1. President Bush signed one of the most cleverly written, most fraudulent bills in history: the Partial Birth Abortion "Ban": This is the time for all Christians to put on their "Discernment Glasses", to see how this fraud is carried out by a very slick choice of words in the definition of what specific act is actually being outlawed.

As we begin the process of demonstrating how this "ban" is fraudulent, please remember that a practicing obstetrician, Dr. Mark Lowney, is the one who spotted the deceptive wording, not I. Had he not used his many years of experience in obstetrics to realize that the definition of what constitutes a Partial Birth Abortion was absolutely false, no one at Cutting Edge would likely have seen the deception. For this, we shall always remain in Dr. Lowney's debt, and we thank God for using Mark to alert so many people across this world.

We issued an article on this bill three months ago: NEWS1829, and we encourage you to read it right now if you have not done so yet. Now that you have read our article and you have read this bill that was passed by both House and Senate before being sent to the President, the time has come for you to compare our article with the combined bill. You will discover that the language has not changed from three months ago when this bill was still being considered independently in each house of Congress.

The key to deception is the definition of what constitutes a Partial Birth Abortion. Listen to this mis-definition:

This is NOT the definition of a Partial Birth Abortion! Partial birth abortion occurs when a doctor allows only a partial part of the head to come outside the mother before he pulls back the vaginal skin, jabbing sharp medical scissors into the back of the baby's head in order to twist it so that the brain stem is destroyed. If the doctor waits until the head is completely outside the body of the mother, that doctor cannot then legally insert those sharp scissors into the back of the skull, because he/she would be killing a live baby who has just been born -- according to currently existing law!

In other words, by defining a Partial Birth Abortion incorrectly, describing the procedure as occurring when the head is "outside the mother", this means that a doctor can still legally kill the baby if the head is NOT completely "outside the mother". This cleverly written incorrect definition allows partial birth abortions to continue just as they always have, simply because this bill incorrectly defines -- or redefines -- what a partial birth abortion is!

This official incorrect definition transforms instantly into a "redefinition" of Partial Birth Abortion. And, this redefinition will allow PBA to continue, decriminalized!

Therefore, we must not heed to the propaganda pouring forth from all kinds of Christian sources, hailing President Bush for being such a wonderful Christian for signing this deceptive bill. Jerry Falwell has already sent out a newsletter in which he praised the President for signing this bill. This is the same Falwell whom we revealed has been taking money from the Rev Sun Moon in NEWS1818, ["Has The Rev Sun Yung Moon Purchased The Entire Top Right-Wing Evangelical Leadership?"]

At this point, you are probably asking why pro-abortionists immediately went to court to block implementation of this bill, if it is so deceptive. The answer is easy to understand once you fully realize that the objective of this entire exercise is to completely deceive the Born Again Christian. The best way in which to complete the deception and to give Bush idol status amongst the Christian community, is to pretend you are really, really, really mad. By pretending to be angry and by immediately filing suit in several courts to block this bill, you have completed the deception!

Going to court immediately is like a fisherman yanking really hard once he feels the fish on his line: it really sets the hook deeply.

Now, even if this bill is never implemented, Christians will regard Bush as their hero, for he tried!

But, if this bill is ever implemented, the original Partial Birth Abortion will be decriminalized. How can this be, you ask? The only thing criminalized through this bill is killing a baby whose head is completely outside the mother; therefore, if a doctor kills the baby whose head is only partially out -- just crowning -- that killing is now NOT outlawed! Partial Birth Abortion as it is now practiced can continue to be practiced! Legally!!

How easily mislead are too many Christians!

II. "Geneva Accords" gain powerful Illuminist backing this past week! In NEWS1864, we demonstrated that this surrender of territory poses such a grave threat to Israel's security that her mighty military edge could be significantly blunted. We encourage you to read our article so you can understand the terrible threat this Accord would pose to Israel. One IDF officer tells Cutting Edge how dangerous the implementation of this Accord would be to Israel.

"If implemented, the Swiss Accord can be compared to icing on a cake. Oslo and The Road Map have crippled the tiny State of Israel, while the Swiss Accord would incapacitate Israel, making them unable to defend the land. If they stretch out the Gaza Strip as planned, this will enable Egypt to cut off the lower half of Israel, causing troops in the south to fight one battle, while Jerusalem fights another separate battle and the north again another battle. Take a map and lay it side-by-side to the Swiss Accord and draw lines where they say the Palestinians get total control. You will see how the different areas become literally cut off from each other. And with no Jewish entity directly in front of the Gaza Strip, Ashkelon will become an easy target. This area is where much of the food is grown. I know this area well, since I did my IDF training in a military base outside Ashkelon. At night, we could hear the gunfire. Without the buffer zone, this military installation could be in grave danger, since it is a surface base, without any jets for air cover."

