Further, Bush's strong-armed tactics against Israel to force her prime minister to cave in to Palestinian demands in order to "divide the Holy Land" has a huge potential of upsetting both Fundamental and Evangelical Christians! Christians who know their Bible have supported Israel's right to all her land in a manner more firm and vociferous than most Jews today! Thus, Bush runs the risk of losing a great deal of support of Christians as the details steadily come out over the coming days and weeks.
And, if the news of the strong-arm tactics against Israel comes out at the same time that fresh mega-terror attacks rip the accord at Aqaba to shreds, Bush has the real risk of looking like a "monkey's uncle"!

Further, thinking Christians are very unhappy that President Bush has not been pushing Congress from Day One for a really solid, meaningful Partial Birth Abortion. Congress twice sent a ban up to the White House during the Clinton years, only to see the President veto the bill. If President Bush were really the Evangelical Christian he is thought to be, why have about 10,000 babies per year died in each of Bush's three years in office?
What concrete action can President Bush take right now that would firm up his support amongst his key constituency -- Evangelical Christians?
Clearly, President Bush needs a "victory" at this very moment, that would drive all these negative stories to the back pages. FUNDAMENTALLY FLAWED PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION BAN BILL
Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, Congress rides with a Partial Birth Abortion Bill, a bill Bush promises to immediately sign.
NEWS BRIEF: "House Passes 'Partial Birth' Abortion Ban", Fox News, June 5, 2003.
"WASHINGTON — Moving the restriction a crucial step closer to President Bush's signature, the House voted 282-139 Wednesday to ban a procedure that abortion foes call 'partial birth' abortion. With the vote, Congress is on the verge of supposedly ending a practice that Rep. Steve Chabot said was 'truly a national tragedy'.President Bush hailed passage of the legislation he said 'will help build a culture of life in America. I urge Congress to quickly resolve any differences and send me the final bill as soon as possible so that I can sign it into law'."
Just like that, Congress gives President Bush a "golden opportunity" to seize an issue that will mightily appeal to his Evangelical Christian Right-Wing constituents, a critically important block of voters to his 2004 presidential reelection campaign. Immediately after the House vote, Bush praised the Congress, raising his stake in the eyes of Christian voters everywhere. However, whenever I see an Illuminist news media like Fox News so greatly praising the actions of a Congress more known for its pro-abortion stance, and being praised by a Skull & Bones President, my suspicions are raised and all sorts of red warning signals begin to flash.
Something seems not right here, and since the "devil is in the details", I felt it necessary to go looking at the details of this bill. Since Cutting Edge hot-links to the "Thomas Legislative Legislation" website, I went to this website to peruse this bill. Let us look at this bill -- H.R. 760 RH -- to see the fatal flaw in the details.
NEWS BRIEF: "H.R.760: Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 (Reported in House)" -- Subsection 3 entitled, "Prohibitions On Partial Birth Abortion",
"SEC. 3. PROHIBITION ON PARTIAL -BIRTH ABORTIONS.
(a) IN GENERAL- Title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after chapter 73 the following:
`CHAPTER 74--PARTIAL -BIRTH ABORTIONS
`Sec.
`1531. Partial -birth abortions prohibited.

