Liberals could always
count on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to hand
down the ruling which Liberal politicians needed at
that point in time. But, not this time! Justices ruled
in favor of the Constitution for once!

66-page opinion was a legal tour-de-force that not only
dismantled California’s justifications for the
(high capacity magazine) ban, but also reiterated and
reinforced the constitutional and historical basis for
the right to keep and bear arms ... the Ninth Circuit’s
language — rooted in the history of the amendment
— links constitutional protection to a weapon’s
potential militia use. In other words, the 'military
style' moniker actually connects the guns in question
to the historic purpose of the right to bear arms."
How is it that such a
rank Liberal Court issue a ruling that actually followed
the Constitution? The Ninth Court was one of the most
notorious in making rulings based upon the "Living
Constitution" heresy.
So, why did the Ninth
Court suddenly follow the Constitution on this gun issue?
Hmm, I wonder if President
Trump's veiled threat a couple of months ago that he
was prepared to disband this court and start over had
any bearing on this issue!?
Truly, President Donald
Trump is casting a long shadow over Liberalism!

are preparing the "Kool-Aid" drink which will
politically kill them this Fall.

As if Socialism is not
an issue on which American voters will approve, key
Democrat leaders are publicly promising/threatening
the voter with massive tax increases once they gain

Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has
been publicly threatening to roll back Trump's popular
tax decreases, but now she is joined by Senator Elizabeth
Warren (D-MA)!
