keeping their children in religious schools, received a more threatening letter
they were to sign. We have reprinted this letter below.

from ________ to ________. According to the latest regulations, this vacation
will depend on whether you profess the world view of the Leader, and,
accordingly, send your child to the government-sponsored National Socialist
ideological instruction class. As you have not done so, you are herewith
requested to register your child for the ideological instruction. In case you do
not wish to do so, please inform us accordingly by a short, written
notice."
