The moral bankruptcy of our society is well-documented. But, few people understand why we have become morally bankrupt. However, when we look at society through the Biblical eyes of God, we can easily see why we are facing the unprecedented troubles of today. This study of America through the eyes of God is what we will always try to do here; stay with us for some eye-opening truths.
Before we get into our most interesting subject of today, we want to digress ever so slightly. THE most often asked question we receive is, "WHEN" will the New World Order culminate in the appearance of Anti-Christ and the Rapture of the Church"? Of course, we simply state what Jesus repeatedly stated, namely that no person can know the precise time of the Rapture of the Church because God the Father has elected to keep that moment in His mind. Jesus the Son does not even know that precise moment when He will step forward from Heaven to call for His saints, both the present living and the dead of all ages. The simple fact of the matter is that the timing of the appearance of Anti-Christ is not in the hands of those arrogant, foolish occultists who are directing the drive to Anti-Christ's kingdom; rather, the appearance of Anti-Christ will occur only when Jesus Christ receives the scroll of the earth from His Father and breaks open the first seal. Since no one in the universe apart from the Father was to know the precise moment in world history when this glorious event would occur Jesus very strongly commanded His born-again believers to be ready at all times.
However, Jesus also wanted His saints to be able to recognize when this glorious time was about to occur, to be able to know that the approximate "season" was at hand. And only the born-again believer would know, as Daniel 12:9-10 so clearly states. "Go thy way, Daniel: for the words [of this book] are closed up and sealed til the time of the end. Many shall be purified and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." None of the wicked shall understand. They shall believe with all their hearts that the times in which they are living are like every other time in world history, as 1 Peter 3:3-4 and Jesus in Matthew 24:38-39 so clearly teach. The wise simply will not discern the fact that the End of the Age is approaching, even though it seems clear as the nose on your face to the believer, because the Holy Spirit has purposely blinded their eyes of discernment.
But, back to the subject that we will know the "season" or the approximate time of the End of the Age. To enable us to discern the approximate time in which Jesus would be breaking that first seal in Heaven, God has given prophecies which, when believers can see them being fulfilled all together, will alert those who love God that the time is near. One of the major prophecies which is most helpful in this regard can be found in Daniel, chapters two and seven, where God reveals that the world would be reorganized into 10 Super-nation states, each led by a super king. In Revelation, 17:12-17, God reveals that each of these 10 super kings had one purpose and one purpose only, namely, to create their kingdom only so that they could surrender their power and authority to the Beast, the Anti-Christ.
Students of history will appreciate how very unusual such a configuration of nations this would be. For over 5,000 years, since the Tower of Babel, men and women have been imbued with a tremendous love of country, so that the various peoples have split apart into countries and have stayed split. Today's world has over 170 countries. The idea that the world could be drawn into one entity has no historical parallel. Yet, the Bible says that it will happen just before the Anti-Christ arises, and that when believers see it happening, they will know that the appearance of Anti-Christ is very near. They will further know, from the parallel passage in Revelation 17:12-17, that the leaders which are directing this drive to a 10-Nation confederacy are actively pursuing this course with the goal that, as soon as the world is so reorganized, they will hand their power and authority over to the Anti-Christ. Who are these leaders who have been so active in leading the world to this point? Virtually every President since Franklin D. Roosevelt to Bill Clinton has been extremely active in this drive to the 10-Nation confederacy, plus key members of their Administrations. Of course, these leaders would never admit that they have knowingly planned to reorganize the world so that a man could arise who would claim to be God, would validate such claims with supernatural signs and wonders, and would be given the power and authority from each of the 10 rulers.
The key concept is that we can judge fairly accurately how close the Rapture might be by watching the creation of this 10-Nation Confederacy. At this point, most of you are probably asking the question, "But, is there an active plan to create such a worldwide 10-Nation Confederacy?" The answer is a quite loud and clear, "YES"!! Yet, most people have no idea that such a plan has been formulated, and is being carried out before their very eyes, in their daily newspapers. Let us begin with the New Age Plan to create a 10-Nation reorganization of the world.