1. United Nations backed this plan - NEWS BRIEF: "UN: Geneva Accord consistent to Road Map to Peace", Scoop News, New Zealand, 6 November 2003

"United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan today welcomed the "Geneva Accord" drafted by prominent Israelis and Palestinians and giving detailed steps to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ... The Accord was consistent and compatible with the Road Map to peace drawn up and supported by the diplomatic Quartet - the United Nations, the United States, the European Union and the Russian Federation.

2. US Secretary of State, Colin Powell -- NEWS BRIEF: "Powell sends letter of support to initiators of Geneva Accord",
By The Associated Press, 11/8/03.

"The Geneva Accord peace plan got a significant boost Friday, with a letter of support from U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell, organizers said. The U.S. administration's initial reaction to the initiative was dismissive. Washington's recent endorsement of the Geneva Accord could be seen as a veiled rebuke to the government of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon who has attacked the plan as subversive."

3. Deputy Defense Secretary Wolfowitz applauded a private peace plan very similar to the Geneva Accord and the original Road Map plan. Then, British Prime Minister Blair applauded the Geneva Accord ["Wolfowitz supports Ayalon-Nussiebeh peace plan", Ha'aretz News, 10/31/03.]

Thus, enormous Illuminist pressure is now coming upon Israel to cave in to the demands of the Geneva Accord. In NEWS1864, we noted that, even though Sharon was initially "firmly" against the Geneva Accord, he is known to suddenly reverse his policy. Read this portion of our article carefully, for we may be seeing an unfolding scenario whereby Sharon might suddenly reverse his position again. Listen:

NEWS BRIEF: "Kissinger: Sharon could make 'astonishing' concessions", By Haaretz Service, 11/5/2003

"Former U.S. secretary of state Henry Kissinger said ... that he was quite optimistic that the Israeli-Palestinian deadlock
can be broken, and that despite Israel's "tactical stiffness," past experience has shown that even Prime Minister Ariel Sharon would make "astonishing" concessions ..."

Get ready, Israel, you may be quite surprised at what Sharon is capable of doing!

III. Last week was the bloodiest of the Iraqi War thus far, because Iraqi fighters began to use more sophisticated weaponry that proved capable of shooting down US helicopters filled with troops. We lost three copters last week shot out of the sky, with a loss of 25 American soldiers, bringing back the ghosts of Vietnam!

The reason for these sudden successes seems to be that Iraq forces are now using shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles at these slow-flying birds. Yesterday, an article appeared asking a very logical question: why aren't our helicopters outfitted with electronic equipment that would deflect such missiles?

NEWS BRIEF: "Senator Says U.S. Copters in Iraq Lack Proper Gear", Reuters, 11/5/2003.

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Many U.S. helicopters in Iraq lack standard anti-missile equipment that might have prevented last weekend's attack on a Chinook helicopter that killed 15 U.S. troops, a Democratic senator said..."

In addition to losing three copters and 25 soldiers, we continued to lose 1-3 soldiers per day in a variety of ways. More and more, it seemed that the Iraqi fighters were becoming increasingly bold and effective against our soldiers. We even lost an A1 Abrams Tank, with its crew, to a "mysterious weapon". This weapon instantly pierced the armor, leaving a hole so small a person could not get their finger in, but it devastated the inside. For all the trouble we are suddenly having, we do not need a "mysterious" weapon being used against us!

By the way, the Military Draft is now apparently coming back!

NEWS BRIEF: "Students should fear return of the draft", iraqwar.ru, 06.11.2003

"For all Americans, especially those between the ages of 18 and 25, the draft is very real ... Recently, the Department of Defense’s website for news on terrorism asked Americans to volunteer as members of their local draft boards ... The draft is used primarily to build up the military during an emergency, but America’s reputation is now at stake. President Bush has repeatedly promised the Iraqi people and the United Nations — in fact, the whole world — that U.S. forces will not pull out of Iraq until their objective is complete.

Will he do anything to keep that promise, including bringing back the draft?"

We have posted an article by Berit Kjos on this issue, described below. Somber times seem to like ahead.

IV. Large numbers of American fighter aircraft have been noted flying to the Middle East from a number of bases within the United States. These planes were noted flying over Scotland enroute to the Middle East. On the same day that DEBKAfile noted this air movement, we received an email sent from a resident in Scotland, who said this was the third time they have witnessed such movement of aircraft overhead; on each of the previous two occasions, our airplanes did mount an attack in the Middle East.

