NEWS BRIEF: "Project L.U.C.I.D.
Thunders Ahead", by Texe Marrs, The Lion of Judah

Since this article portends the fulfillment of two (2) major Biblical prophecies concerning the Last Days' of Time, causing us to "look up, for our Redeemer draweth nigh", let us look at these two prophecies before we examine Texe Marrs' article in this Christian Newsletter.
Prophecy #1 -- Revelation 13:16-18, "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.[666]" This is one of the most quoted Sriptures in the entire Bible and with good reason: this is one of the major plans of the Antichrist, so it is with great interest to see that the New World Order planners are VERY interested in this type of marking also.
Prophecy #2 -- Daniel 8:24, "And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people." He shall "destroy wonderfully", shall "prosper" in his activities, and shall make war on God's people and "destroy" them. We see this warning repeated in Daniel 8:10; 12:7-10; Revelation 12:11; 13:4-10. Texe Marrs makes it quite plain that the Federal Government, in conjunction with Business, plans to use the computer technology described in this article to tightly control all people, beginning with Fundamental Christians and/or Patriots.
Let us review Marrs' article.
"The shadow government's sinister plan to minutely control our daily lives via a global, beast computer network has recently made astonisheing advances. The high tech noose is quickly being tightened around the necks of the citizenry. President Bill Clinton announced last October 10th that the government wants every home in the United States to have a computer and be linked on the internet. Trumpeting a new, $500-million government initiative to launch this idea, Clinton made it seem a noble thing as he remarked, 'Let us reach for a goal in the 21st Century, of every home connected to the internet, and let us be brought closer together as a community through that connection.' "
How many of you want to be "brought closer" to our Federal Government? I don't know about you, but I want the Federal Government just as far away from me as possible. As a student of history, I can tell you that all-powerful governments very quickly turn against their people, enslaving them. Further, as a Christian who believes his Bible, I know that man is inherently very wicked [Jeremiah 17:9], and cannot be trusted with absolute power. Our nation's Founding Fathers understood this principle quite well, having witnessed first hand some of the power flowing from the monarchs in Europe and England. Therefore, they devised a split Federal Government, where no one man can easily seize absolute power. Sadly, we have seen great erosion of this principle of split governing in the last 20 years, to the point where we have every reason to fear for our liberties and our lives. This erosion has been steadily carried out by the very elected officials to whom we have entrusted the job of "preserving and protecting" the Constitution of the United States.
Now, let us return to Texe Marrs.
"The goal is to bind us all together as 21st Century slaves under the watchful, electronic, cyclops eye of Big Brother. Project L.U.C.I.D. thunders ahead! The National Security Agency (NSA) has now established a consortium of computer hardware and software corporations to further develop this unified control. Under the system about to be launched, no individual in the world will be able to access a computer without his or her Universal Biometrics I.D. Card."
"Big Brother wants to keep all patriots, nationalists, constitutionalists, fundamentalist Christians, and other supposed 'discontents' off the internet. Working the internet and getting their message out exposing the New World Order will no longer be allowed." We all knew this was coming, haven't we? We knew that we all had to work very hard, very smart, and very fast, to plant the seeds of the Gospel in this dark, dark world because the day was coming when our freedoms will be taken away. We knew that the Federal Government is planning to preemptively strike to take away our ability to speak the Truth of Jesus Christ to this world. Either by lies or by force, we knew the time was coming when all Christian ministries, but especially those on the Internet, were going to be forced off the air. We are surprised this hasn't happened already. We believe there are several reasons this hasn't already happened:
1) Officials are convinced we are speaking to a very narrow audience
2) Officials are awaiting for the Rapture of the Church, which their own 'Guiding Spirits' have told them is coming soon after the appearance of Antichrist. They are convinced that several tens of millions of people worldwide, and perhaps more, will be simultaneously "snapped to another dimension" by the Masters of the Logos. This action will mean several tens of millions less people they will have to identify, round up, and dispose of, thus freeing up enormous resources of manpower, time, and money.
3) Since 1934, when Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace proposed to President Franklin Roosevelt to make public the reverse side of the Seal of the United States, ["America's Secret Destiny: Spiritual Vision & the Founding of a Nation", Robert Hieronimus, Ph.D., Destiny Books, Rochester, Vermont, 1989, p. 57-61, a New Age Book] esoteric leaders have felt that eventual victory was theirs. Their major concern was to see the process through, and not do anything brash or stupid that might arouse the public and un-do their accomplishments in achieving the New World Order. Their 'Guiding Spirits' have given these leaders tremendous confidence, to the point of arrogance that they cannot be denied victory by anyone or any ministry. They are simply not worried at this point.
