I. Shocking news of incredible torture and sexual abuse erupted this past week out of Iraq. While we will deal with the specifics of this terrible story, we urge you to look higher, to see that this torture and sexual degradation of troops is part of a larger plan to so alienate Muslims throughout the world that they will go to war against us, even though they know that they are hopelessly outgunned. This strategy is called, "Blood In The Streets". We enunciated this strategy in late March, 2002 -- 2 years, 2 months -- before these terrible allegations became public knowledge. We said in March, 2002, that, based upon our thorough analysis of the Illuminati plan to produce World War III, we believed that one of the major goals of invading Iraq was to so anger the Muslims they would go to war against us.

These torture and sexual degradation techniques fit this pattern very precisely. However, Coalition Forces are also carrying out other acts which are making Muslims even more angry than the torture and sexual abuse. Once you understand the overall strategy we seem to be following can you really comprehend what is occurring in Iraq right now. The issue goes far beyond the prison abuse scandal. However, this scandal is what is on everyone's mind now, so let us get to the details. The first question on everyone's mind concerned President Bush. Since the first objective of any government agency during a time of major scandal is to close ranks to shield the President from culpability, you have to undertake a journalistic investigation to discover the truth. Fortunately, the clues were not hard to find.

Over 30 years ago, Congressional panels forever set the standard in investigating a President. During the Nixon Watergate scandal, Congress insisted upon pursuing the following line of inquiry: "What did the President know, and when did he know it?" Thus, this shall be our line of inquiry regarding President Bush. Let us quickly review the pertinent timeline in reverse order.

* April 30, 2004 -- President Bush defended his invasion of Iraq, even though no Weapons of Mass Destruction were discovered. He said that, at least, "there are no longer torture chambers or mass graves or rape rooms in Iraq." * May 4, 2004 -- White House spokesman Scott McClellan uttered a startling confession. He said that the Pentagon had kept the President informed of the investigations as they were occurring. His exact words were, "Bush first became aware of the allegations of abuse some time after the Pentagon began looking into it ..." ["Senator suggests Iraq prisoner abuse more widespread, panel launches 'open' investigation", By Robert Burns, Associated Press, 5/4/2004, reprinted in Boston Globe, 5/4/2004; http://www.boston.com/dailynews/125/wash/Senator_suggests_Iraq_prisoner:.shtml]

McClellan insisted that the President had not seen any pictures during this time of investigation, but did not specify whether the President had been told that prisoners were being tortured and raped. Since that is the essence of the story, it seems inconceivable that anyone in authority at the Pentagon could have "kept the President informed" without at least telling him the major outlines of the disaster, i.e., that American soldiers were torturing, raping and otherwise sexually abusing prisoners in Iraq.

This line of thinking is buttressed by the next two elements in this pertinent timeline.

* January 13, 2004 -- A Member of the 800th Military Police Brigade tells superiors about prison abuses, and Pentagon officials are informed. Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld is told a day or so later. Shortly afterward, Rumsfeld tells Bush." [Timeline: Iraq Prison Abuse Scandal", Fox News, May 6, 2004, http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,119224,00.html]

Therefore, Rumsfeld told President Bush on our about January 15, 2004. No one will ever convince me that a Defense Secretary could have told the President of such a huge scandal without telling him of the basic details, i.e., that our prison guards were torturing, raping and sexually abusing Iraqi prisoners. These "details" are the essence of the scandal and without them there is no scandal!

* January, 2004 -- Private Lynndie England was one of the more prominent American soldiers photographed sexually humiliating Iraqi prisoners. She was tormenting and sexually humiliating Iraqi prisoners in a manner calculated to specifically attack Muslim sensibilities of a female seeing a man naked, not to mention touching them and forcing them to masturbate in front of her. A news story just breaking on Friday indicated that Private England had warned her family in January of the upcoming scandal, and that she has been held in confinement at Ft. Bragg for months now.

