President Donald Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch
on Tuesday evening to fill the seat on the U.S. Supreme
Court left open by the sudden death of Justice Antonin

as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth
Circuit, which has jurisdiction over Wyoming, Kansas,
Oklahoma, Utah, New Mexico, and his native Colorado."
In remarks last night
as President Trump announced his selection to the Media,
Trump reminded his listeners that he was fulfilling
a campaign pledge to choose a Justice for the High Court
who would be genuinely Conservative and who would be
Pro-Life.
"Gorsuch is considered
one of the most intellectual jurists on the federal
bench, evinced by his gilded pedigree ... He’s
had a picture-perfect legal career ..."
His skills aside, what
are his views? After all, we Christian and/or Conservatives
have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity here to permanently
overturn Roe vs Wade, but only if Trump chooses the
right Justice and only if that Justice performs as advertised.
"Gorsuch has embraced
a textualist view of constitutional interpretation,
including language that suggests he might share Justice
Scalia’s view that judges should further construe
the text only in a manner consistent with its original
meaning ... "
What are some of his rulings
which cast light upon his future in confirmed to the
Court bench?
* "He has consistently
ruled in favor of religious liberty."
* "he took the position
that the Constitution’s Establishment Clause permits
roadside memorials honoring fallen state troopers on
public land."
* "Regarding the
free exercise of religion and federal statutes, he took
the position that Obamacare’s contraceptive mandate
violated Hobby Lobby’s rights under the Religious
Freedom Restoration Act, a case that eventually became
a landmark Supreme Court case."
* "He has not been
as outspoken on some other issues, such as the Second
Amendment, but has nonetheless been generally supportive
of gun rights when the matter has come before him."
Predictably, Liberals
hated the choice and announced a campaign to stop his
confirmation!

thus revealing that their battle is against the new

Indeed, DJT may want the

because every single day that they exercise this kind

the Liberals truly are.
These Liberal Democrats
still have not comprehended that this type of behavior
turned off so many voters last Fall that Democrats lost
elections from President, to Congress, to state governerships,
to the local level.
Trump has the opportunity
to accomplish what only 32nd Degree Mason, President
Franklin Roosevelt, was able to do: Send his Republican
opposition into retreat for 17 long years!

Judge Neil Gorsuch has
NOT ruled on any abortion cases!
In other words, he has
not taken an action on Abortion that Liberals can seize
upon to skewer him in the Senate chamber and to galvanize
the Liberal faithful to action out on "Main Street,
USA"!
I hope this nomination
is not another Sandra Day O'Connor fiasco! Conservative
President Reagan was supposedly pro-life, but he nominated
Sandra Day O'Connor to be Justice in 1981, even though
she was pro-abortion! Her support was essential when
the Supreme Court legalized Sodomy on June 26, 2003!

A major difference between
O'Connor and Gorsuch is that O'Connor was on record
as being pro-Abortion, while Gorsuch simply has not
had the opportunity to rule on an abortion case.

Oh, I get it now! Senator
Kaine -- who was Hillary's Vice President candidate,
is urging Liberal supporters to "fight in the streets",
like Ferguson, Missouri, where out-of-control vandals
burned and looted? That kind of street protest?
The reason is
so simple that you might never thought of it.
Top Liberal leaders can
read the polls which suggest that, if President Trump
is successful with his policies, especially in the economy,
he could sway enough Democrat voters to cast their ballots
for the Republican in the race, thus dooming the Democrat
Party to minority status for the next 20 years!
President Franklin Roosevelt
accomplished this feat so it is not out of the question
that DJT might permanently doom the Democrat Party to
the level of irrelevancy for 20 years! Thus, Democrats
have to stop him any way possible!

Leaves in Place Clinton 'Domestic Partners' Policy At
State, Gay Paper Reports', Concerned Women of America,
April 18, 2002"!
The conclusions were startling:

12) edition that a State Department spokesman 'involved
in personnel matters' said Colin Powell, Bush’s

President Bush never did
take any action which would arrest the cancer of homosexuality