And, you know something? The Bible seems to support this view. Consider these End Time prophecies foretelling how successful the Kingdom of Antichrist is going to be:
a) Daniel 8:24, already quoted, but notice how Antichrist is going to "prosper". "And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people."
b) Daniel 8:25, foretelling that Antichrist will cause the "craft" of Witchcraft to "prosper". "And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many..."
c) Daniel 11:36, "And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done."
The general theme of Biblical prophecy
concerning Last Days' events is that the End of the Age commences
once Israel is reestablished back in her land. All the End Times
prophecies, such as those in Matthew 24, can then be expected
to be fulfilled, leading up to the "birth" of Antichrist.
Once this "birth process" is begun, it will be fulfilled
in its entirety, to the letter. Once these End Times prophecies
begin to occur, the human forces of Antichrist will succeed beyond
their wildest imagination in setting up the Kingdom which Antichrist
shall inherit from the 10 Super Kings of the Earth. In the mid-point
of the Tribulation Period, God will remove His restraining power
so completely that Antichrist can persecute and kill God's saints,
seemingly with impunity [See Revelation 12:11]. How long will
Antichrist be allowed such impunity? In Daniel 11:36, we see
that he will "prosper till the indignation
be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done."
How long might this take to "accomplish" the "indignation"
of Antichrist? In Daniel 12:7, we see the angel's answer to Daniel's
question as to how long Antichrist will reign. "And I heard
the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river,
when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven,
and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time,
times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter
the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished."
"Time, times, and an half
" is 3 1/2 years in Jewish terminology, or 42 months.
In other words, the angel here is speaking of the last half of
the Tribulation Period.
Once God's prophecies are completely fulfilled, and once the 42 months is completed, Jesus Christ will return to the earth to completely destroy Antichrist and his forces. We see this wonderful scene in Revelation 19:11-21, and we encourage you to read it fully, for it tells of the smashing victory which will belong to Jesus Christ. But, in this preparatory period leading up to the Kingdom of Antichrist, and his New World Order, no one and no force will be able to stop him. He will prosper mightily. All Christian ministries, like The Cutting Edge, can do is to warn God's people, especially those who are lukewarm in their Christian walk, that the End of the Age is upon us. Therefore, we are to reorient our priorities, and we are to work hard in witnessing to those unsaved who are all around us, for the spiritual "night" is nearly upon us, when no man can work. We also want to sow the seed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that many will become saved either now, or after the Rapture.
But, it is true, that the forces of Antichrist have nothing to fear from God's people even if we know their Plan [which we do!]. God's Will gives complete, smashing, and shattering victory over God's people, until the "indignation be accomplished".
Now, back to Texe Marrs.
"The people behind this massive development project envision that, soon, every home will become a 'cyberhome' ... In the not-too-distant future, intelligence will be imbedded throughout the home and the people who live there. The intelligence will be in the objects and devices that inhabit the home. But the master control unit ... is the home computer and nothing will happen in a home unless the owner first gets the O.K. to use the home's intelligent objects by inserting a smart card, the Universal Biometrics I.D. Card into a special I.D. reader device connected to the computer. Unless you have and use the Universal Biometrics I.D. Card, your garage door and front door won't open. Your lights will not go on. Your heating and air conditioning will remain off. Your cookstove will not light up and be operative. Your commodes won't flush. Without your Universal Biometrics I.D. Card, you'll be rendered virtually homeless!" [Emphasis in the original]
Imagine that!! Your entire life will then be governed by your Universal Biometrics I.D. Card. And, if the government agency who issues these cards decides that someone is no longer "authorized" -- for any reason, to continue using this Card -- that person will be shut off from being able to comfortably live in our society. In fact, our banking will undoubtedly be tied into this system, as well. Therefore, a government agency would be able to freeze, or seize, our money. That means we could no longer pay our bills, our mortgages,or buy necessities. At this point, Biblical prophecy would be fulfilled, "And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." The only thing missing is that this system will be implemented by the False Prophet on behalf of the Antichrist. And, that the final point of implementation will be an implantable object as called for in Revelation 13:16-17. This event will occur as a sign of loyalty of the Antichrist, but this system which Marrs is describing could very well preceed the implantation, setting up a system that can be easily converted into the implantable chip system.
Who are the companies cooperating with our Federal Government in solving the technical difficulties inherent in this type of system?
