"Mind-bending ‘psychotronic’ guns that can effectively turn people into zombies have been given the go-ahead by Russian president Vladimir Putin. The futuristic weapons – which will attack the central nervous system of their victims – are being developed by the country’s scientists. They could be used against Russia’s enemies and, perhaps, its own dissidents by the end of the decade."

Why would leaders of a modern state like Russia even want such horrific weapons? In one word: INTIMIDATION

"Mr Putin has described the guns, which use electromagnetic radiation like that found in microwave ovens, as ‘entirely new instruments for achieving political and strategic goals’ ... When it was used for dispersing a crowd and it was focused on a man, his body temperature went up immediately as if he was thrown into a hot frying pan."

Note that Putin revealed that this new technology was so important that it would achieve "political and strategic goals". That statement is truly a heavyweight one because it tells us that this weapon will serve the Russian government at the highest levels. What is the highest level goal of a dictatorship? To so completely dominate their citizenry that their dictatorship is never threatened. Putin is determined to forcibly subjugate his people, even if their blood runs in the street and becomes red mud under his tank tracks.

One Russian leader almost sounded as if he were bragging about this new weapon.

"Anatoly Tsyganok, head of the Military Forecasting Centre in Moscow, said: ‘This is a highly serious weapon."

In my experience as an Intelligence Analyst at a Pentagon level facility in Okinawa for three years -- 1969-1972 -- one of the facts I learned is that, when a government admits it has a "new" weapon, the reality is that it has possessed this weapon for at least five years. Thus, we can assume Russia and probably America, already has this type of weapon in its "crowd control" arsenal.

The Illuminati has always feared a powerful uprising by vast numbers of the general population; hence, we find governments always concerned about effective "crowd control". This new weapon can not only control a large crowd, but it will thoroughly intimidate many dissidents from joining the crowd in the first place.

Every single dictatorship in history has developed a huge network of surveillance people who report suspicious everyday activities of friends, neighbors and enemies. Such networks provide real-time surveillance on the work of possible dissidents who might pose a threat to the central dictatorship. But, never before in history has a society been so capable of spying on each other. Government officials wishing to keep track of possible dissidents can now piggyback their efforts on private surveillance equipment. Never before in history has any intelligence agency possessed such an ability to watch every nook and corner of this country, and do so in real time.

Currently international law does not recognize a ‘right’ to sexual and reproductive health and certainly does not recognize this right in the case of minors. But just last year, the UN Special Rapporteur for Health, Anand Grover, stirred up significant controversy when he not only claimed that a ‘right’ of sexual and reproductive health existed but attempted to define that right as including access to abortion, contraception, and sexual education."

As the United Nations gears up to be the final worldwide government which Antichrist will command, it must root out all religions which stand in its way. Fundamental Christianity is the major religion now under attack because it is the only religion which the Illuminati admits is formidable. This "recognizing the sexual rights of 10 year old" children is just one of those instances where the Global Elite is trying to destroy one of the major tenets of the Bible -- God's rules concerning sexual activity.
