words of New World Order author, Peter Lemesurier, are most appropriate right now:
"Their script is now written, subject only to last-minute editing and stage-directions ... The last-minute, walk-on parts are even now being filled. Most of the main actors ... have already taken up their roles. Soon it will be time for them to come on stage, ready for the curtain to rise. The time for action will have come." [The Armageddon Script , p. 252, written in 1981].
A lot of acting has occurred since these words were penned in 1981. The curtain has risen; the time for acting out the assigned part has come, and for some actors, has already past. Certainly Ronald Reagan and his entire administration have acted out their roles and are off the global stage. The same could be said for Presidents Bush [Senior], Clinton, and Bush (Junior). Continuous acting and conditioning will be carried out until the peoples of the world have been sufficiently conditioned, and the timing of God is right, so Antichrist can arise.
This ruling by the World Trade Organization overturning American domestic law did not occur overnight. Even though I read in New Age literature in 1987 that, one day, America and every nation on earth were going to bend to the will of international authorities, this is the first official instance where American laws on the books are going to be overturned because of an adverse ruling from The Hague.
The WTO's role is to play the protagonist in the Dialectic Process of deliberate, planned conflict designed to produce a deliberate, planned change. We call the domestic portion of the Dialectic the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan, and in Seminar 1 ("America's Leadership In The New World Order") we thoroughly demonstrate how this process has been continuously used within the United States over the past five (5) decades to gradually, invisibly change American's values and attitudes.
Let us examine the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan to see how this WTO ruling is following the classic lines of this change plan. Here is how the plan works:
Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan
Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.
Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.
Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT of the debate.
Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.
Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.
Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging only, the means to ACHIEVE it.
To make this conflict work, two protagonists are required. On the one hand, we have the World Trade Organization (WTO) , making a ruling which overturns American law; on the other side, we have the formerly sovereign nation of America, whose leaders supposedly are still sovereign.
Let us begin with Step #1 . What is really the "offensive action" being advocated in this part of the global play? The "offensive action" which can scarcely be spoken of in public is the planned forced surrender of national sovereignty by every nation on earth. America is the nation right now whose sovereignty is in the international docket. But, do not be deceived, the day is rapidly approaching when every nation on earth will be forced to surrender its daily sovereignty to the newly formed global government.
Furthermore, the "offensive action" is written between the lines, present for all with discernment to see. This "offensive action" being advocated by a RESPECTED expert speaking from a RESPECTED forum is that an international authority now has jurisdiction on matters small and great within the borders of the United States of America. National sovereignty is now coming to an end, and this bold action of the WTO proves it. National sovereignty is now obsolete and ineffective, as every day of its proceedings makes it abundantly clear.
Where is the outrage from Conservative Democrats and Republicans alike? I have heard that Americans are so conditioned that they cannot get outraged by anything anymore. This lack of outrage proves this contention. Where is the outrage on the Republican campaign trail? I have not even heard a peep from Ron Paul! All Republican candidates should be severely criticizing President Obama for not fighting this WTO encroachment.
Step Two -- At first, the people are shocked and outraged. Conservatives have been long outraged and outspoken against this travesty, warning that our sovereignty is scheduled for disappearance.
Step 3 -- The very fact that the WTO can be created, and operated with an air of normalcy and legitimacy becomes the subject of the matter.
Step 4 -- Sheer repetition of the "offensive practice" is always the key to successfully conclude this Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan. The WTO can be expected to issue other verdicts of a similar nature, each one overriding our sovereignty. Other global authorities can be expected now to make other rulings on other matters, each one of which overturns a domestic law.
Step 5 -- People are no longer shocked by the spectacle of an international authority being able to invalidate American laws with impunity.
Step 6 -- People actually accept the premise that international authorities are legitimate, and have a role to play. Most Americans today are like the bird becoming obsessed with watching the beautiful snake getting in position to eat him for lunch; most of the peoples of the world have become obsessed with the global government concept as beautifully set forth by the propagandists working for the controlled Mass Media. Such people are about to become the lunch and dinner of the Illuminati, but they cannot now help themselves from being obsessed by the beautiful rhetoric of the snake who fully intends to eat them whole.
