Anti-christian winds are most definitely blowing through America, as these
two articles clearly demonstrate.
NEWS BRIEF: "Illinois bans prayer at Christian institutions", World Net Daily, March 07, 2009
"The Illinois High School Association is being challenged on a policy that bans Christian schools from offering a prayer or any religious message over their public address systems when they host association events on their own property."
Can you imagine any state government trying to dictate what the owner of a private property does on his property? This is unthinkable, especially when you realize that the issue on which Illinois has decided to take this stand involves another formerly inviolable issue, i.e., the practice of Christianity!
Throughout America's history, these two issues have been held to be sacred. To whit:
1) A private property owner has always enjoyed a huge degree of latitude as to what he could do on his property or with his property. Unless government officials had reason to believe that an owner was committing crimes on his property, or unless he was planning to do something which would violated zoning ordinances, the owner could do pretty much what he wanted to do.
2) Practice of religion, especially Christianity, has always been held sacred. No government could possibly infringe upon the right of a Christian organization to practice their religion as they felt the Bible dictated on their own property.
This particular case simultaneously violates both Private Property Rights and the right to practice Christianity in one fell swoop. This is most distressing news.
" 'It is blatantly unconstitutional for public school officials to come into private schools and enforce a policy prohibiting them from expressing what's central to their religious beliefs', said David Cortman, senior legal counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund, or ADF. The ADF wrote this week to association chief Marty Hickman after several private schools complained about the new restrictions ... There is a strong likelihood that the IHSA's new policy violates the First Amendment rights of private Christian schools that host IHSA state series events..."
This new directive is clearly at odds with the previous policy of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). In our Daily News Updates, we are constantly seeing an anti-Christian wind blowing throughout this entire nation. The strongest challenge to Christianity today comes from the militant wing of the Gay/Lesbian groups, but courts are now getting in on the act in restricting Christian activity in more and more ways.
America has clearly entered into a post-Christian phase since the end of World War II. God's judgment is not far behind. Soon, Christians will be persecuted and martyred, much in the manner described in the book above, the "Foxe's Book of Martyrs: Original and Modern Stories".
NEWS BRIEF: "Does America deserve a Christian burial? ", by Joe Farah, World Net Daily, March 7, 2009
"Things are looking grim for America right now ... Is it time for last rites? Is it time for us to start planning a decent Christian burial for this great country?"
Mr. Farah is certainly asking the right questions, as he is correctly reading the signs of God's physical judgment coming upon America.
"I don't know about you, but as bad as things are – and, yes, they are going to get much worse ... "
Farah then calls for the greatest demonstrations in American history.
"Tea parties around the nation are a great start. But they may not be enough. Most of them are being ignored by my negligent colleagues in the Big Media. So, I am convinced something larger must be organized – right inside the belly of the beast, in the heart of darkness, in Washington, D.C., the District of Criminals. Some organization or coalition of groups needs to take leadership now and give the American people a voice. They are waiting for marching orders.
"Plan it, plan it right, and they will come. Pull out all the stops. Organize around the issues – the plans that are sure to bankrupt this nation if they are carried out to completion, the attacks on our individual rights and personal freedoms, the war on morals and life itself. Cutting Edge has long maintained that Jesus foretold in Matthew 24:32-34 that, once Israel came back to her land, all prophecies are going to be fulfilled as a unit -- in synchronized fashion. This prophetic reality means that no one or no force is going to prevent all these prophecies from occurring as a unit once Israel came back to her land.
And, that includes America slipping into the type of apostasy foretold in 2 Thess 2:6-8. In fact, the entire developed world is either ahead of America in this apostasy or not too far behind. This kind of turning against Christianity is proof positive that the coming of Antichrist is getting closer and closer by the day!

II. Prince Charles ratcheted the public rhetoric sky high when he somberly stated that global leaders had only 100 months to solve the "Climate Change" problems or Mother Earth would face "catastrophe".

"The Prince of Wales is to issue a stark warning that nations have 'less than 100 months to act' to save the planet from irreversible damage due to climate change ... even in a global recession, the world must not lose sight of the 'bigger picture' ... The Prince starts a ten-day tour of South America today during which he will be playing an elevated role as an international statesman working on behalf of the Government to support British interests on key issues."
Thus does the British government of PM Brown intend to take advantage of Prince Charles' international exposure to push for a number of British issues, including the somber warnings about Climate Change, i.e., 'Global Warming'."
"Senior sources have revealed that Gordon Brown's Government wants to make more use on the foreign stage of Prince Charles's experience, expertise and contacts, particularly on climate change. Government officials believe that the Prince's passion to protect the environment is hugely respected abroad and that he can play an increasing important role as he inevitably moves closer to becoming king. "

