For the Parts 1, 2, and 3, we have been discussing that unique, never-before snapshot of world history in which the peoples of this world find themselves today. Never before have the forces of evil, Satan's forces, been so strong in so many different areas of society as they are today. In our snapshot, we see these evil forces amassed and ready to attack in full strength once the restraints holding them back are fully removed. On the other side are the beleaguered forces of Jesus Christ, as embodied in the true, Fundamental Christian Church. Once this Christian Church is removed, Satan's forces will attack from all points of the compass in overwhelming strength. They will carry the day for Satan and establish his New World Order.
Today, we want to discuss another unparalleled political development in the world today: the successful reunification of Western Europe into one super nation, which occurred officially on December 31, 1992. This reunification reunited the original Roman Empire, an event awaited eagerly by legions of Bible scholars. Again, Biblical scholars have consistently maintained that the Anti-Christ will arise out of a super nation that is the revived Roman Empire. Now that the Roman Empire has been reestablished as Western Europe -- E.U. -- Antichrist is prophetically capable of arising! Scholars have been awaiting this event for 2,000 years!
As I have said on many occasions, this is a very exciting time in which to be alive, because world events are occurring precisely along the lines which those scholars who have insisted upon interpreting the Bible literally have predicted. World events of the past 30 years have built the strongest possible case for the literal interpretation of the Bible.
As I have researched the writings of the leaders of the New World Order, I have been repeatedly struck by the intense feelings these writers possess concerning European reunification. Their feelings in this regard can only be described as religious in nature and intensity. Adolf Hitler, the first public New World Order advocate, believed he had been chosen by the gods to finally unite Europe. After World War II, Foster Bailey wrote that Hitler's attempt had failed, and that now reunification would be accomplished economically and peacefully. This type plan would be consistent with Biblical prophecy which repeatedly states that the kingdom of the Anti-Christ would be accomplished by a peaceful plan.
This plan began in earnest in 1954, when the American-European secret society, known as the Bilderbergers, was established, with the express purpose of uniting Europe. The plan called for the unification to begin exclusively with economics. Economist Martin Mayer, writing for the Boston Globe on September 20, 1992, boldly stated that he knew, in 1959, that European reunification was inevitable. Why did he feel so strongly about this, to the point of considering it to be inevitable? Because, "French and German manufacturers were meeting to standardize screw threads...That sort of momentum", Mayer wrote, "..was going to be irreversible."
Mayer was exactly correct. Gradually, piece by piece, agreement following agreement, the nations of Europe were systematically intertwined. Finally, in early 1980's, enough progress was made that Europe's economy could be changed into one giant Free Trade Zone, larger than our 50 states. Agreements were hammered out which struck down all of the areas of individual protectionism which existed in the many countries of Europe, and a timetable was established by which the last of these protectionism's would be eliminated. This target date was December 31, 1992.
Also in this same general time frame, agreements were reached which established a new currency called European Drawing Rights or EDR. This new currency was simply placed alongside all the existing currencies of Europe, without replacing any of them. In this way, no one would be upset about the establishment of a new currency, because their own currency would not be publicly targeted for extinction. If there is one thing about which everyone can agree, it is that people feel more strongly about their currency than about nearly everything else. A people's love of their currency is akin to their patriotism and love of family.
To sidestep this love of currency, the European Drawing Rights was simply created as one more currency by which European companies could elect to conduct business. The major planned advantage with this new currency is that its value was fixed and guaranteed; its value would not change. Thus, a multi-year contract between foreign countries could be negotiated with the absolute assurance that the value of the currency would not change. Consequently, more and more business was conducted with European Drawing Rights. Then, the people of the Bilderberg Group became convinced that the conditioning of the people had reached the proper level to allow a formal treaty cementing Europe into a single economy. Therefore, late in 1991, ministers of Western European countries met in Maastricht, the Netherlands, to write just such a treaty. The terms of the Maastricht Treaty carry the nations of Europe much closer to single federated state, with a single currency, a single central bank, and a common foreign policy.