On the next day, Pravda News ran an article in which they provided some additional detail. Listen:

NEWS BRIEF: "Massive Movement of American Warplanes Takes Place in Scotland", Pravda, 11/5/2003.

"Since Saturday, people in the Highlands of Scotland have been witnessing large movements of US warplanes overhead. Experienced observers say the large numbers are reminiscent of those that preceded the bombing of Iraq in 1998 and military strikes on Libya in the1980's as well as the first Gulf War. At the weekend warplanes were flying over at a rate of roughly one every 15 minutes ... The size and scale of the movement suggests that the US may be preparing to strike at a country in the Middle East in the next week to ten days. At the end of the message the author presumes that it might be either Syria or Iran."

After hearing from "military experts" intone for the past couple of months that America was so bogged down in Iraq that we could not possibly launch another attack against another nation, we see this kind of movement, which does seem to indicate that we are getting ready to attack either Syria or Iran, or maybe both! This kind of action may result in the war in Iraq exploding to encompass the entire Middle East region. If Syria finds herself under American air attack, she may choose to respond by attacking Israel.

However, the real question is whether the "line drawn in the sand" by Russia, Germany and France last April means anything when the chips are truly on the line. What "line in the sand", you say?

As we report in NEWS1802, Russia, Germany and France seemingly drew a "line in the sand" to prevent the United States from launching another attack against another Middle East nation. Listen to the news report:

NEWS BRIEF: ""No strike on other countries, Putin warns US", Sify News, April 12, 2003.

"Saint Petersburg -- Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday warned the US-led coalition not to attack other countries under the pretext of promoting capitalist and democratic values after having defeated Iraq's dictatorial regime. 'We are not going to export capitalist, democratic revolutions,' the Russian leader told reporters as rumours in Washington allege that some elements of the US administration are mulling launching military operations against other Middle Eastern states. 'If we do, we're going to end up on a slippery slope to non-ending military conflicts. We can't let that happen,' Putin said at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and French President Jacques Chirac after holding talks with them."

Thus, we watch events unfolding in the Middle East; if Russia, Germany and France sit by to allow American forces attack another state or two in the Middle East, their collective credibility will be nearly zero. We know that Russia possesses Scalar Weaponry technology superior to anything we possess (NEWS1776), so the question is clear: Is now the time Russia comes to the aid of her Arab allies in the region?

V. Using Police State tactics unheard of in this country until recently, 14 heavily armed officers literally invaded a South Carolina high school! For the past two years, Cutting Edge has been warning that this country is facing a gradual police state takeover, working so gradually that the average citizen would not realize what was happening until it was too late.

Our concerns were several-fold:

1. Local police forces were being taken over by the state and by Federal agencies

2. They were being equipped like SWAT teams and were being trained in such aggressive tactics

3. Our traditional rights as citizens were subverted to the point where police agencies were likely to "shoot first, ask questions later".

All three of these concerns are mirrored in this terrible incident.

NEWS BRIEF: "Gun-Wielding Cops Conduct Drug Sweep At School: Drug Sweep Finds No Drugs", KSAT.com, November 7, 2003

"A drug sweep Wednesday morning at a South Carolina school has some parents and students questioning police tactics. Surveillance video from Stratford High School in Goose Creek shows 14 officers, some with guns drawn, ordering students to lie the ground as police searched for marijuana. Students who didn't comply with the orders quickly enough were reportedly handcuffed. Police didn't find any criminals in the armed sweep ... they had guns put to their head."

The story did not mention that the police had any kind of court order or warrant, which means they were operating on their own, outside any court control. Of course, this kind of unilateral police action is exactly the kind of danger to our liberties of which we have been warning. Just as we have noted that, when God gets ready to deliver physical judgment upon a nation, He begins to cause events that occur "by the numbers sacred to the occult", in the same vein, I believe God is allowing events such as this to get the attention of His people, alerting them to the type of tyranny about to break upon our heads. We are in deep trouble when heavily armed policemen can invade a high school without court warrants, point their guns at our kid's heads, and handcuff some -- all on the basis of bogus information!

VI. Is Prince Charles about to increase his popularity by being "outed" as a lifelong gay? Listen to the stories:

NEWS BRIEF: "Prince Charles Denies Alleged Incident", Yahoo News, 11/7/2003.

"LONDON - Prince Charles says he didn't do it — though few Britons knew exactly what it was he didn't do. Still, newspapers and airwaves Friday hummed with hints and repeated denials. Charles took the highly unusual step Thursday of issuing a statement naming himself as the senior royal at the center of unreported but persistent rumors and denying that the alleged incident ever took place ... Some observers said that by confronting the gossip, Charles has given it a much wider audience."