In 1974, one of the major New Age writers, Eduard Pestel, published a book about the coming New World Order. This book was entitled "Mankind At The Turning Point", and was published by Reader's Digest Books. Pestel stated that, at the right moment when the population of the world was ready to accept the precepts of the New World Order, the world would be reorganized into 10 Super Nation States, and he lists this reorganization. Before we get into the specifics of this reorganization, we need to ask the question, "Why 10 nations? Why not 12 nations, or 8, or any other number?" Since Satan knew of God's prophecy which the Bible says must be fulfilled, wouldn't he want to avoid this number at all costs. Wouldn't he want to place the idea in the heads of his followers to think and plan for another number of Super-Nation states. Of course, Satan would want to do this very thing. The very fact that we see a Plan to reorganize the world into 10 entities shows the omnipotent power of God as well as any other event.
Since Satan was being forced by God to create a Plan which would reorganize the world into 10 entities, Satan began hundreds of years before to lay the groundwork for this prophecy to be fulfilled. He taught occultic leaders that 10 was a magical number. Occultists consider the Number 10 a magical symbol, consisting of an upright man (as represented by the vertical 1) standing before the circle (as represented by the zero). In magical terms, the most important part of this symbol, 10, is the space between the 1 and the 0. This space represents an upright man contemplating the universe in freedom. (Frederick Goodman, Magic Symbols, p. 46-7).
Freedom from what? Freedom from religion, as represented by the 0. Thus, man is arrogantly pictured as standing apart from organized religion. The number 10 is the ultimate expression of the prideful way in which the New World Order leaders conceive of themselves in relation to the world and to religion.
But, beyond this, Satan taught that the number 10 was a number of perfect government. Of course, the Bible states that God's perfect number of government is 12, which is why Israel was comprised of 12 tribes, and why Jesus had 12 active disciples. But, for the occultist, and for Satan, 10 is the number of perfect government. This can be seen in many different ways, only several of which we will be examined here.
The number 10 is so critical concerning government, that it truly constitutes a sign of occultism when you see it applied to any government or governmental control. Thus, we should not be surprised to learn that a Master Plan does exist which would reorganize the world into 10 Super-Nation states. Before we list the way in which this Plan is laid out, we need to emphasize that this Plan is so constructed that it leaves in place all the individual governments of the world. This Plan does not envision the immediate elimination of individual nations. It recognizes that the feeling of patriotism burns hot within the breast of most people, and that these people would get most agitated if they felt that someone was taking their national identity away. So, Satan brilliantly revealed to those leaders of the New World Order to leave the existing structure in place and erect the new 10-Nation Superstructure over the top. To prepare people's attitudes for the creation of governmental entities larger than single nations, Satan's Plan called for "Regional" entities, some economic and some military. Thus, post-World War II history records the creation of NATO, the Warsaw Pact, and SEATO as military organizations, each of which was larger than single nations. We saw the creation of the European Economic Community and the Group of Seven, both of which were economic and both of which were larger than single nations. Many other groups were also formed, including International Sports, which drew people together from many individual countries into a single large organization. Thus were people being conditioned to some day, and under some conditions, to accept Regional Government. The Plan is brilliant, and it has worked to perfection thus far in creating a 10 Nation organization. Then -------
At the right moment in world history, each of the 10 leaders of this new governmental structure will simply transfer their power and authority to the ultimate leader of the New World Order, Maitreya the Christ, the Biblical Anti-Christ.
Now, let us examine this proposed reorganization of the world into 10 Super Nation-states.

As we examine the progress which has already been made in creating this reorganization, let us begin with nation Number 10, China, and work our way to Nation Number One, North America.
10. China obviously is a nation in her own right and will not have to change at all to be a part of this Plan.
9. South and Southeast Asia are to be loosely drawn together as one governmental entity. The nations of Vietnam Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand will thus stand together instead of being dominated by their hated neighbor to the North, China. If this Plan envisioned that China would not rule over Southeast Asia, we can understand China's halfhearted war with Vietnam, in which she retreated rather than commit the men and material necessary to overwhelm her Vietnamese enemy.
8. Tropical Africa is another loose grouping of Third World countries which would not have the power to resist such a change. The United Nations could simply vote them into being, even if some countries in this region opposed the Plan. The only country which could conceivably possess the power to resist this Plan is white ruled South Africa. This is undoubtedly why South Africa was left out of this grouping. It is not compatible with the rest of black owned and governed Tropical Africa.
