"A defiant President
Donald Trump tweeted “SEE YOU IN COURT”
after a San Francisco federal appeals court Thursday
upheld the suspension of his controversial immigration
order. He also warned the security of the nation was
at stake and said he expected to easily win the case."
We have already reported
that the law clearly states that Immigration falls within
the limits of Foreign Policy, which is the responsibility
of the Executive Department (the President). You can

"... the Justice
Department said it is "reviewing the decision and
considering its options.” Trump later tweeted:
'SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT
STAKE!' "
Since the end of World
War II, the Elite has turned increasingly to the Judicial
Branch -- the Courts -- to radically change our laws
by Judicial Fiat, in ways that voters would never allow
at the ballot box. Abortion Upon Demand is a good example.
Knowing that voters would never authorize murdering
babies within the mother's womb, the Elite waited until
they had packed the Supreme Court with a majority of
Justices who would vote for Abortion, and who would
declare that they had discovered a clause which permitted
such a killing.
Did you know, that in
Ancient Israel, God condemned Jewish judges for twisting
the law in order to achieve unrighteous ends? Listen:
"Shall
the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which
frameth mischief by a law?" (Psalm
Psalm 94:20)
The Amplified Commentary
makes this meaning a little clearer:
"Can
a throne of destruction be allied with you, one which
frames and devises mischief by decree under the sacred
name of law?"
This verse describes perfectly
what American leaders have been doing repeatedly in
the past 50 years. American Justices have declared legal
Abortion, Gay Rights, Gay Marriage, and many other issues
which voters would never have approved at the ballot
box.
Notice, also, that God
declares this kind of Judicial activism a "throne
of destruction"?
But, there is

What are the relevant
portions of this USCode?

of any class of aliens into the United States would
be detrimental to the interests of the United States,
he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall
deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any
class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose
on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem
to be appropriate.”
Don't you believe that
the Justices of the 9th Circuit Court have badly failed
to carry out their duties by refusing to even address
the relevant law which gives the President sweeping
authority to regulate immigration of people not American
citizens?
Frankly, this omission
is disgraceful and unprofessional, but it does reveal
how this decision was not based upon a reading of a
very clear law, but upon a most subjective agenda.
Now can you see

of Robart, who blocked Trump’s travel ban, as
a 'so-called judge' was needlessly insulting and counterproductive.
That said, Trump is fully within his rights, indeed
it should be his responsibility, to defend the legal
and constitutional prerogatives of the presidency as
he sees them. Lincoln quoted Andrew Jackson for what
should be the unassailable proposition that, “Each
public officer, who takes an oath to support the Constitution,
swears that he will support it as he understands it,
and not as it is understood by others.”
"Lincoln devoted
a portion of his first inaugural to developing his argument.
'If the policy of the government upon vital questions,
affecting the whole people, is to be irrevocably fixed
by decisions of the Supreme Court', he said, 'the people
will have ceased to be their own rulers'. Lincoln and
the wartime Republican Congress proceeded to govern
as if the Dred Scott decision didn’t exist."
"The fundamental
point is that it is not just the executive or Congress
that can abuse its power and overstep its bounds. The
courts can, too, and no one is obligated to meekly accept
their decisions. Thursday, a 9th Circuit panel upheld
the temporary stay of Trump’s travel ban. If the
courts in the end throw out the order, despite the black-and-white
letter of the law giving him the authority to block
aliens in the interest of national security, it will
be a usurpatory act.

One Republican Senator
verbally struck directly at this Ninth Court of Appeals'
decision.

"Arkansas Republican
Sen. Tom Cotton, one of the leading voices for securing

decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth
Circuit ... this misguided ruling is from the Ninth
Circuit, the most notoriously left-wing court in America
and the most reversed court at the Supreme Court', Cotton
said. 'I’m confident the administration’s
position will ultimately prevail'.”
We can only hope that
higher courts will recognize the clear language of the
Law, which states that the President has the authority
to decide Immigration matters, not the Courts. But,
we cannot be certain, because Liberal Presidents over
the years have stealthily packed the Courts from top
to bottom just for situations like this.
Did you see Senator Cotton
reminding us that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is
" the most reversed court at the Supreme Court"?
This fact exists because the 9th Court rules mostly
on the basis of Liberal ideology rather than on the
law, a classic example of "One which frames and
devises mischief by decree under the sacred name of