The incident in question is an alleged homosexual relationship between Prince Charles and his aide, Michael Fawcett. For years, rumors have swirled around Charles that he loved boys and men as much as he loved women. However, the power of the British Crown has been sufficiently strong as to quash such stories from ever successfully going public.

We immediately began to receive emails from readers telling us that these rumors were going to kill the British Monarchy generally and Prince Charles specifically. Since we have expressed the belief that Tim Cohen may be right in his conviction that Charles may be Antichrist, these readers were asking us to reconsider our position.

However, we note with interest that Prince Charles "admitted" to something of which he has not been charged! As this news story indicated, by going public with a "denial" at this early stage of the game runs the risk of forcing the scandal into the open and giving it a wider audience than if the Prince had just not said anything at all.

Now, why would he do this? We believe Prince Charles and his brain trust know something about the times in which we live that the majority of Christians do not know. Prince Charles may very well be calculating that his popularity can only increase if it is revealed now that he is Gay. How can this be, you ask?

Remember the Clinton sexual scandals? His popularity ratings increased with every new lurid story that hit the newsstands! This trend was so obvious that we issued an article entitled, "Clinton's Success In Staying Popular Despite Scandals Sure Sign of Antichrist", NEWS1200. If you have not read this article, we encourage you to do so now.

This trend revealed a deep flaw which had developed within the American collective mindset. The REALLY incredible news about this entire sorry episode with Mr. Clinton and his many scandals is that the American people did not care!! They were willing to overlook his sexual escapades and his repeated lying, and support him to a higher degree than before the scandals broke into the open. In the not-too-distant-past, any strong hint of such a sex scandal, or even the appearance of a President lying repeatedly to the American people would have forced that President from office.

Too many Americans actually either admired Clinton for his success in sexual escapades, or they had convinced themselves that being "broad minded" about sexual sin was the cool thing to do. Likewise, today is the cultural day of "Gay Pride", a day in which gays feel very free to admit their sexuality, and in which the public feels so good about being "broad minded" about other people's sexuality!

Thus, Prince Charles may know that this era is the time in which he can admit he is bi-sexual and not only get away with it, but actually increase his popularity. Is this another instance in which we are seeing Bible prophecy concerning Antichrist being fulfilled in our Daily News? Have people's attitudes changed toward homosexuality so Antichrist can appear? Listen to the prophecy:

Are we at the point in history when the great majority of the peoples of the world will enthusiastically support the homosexuality Antichrist will display?

VII. The New Hampshire Supreme Court took over moral standards from the Bible by announcing that a married woman who has sex with a Lesbian lover has not committed adultery! We are at the point of being the kind of Sodom that will love Antichrist!

NEWS BRIEF: "Supreme Court: Gay Sex Not Adultery", WNNE31, November 7, 2003.

"CONCORD, N.H. -- If a married woman has sex with another woman, is that adultery? The New Hampshire Supreme Court says no."

If ever you needed proof that our society has become like Sodom, this story should convince you! The fascination of the people in Western Society for Gay - Lesbian issues has become so strong and so pronounced that we regularly devote a section for such articles in our Daily News Updates.

Perhaps Prince Charles was right: he might become more popular by coming "Out" at this point in time.

VIII. This scripted scenario with North Korea seemed to take a more somber turn last week. Let us quickly review the succinctly written plan for the kind of crisis planned for the Korean Peninsula.

In the past 18 months, we have seen a perfect Dialectic Struggle being carried out between America and North Korea over the nuclear weapons program this rogue state possesses. North Korea has been alternately threatening and conciliatory, while the US has fully reciprocated by being alternately threatening and conciliatory.

 

We have been subjected to two "Peace Talks" this year, both of whom the Bush Administration deliberately trashed. [Read NEWS1805, "US Deliberately Insults North Korea"]. Lately, the news has seemed to be especially promising, as North Korea has signaled that she just might be willing to sign a nonaggression pact with the United States, in exchange for dismantling her nuclear weapons program. But, this week, we saw a news story that makes such an agreement unlikely.

NEWS BRIEF: "CIA fears North Korea nuke", By Jim Wolf, Swiss Info, Saturday 08.11.2003

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - North Korea appears to have built one or two nuclear weapons it could be confident would work even without a test nuclear blast, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency has told Congress."

