Illuminati powerhouse, Henry Kissinger, informs the world that the occupation
of Iraq needed to continue!
As the Presidential candidates argue with each other over a "withdrawal timetable", one of the REAL power brokers in the world boldly tells us the true plan for Iraq.

After reviewing the "success" which American forces have enjoyed since President Bush announced his "surge" during the State of the Union address of January, 2007, Kissinger tells the world what the next step will be. Pay attention here, because Kissinger's statements reveal the hidden agenda of the Illuminati.
"A strategic reserve can now be created by the United States out of some of the forces currently in Iraq ... American deployment is transformed from abdication into part of a geopolitical design. Its culmination should be a diplomatic conference charged with establishing a formal peace settlement."
Can you imagine this proposal?
Kissinger negotiated American withdrawal from South Vietnam by meeting with North Korean, Chinese and Russian diplomats over a period of years. These meetings were held primarily in Paris. Kissinger promised the North Vietnamese that they could have South Vietnam, but only if they waited a period of time following the American withdrawal before they launched their final attack. Such a "grace period" would allow the Americans to declare victory and pull out.
Now, Kissinger is proposing a "diplomatic conference" which would establish a "formal peace settlement". Does he have the same formula as we saw in Vietnam? No one can be sure at this time, but events will soon give us the answers we need. President Bush will be allowed to declare victory -- once again -- and then pull out. The Shi'ite Mahdi forces of the radical cleric, al-Sadr, will continue to stand down to give the illusion of an American victory. After waiting for a reasonable amount of time, Sadr will launch an attack, splitting Iraq into the three sections originally planned -- Shi'ite, Sunni and the Kurds.
Kissinger does say, "The American presence in Iraq should not be presented as open-ended."
If this is the case, why is the United States building one of the most sophisticated embassies in the world and establishing permanent military bases throughout Iraq?
Kissinger then reveals that the final steps in this Plan for Iraq will spill over to the 44th President.
"The next president has a great opportunity to stabilize Iraq and lay the basis for a decisive turn in the war against jihadist radicalism and for a more peaceful Middle East. Surely he will want to assess the situation on the ground before setting a strategy for his term. He should not be limited by rigid prescriptions to vindicate maxims of the past, no matter how plausible they once seemed. Withdrawal is a means; the end is a more peaceful and hopeful world."
Thus, Kissinger ends his treatise on the "Peace and Safety" promise. All this activity is laying the foundation for fulfillment of prophecy!

"The U.S. military must stop using its only outpost in South America for anti-drug flights when Washington's 10-year lease on the base in Ecuador expires in 2009, the Foreign Ministry said Tuesday. Leftist President Rafael Correa has repeatedly said that Ecuador would not renew the agreement to use the Manta air base, but Tuesday's Foreign Ministry statement said the South American nation has now formally notified the U.S. Embassy of the decision."
Make no mistake about it, this base was an important one, even if it was small.
"Some 300 U.S. soldiers are stationed at the Pacific base and flights from Manta are responsible for about 60 percent of U.S. drug interdiction in the eastern Pacific."
Observers have been warning for some time now that Leftist leaders in Venezuela, Brazil and Cuba were successfully swinging most of the South American continent against the United States. Since the attacks of 9/11, President Bush has threatened and angered Venezuelan President Chavez, actually threatening his nation with attack.
But, now the region is threatening to go completely against the U.S.