However shocked you may be by this WTO ruling and by the silence of American officials, our sovereignty was breached a very long time ago, under a "Conservative" Republican President!
You will be shocked to learn that America is officially -- on paper -- subservient to the World Court and its rulings, and can only appeal through the United Nations Security Council! Prepare to be shocked.
NEWS BRIEF: "World Court claims U.S. Jurisdiction", by Betsy Pisik, The Washington Times, June 28, 2001.
"NEW YORK -- The International Court of Justice yesterday criticized the state of Arizona for executing a German national in defiance of its wishes, insisting in its most explicit language that ICJ orders are binding on U.S. and other national courts."
Our current leaders are being insincere and downright dishonest; they know exactly what the long-term consequences are going to be, for their predecessors of both parties have consistently negotiated with the United Nations to totally surrender our national sovereignty to the U.N. -- and to all its auxiliary organizations like the World Court in the Hague, called here the ICJ {International Court of Justice}. Our leaders just do not want Americans to get excited at this stage of the sovereignty surrender process, so they are acting dumbstruck. Let us continue with this most informative article, for it shows how far down the road to Step 6 of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan we truly are on this issue.
"The ICJ, also known as the World Court, had previously criticized the United States for breaching the Vienna Convention by failing to meet its obligation to notify a consulate when foreign nationals were charged with crimes. In March 1999, Arizona executed Walter LaGrand, an indigent German national who, with his brother, was convicted of fatally stabbing a bank manager during a botched robbery in 1982. At the request of Germany, the Hague-based World Court issued a provisional order -- a sort of injunction -- ordering Arizona not to execute him until it could make a final ruling on the matter. LaGrand was executed, as scheduled, the following day."
Never before has any international body even attempted to "issue an injunction" to an American state court system, telling it to obey the wishes of the international body. This is historically unprecedented! For the first time ever, an international court of law has asserted that it now has the authority to tell an American court what it can and cannot do. Let me tell you the main reasons it is such a bad idea for America to join the rest of the world in surrendering their individual national sovereignty to the United Nations:
1. The United Nations was established according to the Illuminist Plan to produce the New Age Christ, the supreme Avatar of the Masters of the Hierarchy (the Biblical Antichrist) [Alice Bailey, Externalisation of the Hierarchy, p. 450].
2. Therefore, the United Nations was established according to the values of Antichrist. According to Daniel 8:23, Antichrist will practice Black Magick Witchcraft. These values are opposite to those of Christianity, and are moving stealthily to begin depriving Christians worldwide of their rights and their lives.
3. The United Nations is operating according to the principles of the coming Kingdom of Antichrist, officially known as the New World Order. Therefore, every American law founded in the least part on Biblical principles is going to be overturned by the international court. This means that our right to bring up our children in the "fear and admonition of the Lord" is going to be declared invalid; this means our right to own private property is going to be overturned; this means that our Free Speech, Freedom of Assembly, and all Bill of Rights liberties are going to be taken away. Do not be deceived on this point!
4. The United Nations secretly plans to rule the world with the "Iron Fist" of Antichrist. This part of the plan is a counterfeit to the Biblical prophecy that Jesus Christ will rule with a "Rod of Iron". Part of the U.N. Iron Fist policy will be to oversee a two-thirds reduction in world population. Do not be deceived.
5. United Nations officials not-so-secretly hate our Industrialized Civilization with a passion; they are Socialists, even Communists, at heart. They cannot wait for the time when American officials will begin the process of dismantling our civilization under the ruse of a series of overlapping crises. Then, these U.N. officials will finally get their hands on our wealth.
Let us now return back to this article for more insight.
"'By failing to take all measures at its disposal to ensure that Walter LaGrand was not executed pending the [ICJ's] final decision ... the United States breached the obligation incumbent upon it,' the judges wrote in a majority opinion. The ICJ hears disputes between nations. Its decisions are considered binding and can only be appealed through the U.N. Security Council. Yesterday's ruling essentially reinforced that." [Ibid.]