`(a) Any physician who, in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce, knowingly performs a partial -birth abortion and thereby kills a human fetus shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both. This is exactly the same loophole that the original Roe Vs Wade decision carried, a loophole so large the Pro-Abortion people drove legions of 18-Wheeler Trucks through it! Fully 1.5 million pre-born babies are murdered in the womb annually. Remember how we lost this war? We lost it in state legislatures when our side compromised to legally allow abortions ONLY in limited instances -- "narrowly" prescribed instances -- where the life of the mother might be in danger [Read full text of Roe Vs Wade at: http://members.aol.com/abtrbng/410b5.htm#*163, Judge Blackmun writing for the majority] The word, "health" of the mother was mentioned eight times in this short court opinion!
As "noble" as this compromise might have appeared to our ignorant legislators, it opened the door to this forbidden practice just a tiny crack. Soon, the Supreme Court kicked it wide open with Roe Vs Wade, and now abortion is practiced in all three trimesters of pregnancy and for any reason under the Sun!
At the time of this compromise, we could clearly see that "beauty -- or ugliness -- is in the eye of the beholder. The anti-abortion people explained to their constituency that, as horrible as this compromise was, it prevented a "worse evil". They defended their compromise by saying that, if they did not agree to allowing abortion under very narrow circumstances, they would have lost to an even larger evil; without their compromise, Abortion On Demand for any reason and at any time along the 9-month path of the pregnancy, would have become the law of the land! Fervent anti-abortionists swallowed a bitter pill that night, but they did agree with the argument of their compromising leadership.
The Pro-Abortion advocates had a very different reaction as they faced their constituency; however, their public reaction was far different than their private reaction. Publicly, they wailed, and moaned, as if with "gnashing of teeth" about their "defeat". While acknowledging the "minor" loophole granted abortion, they said that the poor pregnant mothers of this country had been dealt a severe blow, and that many of these mothers would continue to forcibly abort themselves in back alleyways with coat hangers (An act so rare as to not merit attention).
Privately, though, I believe these same Pro-Abortion leaders were clapping their hands and congratulating themselves on their guaranteed "delayed victory". These leaders knew human psychology far better than Christians; they understood that, when the door prohibiting a forbidden action is opened just a tiny crack, that door can then be easily opened further and further, until the point is reached when the door is completely wide open. We encourage you to read it, for it demonstrates how much of American society has been changed through this insidious plan. In this case, the Supreme Court kicked that door wide open in 1973 in their infamous Roe Vs Wade abortion decision. The "narrow limitation" compromise of allowing abortion "only" in the case of rape, incest, or to protect the life of the mother turned out to be no obstacle to what we now have: Unlimited Abortion Upon Demand at any point along the path of the pregnancy!
We must never compromise; it opens the door to delayed defeat.
Abortion plays a large role in the Illuminati. I asked former Black Magick Satanist, Doc Marquis, how Satanists view abortion. Satanists view human sacrifice as the ultimate sacrifice to Lord Satan, and the younger the victim, the more precious, and powerful, the sacrifice. Thus it was, in 1986, the TV documentary program, "20-20", aired a segment on Satanism in America today. One of the last parts of this segment showed women who were Satanists, and obviously pregnant. They said they were giving birth to these babies for the express purpose of sacrificing their infants to Satan. I was not surprised because I had run into this practice in my research into the occult. So, I asked Marquis, "If a sacrifice increases in power and preciousness the younger the victim is, how does a Satanist view aborted babies."? He looked at me deadpan, and said, "Satanists view aborted babies as THE most powerful human sacrifice possible."
Now, we have a Partial Birth Abortion "Ban" that has just passed Congress and is on the way for President Bush's signature. The President will undoubtedly play up this ban, giving it a regal ceremony that will receive great press coverage. Evangelical Christian leaders will effusively praise this bill and will tell their Christian constituents that this bill is just one more reason to believe that President Bush is a great Christian leader.
However, such praise will ignore two huge realities:
1). This bill is three years late, and about 30,000 babies have been so aborted during this time
2). This bill contains the same "poison pill" of the original Roe Vs Wade decision.
A few people are crying out, warning their constituents.

"While most pro-life groups hailed passage of a ban on partial-birth abortion by the House of Representatives, some contend it will have no effect. 'It's just a shame that the partial-birth abortion bill claims to ban a procedure that by the definitions and exceptions in the bill will not ban anything and probably will not stop one abortion,' Judie Brown, president of the (Catholic) American Life League, told the Agape Press News Service. She argues that when the procedure is banned, abortionists simply will use another method. 'I just find it terribly disconcerting that all these members of Congress have gotten together to have a 'parade' about a bill that won't stop any abortion,' she said.'
This quote tells us that something is terribly wrong with this bill, but Judie Brown is a little obtuse to her objections. Therefore, let us turn to Randall Terry for a clearer explanation as to how this bill contains a deadly "poison pill" that will render it useless, except in matter of propaganda designed to deceive.
"Randall Terry, founder of Operation Rescue, shares Brown's view, calling the ban a 'waste' and a 'shell game' that provides political cover for pro-abortion politicians. 'This is a hollow victory at best,' he said in a statement. 'This law will probably be stuck down by the courts. The courts have already shown their disposition in regard to this'. Terry also contended the ban 'will not save one baby's life. The Congress is participating in a sham, misleading the American people ... They know that every child that would have been killed by partial-birth abortion will instead be killed by burning the baby alive in his mother's womb with a saline solution, or a deadly injection into the child's heart."
While Terry is definitely "right on", I believe that, since the wording
of this bill contains the same major loophole that blasted Abortion into orbit
following Roe Vs Wade, the same result will occur here. All a Pro-Abortion physician
has to do is to unilaterally "declare" that the mother's life is in
danger if a Partial Birth Abortion is not performed. As has been demonstrated
so often during the past 40 years, this declaration does not have to contain
any kernel of truth for a physician to make the claim. The physician makes the
false claim, the procedure is carried out, and the clinic makes a lot of money
selling the baby's brains and other body parts!
Once again, Evangelical Christians will have been duped! They will line up to praise the President greatly and with a huge swelling of words, to deceive their individual constituencies that his support for this fake Partial Birth Abortion bill proves Bush's Christianity is genuine. Not only will more Christians be deceived as to Bush's Christianity, but the hideous crime of Partial Birth Abortion will continue, out of sight and definitely out-of-mind! In the guise of ending Partial Birth Abortion, this bill will allow it to continue! This bill may even be seen as the ultimate protection of Partial Birth Abortion.
EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN LEADERS WITH TIES TO REV. SUN MOON ALREADY LINING UP
In NEWS1818, we reported that numerous Evangelical and Charismatic Christian leaders had strong ties to a Moonie organization, either financially or politically. Predictably, some of these leaders are already lining up to support this fake Partial Birth Abortion Ban! Going back to the WorldNetDaily article, we see these leaders praising President Bush for this bill.
* Carrie Gordon Earll, bioethics analyst for Focus on the Family -- "We applaud the pro-life community's tenacity and commitment to ban the cruel practice of partial-birth abortion and look forward to a day in this country when every human being at any stage of life is welcomed as a valuable individual." [Ibid.] Remember, Focus on the Family told Christian parents it was all right for them to allow their children to read Harry Potter books - NEWS1383. Focus On The Family even published a book that told people that the Satanic "Lord of the Rings" contained "God" and the Gospel - NEWS1630. Now, they are encouraging their constituents to embrace this false Partial Birth Abortion Ban.
* "Sandy Rios, president of Concerned Women for America, noted passage of the bill comes after more than seven years of legislative effort. Former President Clinton vetoed the proposed ban twice and the Democrat-controlled Senate prevented the bill from reaching the floor during the 2002 fall term. 'What a triumph of the American spirit it has been to see moms and dads, activists and plainspoken parishioners remain committed vote after vote, even through the Clinton vetoes, to seeing this legislation become law,' Rios said." * "Southern Baptist leader Richard Land said in an interview with Focus on the Family, the bill 'is evidence that the pro-life movement is gaining momentum in the struggle to reassert the sanctity-of-life ethic upon which this nation was founded'. Land is head of the Southern Baptist Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission." [Ibid.]