"Mrs England said her daughter telephoned from Baghdad in January with news that would shatter that pride. She said the US army had launched an investigation into alleged abuse at the prison. 'I just want you to know there might be some trouble', she told her mother. Ms England has not yet been charged with any offence but she has been detained at the huge military base at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, for several months." * November, 2003 -- "FORMER Iraqi human rights minister Abdel Basset Turki said today US overseer Paul Bremer knew in November that Iraqi prisoners were being abused in US detention centres ... inquiry was initiated after a US soldier in the prison stepped forward and informed the army's Criminal Investigation Division some time after November 1. Therefore, the entire military establishment knew of the sexual abuse scandal at the prisons in Iraq, from Private England to the President of the United States -- in January, 2004. Therefore, Bush seems to be without excuse when he bragged on April 30, 2004, that we had eliminated "torture chambers and rape rooms" in Iraq.

As the story broke, the Pentagon and the Bush Administration went into full "damage control", trying to limit the damage, keeping the scandal away from the President. The essence of this effort revolved around the original lie that this horrible scandal was the work of just a handful of soldiers at this one major prison near Baghdad. However, stories soon began to break indicating that similar abuses were being discovered in other American prisons in Iraq and even in Afghanistan. Further, we subsequently learned that prison guards throughout Iraq and Afghanistan were so cavalier about their abuse and so little concerned that their superior officers might find out, that they staged scenes so they could photograph them and send them to other guards in other prisons, seemingly saying, "Can you match this"?

On a parallel path, stories began to break, indicating that British soldiers were also torturing and sexually abusing Iraqi prisoners, in similar manner to the American criminal activity. It is inconceivable that both British and American military prison guards would simultaneously carry out such abuse independently, on their own, without any guidance from superiors. When you also consider that each of these abuses were specifically aimed at individual, unique Muslim sensibilities, you can understand that someone in higher authority must have given thought to which types of abuse would most humiliate Muslim men. This line of thought is what caused me to realize that our original "Blood In The Streets" Strategy is likely being pursued, just as we predicted in late March, 2002.

One final thought on this matter. The original New Yorker article on April 30 which started this scandal to unfold, we learned something very interesting and very pertinent to this subject of extracting information through torture and humiliation. Listen carefully:

"The mistreatment at Abu Ghraib may have done little to further American intelligence, however. Willie J. Rowell, who served for thirty-six years as a C.I.D. agent, told me that the use of force or humiliation with prisoners is invariably counterproductive. 'They’ll tell you what you want to hear, truth or no truth', Rowell said. 'You can flog me until I tell you what I know you want me to say. You don’t get righteous information.” ["TORTURE AT ABU GHRAIB: American soldiers brutalized Iraqis. How far up does the responsibility go?", by SEYMOUR M. Our current intelligence agents are just as aware as Rowell that torture does not get you truthful information. Therefore, these tortures and sexual abuses were not instigated simply to get truthful information; they were started simply for the sake of torture and humiliation! When General Janis Karpinski strongly stated that the CIA and Military Intelligence controlled the abuses within the prison, you have to realize that someone very high in the Bush Administration had to have planned this operation for the sake of delivering torture and humiliation, because everyone in the intelligence system knows the truth enunciated by Rowell, that such torture never produces truthful information.

But, if our original premise is correct, that this torture and abuse was simply part of an overall plan to enrage specific Muslim sensibilities in order to provoke war, this entire episode begins to make sense. In fact, let us now go to the next article we have written, in which we document that our soldiers are enraging Muslims in a manner far exceeding the rage being felt by the stories and pictures of torture and sexual degradation of prisoners.

Muslims are more enraged by the desecration and/or desecration of their holy mosques than they are about the torture and sexual degradation stories. In NEWS1914, we detail the truth that, fairly recently, American military forces have changed their tactics and are now ramming tanks and Humveesthrough gates of mosques, are shooting missiles into the compound and are entering the mosques to force the worshippers there to accept treatment which uniquely offends those of the Muslim faith. This reality brings us fully back to our "Blood In The Streets" Strategy, does it not?

