NEWS BRIEF: "Iowa Plans For Likely 'F/M' Outbreak -- May Quarantine Families", Rense.com, 4/18/2001.
"DES MOINES, Iowa, April 17 (UPI) -- Iowa Agriculture Secretary Patty Judge and other state officials Tuesday prepared for what they see as a likely outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in the United States. Among precautions being contemplated is the quarantine of farm families in outbreak areas and the hunting down and killing of deer, which can spread the disease."
We shall detail these plans in Iowa more completely further in the article, but we want you now to see that a pattern is developing across various states in this country; state officials are beginning to speak out, voicing their "concerns" about the likelihood of Foot-and-Mouth outbreak in their state. Further, they are voicing draconian plans that would likely shut down the economies of their states, and abridge the rights of their citizens, all to combat a disease that cannot be transmitted to humans and from which animals usually recover.
Let us now examine the developing situation in Minnesota.
NEWS BRIEF: "Martial Law Considered By Minnesota As Response To Foot-and-Mouth!", Rense.com, by Lee Egerstrom, Staff Writer, 4/19/2001.
"Minnesota state officials said Wednesday they might ask the Minnesota Legislature for authority to declare martial law in Minnesota counties or regions if foot-and-mouth disease strikes livestock herds. The governor has such authority now if a contagious disease imperils humans, said state Agriculture Commissioner Gene Hugoson and officials at the Board of Animal Health."
If this trend continues, we should see news reports continuously coming out from one state after another, where officials declare their fear of the "impending disaster", and outline draconian steps to take to "combat" it. In NEWS1491, we detailed the shocking news from North Carolina, where the legislature and the governor teamed up to create a bill to fight FMD that trampled all over our Constitutional Fourth Amendment rights! Now, we see Minnesota officials openly talking about declaring Martial Law to fight this relatively benign animal disease!
Let us now go back to Iowa, to see the steps they are planning on taking to combat FMD.
"Iowa officials said an outbreak of foot-and-month disease, which affects pigs, cattle and other cloven-hoofed animals, could paralyze the state's multibillion-dollar livestock industry. Symptoms include fever and blister-like lesions or erosions on the tongue, lips or teats of affected animals or between their hooves. The disease does not affect humans."
At least this article boldly states that the disease does not affect humans. Further, we have quoted medical sources in Britain and Europe, which state that the animals usually recover. In fact, in NEWS1483, we reported that a Cheshire, England, herd condemned to die because a couple of animals had symptoms of FMD, had gotten healthy before the Agriculture Ministry could get a slaughter team out to the farm! The infected animals had fully recovered in only a matter of days.
Therefore, why are the officials of Britain, France, North Carolina, Iowa, and Minnesota contemplating reactions that will destroy their own economies, and devastate individual farmers and ranchers once they lose their herds? Has anyone forced a government official to fully answer this question? We do not have much to fear from the disease itself; rather, our fear, and our danger, comes from our elected officials who are supposedly acting in our own best interests.
Their reactions are causing the disaster, not the disease itself.
Iowa officials are contemplating actions that one would expect only in times of war. Listen:
"[Patty] Judge [Iowa Secretary of Agriculture] said preparations have been under way for two weeks for plans should foot-and-mouth show up in the state. Possible actions include:
When the National Guard takes up positions to "set up roadblocks leading to farms where animals have contracted the disease", they are in position to keep all state citizens from travelling freely throughout the state. It is but one short step then to declare that infected animals have been discovered in meat shops within the cities, so that citizens of the cities are suddenly "under house arrest".
We have already reported that, when carcasses of slaughtered animals are burned in open fields, the burning is inefficient so that it causes enormous quantities of ash to go up into the winds, where it can infect huge areas of the countryside downwind, and the animals who are inhabiting that countryside. Burning the carcasses makes no sense, either, from either a medical or a disease control angle.
Stopping mail delivery would have a huge impact on the farms, as bills would go unpaid, and the farmers would suffer great emotional and mental distress.
Under this plan of action, the poor farmers and ranchers then literally will find themselves under "house arrest", with their freedom of movement taken away. Then, if the state's meatpacking industry is shut down, the economy of the entire state could go into a free-fall. As we stated in our earlier articles about Britain, even when [or if] the crisis is declared over and all animals declared healthy and free of disease, if the meat processing industry has been destroyed, meat may not be readily available and may be priced out of reach.
In the Iowa plan, the last reported step is to ban the export of meat for two years! This length of time is guaranteed to drive both farmer and meat processor out of business, permanently. The only people who will be glad over this turn of affairs will be the Animal Rights Advocates and New Age practitioners who are awaiting the vegetarian New World Order with religious fervor.
Now, let us go to Minnesota, where we will see state officials in a similar panic frame of mind.
"Martial law, at least at it has been applied in the United Kingdom, would mean the state could use the Minnesota National Guard and law enforcement agencies to keep people from moving in or out of some communities. Children from contaminated farms would not be allowed to go to school, Hugoson said. [Hugoson is the state's Agricultural Commissioner].
" 'What we would be dealing with is an economic disaster, not a human crisis', said Hugoson."
