I. President Bush prepares to sign the Partial Birth Abortion Ban into law. Can it be true that, at long last, American Christians are going to score a huge victory in the fight to preserve life within the womb? After so many years of battling Abortion Upon Demand, and having Presidents Reagan and Bush, Sr., go back on pledges to roll Abortion back, it seems that a giant victory is about to be won. At least, that is the opinion of the great majority of Christians today, as they enthusiastically encourage the passage of this bill. Let us start with the latest news on this Partial Birth Abortion Ban.

NEWS BRIEF: "House votes on bill to ban 'partial birth' abortion", By Jim Abrams, Associated Press, 10/2/2003, The Boston Globe.

"WASHINGTON -- The House on Thursday confronted again the question of whether to ban a type of abortion procedure that opponents call partial-birth abortion. The body was poised for a midday vote that could move the long-fought legislation closer to a president's signature and certain legal challenge. The legislation before lawmakers would criminalize late-term abortions of this kind. It also would mark the first time federal restrictions could be placed on a specific pregnancy-ending procedure since the 1973 Supreme Court decision backing a woman's right to have an abortion. House passage was certain -- the initial version passed by a 2-to-1 margin in July -- and the Senate could take up the compromise measure as early as Friday. President Bush has said that he is eager to sign it into law, in contrast to his predecessor. President Bill Clinton twice vetoed similar legislation."

Thus, it is likely that this bill will pass, much to the delight of Conservative, largely Evangelical people. Now, at long last, America will supposedly outlaw the very late-term horrific practice known as Partial Birth Abortion. Now, at long last, President Bush has seemingly and finally accomplished something that Christians can count as "Good Fruit", good spiritual fruit; certainly, saving the lives of thousands of children annually who would otherwise be killed just before their entire body comes out of the mother's womb must be considered "good fruit".

But, does this law actually forbid Partial Birth Abortion? Or, does it just forbid a re-defined Partial Birth Abortion, a re-definition so wrong that it may actually legalize this hideous practice? In NEWS1558, we detail the propaganda principle that, most often, the truth is found in the exact opposite direction from public pronouncements! We encourage you to stop right now to read this article if you have not done so, for its principles are essential if you are to properly understand this bill.

We have examined this bill, above, comparing it to the HR760 which we examined in our article, below; we discovered the language was identical. Therefore, Dr. Lowney's critical observations stand as valid today as when we posted our article.

In NEWS1829, entitled, "Another Look At The Horror of the Bill To 'Prohibit' Partial Birth Abortion", we collaborated with a Born Again practicing obstetrician, Dr. Mark Lowney, whose office is in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Lowney pointed out that the language of this bill goes from a bad definition of Partial Birth Abortion to such a bold re-definition of what constitutes the procedure that children can still be murdered without it being called, "Partial Birth Abortion". Dr. Lowney has practiced obstetrics for 15 years and cannot recall even one instance in which modern obstetrics did not have the answer to a health complication arising during pregnancy. Whatever health complications might arise, modern medicine has the answer that will save the life of the mother and usually the life of the baby as well. Obstetric textbooks do not even mention that a Partial Birth Abortion might ever be necessary in any condition to save the life of the mother! Nowhere in Obstetrics training is Partial Birth Abortion mentioned as an alternative to save the life of the mother.

Therefore, the very fact that this abortion "prevention" bill includes a loophole scenario which does NOT exist in the real world of Practicing Obstetrics leads Dr. Lowney to conclude that this scenario was placed in this bill for a non-medical reason, i.e., to deliberately allow Partial Birth Abortions to continue!

Let us examine yet another troubling portion of this bill:

The key phrase is: "the entire fetal head is outside the body of the mother"

Once again, Dr. Lowney is mightily puzzled. This section incorrectly defines what a Partial Birth Abortion is, i.e., when "the entire fetal head is outside the body of the mother". This is NOT the correct definition of a partial birth abortion! A partial birth abortion occurs when a doctor allows only a partial part of the head to come outside the mother before he pulls back the vaginal skin, jabbing sharp medical scissors into the back of the baby's head, twisting it so that the brain stem is destroyed. If the doctor waits until the head is completely outside the body of the mother, that doctor cannot then legally insert those sharp scissors into the back of the skull, because he/she would be killing a live baby who has just been born -- according to currently existing law!