In the second section of NEWS1914, we describe another action we are taking against Iraqis that upsets them more than torture and sexual degradation: widespread killing of civilians. Once again, this tactic seems relatively recent, most probably beginning in early April when violence and warfare erupted anew. We quote several British and Arab sources in gaining an idea of the manner in which we are killing civilians indiscriminately. However, one source bears mentioning here:

NEWS BRIEF: "French TV to show images of US helicopter killing civilian Iraqis", Drudge Report, Tue May 04 2004

"French cable television station Canal Plus on Tuesday will broadcast images, stolen in Iraq, of a US army helicopter killing three Iraqis who do not appear to be posing any threat ... The show "Merci pour l'info" (Thanks for the news) obtained the footage, seen by an AFP correspondent, from a 'European working as a subcontractor for the US army' who left Iraq two weeks ago. The man claims to have hidden the tape, dated December 1, 2003 and filmed at an unidentified location in Iraq, at the US base where he lived and worked. Conversations between the helicopter pilot, the sharpshooter and their commanding officer -- who had a video link and is giving orders in real time -- can be heard on the tape.

"The footage shows how the three men were killed one after the other. After the deaths of his two companions, the third attempted to hide under a truck, but was hit by helicopter gunfire. 'Got the guy right here', says the sharpshooter, as the wounded man is seen crawling on the ground. 'Good. Fire. Hit him', replies the officer.

"In March, the rights watchdog group Amnesty International said "scores of civilians have been killed apparently as a result of excessive use of force by US troops, or have been shot dead in disputed circumstances."

 

During Seminar One, "America's Leadership of the New World Order", we repeatedly stated, "There is an America out there of which you are not aware; but God knows, and is angry every day. We need to see America today as God sees it every day". A major purpose of this seminar is to open this locked door of information and understanding as to what the true nature of America is and what the true nature is of our political and religious leaders. This current news coming out of Iraq today simply shows an America which has been hidden pretty well until now.

We have written two major articles on this subject, as we have indicated, above. We cannot go into further detail here, but simply urge you to read them carefully, following the links to documentation we have provided. You will discover that the story is, indeed, much larger than "just" the torture and sexual degradation scandal. When speaking to others about this subject, endeavor to bring them to this understanding that this gross mistreatment of Iraqi prisoners is NOT the major story in and of itself; rather, it is part of a larger picture, a much larger picture which will lead you to conclude that we are seeing the outworkings of the broad Illuminist strategy known as "Blood In The Streets".

II. Israeli conservative Likud Party members delivered a crushing blow to Prime Minister Sharon's plan to unilaterally withdraw from Gaza and portions of the West Bank area. As we stated in our last newsletter, if the votes are fairly and accurately counted, Sharon's plan is likely to be defeated by these conservative voters. After all, just because Sharon has totally changed his stand because he is now following the Illuminati Plan does not mean the rank-and-file voter has changed his mind! Let us review some interesting, and most pertinent, news stories on this issue:

NEWS BRIEF: "Sharon plan suffers crushing defeat", By Jerusalem Newswire Editorial Staff, May 2, 2004

"Exit polls Sunday night indicated Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's plan to uproot Jewish Gaza had suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Likud Party members. Sharon subjected his plan to an internal Likud referendum in order to prove he had majority support for his intention to evacuate Israeli settlements in Gaza and Samaria. It backfired on him. Israel Channel One News showed the greatest margin of defeat, with 62 percent of voters rejecting Sharon's plan, while only 38 percent voted in favor."

When Sharon announced his intention to submit his controversial plan of unilateral withdrawal from all Gaza and portions of the West Bank to his conservative Likud Party members, observers were frankly caught flat-footed. Sharon did not need to submit his plan to a vote, because he could have gone directly and only to his Cabinet and then to the Knesset, where he was most assuredly going to achieve victory. However, his plan seemed to win a majority of votes from his conservative party members seemed doomed from the start.