7. North Africa and the Middle East is one of the most explosive areas of the world, with little Israel sitting right in the middle. This situation reminds me of God's prophecy in Zechariah 12:3, where He says, "In that day [the End of the Age], will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people; all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, and all the people of the world be gathered together against it". We know that Anti-Christ will rule from Jerusalem, and will constantly be fighting off military attempts to destroy him. This is one region worth watching. We believe the purpose of the current Middle East Peace Talks is to create this seventh nation, North Africa and the Middle East.
6. Latin America currently exists as a loose grouping. This region will pose no problem for the United Nations when the time arrives to reorganize them as one economic and/or political Nation Number 6.
5. Eastern Europe, including Russia. The wording of this proposed Super-Nation is more than just interesting; once anyone who understands the meaning of this title will realize that this title is a strong indication that this conspiracy is in existence and that the leaders of the world are operating according to this Plan. First, remember that this Plan was published in 1974, at a time when Russia was a superpower, but was known as the U.S.S.R. [Union of Soviet Socialist Republics]. Russia was simply the largest of 12 provinces. Therefore, why didn't this Plan say U.S.S.R. rather than "Russia"?
Furthermore, since the U.S.S.R. was a superpower and the possessor of the greatest military machine in the world, protocol would have demanded that she be listed first. The title of this Nation Number Five should have been listed as "U.S.S.R., including Eastern Europe". But, it was not listed this way, for the simple reason that this New Age author clearly understood that the U.S.S.R. was to be deliberately broken apart, so that, when the time arrived to put this Plan into operation, there would be no coalition of Soviet Socialist Republics. This Plan envisions bringing only the former province, Russia, into Nation Number 5.
4. Australia, South Africa, and the rest of the market
economy of the developed world. Again, we have a collection of militarily weak countries, even though their economies are developed. South Africa is the one exception, since her military is extremely strong, even possessing atomic weapons. However, South Africa's strength is being rapidly dissipated in the internal battles over Apartheid. Take a close look at South Africa. This nation is being slowly ground down in this struggle against the hated Apartheid. We oppose Apartheid mightily, but realize the key role it is playing in reducing South Africa into a helpless Third World country, so that it is not capable of resisting the final move into this 10-Nation Reorganization.
3. Japan is Nation Number Three. Obviously, nothing more is needed to bring Japan into this grouping. I was very intrigued by the decision to list Japan separately, since she is so small geographically. However, she is very powerful economically, so powerful that she would undoubtedly resist mightily any attempt to place her in league with any other nation. Thus we understand one essential element of this nefarious Plan. No nation which currently possesses great power or position needs to give up any of this power to be part of this Plan. Thus, both Japan and China are listed separately.
2. Western Europe is Nation Number Two in this grand reorganization Plan. For centuries, occultists have held up the reunification of Europe as an article of faith. This goal is so pronounced and so persistent that one has to finally wonder aloud why so many different groups operating over so many different centuries would all feel so persistent about this issue. The only conclusion that I can reach is that reunification of Europe apparently fulfills God's prophecy of Daniel 9:27, which predicts that the time of Anti-Christ will be preceded by a revival of the Old Roman Empire, which is basically Western Europe. Because Satan is not Omnipotent, because he is being forced by God to conform to God's prophecies, he must set the stage among his followers to fulfill this prophecy.
Nevertheless, ten Western European nations officially became one economic entity on December 31, 1992, thus fulfilling one of the most important and long-term occultic goals. Foster Bailey revealed in 1948 that New Age disciple Adolf Hitler had tried to unite Europe militarily, but had failed. This time, Bailey insisted, Europe would be reunited peacefully through economic means. Immediately following World War II, an immensely powerful occultic leadership group was established to carry out this most important goal. Led by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, and supported mightily by the United States, this group, which came to be called the Bilderberg Group, met several times a year in secret to plot the moves necessary to unite Europe. Economic union was planned first, with political and military union planned in several more years.
For the purpose of our discussion, Europe has been officially reunited, and the Old Roman Empire has been revived economically, with concrete plans in motion to unite Europe politically and militarily. Thus, at least two Biblical prophecies seem to be fulfilled here:
Western Europe is finally united again, after the most intense effort imaginable since the end of World War II. Now we are left with only one Super Nation left to reorganize to get to our 10 Super-Nation organization.