"The ministry of Dr. James Dobson is applauding the passage of the ban on partial-birth abortion -- as well as the 'tenacity and commitment' of the pro-life community to continue its battle against the procedure. Similar legislation had twice before been vetoed by former President Bill Clinton." I wonder if anyone has told these folks that this Partial Birth Abortion is "smoke and mirrors" and will not save the life of one baby?

The Family Research Council was one of the groups which we noted in NEWS1818 as being founded by Gary Bauer and as having accepted up to $150,000 in monetary support from Moonie organizations!
* Pat Robertson chimed in, reporting about this fake Partial Birth Abortion Ban;
"The House of Representatives has joined the Senate in passing a bill that would ban partial-birth abortion, and President Bush stands ready to sign the ban into law as soon as it clears a conference committee ... President Bush has already said he will gladly sign a ban into law. Even though the ban will soon become law, the legal battle over partial-birth abortion is far from over. This article does mention the deadly "Harkin Amendment" which "reaffirms Roe Vs Wade" in the exact words of Weyrich; however, since very few people know what the Harkin Amendment is, few people will realize the significance of that amendment, and how it kills the effect of the supposed ban! On Schafly's Eagle Forum, she makes no mention of this deadly amendment, but is, instead, claiming "victory"!

Bush strongly supports this bill, even though it has the killer provision that Partial Birth Abortion may continue to be practiced if it was "necessary to save the life of a mother whose life is endangered by a physical disorder, physical illness, or physical injury, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself."

The President alerted us that he plans to trumpet this bill as a great achievement.

We want Randall Terry of Operation Rescue, to have the final quote. While we disagree with Mr. Terry on numerous theological areas, we recognize his efforts to stamp out Abortion in this country, even to the point of having the Federal Government seize his house and assets using the RICO Act against him. Mr. Terry has earned the right to speak out on this spurious Partial Birth Abortion Act:

for they know from the past 40 years how effective this loophole is in allowing
abortions to continue unabated! In the guise of prohibiting Partial Birth Abortions,
this bill will allow them to continue unabated and unfettered.
CONCLUSION
Once again, undiscerning Christians by the millions are in danger of being mightily deceived and hoodwinked, but this time, these Christians shall be deceived by the same lie for which we fell prior to the 1973 "Roe Vs Wade" court decision. We are going to applaud our Congressional legislators and our President for passing a bill that will most definitely NOT achieve the goal for which it was intended. This bill contains the same terrible loophole of "Roe Vs Wade", in which professed "sympathetic concern" for the life and well-being of the mother, will enable the practice of Partial Birth Abortion to continue while the majority of Christians can slumber on, content to think we had dealt a death blow to this terribly pagan method of sacrificing children.
When you see President Bush and other politicians falsely claiming a great moral victory, you must speak out! You must tell your pastor, and other church leaders, the truth! We must try to ensure that the truth gets out, even though every Mass Media outlet will be boldly telling the lie. Truly, Jesus was correct when He warned of unparalleled spiritual deception at the End of the Age.
"For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and .... they will deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God's chosen ones)." [Matthew 24:24]
This spiritual deception is being deliberately foisted upon us by our Congress and our President. Do not fall for it! Spiritual deception has never been higher. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
