NEWS BRIEF:  "Designation of the Attorney General as the Lead Official for the Emergency Response Assistance Program Under Sections 1412 and 1415 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1997 (Public Law 104-201) (the "Act"), dated April 6, 2000.  http://www.pub.whitehouse.gov/uri-res/I2R?urn:pdi://oma.eop.gov.us/2000/4/7/7.text.2

"Under sections 1412(a) and 1415(a) of the Act, the Secretary of Defense is responsible for implementing the Emergency Response Assistance Program, commonly known as the 'Domestic Preparedness Program,' to provide civilian personnel of Federal, State, and local agencies with training and expert advice regarding emergency responses to a use or threatened use of a weapon of mass destruction or related materials, and for testing and improving the responses of such agencies to emergencies involving chemical or biological weapons and related materials."

This first sentence -- which is simply quoting the existing law -- makes a great deal of sense.  In the case of national emergency arising because of a threat of weapons of mass destruction, either nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, the existing Defense Department would be the best agency equipped to come to the aid of traditional internal police departments.  Army, Marines, and Air Force units would possess both the expertise and the equipment to protect our civilian population from such weapons; they would also be best equipped and manned to step into a volatile situation with the most effectiveness to counterattack any such enemy action.

However, the next paragraph of this Presidential Directive startles me greatly, stirring the embers of Waco Past.  Listen to Clinton's directive:

"Under the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including sections 1412(a)(2) and 1415(d)(1) of the Act, I designate the Attorney General to replace the Secretary of Defense as the lead Federal official with responsibility for carrying out these programs."

Thus, with the stroke of his left-handed pen, President Clinton has removed the Secretary of Defense as the Director of the Emergency Response Assistance Program, and has replaced him with the Attorney General. My mind absolutely boggles at this abrupt change in leadership of this most important function.  Why is the office of Attorney General suddenly placed in command of what is essentially a military function?  Why is the Attorney General placed in command of tanks, military trucks, convoys, airplanes, transport assets, and the entire military establishment that would be drawn upon in the event of a sudden military attack on our cities from within, from an enemy using, or threatening to use, weapons of mass destruction?

Suddenly, I can see the images of Waco.  I can see M-1 Abrams Tanks, Humvees, and other weapons of modern destructiveness aimed at civilian targets.  Suddenly, I can see the images of the Abrams Tank crashing through the gates of the compound, erupting with the stream of fire from its turret area, a stream of fire that quickly killed men, women, and children within.

Suddenly, I am filled with foreboding, wondering if the nation is about to experience  Waco scenario, national this time, that would enable our Illuminist leaders to suspend our current system of Government, suspend the Constitution, declare Martial Law, and usher us into the Brave New World of the New World Order.

Do not be deceived:  this is the Plan.  Listen to the original Master Plan of the Illuminati, falsely called the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion.  Rather than being the plan of Jewish leaders to control the world, this document is really the plan of the Illuminati to create the One-World Government, Economy, and Satanic religion known as the New World Order.  Listen to their plan to finally bring down the existing government so they can introduce the government of their Christ [Antichrist], written by demonic spirits through human hosts in late 1790's:

"... we must create ferments, discords and hostility ... by our intrigues we shall tangle up all the threads which we have stretched into the cabinets of all States by means of the political, by economic treaties, or loan obligations. In order to succeed in this we must use great cunning and penetration during negotiations and agreements, but, as regards what is called the official language, we shall keep to the opposite tactics and assume the mask of honesty and complacency. In this way the peoples and governments of the gentiles, whom we have taught to look only at the outside whatever we present to their notice, will still continue to accept us as the benefactors and saviours of the human race."  [Emphasis in the original]

In other words, even though their agents have created the discord and hostility ravaging the land, our national Illuminist leaders will assume the guise of the "benefactors and saviours of the human race".  Can't you just see President Clinton and his new Chief of the Emergency Response Assistance Program, Janet Reno, appearing on national television to announce new draconian actions to deal with the threat posed by weapons of mass destruction?  Clinton may even cry, as he feels our pain.  Reno will look as somber as only she can look.  Yet, beneath that facade is the heart of the Dragon, roaring as he begins the action that will deliver this nation, and all nations of the world, into the global Kingdom of the New World Order.