In other words, by defining a Partial Birth Abortion incorrectly, describing the procedure as occurring when the head is "outside the mother", this means that a doctor can still legally kill the baby if the head is NOT completely "outside the mother". This cleverly written incorrect definition allows partial birth abortions to continue just as they always have, simply because this bill incorrectly defines -- or redefines -- what a partial birth abortion is!

This official incorrect definition transforms instantly into a "redefinition" of Partial Birth Abortion.

We encourage you to read the full text of our NEWS1829, for we give additional detail and documentation not possible to give here in this more limited newsletter. The bottom line is simple but devastating: This law was passed as propaganda, to only make you think this despicable practice is outlawed! When you see the Mass Media, the Evangelical Christian Right, the politicized National Right To Life, and others applaud the Congress and the President for finally "stopping" this horrific practice, you will know that we have just been presented a flatly fraudulent piece of paper, a paper that will allow "business as usual" in the abortion mills of this country.

But, what should you expect? Senator Frist, the Senate Majority Leader, has strong family ties to an abortion hospital and President Bush is an unrepentant Skull & Bones Adept who has been dutifully carrying out the plans of the Illuminati since 9/11. This "ban" may be the most cleverly written deception in American history, written so it makes it appear that a "Christian" President has finally accomplished something for his Christian constituency, while it allows a newly defined Partial Birth Abortion to continue unabated.

Truly, Jesus was absolutely correct when He warned:

What about you? Are you going to allow yourself to be deceived, or are you going to be as "wise as serpents and harmless as doves" [Matthew 10:16]

II. North Korea suddenly announced that they have solved their "technical problems" and are proceeding to produce nuclear weapons! What makes this pronouncement so potentially important is that, even though we recognize it as pure propaganda, it really seems designed to propel this global scenario of a "hair-raising confrontation in Korea [that] may threaten man's very survival." "NORTH Korea warned yesterday it had finished reprocessing 8000 spent fuel rods into weapons-grade plutonium at its Yongbyon nuclear plant and was turning the material into nuclear bombs. The threat went further, adding that North Korea was prepared to make more nuclear material when it felt it needed additional firepower."

Only the uninformed will think that this is a new development. We have been reporting for years now that North Korea already possesses nuclear weapons. The following Cutting Edge articles detail this reality:

"The monazite mined in North Korea would be processed in refinement facilities before being shipped to the Soviet Union. The Soviets extracted Thorium-232 from the processed monazite and placed it within nuclear reactors. When Thorium-232 is bombarded by neutrons within a nuclear reactor, it transmutes into fissionable weapons grade material known as -- Uranium-233.

"Uranium-233 works just as well as Plutonium-239 in nuclear weapons because of its low fission cross section and low critical mass needed to initiate a nuclear explosion. Although Uranium-233 is described as 'difficult to work with' because of its excessive radioactivity, it can be used by someone 'wanting to build a nuclear device secretly', which brings us back to North Korea.

(NOTE: This type of nuclear processing facility is built underground and does not emit the telltale nuclear signature into the air that our satellites and our spy planes are equipped to sense!)

"During the Cold War, the North Koreans continued to mine monazite for the Soviet Union and once the Soviet Empire collapsed in 1991, the monazite processing facilities as well as the monazite mines became the property of the North Koreans. Under the leadership of Kim Il Sung during the Cold War, nuclear reactors were built so North Korea could build it's own nuclear arsenal."

Now, you know the full story as to how North Korea could process enough nuclear weapons grade material so she could possess hundreds of nuclear weapons; further, now you know that the United States has known this to be true since 1994! Therefore, whenever you read these stories that North Korea may be about to produce a few nuclear weapons by the end of this year, unless we take some drastic action to stop them, you know you are reading a propaganda piece designed to create a false impression.

What is the false impression our Mass Media propagandists are attempting to create? They want you to believe that, unless we act quickly and decisively against the Yonbyong nuclear facility, North Korea will soon have nuclear weapons. Thus, we would be just as justified in invading North Korea or striking their facilities as we were in Iraq. We are already using much the same type of words we used against Saddam Hussein, plus we are building an 11-nation naval force to interdict North Korean ships carrying mythical nuclear components they need to "finish production" of 2-6 warheads.