I bet you did not know that the United States long ago signed treaties that gave the United Nations such sovereignty over American courts of law, did you? You did not know that the International Court of Justice in the Hague officially has such control over American courts, did you? Did you know that dozens of such instances exist, where American sovereignty and control has officially been given away by our officials? Or, the only reason we do not know it yet, is that the time of planned multiple crises had not occurred yet? Frankly, I am surprised the ICJ has let its hand be seen at this time.
Now, let us listen to the matter-of-fact statement from an American lawyer on this issue. " 'This is an interesting step forward in terms of the ICJ asserting itself,' said Lee Casey, a former Justice Department lawyer and expert on international law. 'It shows that the court is being more assertive than it has been in the past, and given where we are in the development of international law and these new criminal courts, that's important'."
Mr. Casey obviously approves of the growth of authority by the International Court of Justice, as we would expect from someone who was a former Justice Department lawyer. When he says that it is "important" that the ICJ is now suddenly more "assertive", he is not just kidding! This sudden assertiveness means the death of millions, tens of millions, of citizens the world over whose values are not conducive to the coming Kingdom of Antichrist.
Then, Mr. Casey drops a rather important bomb. "Mr. Casey said the ICJ is clearly concerned that the U.S. government did not do enough to compel the state of Arizona to comply with its order. 'But the federal government doesn't necessarily have the authority to do that'."
Do you mean to tell me that the ICJ feels it has authority over an American state court system, when even the American Federal Government realizes it has no such authority? This is exactly the case! We have reached the point where previous American leaders have allowed international bodies to have local authority in matters where the specific American Constitution prohibits the Federal Government from meddling. This means that any state court system can be summoned by the ICJ in Hague, The Netherlands, to obey the dictates of the international authorities.
The only enforcement provision lacking right now is the lack of United Nations troops on our soil. In past articles, we have reported that plans do exist for America to be ruled by foreign troops that will enter our country -- if they are not already here -- under the pretext of such a great internal crisis that the American President cannot handle them. Once United Nations troops are on our soil, we will soon feel the steel boot of United Nations laws and courts on our necks! [Seminar 4, Raging Spiritual Warfare]
LACK OF A RESPONSE FROM THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION
As shocking as this story is to all Americans who still think we are free and control our own destiny, the real story is the complete lack of response from the Bush Administration. We would allow ourselves to believe that the Clinton Administration would not do anything to correct this situation, but by golly, we had a compassionate, Conservative, Christian President in George W. Bush in 2001 who will surely not take this insult lying down! Surely, he will tell this future world dictatorship to leave its hands off American state courts, and go find some other country to dominate! Surely, "Christian" / "Conservative" President Bush will recognize the Antichrist nature of the United Nations and the International Court of Justice, and forcibly remind them of continued American sovereignty!
Right? Wrong!!
The Bush Administration has taken none of these actions. In fact, we see in this article a far different official attitude. Listen:
"State Department officials have acknowledged that the Vienna Convention was violated in the LaGrand case, and say that a sweeping program is under way to educate state and local jurisdictions on consular notification. 'We think consular notification is important for Americans abroad and we take it very seriously', Mr. Reeker said yesterday."
The State Department of the Bush Administration has officially recognized the superiority of the Vienna Convention over the American state court system. Rather than issuing a scathing denunciation of this entire sorry mess, State Department spokesman Reeker meekly admitted that Vienna Convention was violated and boy, are we sorry!
All Americans need to wake up and realize that our national sovereignty is gradually being given away by the very American officials who have taken oaths of office promising to uphold American law and its Constitution. Thus we have just one more instance of another "sign of the times".
While we still can contact our representatives and president, I think we should, to let them know how much we really care, and how much we are aware of what they are gradually do to us.
Truly, the End of the Age is bearing down upon us with breath-taking speed. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