Some nations were to ratify this treaty by a vote of their parliament and some by general referendum. Ireland was the first to approve the treaty, followed by Luxembourg on July 2, and Italy last week. Things seemed to be going along just perfectly until voters in Denmark rejected the treaty on June 2. Suddenly, the Maastricht Treaty, and the European unity it would provide, seemed very much in doubt. All eyes turned toward France, who narrowly voted its approval last Sunday. However, in the two weeks prior to the vote, polls showed the election was too close to call; the outcome could go either way. Clearly, it was time for bold action to prod the electorate in the direction of treaty approval. Suddenly, the German Central Bank increased interest rates without notifying any of its European partners. The result was chaos in the financial markets, especially in Great Britain and France. These currencies shrank dramatically in value against the German Franc. I believe these actions were deliberately triggered and did accomplish their goal of convincing enough voters to vote in favor of the Maastricht Treaty. This exercise showed French voters two very important things:
The major advantage of a European currency based upon a single European economy
is that its currency would not change in value. People were forcefully reminded
that, if they insisted upon retaining individual economies throughout Europe,
they could count upon many similar instances of currency fluctuations.
People were reminded of Europe's "German Problem". All nations of
Europe are very wary of the renewed strength of Germany. France, especially,
retains this fear of Germany. Consequently, French leaders supported the move
to European unity because they believed a European Government would be able
to control Germany keeping her from ever becoming overly powerful again. French
voters were repeatedly reminded of this goal in the two weeks prior to the election;
and just to ensure that they got the message, the German Central Bank unilaterally
increased their key interest rates just days before the French election. This
action gave French officials ample opportunity to use this theme in the critical
three days before the election. Obviously, a European Government would take
into account the interests of every citizen and country in Europe before it
would decide upon a certain course of action.
Today, the Euro Currency is the legal tender of the land, and is gaining increasing acceptance, even though some groups are grumbling about returning to the old system of individual currencies. Believe me, this kind of a return will never occur.
Prophetic Examination of Daniel's Vision of the 10 Super Nations of the World
But, all this activity simply masks the true significance of the approval of
the Maastricht Treaty. What is really happening here is that Nation Number 2
was finally created. The New World Order Plan envisions that, immediately after
the United Nations assumes formal control over the affairs of the world, its
first official act will be to reorganize the world's collection of 170+ sovereign
nations into 10 Super Nations. This Plan, when carried out, will fulfill several
Biblical prophecies, most notably Daniel's 10 toes, found in chapter 2:20-45,
and Daniel's 10 horns, chapter 7:1-28.
Let us look for a moment at the prophecy of the 10 Toes so that we may more clearly understand the drama which is unfolding before our very eyes. In chapter 2:20-45, Daniel identifies the huge figure of a man in King Nebuchadnezzar's dream. This man represented the four Gentile kingdoms which God would allow during the Times of the Gentiles.
1. The First Kingdom was made of purest gold and was represented by the figure's head and shoulders. Daniel told the king this was his Babylonian kingdom. Babylon was given control over the known world.
2. The Second Kingdom was made of silver and was represented by the shoulders and upper torso. Since this part of a person's body consists of two parts, so this new kingdom would have two parts: the Medes and the Persians, joining together to form the Medo-Persian empire. This empire exercised control over the known world.
3. The Third Kingdom was made of bronze and was represented by the middle part of the torso, plus the thighs. This nation would take over control over the known world, and was later identified as Greece.
4. The Fourth Kingdom was made of iron legs, and feet that were part iron and part burned potter's clay. This kingdom was identified as Rome, and would control the known world. Rome did arise to take control from Greece and its rule lasted over 1200 years. However, its control finally crumbled and Rome fell. But, our institutions of learning and law and much of our concepts of government came from the Roman model. The institution of Rome never left modern European and American society.
Now, we must consider the toes. They are identified as being part of the fourth
and final Roman kingdom in the last days, a kingdom which will again control
the known world, which this time will be the entire earth. When Biblical scholars
considered this part of the prophecy, plus Daniel's prophecy of chapter 9:27,
they firmly maintained that the Bible was foretelling the revival of the old
Roman Empire during the last days of time.