However, the Protocols makes it quite clear that these Illuminist leaders will lie through their teeth:

"The principal factor of success in the political is the secrecy of its undertakings: the word should not agree with the deeds of the diplomat."  The very fact that the New World Order Plan was conceived in great secrecy and carried out in even greater secrecy is proof that this part of the Plan is being followed.  When the final planned "crisis" erupts, you can bet that its very success will be brought about by its secrecy; people just cannot conceive that their leaders plan to do them harm.  Even Rush Limbaugh will be on the air, urging his listeners to support the Clinton-Reno team, or offering only token opposition.

But, now you will know, as you watch the President and Attorney General on television during this period of planned crises, that they are lying to you -- the Plan calls for it.  The Protocols  demand lying.  And lie they will.  Just like the old times, during the Gennifer Flowers fiasco, during the Waco aftermath, during the Monica Lewinsky affair, and during Impeachment proceedings, they will look right into the camera, and with all sincerity and maybe tears, they will lie.

What will they lie about?  Again, the Protocols tell us:

"... The gentiles are a flock of sheep, and we are their wolves. And you know what happens when the wolves get hold of the flock? ..... There is another reason also why they will close their eyes: for we shall keep promising them to give back all the liberties we have taken away as soon as we have quelled the enemies of peace and tamed all parties ..... It is not worthwhile to say anything about how long a time they will be kept waiting for this return of their liberties ....."

Oh, yes, the President and the Attorney General will assure us that, while the crises demand the suspension of the precious Constitution of the United States, the dissolving of Congress, and the suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus, we shall get all these liberties back once the crises are over.  And those who believe them are either part of the Illuminati Plan, or they are dupes fit only as steaks on the table for the master.

Oh, sure, the Illuminati foresees that some people will protest the fact that they are not getting their liberties back.  But, what is their answer to these people? 

"... while the peoples of the world are still stunned by the accomplished fact of the revolution, still in a condition of terror and uncertainty, they should recognise once for all that we are so strong, so inexpugnable, so super-abundantly filled with power, that in no case shall we take any account of them, and so, far from paying any attention to their opinions or wishes, we are ready and able to crush with irresistible power all expression or manifestation thereof at every moment and in every place, that we have seized at once everything we wanted ..."

"... Then in fear and trembling they will close their eyes to everything, and be content to await what will be the end of it all."  [Emphasis added above]

Yes, I do believe the demonic Guiding Spirits who revealed this astonishing Satanic Plan for the gradual take-over of the entire world for Satan and his man, Antichrist, knew human nature very well.  Evidently, we are close to the time when all the peoples of the world will tremble at the planned crises all around the globe and will turn to their leaders -- who are secretly Illuminist -- for protection and for restoration of peace, order, tranquility, prosperity, and freedom.  These leaders will respond as hungry wolves respond to a flock of fat, lazy sheep. 

When will President Clinton turn over the responsibility for this crisis management team to Janet Reno?  This President Directive specifies October 1, 2000, as the date of the change in responsibilities.  This date is, itself, a very interesting one. 

First, it is a little over two weeks from September 13, the date set several years ago to sign the final "peace" treaty between Israel and her Arab neighbors.  Since the demonic plan revealed in 1870 to Masonic leader, Albert Pike, has been carried out in perfect detail through World War I and World War II, we can only assume it will be carried out perfectly through the planned World War III [Read NEWS1056 and NEWS1057 for full details].  This demonic plan calls for Antichrist to come striding through the smoke and the dust of this planned World War III, between Israel and her Arab neighbors.  Clearly, today's Illuminist leaders are acting in concert with this 1870 plan, as the final stages of the Oslo "Peace Accords" will be ready to be signed on September 13, 2000.