The "nuclear confrontation" planned for the Korean Peninsula in this World War III scenario probably entails a North Korean surprise. They may test a nuclear device in the atmosphere to demonstrate their capability, which would instantly create panic throughout much of the Orient, in Japan, and in the United States. North Korea has already demonstrated her capability in ballistic missiles.

Therefore, this story may be designed to force United States' reaction. We may be getting closer to the planned nuclear confrontation.

III. Taiwanese genetic researchers reported that SARS may be a genetically pre-disposed disease! Cutting Edge reported in NEWS1812 that SARS seemed to be history's first genetic weapon aimed specifically at Oriental people. Many people were skeptical even though we quoted two highly qualified medical people -- a genetic researcher and a medical doctor serving in a foreign army. But, now, this article publicly says the same thing!

NEWS BRIEF: "Gene Difference May Explain SARS Epidemic", Reuters News, Wed October 1, 2003 12:11 PM ET, By Maggie Fox, Health and Science Correspondent

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A genetic susceptibility may explain why SARS raged last year in southeast Asia and nowhere else in the world outside of Toronto, Taiwanese researchers reported this week. They found a certain variant in an immune system gene called human leukocyte antigen, or HLA, made patients in Taiwan much more likely to develop life-threatening symptoms of SARS. The gene variant is common in people of southern Chinese descent, the team at Mackay Memorial Hospital in Taipei reported."

If genetic diseases are being released upon the earth, we could be getting close to the plagues foretold in the Book of Revelation and in Luke 21.

If part of these diseases are genetically unleashed, one could see how billions of people could die! I can well remember April, 1994 -- in the Sun Chronicle newspaper of Attleboro, Massachusetts -- when I saw a small article in which Israeli scientists admitted they were working on an ethnic disease that would kill only Arabs; sources within Israel are now reporting that Israel may be close to weaponizing just such a weapon. When I was speaking with the doctor working in a foreign army about SARS possibly being a weapon aimed at Orientals by the United States, I exclaimed that such a genetic weapon was a double-edged sword. If we were deploying SARS against Orientals, what would prevent China from deploying a "Whites-only" genetic weapon against us?

Last week, an article appeared that suggested just this scenario.

NEWS BRIEF: "‘Ethnic Bomb’ Now Linked to Korean Intrigue", Exclusive to American Free Press, By Gordon Thomas, 9-26-2003

"A top North Korean scientist, working on a race-based bomb, has vanished ... Kim could precipitate a crisis, which would bring China into direct confrontation with the United States ... The 'bomb', which is more accurately characterized as a biological weapon, is designed to attack specific human genetic structures. Its dispersal methods vary, but most analysts expect it would be put in a warhead and launched on a missile. Mossad, the CIA and MI6 have all independently confirmed Ri and his team of microbiologists were developing an 'ethnic bomb' designed to attack white races."

These articles must come as a shock to those who still cling to the notion that SARS is a fraud perpetrated upon us by governments; while there are many frauds being foisted upon us -- as Cutting Edge has revealed -- SARS is not one of them. The evidence to date, plus the expert testimony we have garnered, strongly indicates that SARS is a genetic weapon aimed primarily against Orientals sharing a specific marker.

Now, we hear that a "whites-only" genetic disease is probable.

This type of genetic disease could launch the world into the depopulation judgments of the Book of Revelation! Once again, I am left with the distinct feeling that the world is entering into the most destructive time in world history, the time of the approaching Antichrist.

VI. Mattel Toys introduces a new Barbie Doll, the "Casting Spells" Barbie! This doll is straight out of the Harry Potter story line. Listen as Target Stores advertises this doll. Listen to what she can do, remembering that this doll is suggested for little girls 3 years of age and up.

Now your little daughter can learn the elementary facts about Witchcraft, and get enthused about practicing it, when she is only 3 years old! Since I was a Toy Buyer for over 10 years and a Toy Manufacturers Representative for 15 more, I can tell you authoritatively that Mattel brings a new item to market only after she has conducted extensive market research; only after this market research has determined that a sufficient reservoir of demand is in place does Mattel bring a new item to market. A key part of this research is to place potential products into the hands of the youngsters to whom it will be aimed to see if they enjoy playing with the toy. This type of research also may lead to many refinements of the new product well before Mattel commits dollars to actual production in the Orient.