1) Microsoft is leading the way, with Bill Gates at the helm. Refer to our News articles, NEWS1020 and NEWS1021, which detail how Bill Gates has become one of the darling leaders of the New World Order planners. Truly, one does not get really rich unless he or she is part of this Plan.
2) Hewlett-Packard "announced that it will provide smart card readers for personal computers using Microsoft Windows software ... starting this year, in 1997."
3) Oracle Software Corporation "is working on the Network Computer. This will be a marriage of your home TV with the worldwide web ... In this setup, your TV will become the computer and your remote control will give you the means to work the system. Of course, you will not be able to gain access or get your TV to operate at all until you insert into the Network Computer's accessory device your personal Universal Biometrics I.D. Card."
"Oracle's founder, billionaire Larry Ellison, is the present darling of the Illuminati crowd. When President Clinton traveled to California last October, news reporters obsdrved Ellison climbing into the back seat of Clinton's presidential limo. 'I was explaining to him how the Network Computer will operate', said Ellison."
"Oracle was the company chosen
two years ago by the National Security Agency, the CIA, and the
U.S. State Department to develop a national I.D. card control
system in Mexico. Every citizen of Mexico was issued a high tech
I.D. Card, ostensibly for voter registration purposes. Actually,
this was part of the Illuminati's campaign .... to require every
man, woman, and child on Earth to soon be issued the Universal
Biometrics I.D. Card."
Remember that one of the key points
about the Masters of the Illuminati: they never implement anything
on a global scale that they have not first tested out on a limited
scale.
Many people have questioned as to whether the people involved in the New World Order Plan know that they are involved in fulfilling Biblical prophecy. In most cases, I say, "no" , I think they are just puppets dancing on the end of the string being manipulated by Satan. But, in the case of this company, the Oracle, I am not so sure that Larry Ellison is ignorant of the fact that he is helping fulfill Bible prophecy, on the side of Antichrist. When Ellison chose the name, "Oracle" for his company, surely he was aware that the meaning of the word signifies his knowledge of what he is doing. "Oracle" means, "something that is foretold by, or as if by supernatural means", or simply "prophecy"! Certainly, the developmental work which Oracle is performing does fulfill Biblical prophecy!
Texe Marrs continues: "To insure that all goes well and the behemoth Project L.U.C.I.D. is fully implemented by the final target date of January 1, 2000 A.D. [there is that date again, the same date as President and Mrs. Bush is scheduled to attend the New World Order New Years' conference at the Pyramid Cheops] last July 15th, President Clinton signed an executive order (No. 13010, Federal Register, July 17, 1996, Vol. 61, No. 138, pp. 37345-37350) setting up a monstrously huge federal bereaucracy to oversee and direct all high tech, citizen control operations and systems. The executive order established the 'President's Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection.' Its membership includes top-level officials from the Treasury, Justice, Defense, Commerce, Energy, and Transportation Departments." My, oh my, from whom does the President believe he has to worry about an attack on the "Infrastructure" of this high tech computer system? You, and me, and all of us Fundamental Christians. But, more about that aspect in a few moments.
"Meanwhile, a global police organization called the "Infrastructure Protection Task Force (IPTF) was also established. Made up of FEMA, the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA, the IPTF will use its considerable police, law enforcement, and intelligence authority to whip the citizenry in line. The internet and all individual computers will be monitored and censored to make sure that no 'cyber terrorists' can thwart or prevent Project L.U.C.I.D."
" 'We must have the means to prevent cyber terrorist attacks on our computer systems,' CIA Director John Deutsch explained recently (Parade Magazine, 9/29/96). 'The danger of cyber terrorist attacks on the worldwide net', Deutsch warns, 'is second only to that posed by nuclear arms and other weapons of mass destruction.' " Who said that "the pen is mightier than the sword"? In other words, Federal Government officials are setting the stage for them to be able to move against any person or organization who disagrees with them, and who uses the Internet to vent such disagreement!
The time is drawing near for our second Biblical prophecy -- which we listed at the beginning of this article -- to be fulfilled. Soon, very soon, the Federal Government will move against all of us who are involved in Christain Internet Ministries. Then, they will probably use this action as the excuse to "eradicate" the danger posed by Fundamental Christians throughout society. The war against God's people will have begun. We are told the outcome. For 3 1/2 years, the forces of Antichrist will shatter the power and influence, and the lives, of many, many of God's people. Only the return of Jesus Christ, as foretold in Revelation 19, will stop this reign of terror.
Christians, prepare for persecution, for martyrdom. Truly, the night is approaching when no man can work for Jesus Christ. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there.