Now, the supposed catastrophe warning moves front and center.
"In Thursday's speech, the Prince will warn that a failure to act in the next eight years will have catastrophic effects for the planet. In the country that is home to the world's largest rainforest, Prince Charles will urge world unity to combat deforestation in the run-up to the UN conference on climate change in Copenhagen in December this year."
The Prince of Wales is viewed by many people in the world as possessing a unique level of commitment to environmental issues.
"One senior FCO official said: 'We are hugely supportive of this visit. The Prince's commitment to sustainable development is very much in line with one of our main priorities ... The real personal commitment that Prince Charles has to environmental issues and his interest in sustainable development really resonates with people, both at Government level and ordinary individuals'."
This next story declares that people who do not believe in Global Warming and other related issues are "Mentally Ill".

"How odd that, last Monday, none of our media global warming groupies should have bothered to report what was billed to be "the largest ever demonstration for civil disobedience over climate change". There was talk of hundreds of thousands of protestors converging on Washington to hear Jim Hansen, the scientist who talks of coal-fired power stations as 'factories of death', call yet again for all coal plants to be closed. Perhaps the lack of coverage was due to the fact that, before Hansen arrived to address a forlorn group of several hundred hippies, Washington was blanketed in nearly a foot of snow."

The Met Office, which has been one of the chief pushers of the global warming scare for 20 years, had to admit that this has been 'Britain's coldest winter for 13 years', despite its prediction last September that the winter would be 'milder than average'. Of course, this kind of physical reality is exactly the weapon that Conservatives have been using since the 1991 Kyoto Accords to keep the "Climate Change" radicals at bay. When President Bush was elected, Conservatives hoped that they could bury this "Climate Change" nonsense once and for all. Events seemed to be progressing with the new Republican-Conservative-Christian Bush, until that infamous day in 2002 when the Bush Administration "agreed with the United Nations" that climate change was real and that it was caused by human activity! President Obama is poised to become the President who marches this country fully into the Global Warming vanguard.
But, now let us return to our featured story.
"Ever wilder wax the beleaguered warmists in their rhetoric. Our science minister Lord Drayson said last week he was 'shocked' to find how many of the captains of industry he meets are 'climate deniers' ... Even Drayson is outbid, however, by the groupies in The Guardian, who now suggest that people like Christopher Booker should no longer be compared to 'Holocaust deniers' but consigned to even more outer darkness by branding them as climate 'Creationists', the dirtiest word they know. Meanwhile at the University of the West of England in Bristol this weekend, a conference of 'eco-psychologists', led by a professor, are solemnly exploring the notion that 'climate change denial' should be classified as a form of 'mental disorder'. "
This strategy borrows a page or two from the Communist playbook. Communism declared that anyone who was not supportive of Communism was "mentally ill". And, this classification carried an extremely stiff level of consequences, as whole prisons were filled with "mentally ill" dissidents, people who were adamantly opposed to the insanity called Communism.
Are we likely to see a similar situation develop as the Illuminati gradually advances its Global Warming agenda? The prisons are already built, simply awaiting that moment in time when anyone opposed to the New World Order can be listed as mentally insane and thrust into prison. The Global Warming issue is advancing even though its facts have been proved totally wrong. We are witnessing the sheer power of propaganda!
Remember that the Illuminati has placed an enormously large emphasis upon scaring enough people with enough global crises that they will allow a global dictatorship to seize control over all the earth -- and then cheer when the Masonic Christ arises. III. President Obama publicly acknowledged with rhetoric and with action that the United States is being defeated in Bush's two foreign wars.
This defeat will embolden Islamic strategists to the point where fulfillment of Zechariah 12 will come sooner rather than later.