Therefore, Mattel's research told them that enough young girls would be interested enough in "Casting Spell" Barbie to warrant bringing it to market. But why should we be surprised? We have been warning for years now that Harry Potter, Bewitched, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and other Satanically-based movies and books were exciting the young to become witches. While many secular people and even some undiscerning Christians have scoffed at this possibility, this doll from one of the largest toy companies in the world demonstrates that Satan has, indeed, worked his "magic" against our precious children.

We have repeatedly warned that occult-based books and movies are based in Satanism and have demonic Guiding Spirits behind them. An artist created this picture to demonstrate that, as the child is reading Harry Potter, he or she is really in the spiritual grasp of a demonic entity working directly for Lord Satan. What is the Number One goal of the Satanic host right now? They want more than anything else to pre-condition the entire population of the earth to accept the values and attitudes of Satan so they may enthusiastically support Antichrist when he arises. Children today are being conditioned to act in this manner once Antichrist is on the world scene.

It wasn't soon afterwards that Wicca became an almost household name and tomes like the Satanic Bible and the Necronomicon began to fill everyday book store shelves. Perhaps Harry Potter will help stir the cauldron of another such revival, making serious occult topics once again more publicly acceptable."

Ever since Walt Disney put a witches hat on Mickey Mouse and a wand in his hand, everyone should have been forewarned about the type of spirituality Disney promotes. Walt was a 33° Mason and heavily involved in the occultism that accompanies the Inner Fraternity of Freemasonry. Today, Disney is boldly promoting "Gay Pride Day" in their theme parks, so this sin has become fully matured and is now bringing forth death. Harry Potter and all these other occult shows are, likewise, maturing in their promotion of Lucifer's religion of rebellion against Jesus Christ.

V. Revelations about California gubernatorial candidate Schwarzenegger kept coming last week, at nearly the rate of one per day. This following article captures the racy story well, so let us examine it.

NEWS BRIEF: "Should voters forgive, forget? Recall uproar flares over Schwarzenegger's indiscretions", David Crary, Associated Press, Oct. 4, 2003 12:00 A.M., azcentral.com.

"First came stories about groping, group sex and marijuana. Then an allegation of admiring words for Hitler. The stream of reports about Arnold Schwarzenegger's past raises a challenging question for all voters: How much should they forgive and forget? Many politicians have been compelled in recent years to admit marital infidelity yet managed to stay in office. Others have acknowledged using marijuana."

At this point, Schwarzenegger is beginning to look a lot like President Clinton during his sex scandal days. We were so shocked then because Clinton's poll popularity rose with each fresh new sexual allegation. In NEWS1200, we noted this phenomenon, that Clinton just became more popular after each new sexual allegation. Whereas previous politicians -- like Senator Gary Hart -- were sunk permanently by just a single allegation, President Clinton got ever more popular even as his sex life was laid more open for all to see. We noted then that this feature will appear with Antichrist; Antichrist will depend upon the force of his personality to persuade much of the people of the world to worship him. If people can support Clinton in spite of his sex scandals, they will be persuaded to support Antichrist.

Arnold Schwarzenegger seems to be campaigning as a resurgent Bill Clinton! He has the same rugged good looks and much of the same charisma. Certainly, Arnold know before he became a candidate that his entire sordid past would come streaming out into public in an effort to discredit him. However, this knowledge was not enough to stop him from throwing his hat into the governor's ring; he may have noted how Clinton was able to rise in popularity no matter the news breaking against him, and patterned his campaign closely after the Clinton model. We noted that Arnold's wife, Maria Shriver, came out strongly for her husband, calling him a "Class A human being". Therefore, Maria is "standing by her man" just as did Hillary.

Christians must note, however, that Schwarzenegger is as Liberal as the Kennedy family from whom his wife comes; in fact, Arnold is almost a carbon copy of Clinton: Pro-Gay, Pro-Gun Control, Pro-Abortion, just to name a few. Since the Bohemian Grove selected him to run, we would not be surprised if a "Governor" Schwarzenegger turned out to be a Clinton clone.

VI. President Bush led America back into the Pro-Abortion, Pro-Globalist U.N. organization, UNESCO! No truly Born Again believer would have taken this step! Let us review the facts:

"Nearly two decades after quitting the U.N. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization over charges of bias and inefficiency, the United States officially rejoins the Paris-based body Wednesday. The U.S. flag was raised over the UNESCO headquarters in the presence of First Lady Laura Bush and UNESCO Secretary General Koichiro Matsuura in Paris ... The First Lady also praised UNESCO's other goals of promoting science, technology, and cultural heritage."

This VOA article stated that UNESCO stands for "tolerance, diversity and human rights", code words for acceptance of homosexuality and a growing intolerance of all Christian values. Since our US Supreme Court based their Sodomy legalization decision upon "international values" (NEWS1836 and NEWS1858), President Bush might have just set us up to be forced to abide by future UNESCO Antichrist decisions!

True Christians know the Biblical lesson of the Tower of Babel -- God's plan is that no one governing authority shall rule the world, while Satan's goal is to unite the world into just such a world body [Seminar One: "America's Leadership of the New World Order"]! Therefore, when the UN came into existence in the same time period as Israel came back to her land, Christians knew that the world body was going to serve the coming Antichrist and his global kingdom. In many past articles, we have quoted occult authors boldly stating this to be the case.

Therefore, a truly Born Again President Bush would have known this simple Bible lesson and would have pulled us out of the United Nations early in his administration. He certainly would not be re-joining one of the most Liberal, Anti-Christian organizations on earth!

Not only did President Bush take America back into this terrible Antichristian organization, he sent First Lady Bush to the ceremony marking our re-entry! We are not told whether she displayed the Phoenix Bird during the ceremony [Read NEWS1603, "Why Did Laura Bush Send Out Christmas Cards Featuring The Satanic Egyptian Phoenix Bird? Why Is She Following in Hillary's Footsteps?"]

Thus, our re-entry into UNESCO was given a high profile treatment. Bush wanted every person to know that he had taken this country back into this major abortion-providing organization. President Bush stated that he was taking this step because UNESCO has changed. Not, so says one Conservative columnist. Listen:

"Contrary to President Bush’s claims, UNESCO has not reformed. It is still pursuing the same subversive agenda that it was nearly two decades ago.

"In 1984, President Ronald Reagan, responding to considerable public outcry over a long string of UNESCO abuses, announced that the U.S. was dropping its membership in the organization. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) by that time had accumulated a long-standing record of notoriety for waste, corruption, subversion, and espionage. Now, after a nearly two-decade absence from the organization, the Bush administration asserts that UNESCO has reformed and it is in the United States’ interest to rejoin this UN subsidiary. Tens of millions of our tax dollars could soon begin flowing into the massive UNESCO bureaucracy to fund a plethora of radical activities. UNESCO is busy worldwide promoting abortion, supporting coercive population control, usurping national sovereignty over historical landmarks and natural wonders, claiming authority over maritime salvage and excavation, and devising new spiritual guidelines for humanity. Most importantly, UNESCO is pursuing a dangerous agenda that aims at establishing its authority as a global school board that will direct lifelong education for every soul on the planet."

In our opinion, this is probably the bottom-line reason President Bush chose this moment to take America back into UNESCO; private Christian schools and homeschooling parents need to be shut down! However, such a move has proven to be so unpopular that President Clinton and various hostile state school boards have been unable to accomplish this shut-down. But, if a world body orders American school officials to close private and home schools, the Bush Administration could just throw their hands up in the air and say, "there is nothing we can do, for our own Supreme Court ruled that we are subservient to the world body"!

Leading America back into UNESCO is another huge rotten spiritual fruit. We must add this entry to our Bush Spiritual Fruits Table of Comparison, on the column of Rotten Spiritual Fruits. We are still awaiting any firm example of Good Biblical Spiritual Fruit that President Bush has accomplished. VII. Yasser Arafat reportedly has suffered three heart attacks since late August and his latest attack on September 27! Since the Palestinian "Hudna" ceasefire ended officially on September 29, on the third day of the Jewish New Year (Read NEWS1849 for significance of this timing), we expected some significant event to occur on that day. However, the only newsworthy story of that day was that Arafat had been suffering from the flu since Saturday, 9/27, and had sent for his personal physician. However, DEBKAfile Intelligence is now reporting that Arafat is suffering serious health problems, having suffered three heart attacks in one month! Listen:

In a show of bravado, he forbade his scared aides to call a doctor or let Palestinian medics treat him. Instead, they gave out the cover story that Arafat had come down with severe flu to account for his feeble appearance."

If the Illuminati had planned to initiate their long-awaited war between Israel and her Arab neighbors on September 29, they must have been very concerned that one of their key leaders -- Yasser Arafat -- was suddenly suffering from a series of heart attacks. In NEWS1057, we reported that Arafat was a key figure in the beginning of this next Arab-Israeli war. Arafat needs to be fully functioning when this war is finally launched. Therefore, when Arafat suddenly started suffering from these heart attacks, the Illuminati might have concluded that they must choose another date on which to launch the war. Since many in Israel are expecting another "Yom Kippur" attack (October 6), the Illuminati might either set a new man in place to take Arafat's role, or a man who will tell Arafat what to do at the key moments of the war.

Just as we were finishing this newsletter, breaking news came roaring out of Israel that may have tremendous impact on the possibility of a Yom Kippur War on October 6.

NEWS BRIEF: "Palestinian Suicide Attack Kills 18 in Haifa Restaurant", By Peter Enav Associated Press Writer, AP Breaking News, Published: Oct 4, 2003

"HAIFA, Israel (AP) - A Palestinian woman blew herself up in a crowded seaside restaurant at lunchtime Saturday, killing 19 people including three children. It was one of the deadliest attacks in the past three years, prompting new calls for Yasser Arafat's expulsion ... The militant group Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for the bombing and said the attacker was 20 years old. The Sabbath attack also came a day ahead of Yom Kippur, or the Day of Atonement, the holiest day on the Jewish calendar."

Almost immediately, a Palestinian Authority spokesmen uttered Yasser Arafat's infamous declaration that he "condemns the attack" because such an attack does not "serve the best interests of the Palestinian people". Even though Arafat is clearly in charge of the planning and execution of all terrorist attacks, including suicide bombings, this statement is as worthless as it can possibly be. The spokesmen, Saeb Erekat, foresaw the explosion that might occur if Israel now acted against Arafat.

"We condemn this act, these attacks do not serve the Palestinian interest and do not serve the policies of the Palestinian Authority', Palestinian chief negotiator Saeb Erekat told The Post ... 'If the Israelis kill Yasser Arafat the whole thing (peace process) is over and God help us all - Israelis and Palestinians' ... Erekat warned."

Thus, the world stands just hours away from the beginning of Yom Kippur which starts at Sundown, October 5. If the objective is to build toward a war on this date, this terrible suicide attack is perfectly timed. We shall just have to wait to see how events develop.

VIII. Public Libraries continue to aggressively stock Gay - Lesbian literature with which corrupt our impressionable young children. In the mid-1990's, I was involved in a futile effort to keep a local Massachusetts public library from stocking the pro-homosexual children's book, "Heather Has Two Mommies". "SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Some books at Sacramento's main library recently generated some complaints that they appear to promote pedophilia, which is illegal. On Thursday, those books were temporarily removed from public view. The display is on the main library's second floor. Four cases show old gay and lesbian paperback books from a private collection. There is no sign explaining what the display is or why it's there. A staff member was disturbed by two of the books: 'Never The Same Again', which shows a man and a boy on the cover; and 'To Want A Boy', with a drawing implying an adult-child sexual relationship."

This library was allowing a private individual to bring his old Gay books to display them on the second floor, a place easily accessible by youngsters. Thus, America continues to officially sanction the Gay - Lesbian lifestyle, and will continue to do so boldly until our society has become another Sodom. Speaking of Sodom, the Bible text of the angels visiting Lot reveals that public sex was common in that city, so common that the "young boys and men" who had surrounded Lot's house were demanding that the angels come outside so they could be publicly raped.