Further, at the time World War III erupts between Israel and her Arab neighbors, drawing Russia into the Middle East and threatening world war between her and the United States, other planned crises will be unleashed upon a terrified mankind.

*  Arab terrorists will threaten the cities of Europe and America with weapons of mass destruction;

*  An air-tight Arab oil embargo will be announced that will include all non-Arab OPEC members;

*  North Korea will invade South Korea, using Nuclear, Chemical, and/or Biological weapons;

*  American troops will be thrown into the conflicts in the Middle East and Korea, stripping us of all our military manpower, including National Guard units;

*  China will invade Taiwan.  Actually, I think China will annihilate Taiwan using the neutron bomb, daring the United States to intervene.  We will not intervene because the Illuminati promised China the return of Taiwan in 1952 [Read NEWS1282 for full details];

*  All the markets -- stock, futures, and commodities -- of every industrialized nation on earth will fail.  Tens of millions of people will instantly panic, seeing "secure" futures vanish like a illusion during noon-day heat;

*  American cities will explode in uncontrollable riots.  This is the plan, and government provocateurs are primed to ensure it will happen.  These riots will be so powerful and so outrageous, local and state governments will not be able to cope.  Nightly TV will vividly show the terror,  the fires, the looting, and the murders taking place in nearly every American city.  Law enforcement people will stand by watching helplessly.  Since the National Guard is overseas fighting either in the Middle East or in Korea, they cannot be called up to quell the rebellion.

*  A most somber President of the United States appears on television.  He will most definitely be wearing his most serious expression; he may even cry. But, he will most definitely carry out the above Illuminati Plan.  He will announce the suspension of our precious Constitution, the dissolving of Congress and the Federal Court system.  He will announce the suspension of personal liberties, "only until we quell the riots and return the overseas situation to normal".  He will announce that, since all armed forces are out of the country anyway, it was a good thing he had the "foresight" to name the Attorney General to be the head of the Emergency Response Team.  Then, he will announce that, while the Attorney General will be leading the response to these internal threats, it is obvious she needs military personnel.  Since all American military is out of the country, President Clinton will publicly announce he is calling upon the United Nations to supply those troops.  At that moment, the 1952 Illuminati Plan to patrol all areas of the world with troops foreign to each region will be implemented [Read NEWS1270 for full details]

Janet Reno will then step to the podium to announce emergency measures designed to "restore peace and order" throughout the land.  Americans all across the nation will bite their lips, and support the President during this "unfortunate" explosion of wars, riots and economic collapse.  All commentators and radio talk show hosts will then intone gravely about the magnitude of it all, and will say, "who could have thought that all this would explode at once?  The President and the Attorney General deserve our Bipartisan support."

Secondly, IF all this does occur on or about October 1, 2000, the Presidential election in early November will be relegated to the dust heap of history. Remember the article we ran where we reported Clinton's stated desire to remain in office?  In this article, we reported a news story where a Friend of Hillary's was attending a party at the White House when Bill Clinton suddenly told her he had discovered a way to not  leave office; when she responded with incredulity as to how he could accomplish this bit of "magic", Bill leaned forward to tell her, "through World War III" [Read NEWS1323 for full details]

Perhaps this is the only reasonable explanation why President Clinton turned over the reigns of a military operation to an Attorney General.  No matter who the Attorney General is at the time of planned crises, he or she will not be militarily trained to respond correctly and efficiently.

But, if the plan is to suspend our current form of government, replacing it with a military dictatorship -- as the Illuminati Plan calls for -- then Clinton's action makes a whole lot of sense.  To suspend our government and our liberties, the President needs a very strong internal police apparatus, similar to the Communist KGB.  This is the type of leadership an Illuminist Attorney General will provide an Illuminist President, whomever he or she might be.

We have to watch the developing situation very carefully, keeping alert and watchful just as the Lord commanded, and most definitely "occupying" until He returns.  I have a very bad sense about this action by President Clinton.

These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