For months, North Korea has insisted that she does have nuclear warheads, while American official sources have insisted they are close, but do not quite have them now. To facilitate a feeling of panic and angst, our propaganda has painted the picture that, if we do not act quickly, the world will soon face a North Korea armed with nuclear missiles. [Read NEWS1781 to see that North Korea may possess 100 nuclear warheads].

Now, however, the CIA has ratcheted the tension upward by stating their belief that North Korea may already possess limited numbers of nuclear weapons that they have produced without the normal testing procedures. This story may be designed to set the stage for an announcement sometime in the future that we are "forced" to take military action in order to prevent a nuclear disaster on the Korean Peninsula.

Regarding the many attempts that North Korea has made to get the United States to agree to a non-aggression pact if they would agree to dismantle their nuclear weapons, you might get the idea that the Bush Administration is trying to provoke a confrontation even while we are saying we want a peaceful solution.

This type of diplomatic behavior on our part stirs to remembrance similar American behavior toward Japan before Pearl Harbor. Even while publicly stating that we wanted to avoid war with Japan, the Roosevelt Administration was secretly doing all they could do to provoke an attack. Japan especially wanted a non-aggression treaty with America.

"The Japanese would still not respond with the incident to provoke the United States into retaliating, but America was convinced that it would happen ultimately. For instance, Secretary of State Cordell Hull told Roosevelt on November 7, 1941, the he foresaw 'every possibility of an early war with Japan'. Japan continued with its efforts towards staying out of a war with the United States and had its Ambassador in Washington continue his efforts towards securing a no-war treaty with the Secretary of State. On November 22, 1941, they wired their Ambassador 'Do your best, spare no efforts and try to bring about the solution we desire." ["The Unseen Hand", by A. Ralph Epperson, p. 280-1]

Thus, just days before the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, they were attempting to avoid a war with the United States. However, the "Hawks" within the Japanese government finally achieved the ascendancy, pointing out to the Emperor that the evidence was strong that no one in the Roosevelt Administration really wanted peace.

In the end, the Hawks were right, and World War II was under way. The news now with North Korea seems awfully similar.

Speaking of evidence that America seems to always refuse peace offers when she is determined to go to war, we turn now to a story from Iraq this week.

IX. Baghdad reportedly tried to secure a last-minute peaceful resolution to avoid an invasion.

NEWS BRIEF: "Baghdad said to have made last minute overture to U.S. before war", By Sam F. Ghattas, Associated Press, 11/6/2003.

"BEIRUT, Lebanon (AP) Negotiators for Saddam Hussein tried to strike a last-minute deal with the Bush administration to avoid an invasion after realizing ''the threat was real,'' a Lebanese-American businessman who tried to serve as a go-between said Thursday ... Baghdad's offer included allowing U.S. agents to search for weapons of mass destruction ..."

One might be tempted to discount this story because its source is Lebanese, but given our penchant for creating reasons to invade nations, we find this story wholly believable. Former Satanist, Bill Schnoebelen, has stated that he learned will still in the coven that the Illuminati decided in 1954 that America would invade Iraq to provide the "trigger" for the all-out Regional War that would start World War III - the war out of which would stride Antichrist.

X. Today, occultists and New Agers are mightily excited because a unique hexagram will be formed in the heavens!

NEWS BRIEF: "The New Fatima", By Frater R.S., Monday, 13 October 2003

"On November 8th, 2003, the planets Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, The Sun, The Moon, and the asteroid Chiron will all align to form a huge Hexagram in the heavens. We have seen an exceptional number of unique heavenly signs in the heavens this year: Mars coming closer to Earth than ever, a unique blood-red moon eclipse in May, an unusual eclipse of the Sun in late May. Now, in addition to this "hexagram" in the heavens on 11/8, November 23 also will bring a total solar eclipse, although seeing it will require a bit of travel. It will be visible only in Antarctica.

Are we seeing "Signs and Wonders" in the Heavens as foretold in Scripture? We can only be alert to see how events transpire.

XI. U.S. new Nickel has a Masonic "clasped hands" symbol! Consider the news story:

NEWS BRIEF: "Put another nickel design in — two, actually", By Barbara Hagenbaugh, USA TODAY, 11/6/03.

"WASHINGTON — Coin collectors, get ready for more change. Drawing on the enormous popularity of the state quarter program, the U.S. Mint on Thursday unveiled two new nickels it hopes will also lure collectors ... The nickels, which mark the 200th anniversaries of the Louisiana Purchase and the Lewis & Clark expedition, are the first redesign of the 5-cent piece in 65 years."

As you can see by comparing these two pictures, this new design is a Masonic "clasped hands" symbol. It is NOT a Masonic handshake, which focusses on one of the knuckles of each hand. This is a "clasped hands". Listen:
