NEWS BRIEF: "U.S. held Foot and Mouth Simulation Three months BEFORE U.K. outbreak", N.Y. Daily News, by Patricia Doyle, PhD, March 18, 2001.
"Three months before the FMD [Foot-and-Mouth
Disease] outbreak in the UK, the US/Canada/Mexico held FMD simulations.
There has not been an outbreak in the US since 1929, yet, 3 months before the UK
outbreak, the US holds simulations. Our FMD savior, Plum Island, is
supposed to be our first line of defense against the virus. Incidentally, the
Plum happens to have a virus bank that is shared with, none other then, Canada
and Mexico. One of the reasons that the Plum is a Biolevel 5 facility is
because it studies FMD live virus. It is illegal to have this virus in the
continental US, and the Plum is the ONLY place where various live FMD viruses
are found in North America."
The American facility at Plum Island is a biological "research" laboratory, which is generally a code word for "Biological Warfare". In fact, Dr. Patricia Doyle boldly states that Plum Island is a Biological Warfare research facility that has been upgraded to Biolevel Five!
Now, why would a disease like Foot-and-Mouth Disease be of interest to biological warfare scientists? In previous articles, we have seen that standard Foot-and-Mouth Disease is not capable of jumping over to human beings; in fact, we learned that humans can eat the meat of animals infected with Foot-and-Mouth and not get sick. We also learned that most of the animals that do get sick recover within two weeks, and that if the infected animals are properly and immediately quarantined, the rancher can save the rest of his herd.
In these past articles, we have marveled at the dramatic over-reaction on the part of British, German, and French officials, who are supposedly being advised at the highest levels by the best scientists the kingdom has to offer. In these countries, hundreds of thousands of perfectly healthy animals are being slaughtered because of the "massive" outbreak of less than 300 animals, which are part of a total number of tens of millions!
But, now, we discover that our premier research facility has live FMD viruses and that it conducted a simulation fully three months before the disease broke out in Britain or Europe! Why would American officials even be thinking of Foot-and-Mouth Disease when we had not had a case since 1929, and no animal in either Britain or Europe had come down sick? Obviously, those of us who understand that the world has been groaning under the increasingly grievous weight of a 200-year-old conspiracy to produce the One-World System of Antichrist, will conclude that this entire episode of Foot-and-Mouth Disease may have been planned in advance. Indeed, I can find no other logical conclusion that answers all the questions, chief among them why American officials would be so concerned with an outbreak of Foot-and-Mouth Disease when none had occurred on our soil since 1929, and the first European outbreak was three full months away!
Such a revelation really stokes the fires of conspiracy, burning brightly and fiercely!
PLUM ISLAND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE FACILITY
Let us begin our study today with a close look at the Federal Government's biological warfare laboratory on Plum Island, New York. Few Americans have ever heard of this facility. Let us pick up our story from the Long Island History web site, written by Robert Cook, Staff Writer, http://www.lihistory.com/specdisc/displum.htm
"At Plum Island, they make an art of isolation. For the sake of biological safety, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Plum Island Animal Disease Center sits on a small island located almost two miles offshore, across the choppy waters of Plum Gut from the tip of Long Island's North Fork."
This brief paragraph officially tells us that Plum Island is operated as part of the Animal Disease Center controlled by the Department of Agriculture. This sounds real and good, except that Dr. Patricia Doyle contends that this Plum Island facility is operated for biological warfare [Quoted Above]. Not only is it a biological warfare research laboratory, but it is supposedly a Biolevel 5 facility, the highest possible! In a Biolevel 5 laboratory, the live viruses and microbes contained there are so lethal they can potentially kill tens of millions of innocent people should they ever escape.
Let us return to our official story for more pertinent information, and then we shall return to Dr. Doyle.
"There, day in and day out, the staff works on the inner intricacies of three animal viruses -- foot and mouth disease, African swine fever and vesicular stomatitis. All three represent threats to America's livestock industry, so they must be rigidly isolated during research ... The island began to be acquired by the government in 1826, when the precursor of the Coast Guard was deeded several acres on Plum Island's southwestern tip, site of the present-day lighthouse. It overlooks an approach to New York from the Atlantic Ocean. In 1897 the government acquired another 150 acres to set up defense facilities.
"The entire island became government property in 1901, when the War Department bought the rest of Plum Island and began to construct coastal defenses. During World War II, defensive structures were greatly augmented. After the war, however, much of the island was abandoned, and Army facilities were declared surplus. In 1948, after foot and mouth disease was eliminated from the United States, Congress ordered construction of an animal disease research laboratory in an isolated place. One reason Plum Island was chosen, historians have said, is that the winds around it generally blow toward the ocean, so if any microbes escape, they are unlikely to reach land."
"The laboratory opened its doors in 1954, and research began."
This official story seems logical and believable. The government has operated this facility for a variety of reasons since 1826. For most of the history of government ownership, Plum Island served as a naval defensive position, guarding the mainland from enemy intrusion. But, then in 1948, Congress chose Plum Island to be converted into an "animal disease research laboratory" because of its isolated location plus the winds that generally blew from the land toward the sea. In 1954, research began on animal diseases for the express purpose of protecting our domestic beef industry.
However, Dr. Doyle paints a far different picture, saying that the original purpose in 1954 was to create organisms for war, for biological warfare. Can this be true? I thought only the Bad Guys created microbes for the dastardly purpose of biological warfare! Any American effort in this arena has always been pictured as defensive in nature. Interestingly, this official account of Plum Island backs up Dr. Doyle's claim. Listen:
"Documents suggest that some of the early animal disease research was done with biological warfare in mind. The "intended" targets of the bioweapons being studied were the livestock on which the former Soviet Union was very dependent, the Army wrote in 1951." [Long Island History web site, above]
Plum Island was creating biological warfare agents in 1954 that were intended for use against the Soviet Union! In the decades from 1950's to the late 1980's, American officials were so concerned over the threat from the Soviet Union that one could rightly say that we were "preoccupied". Until the love feast of Bill Clinton, China was likewise considered a very important potential threat to American security.
Therefore, if Plum Island has been working on a Foot-and-Mouth Disease virus since 1954, directed at our enemies -- Russia and China -- how successful has this program been? After all, no one has heard any significant media coverage reporting huge outbreaks of the disease in these countries. However, we have just learned that Russia and China have, indeed, been greatly impacted by this disease. You will see that all of Russia, China, and India are absolutely covered up with Foot-and-Mouth Disease!
Since this is the case, one has to realize that Russia, China, and India have not reported significant human health problems growing out of this enormous infestation of Foot-and-Mouth Disease. We have not heard of people dying because of this outbreak When the current outbreak of this disease began to occur in Britain and Europe, why did the officials not react with the same measured response as has characterized the Russian and Chinese official reaction? No official in these countries has publicly stated that the spread of Foot-and-Mouth Disease among 300 animals constitutes a "massive disaster" requiring the slaughter of hundreds of thousands -- soon-to-grow into millions -- of perfectly normal, healthy animals.
Some reports have indicated that, quite possibly, this Foot-and-Mouth outbreak was a terrorist attack on our livestock industry. I doubt that, for two reasons: First, terrorists would likely choose a very deadly virus to unleash upon us, not a minor one; secondly, British, European, and now American, officials would only be aiding a terrorist attack by overreacting to such a huge degree, turning a minor problem into a full-scale disaster.
To reiterate: Not only has no human disaster been recorded in Russia and China from their Foot-and-Mouth infestation, neither have the officials there reacted by slaughtering entire herds of healthy animals! More than anything else, this overreaction is THE story of the hour.
In NEWS1480, we reported that Germany was panicking to the point of sending out troops trained in, and equipped for, biological and chemical warfare! We further reported that this current outbreak seems to cover significant other portions of the globe, thus setting the stage for a global government being required to cope with this global problem. This CBS News Interactive map for the year 2000 shows that a huge amount of the world is currently being impacted by this animal disease; then, countries not covered by it in the year 2000 are now reporting it.
Thus, we truly have a global problem with a disease that is mild among the animals and does not cross the species barrier to humans. Why, then, are officials in Britain, Europe, and now America reacting by destroying entire herds?
In NEWS1479, we reported that this government reaction was threatening farmers and ranchers small and large alike with absolute financial disaster. Further, this overreaction was threatening the entire animal processing industry with identical financial ruin. If this situation continues for long, these industries will be so wiped out that it will be difficult, if not impossible, to return back to "normal". People may be forced to eat other kinds of food, even to the point of becoming vegetarians. This thought is interesting, because the occultists through the centuries have tended toward vegetarianism.
Further, we reported in this article that the Illuminati might be seizing control of an entire Food Supply of these nations through this contrived crisis. We still believe this may be a large part of the reason for this unbelievable, and unprecedented, overreaction. The words of the first Illuminist Plan conceived for the global takeover of the world still rings in our ears:
"5. When we come into our kingdom, our orators
will expound great problems which have turned humanity upside down in order to
bring it at the end under our beneficent rule.
6. Who will ever suspect then that ALL THESE PEOPLES WERE
STAGE-MANAGED BY US ACCORDING TO A POLITICAL PLAN WHICH NO ONE HAS SO MUCH AS
GUESSED AT IN THE COURSE OF MANY CENTURIES?" [Emphasis was in the

Elders of Zion, written almost 200 years ago]
Are we at this point in world history? Are we witnessing the beginnings of a manufactured crisis, in which officials are attempting to panic their populations into believing that such a huge global problem has arisen that is turning "humanity upside down", in order to bring us under their "beneficial rule"? This intriguing possibility may answer the reason we keep seeing the words, "Mad Cow Disease" popping up in news articles written about Foot-and-Mouth Disease. Such linkage makes no health or medical sense, but just might make sense from a propaganda point of view. Propagandists are expert at linking unrelated matters in the public mind, so as to create the desired mindset of the victim population toward whom the propaganda is being directed!
But, after all this possible reasoning about why government officials of Britain, Europe, and America are overreacting to such a degree, I wonder if an additional occult factor might not be at work here? Consider the possibility:
GLOBAL ANIMAL SACRIFICE TO PRODUCE GLOBAL GOVERNMENT
Former Black Magick Satanist, Doc Marquis, has written extensively about the need for enormous sacrifices of both human and animals if the global New World Order system was to ever become reality. He has created an interesting symbol he learned orally in his Illuminist training that depicted the forces that are cooperating to create the New World Order Kingdom of Antichrist.
This Illuminist symbol depicts a huge river of blood sacrifice flowing from the "I Witch"; this river of blood flows over the Satanic altar with America's symbols on its side, and then out of the hexagram and over the rest of the world lying at the base of the symbol. Marquis boldly and repeatedly stated that Antichrist and his Kingdom could not be realized without the enormous quantity of blood sacrifice depicted through this symbol.
Certainly, human blood has flowed throughout this Illuminized Twentieth Century just completed. Our planned World Wars I and II, plus Korea, Vietnam, and the Gulf War, plus the thousands of smaller insurgencies, civil wars, and atrocities, have produced the rivers of human sacrifice needed to realize the coming Kingdom of Antichrist. Additionally, the slaughter of human beings through Abortion of all types has certainly provided tremendous human blood sacrifices that has propelled the world toward Antichrist.
Has the time now come to augment this human blood flow with animal sacrifice?
Before you automatically answer "No", because such a possibility seems wildly impossible, consider these facts:
1. Officials in Britain, Europe, and the United States are occultists, practicing Illuminists. Occultists believe in, and practice, animal sacrifice.
2. Animals that are sacrificed need to have the following characteristics: they must be innocent and they must be healthy. Both these requirements are present in this scenario in a huge way. Over 99.5 per cent of all animals being slaughtered are absolutely healthy, and have no connection to this mild disease.
3. Animal sacrifice needs to be followed by the burning of the carcass. Not only is this requirement noted in occult literature, we see it clearly in the Bible. Turn to 1 Kings 18:21. God's prophet Elijah has just issued a challenge to the priests of Baal, for a contest to prove whether Baal is the true God, or whether the God of Israel was the true God. Elijah then says, "Let them therefore give us two bullocks; and let them choose one bullock for themselves, and cut it in pieces, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under: and I will dress the other bullock, and lay it on wood, and put no fire under:" [I Kings 18:23]
Thus, the priests of Baal and Elijah slaughtered the bull and cut it into pieces. The pieces were then laid upon the altar, but no fire was to be put underneath to consume the meat. Elijah's challenge was that the fire would be provided by either Baal or God. If the Baal sacrificial offering were burned up, then Baal would be recognized as the one true God; however, if the Baal sacrifice received no fire from heaven, but if God's sacrifice did, then God of Israel would be recognized as the one true God.
This scenario demonstrates the sequence of pagan and Jewish sacrificial offerings. The animal was first slaughtered and then laid upon an altar to be consumed with fire. The slaughtered animal was to be healthy and innocent, that is, not associated in any way with anything deemed unworthy.
This scenario is being played out dramatically in Britain today. Perfectly healthy animals that have no association with the Foot-and-Mouth Disease are being killed in a manner in which blood does flow, and then they are being burned by the thousands. This burning thus fulfills the pagan requirement in animal sacrifices.
The burning of the carcasses makes no medical sense whatsoever, according to a subscriber who is a medical doctor. He marveled that authorities are burning the carcasses in open fields, ostensibly to prevent the disease from spreading. Quite the opposite is occurring! Burning animal carcasses in the open air, in a pile, imperfectly burns them, releasing toxic chemicals and ash into the air, where they are carried about by the prevailing winds. Thus, burning animal carcasses in this manner can actually spread the disease!
Once more, no fact associated with this disease makes any sense whatsoever!
To those of you who are inclined not to believe this animal sacrifice concept, consider that this outbreak of the benign Foot-and-Mouth Disease is not occurring in a vacuum in world events. All the disparate elements of the planned Third World War [Read NEWS1056] are now in place. In the Middle East, Israeli and Arab armies are not only armed to the teeth, but are poised to attack with full force the second the order is given. Armies along the Korean DMZ are similarly poised to attack. China is rapidly moving to initiate an attack on Taiwan. These are the three major wars designed to begin the final Birth Pangs of Matthew 24, in order to produce Antichrist. This is the Illuminati Plan. Let us allow New Age author, Bill Cooper, tell us succinctly what the plan is:
"Can you imagine what will happen if Los Angeles is hit with a 9.0 quake, New York City is destroyed by a terrorist-planted atomic bomb, World War III breaks out in the Middle East, the banks and the stock markets collapse, Extraterrestrials land on the White House lawn, food disappears from the markets, some people disappear, the Messiah presents himself to the world, and all in a very short period of time?" [Behold A Pale Horse, p. 177]
Perhaps, just perhaps, we are on the edge of this planned disaster, and the Illuminati felt a huge blood sacrifice was necessary to ensure the occult success of this plan to produce Antichrist. War seems ready to blow up at any second in the Middle East, probably to be followed by the rest of the elements of the plan, noted above. Animal sacrifice would answer the one unanswerable question: why are 99.5 per cent of all animals slaughtered absolutely healthy?
Truly, events are pointing to the soon appearance of the Antichrist, and the Rapture of the Church. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
