I. The newly-passed "National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)" places private companies on notice that they must act within 72 hours of any order to provide the materials necessary to activate FEMA camps!

This last sentence is simply not accurate. The Bush Administration, with the complete compliance of the Democrat Party in Congress, declared war on the American people when they passed into law the infamous Patriot Act! That law turned America into an Absolute Dictatorship, on paper. The only reason many patriots have not been arrested is that the government has not been enacting any of its provisions yet.

The Patriot Act provides the government the authority to arrest anyone for any reason, without charges, without the legal protection of either a lawyer or a trial by peers; further, this law allows authorities to imprison anyone in a secret location, provides for a secret trial, and for secret execution! And not only that, but authorities may arrest any neighbor or friend who protests their treatment of the arrested and treat that neighbor or friend in exactly the manner described above!

"Often in life, there is the stated reason for performing some action and then there is the real reason. Below are some key provisions which are part of the impetus for activating the FEMA camps ..."

1) "The Continental US will be broken up into five regions ... Services 'will be required in each State within each region'."

2) "“(Contractors will) Establish services listed below within 72 hours for initial set-up and respond within 24 hours for incremental services ... lead times will be short with critical requirements due to the nature of emergency responses. Subcontractors must be flexible and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities in an emergency environment.”

As we have warned since 9/11, the government is geared up to clamp down a total dictatorship within 72 hours of announcing Martial Law. The Federal Government is prepared to act quickly, once the World War III begins between Israel and her Arab neighbors, an event which is only awaiting the full completion of the Club of Rome Plan to reorganize the world into 10 supernations (Read full details in NEWS2363).

Remember, Antichrist cannot arise out of the planned World War III until the 10 nations are formed! This is an absolute prophetic requirement. You can judge anyone's statement as to the timing of the Absolute Dictatorship by simply checking the progress of the 10 supernation reorganization.

This sounds like FEMA camp activation to me. I agree. II. The Federal Government has created a nationwide database on your children, using the Public School system!

"Would it bother you to know that the federal Centers for Disease Control had been shown your daughter’s health records to see how she responded to an STD/teen-pregnancy-prevention program? How about if the federal Department of Education and Department of Labor scrutinized your son’s academic performance to see if he should be “encouraged” to leave high school early to learn a trade? Would you think the government was intruding on your territory as a parent?"

"Under regulations the Obama Department of Education released this month, these scenarios could become reality. The department has taken a giant step toward creating a de facto national student database that will track students by their personal information from preschool through career. How could the government do this without any citizen knowing about it? This is terrible. The answer is that legislators buried this horrific authority within a bill that had nothing to do with building student databases. Concerned citizens were looking in the wrong place!

"Buried within the enormous 2009 stimulus bill were provisions encouraging states to develop data systems for collecting copious information on public-school kids. To qualify for stimulus money, states had to agree to build such systems according to federally dictated standards. So all 50 states either now maintain or are capable of maintaining extensive databases on public-school students."

"The department’s eagerness to get control of all this information is almost palpable. But current federal law prohibits a nationwide student database and strictly limits disclosure of a student’s personal information. So the department has determined that it can overcome the legal obstacles by simply bypassing Congress and essentially rewriting the federal privacy statute."

Why is the Federal Government so interested in collecting all this information on you and me and our children?

The answer is simple: when the time comes to thrust Americans into the FEMA Camps we talked about in the previous section, they will have enough information on all Americans to know which citizens are "enemies of the state" and where you are presently located!
