NEWS BRIEF: "Rand Corporation Warns: China closing military gap with U.S.", The Washington Times, June. 16, 2005

"China's military capability is catching up with that of the United States according to a Rand Corp. study ... the gap was expected to further narrow in the next few years ... excerpts from the report drawn up for U.S. intelligence chiefs detailed China's military breakthroughs and development over the past few years."

To most Americans, this news is severely problematic. Given China's huge numerical advantage over this country, our only hope has always been to maintain a significant technological edge over China -- both militarily and economically. To date, this edge has been so successfully maintained that most Americans have just concluded that it always will be maintained.

Now, the Rand Corporation Think Tank is warning that this significant military edge is in danger of disappearing. We have heard several stories over the past year warning that an all-out war with China is possible, perhaps even probable.

Right now, China is pointing more theater missiles at Taiwan than ever before and is more bellicose toward that island nation than ever before.

China seems on the verge of parity with the United States.

However, we should not be surprised at this turn of development, for the plan has existed for 150 years to arm China to be equal to the United States at the end of the period prior to the appearance of the Masonic Christ.

This is the story of this article.

THE PROTOCOLS OF THE LEARNED ELDERS OF ZION WANTS CHINA ARMED!

This occult Plan, devised originally in the late 1700's and continually updated since, envisions a very powerful role for China. When we tell you of this part of the Plan, you will finally understand the drama that is occurring in Washington, D.C., right now concerning China and the American government. Finally, you will thoroughly understand why America has sat still, for nearly two decades, in enabling China to build a modern, First-strike nuclear force.

One of the most important documents ever written that detailed specifically how the world was to be moved into the New World Order is called the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. While its origin remains clouded in mystery, some occultists believe it was written in the very early 1800's. The Protocols are too brilliant in their analyses of the many changes that need to be made, for it to have come from solely human minds. These Protocols were written by Guiding Spirits, just as surely as 20th Century occult writings have been, such as Alice Bailey's books, which Bailey boldly admits were channeled through her by the Master demon, D.K.

These Protocol s are Illuminist through and through.

Now, listen to the role which the Protocols assign to America and China after the New World Order and its Superman, Antichrist, have been established. The Protocols envision that, just perhaps, some nations might resist their Christ and his new global government. Listen:

"... if we allow the possibility of a general rising against us, we shall respond with the guns of America, or China ..." [Protocol #7, last paragraph].

Read this part of the Plan over and over again until you thoroughly understand it. The Protocols envision building up the armies of America and China to the point where they will be used to respond to any and all attempted uprisings against the global rule of Antichrist! America has always led the world in this century in technological advances, but China has always remained a very backward nation technologically. Therefore, in order to fulfill the Illuminati Plan called the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion , America had to build up China technologically! We had to deliberately give her, "sell" her, or allow her spies to steal our information, until she possessed both a state-of-the-art nuclear first-strike force and a formidable modern Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Further, in order for China to be able to afford to build weapons that were state-of-the-art, she had to be built up economically. Therefore, when President Nixon opened China up in 1972, his visit that was widely heralded. The agreements reached during this visit began the process of business exchange with China. Then, in the mid-1980's, Deng Xiopeng, successor to Mao, threw China's economy wide-open to Western businesses, allowing Chinese businessmen to develop their businesses much as do Capitalists. As a result of this business relationship during the past 20 years, China now realizes a $60 billion profit per year, money she is using to build the kind of state-of-the-art military that can annihilate us or anyone else in the world.

At this point, you might ask why the Clinton - Bush Administrations would allow China to buy, steal and copy enough of our state-of-the-art weaponry to catch up to us? We turn to the Protocols again for this important answer.

THE PLAN FOR DELIBERATE DISHONESTY AND INCOMPETENCE IN GOVERNMENT

"Abuses of power will put the final touch in preparing all institutions for their overthrow ..." [Protocol #2]

"When we are in the period of this new regime transitional to that of our assumption of full sovereignty, we must not admit any revelations by the press of any form of public dishonesty ... " [Protocol #12; Emphasis added] Do you realize we are in this "transitional" phase to the "assumption of full sovereignty", right now?

"We must not stop at bribery, deceit, and treachery when they should serve towards the attainment of our end." [Protocols #1]

"The political has nothing in common with the moral. The ruler who is governed by the moral is not a skilled politician, and is therefore, unstable on his throne. He who wishes to rule must have recourse both to cunning and to make-believe. Great national qualities, like frankness and honesty, are vices in politics, for they bring down rulers from their thrones more effectively and more certainly than the most powerful enemy ... we must in no wise be guided by them." [Protocols #1]

"The practice of advocacy produces men cold, cruel, persistent, unprincipled who in all cases take up an impersonal, purely legal standpoint." [Protocol #17]

THE BIG ONE

This is the Big One, the Big Part of the Plan now being worked out in our Daily News.

"When we come into our kingdom [New World Order] ... the errors of the [previous] governments will be depicted by us in the most vivid hues. We shall implant such an abhorrence of them that the peoples will prefer tranquility in a state of serfdom to those rights of vaunted freedom which have tortured humanity and exhausted the very sources of human existence ... Useless changes of forms of government to which we instigated the goyim when we were undermining their state structures, will have so wearied the peoples by that time that they will prefer to suffer anything under us rather than run the risk of enduring again all the agitations and miseries they have gone through." [Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion , Protocol No. 14]

By the time the New World Order is finally here -- after the Final Birth Pangs War -- Americans will be so wearied of the weaknesses and mistakes by their former Constitutional government, they will welcome the change to a "Benevolent Dictatorship" under the new Masonic Christ, who will so impress everyone with his "signs and wonders".

And, the government of this new Christ will make every effort to keep reminding the people of the terrible nature of their former type of government. We shall keep hearing of all Clinton's scandals, and of Bush's mis-steps on the "War On Terror" plus his invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.

This action of arming China also sets the stage for fulfillment of Bible prophecy in the Book of Revelation, which speaks of 200 million men from China marching to the Middle East to attack Israel, killing one-third of mankind along the way.