1. North America is planned to be Nation Number 1. We find it to be very instructive that no official moves to establish a unification of Canada, the United States of America, and Mexico were initiated until the effort to unite Western Europe had entered into its final and irrevocable stage. Then, and only then, did the President of the United States, George Bush, announce his intention to draft a treaty to send to the Senate which would accomplish this goal of unification. President Bush called his plan the "North American Free Trade Agreement", or NAFTA for short. This NAFTA plan would remove all barriers to the freeflow of trade within the borders of all three countries. This entire North American Continent would become one economic entity just as the 50 states of the United States currently are on economic entity. Interestingly, Bush's plan strives to unite the continent on an economic basis, rather than on a political or military one. He evidently took his cue from the European model. People will allow themselves to be manipulated economically before they will politically or militarily. However, once they are untied economically, the final move into political and military unification will follow almost inevitably, if the final moves are taken gradually or under the leadership of a most brilliant and charismatic leader.
Whatever opinions you may hold about the merits of NAFTA, this treaty, once it is ratified, will create Nation Number One of the Ten-Nation Confederation. Nations Number One, Two, and Five were the most difficult to accomplish; once they were in place, the United Nations will simply meet one day and vote these lesser entities into place. But, will the North American Free Trade Agreement be ratified by the parliaments of Canada and Mexico and by the U.S. Senate? After all, the opponents of NAFTA have literally come out of the woodwork, and have included some of the most vociferous and well-organized labor unions. Secretary Leon Panetta even stated several weeks ago that he thought the treaty was "dead". Strong groups in Canada are outraged over the terms. If ever there was a chance that this 10-Nation organization could be derailed, it is with NAFTA.
Believe me, this treaty will be ratified. The leaders of the drive to the New World Order have literally become experts in managing debate to achieve their goals. They strongly believe that they must have debate, even strong and bitter debate, if they are to achieve their goals. Remember our Six-Step Attitudinal Change Plan? Step Number Four is strong debate by the two sides of the struggle. When each side has clearly laid out their positions, it seems that no agreement can be possible and that those who are holding to the traditional position in the debate will prevail. Suddenly, a brilliant person stands up to mediate the debate in such a way as to allow a compromise. The compromise proposal is that the traditional position would essentially be adhered to, and that the proposed change would be allowed only under special conditions. The traditional side walks away erroneously thinking they have won the battle, while the side who had been arguing for the change walks away correctly knowing that they have won; for, you see, they have succeeded in accomplishing their goal to simply open the door to changing the traditional position, even if it is just a little crack. Once the door is opened to changing the traditional position, even only a tiny little bit, then the door can be systematically kicked open more and more over a period of time, until it is standing all the way open and the traditional view has been forever banished.
And it all started with that compromise.
We have seen this pattern occur many times over such issues as:
The key is the initial debate. If the traditional side is not naturally present to wage a vigorous battle, then men must step forward to argue on behalf of that side. The majority of the population cannot be changed if there is no debate. Whenever you see an issue that is being vigorously debated in society, look to see if you can see the principles of the Six-Step Attitudinal Change Plan at work. Simply summing up this demonic plan, it works like this:
This is exactly what is happening in the debate over the North American Free Trade Agreement. Strong arguments broke out between President Bush's Administration who was proposing this radical change in the traditional organization of the North American Continent, and those opponents of such a change. The debate becomes so fierce that the Bush side decides to table the debate until after the 1992 election. During the election, Candidate Clinton steps in to mediate the debate by stating that he supported the treaty, but only if certain changes were to be made which addressed the concerns of the groups comprising the opposition.
And this is the plan of action today. Teams of "experts" have been meeting to write addendums to the treaty to address the concerns of Organized Labor and the rabid environmentalists. Once these "compromise" positions are in place, all three deliberative bodies of all three countries will authorize the North American Free Trade Agreement, and the last major block of this reorganization will fall into place. The last step is for the United Nations to meet to vote to create the loose groupings which comprise Nations Numbers Four through Nine.
At this point, the world will stand at the brink of witnessing the appearance of the "Eleventh Horn", the Anti-Christ. This is the sequence of Daniel's prophetic writings and this is the sequence of New Age writings. Jesus said, in Luke 21:28, "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh."
Dear Christian, it is time to lift up our heads; our Redemption, Jesus Christ, is drawing nearer every day to that glorious moment when He will call His Church home.