"President Obama conceded yesterday that America was not winning the war in Afghanistan and opened the way for negotiations with moderate elements of the Taleban, much as the US did with Sunni tribes in Iraq."
This news is perhaps the hottest in a very long while! For the last five years, President Bush pursued the seemingly contradictory path of shouting war rhetoric against Iran on the one hand while quietly negotiating an American exit strategy from Iraq with Iranian leaders on the other hand. Cutting Edge maintained during this period that the war rhetoric against Iran was simply for show and could be ignored, but that the negotiations with Iran on "security issues" was going to result in America's withdrawal from Iraq in a timetable which was not possible to see at that point.
Very soon after President Bush announced his "Surge" in Iraq, Iranian leaders quietly ordered the Shi'ite Mahdi Army to begin a unilateral ceasefire. From that moment forward, American forces could begin to claim "victory" against what was left of Iraqi forces. At the end of Bush's term, it was apparent that this policy had resulted in firm American plans to withdraw from Iraq by the end of 2011.
When President Obama took office, people were wondering if he would follow the Bush plan or whether he would stake out his own agenda. It is apparent now that Obama views these two wars as a liability, one that needs to be dispensed with quickly. What is surprising is that Obama is adopting the Bush plan of acting warlike on the one hand while planning negotiations with the enemy on the other hand.
Notice the warm Iranian reception of Obama's olive branch.
"The new strategy, which comes as Mr Obama prepares to send an additional 17,000 US troops to Afghanistan, emerged after a frantic 48 hours of American diplomacy in the region involving new overtures to Iran, Russia and the Muslim world ... Mr Obama’s admission of the dire situation in Afghanistan followed an invitation to Iran by Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, to participate in a regional conference on Afghanistan this month. The offer was part of a broad arc of diplomacy in recent days that marks a decisive shift away from the Bush Administration’s more hardline approach to the region. "
President Obama then signaled that he viewed the Iraqi situation as so dire that he wanted American troops out more quickly than Bush's 2011 timetable.
NEWS BRIEF: "US: 12,000 American troops to leave Iraq by Sept.", The Jerusalem Post, March 8, 2009
"The US military announced Sunday that 12,000 American and 4,000 British troops will leave Iraq by September ... Maj. Gen. David Perkins said the troop withdrawals will reduce US combat power from 14 brigades to 12 along with some supporting units. The US also plans to turn over 74 facilities and areas under its control to the Iraqis by the end of March as part of the drawdown. President Barack Obama has decided to remove all combat troops by the end of August 2010 with the remaining forces leaving by the end of 2011."
Iranian-backed militants struck hard over the weekend, as if to signal that American troops may very well be withdrawing "under fire".
"The blast - the second major attack to hit Iraqis in three days and the deadliest to strike Baghdad in nearly a month - was a bloody reminder of the ability of insurgents to defy security improvements and stage dramatic attacks as the US begins to draw down its forces."
President Bush will be remembered as the President who launched two foreign wars after 9/11, conflicts that were initiated on a pack of lies. Cutting Edge warned in April, 2003, just days after American forces took Baghdad that the Illuminati intended Bush to lose the Iraq war as a means by which to discredit the President, his policies and his Christian supporters. Sadly, it appears we have been right all along.
Now, President Obama has ordered a "surge" of American forces in Afghanistan at the same time as he is preparing to open negotiations with the enemy. This tactic mirrors that of President Bush and opens the door to asking the question, "Is this surge a sign that America's withdrawal is being negotiated, just as it was in Iraq"?
We can only wait to see how events turn out, but I believe this scenario to be highly likely.

IV. Pastor David Wilkerson has issued a warning of physical judgment upon America which the vast majority of Bible-believing Christians feel in their bones.
But, Mass Media predictably twisted and turned Wilkerson's words to make him appear crazy.

"A respected pastor, best-selling author and founder of a major ministry to teens predicts an imminent 'earth-shattering calamity' centered in New York City that will spread to major urban areas across the country and around the world – part of what he sees as a judgment from God ... David Wilkerson, author of 'The Cross and the Switchblade' ... tells readers of his blog ... 'An earth-shattering calamity is about to happen," he writes. 'It is going to be so frightening, we are all going to tremble – even the godliest among us'."
"Wilkerson's vision is of fires raging through New York City. 'It will engulf the whole megaplex, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut. Major cities all across America will experience riots and blazing fires – such as we saw in Watts, Los Angeles, years ago', he explains. 'There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide. There will be looting – including Times Square, New York City. What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God’s wrath. In Psalm 11 it is written, 'If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?' "
Mass Media jumped all over this prediction, some even claiming that Wilkerson said that these calamities would occur by Summer. However, Wilkerson stated on World Net Daily that 'do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off' ..."
Cutting Edge concurs with Pastor Wilkerson's warnings, based upon our knowledge of prophecies and of the Illuminati Plan. We understand the Plan that, once the New Age Christ appears, he is going to initiate a "cleansing of the earth" phase. This cleansing foresees a 66% reduction in the population of the world, a figure which exactly corresponds to the percentage of the world's population who are going to die in God's judgments of the Book of Revelation.
The twisting of Wilkerson's predictions also included a farcical statement on Weekly World News in which he is allegedly to have stated that he saw his predictions in his Saturday morning bowl of corn flakes! This defamation parallels the anti-Christian attitude which we noted in Story #1, above, an attitude which is designed to weaken genuine Christianity through twisted words and outright lies.
Hitler's Holocaust against the Jews demonstrated that a significant minority of the population could not be persecuted completely until they were at first dicredited within the culture, a pattern of discrediting which ended in derision. When the Nazi propaganda machine labeled Jews as "rats" and cartoons were published which carried this type of caricature, the fate of the Jews was sealed.
In America today, and in other developed countries, we are seeing a derision which is leading to a similar labeling of Christians. Our persecution is nearing.