With all due respect to the Agricultural Commissioner, the state will be CREATING an economic disaster by their draconian reactions to this relatively benign animal disease. Further, they will be creating a political disaster if they take away our Constitutional rights, Constitutional government, and all our liberties on this most flimsy of excuses.
I find it highly interesting, and admit that it is great mental conditioning, to begin using the awful words, "Martial Law" right now before the planned disaster strikes; this conditioning is Step 1 of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan which has been so mightily and effectively used in the United States these past 70 years [Read NEWS1055 for full details]. Let us take a moment to see how this initial conditioning for the need for Martial Law to deal with this benign animal disease applies to this current situation in Iowa and Minnesota.
Here is how the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan
works:
Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.
Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.
Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT of the debate.
Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.
Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.
Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to
argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise,
challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.
You can see that this current situation in Iowa, Minnesota, and North Carolina fulfils Step 1 perfectly. "Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public" is Martial Law and everything that term implies. Martial Law implies a dictatorial government exercising dictatorial laws on the one hand, with a public that has lost its liberties, its Constitutional guarantees and government on the other hand.
Of course, our leaders will "assure" us that we will regain our guarantees, liberties, and government back once the crisis is passed. The infamous New World Order planning document, The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion , addresses this issue. Listen:

liberties we have taken away as soon as we have quelled the enemies of peace and

Of course, our leaders will not tell us how long we must suffer under the hands of this "temporary" dictatorial government, because they plan to follow this Protocol, and never give us our liberties back!
The Protocols then continue, in Paragraph 7, describing the "roundabout" way in which they shall secretly move the people into the dictatorial state called the New World Order. This Paragraph 7 then drops a bombshell; it states that this plan for a Totalitarian State has been carefully planned and advanced by Masons of the secret Lodge, even at the expense of the "fellow" Masons of the visible Lodge. Listen to the exact quote:
"It is this which has served as the basis for our organisation of SECRET MASONRY WHICH IS NOT KNOWN TO, AND AIMS WHICH ARE NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS SUSPECTED BY, THESE GENTILE CATTLE, ATTRACTED BY US INTO THE SHOW ARMY OF MASONIC LODGES IN ORDER TO THROW DUST IN THE EYES OF THEIR FELLOWS." {Paragraph 7, Protocol 11; Emphasis in the original]
Notice that the secret Masons call their visible brethren "Gentile Cattle". We have created quite a stir by informing our readers that an Invisible Fraternity even exists [Read free001a for full details]. But, here, we see the author of these Protocols telling us that the Visible Fraternity is nothing more than a "Show Army of Masonic Lodges", whose eyes are being blinded by the members of the Invisible Fraternity!
Right now, America has a President who has admitted he is a member of the Skull & Bones secret society; Skull & Bones is a Black Magick Masonic organization. When Bill Clinton was exonerated by the U.S. Senate, we discovered that the key leadership positions were occupied by Freemasons who had taken an oath to free a Brother accused of a crime, whether he was guilty or not [Read NEWS1263 for full details].
We know that, in many cities and towns across this country, Masons occupy important positions such as mayor, city councilmen, judges, police officers, and state and county offices. To what extent do Masons occupy key positions in states across the country, like governor or agriculture commissioner? We may never know.
But, we do know that the plan to end our liberties and to move America firmly into the New World Order envisions the deliberate creation of "crises" so as to panic the people. Then, the panicked people will turn to their elected officials demanding that they take whatever actions are necessary to return the situation back to normal. The poor scared citizens will never understand that these very officials are the ones who created the panic to begin with, for the express purpose of "solving" the crisis.
And, of course, the "crisis" just might go on for a very long time. New Age author, Bill Cooper, tells us how long one "crisis" has been going on. "There is no oversight whatsoever that could maintain a check on the legality of these National Security directives. The President and others within the Executive Branch have used these supersecret directives to skirt the balance of power and write law without anyone's knowledge. Justification of the President's power to write law through Executive Orders stems from the failure of the Government to rescind the declaration of martial law during the Civil War. In effect, the United States has been under martial law ever since Lincoln's administration." [Behold A Pale Horse , p. 111]
Now, why would President Lincoln not rescind his martial law decrees after the war was over? Of course, the answer is that he was assassinated before he could have canceled all the war-time declarations. His successor, President Johnson, was a Freemason who took many directives from Albert Pike, Supreme Commander of the Southern Jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite, whose headquarters are just 13 blocks north of the White House! Is it likely that President Johnson received advice from Pike to leave America officially in a state of declared crisis?
We may be seeing a planned roll-out of officials from one state after another, who officially declare their "concerns" over Foot-and-Mouth Disease, and who unveil their version of the reactions they are going to take to "combat" this benign disease. We would like our readers to be our eyes and ears on this issue. Please look at your local papers carefully to see if any of your state officials are expressing "deep concerns" over FMD. If you see such an article in your local paper, please cut it out and send it to us, making sure you capture the name of the paper, the date of issue, and the page numbers. Perhaps citizen vigilance can change the course of this current history. Be sure to tell the facts about FMD to your friends and neighbors, so they will understand how this relatively benign animal disease may be used to declare Martial Law and take our freedoms away. Watch the Middle East; when the war erupts between Israel and her Arab neighbors, then you will know the planned global crisis is under way, and the FMD "crisis" will begin to take shape in America, along with many other planned disasters.