The most exciting part of this current drive to European unity is that the geographical make-up of the proposed European Community encompasses almost precisely the original furthermost boundaries of the old Roman Empire. This included the island nation of Great Britain, which will be part of the European Community, her current protests not-with-standing.
In 1972, a book entitled, "Mankind At The Turning Point" was published. This book included a plan to reorganize the world's nations into 10 Super-Nation. These 10 Super-Nations are:
1. North America
2. Western Europe
3. Japan
4. Australia, South Africa, and the rest of the market-economy of the developed world.
5. Eastern Europe, including Russia
6. Latin America
7. North Africa and the Middle East
8. Tropical Africa
9. South and Southeast Asia
10. China
This 10-nation reorganization is envisioned as a new superstructure,
built upward and over the existing structure of the current sovereign nations.
The Plan carefully allows sovereign nations to continue to exist without any
apparent plan for change. However, their books tell a different story. They
definitely plan to abolish sovereign nations, but only after the peoples of
the world have gotten used to being a citizen of the super-nation in which they
are living.
This is the same concept we discussed earlier regarding currency. Since people ascribe such great and deep loyalty to both their sovereign nation and its currency as to make it impossible to establish a plan which would do away with them in favor of a One-World Nation, the plan was amended to contain this interim step. For a time, the world will have both sovereign nations with their individual, traditional currencies, plus a 10-nation government and single currency. After several generations have come and gone, people's love of their individual nations and currencies will have been so weakened that they will allow their abolition.
Before we go any further, I wish to mention one further thing about the number 10. Occultists have always maintained that the number 10 is a most sacred number. Evidently, God has caused the occultist to believe this nonsense about the sacred nature of the number 10 in order that His prophecy of the Ten Toes would be fulfilled. In spite of our interpretation of the 10 Toes being representative of the entire world, we may yet see Satan form the European Community into 10 nations; however, this still will not be the fulfillment of the 10-Toes prophecy. The worldwide plan to reorganize the nations into 10 Super-nations will be the fulfillment. We acknowledge that the European Community may yet be born as 10 nations only because we understand how sacred this number is to the occultist and to Satan. Occultists seem preoccupied with the number 10. We see its use in their writings constantly. The most practical example of its use concerns the United States. Did you know that President Nixon, on February 10, 1972, reorganized the United States into 10 regions in the event of a national emergency? Not only did he choose the number 10 to be the number of regions in his plan, he chose the tenth day of February as the day to sign his Executive Order. Ten is a most sacred occultic number.
As we look at the 10-Nation Reorganization Plan once again, we are jolted as we realize that the United States is to be included in Nation Number 1, called North America. The North American Free Trade Zone, [NAFTA] proposed by President Bush, ratified under Bill Clinton, is Nation Number 1 of this plan. It is comprised of Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
Again, back to this 10-nation Plan, we see that Nation Number 3, Japan, Nation Number 6, Latin America, and Nation Number 10, China, are already formed. Interestingly, Nation Number 5 was listed in this 1972 book as "Eastern Europe, including Russia". This is absolutely incredible, and it demonstrates once again the existence of a well-thought out conspiratorial plan, because in 1972, Russia was not a sovereign nation as implied by this title, but was part of the superpower called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, or USSR. The occult writer of this book knew the New World Order plan called for splitting the USSR into its component parts, and so worded his national reorganization accordingly. Nation Number 5, "Eastern Europe, including Russia", is now a reality.
The world was reorganized into 10 Super Nations by late, 1996. We, the peoples of this world, stand in the gap of Daniel 7:7-8. Now that the individual, sovereign nations of the world have been reorganized into exactly 10 nations, we await Antichrist. His appearance is the next prophetic step in this passage.
These dogs are really straining at the leash, awaiting only the final removal of the restraint, and then they will immediately reorganize the world according to their 10-Nation Plan.
Today, as never before, we are witnessing the world changing in so many ways which have been prophesied in the Bible concerning the last days. Make no mistake about it: Satan is amassing his troops in so many different ways and from all the points of the compass, awaiting only the day in which those final restraints are removed. Then, he will attack to overthrow the Old World Order established on Judeo-Christian principles, establishing his coveted New World Order, based upon Paganism.
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.

Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
