The scripted "Egypt Revolution" has now come to the world's second largest oil producer.

"Saudi Arabia's capital was quiet on Friday ahead of a planned day of demonstrations that will test whether activists calling for reform political online will succeed in taking their protests to the streets ... The government made those views clear late on Thursday, when police dispersed Shi'ite protests in the town of Qatif in the oil-producing Eastern province. Shots were heard from the area where some 200 people were demonstrating."
"If protests take place, they might start up after noon prayers at 1 p.m. (1000 GMT) or after evening prayers around 5 p.m. (1400 GMT) 'The fact the Saudi regime is making a big deal of this suggests that it may be a big deal ... If the first kind of explicitly pro-democracy protests happen (on Friday) that sets a precedent and we'll probably see more pro-democracy protests', said Shadi Hamid, of the Brookings Centre in Doha. 'Even if its 200 or 300 that is still, by Saudi standards, a big deal and something to worry about'."
The Mass Media always has a built-in advantage when it wants to foment strife, because it has the ability to "frame the discussion". In this case, we are told that we need to worry about Saudi Arabia if 200 or 300 people show up to demonstrate! A good political agitator can get this many people to demonstrate in almost every country on earth! Certainly, in Saudi Arabia, where corruption is so common the people expect it, political agitators could bribe 300 people to demonstrate!
II. The price of crude oil jumped on news that Saudi Arabian police had fired rubber bullets to disperse protestors and then promptly slumped downward on news that Japan had been hit by a 8.9 magnitude earthquake!
First, let us review the oil price spike over news from Saudi Arabia.

Oil fell as low as $100.62 Thursday morning, the lowest price this week, but shot back up on the rumors of gunfire, Money News reported."

But, then just as quickly, oil prices fell on news that Japan was hit by an 8.9 earthquake!

A fire at Cosmo Oil Co.’s refinery in Chiba, outside Tokyo, is spreading, a Fire Department spokesman said. JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp. closed refineries in Sendai, Kashima and Negishi. "
Even a Toyota manufacturing plant was closed!
If oil refineries are taken off line, why did oil prices plunge because of this quake?
"The earthquake is having a psychological impact on the market in triggering a rise in risk aversion,” said Carsten Fritsch, an analyst at Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt. 'The effect is also physical, in that oil demand from Japan could temporarily be lower' ... "
All crude oil prices fluctuate on "speculation" and we pay for it dearly in the oil and gas we consume. Prices will go back up as the news from Saudi Arabia continues. However, both Saudi Arabia and the Global Elite will not allow prices to skyrocket so high and stay that high for so long that the fragile economic recovery will be destroyed. Remember, the Illuminati applies just enough pressure to accomplish their goals without destroying the fabric of the nations -- until World War III begins.