Indeed, the vote did go against him, badly. The final vote was 59% against and 39% in favor. This kind of election defeat is considered to be "crushing", just as the deadline indicated. Therefore, why would wily old Ariel Sharon embark on a "Mission Impossible" that just might totally ruin his chances of achieving his unilateral disengagement policy?

Former Prime Minister Shimon Peres might have given us the answer. Listen carefully:

NEWS BRIEF: "(Liberal) Shinui threatens to bolt coalition in wake of Likud poll", Haaretz, May 3, 2003

"The Labor Party must concentrate its efforts on bringing about early general elections, making the disengagement plan a central issue, opposition leader and Labor Party chairman Shimon Peres said Monday. Addressing the party's Knesset faction as the summer session of the parliament got underway, Peres said: 'Security is not in our hands. It turns out that Arik Sharon, whether or not he likes it, does not have a mandate from his own party. The nation must thus be given a chance to vote on the matter' ... Peres said Sunday, in response to the referendum results, that it was unacceptable for a small group of people to make decisions for the rest of the country. 'We propose elections and dissolving the Knesset," he said."

"On Monday, Peres slammed Likud members for rejecting the disengagement plan, saying the results show that the Likud was subordinate to the settlers. 'When Arik Sharon, the leader of the Likud, says that Gaza must be evacuated, will [Minister] Uzi Landau stay in Gaza? Is it comprehensible that the 50,000 people who participated in the Likud referendum will decide for 10 million people?' asked the elder statesman."

Several times in this past year, people have proposed that Sharon dissolve his current government, which is comprised of a combination of Likud and splinter parties. The thinking behind this proposal is that Sharon can never achieve a solid mandate for making the "tough decisions" for "peace" between Israel and the Palestinians if he has to contend with this current combination government.

However, if Sharon were to dissolve his current cabinet he could then form a "National Unity" government comprised of Likud and Labor Party members. Sharon has enough control over the Likud Party leadership, and Peres has enough control over the Labor Party leadership that, together, they could form a solid government which could make the kind of concessions that the Oslo Accord called for in the very beginning.

If you do not understand the significance of this last statement, you need to stop right here to read NEWS1911 entitled, "Proofs of A Conspiracy: Oslo Accords Were Originally Designed in 1993 To Give Large Chunks of Israel Back To The Palestinians -- Exactly Where 'Hardliner' Sharon Is Heading Now". One of the ironies of modern history is that, every time Israeli voters have rejected the Liberal notion that the way to make peace with the murderous Palestinians is to give them the land of Israel, the "conservative, hardliner" Prime Minister so elected continued the path toward land giveaway. This time, Sharon is truly betraying his conservative leadership to a degree Americans have never experienced before. Sharon is planning the final betrayal, the final steps necessary in order to carry out the plans drawn up in 1993.

This sorry story certainly proves that a master conspiracy is at work in modern Israel. We demonstrate in NEWS1911 that a continuous policy has been carried out through numerous change of ministers, thus fulfilling the classic definition of a conspiracy, given originally by President Thomas Jefferson. What is that definition?

III. Mother Gaia (Mother Earth) is a living, breathing powerful goddess, and she is under exceeding stress because of the demands put upon her by our current Industrial Civilization. If this concept seems foreign to you, it is because you have not studied New Age writings. New Age adherents believe that Mother Gaia is being so overburdened by the unnatural stresses put on her by our current Industrial Civilization that, if mankind does not act quickly and decisively, Mother Gaia will act on her own to "correct" these stresses. Gaia will bring about such things as massive earthquakes, massive storms, famine and even a new ice age to force mankind to dismantle his Industrial Civilization.

New Agers and other occultists accept this concept as stridently as Fundamental Christians accept the Word of God as being inerrant and infallible. Occultists believe this concept as firm doctrine, with the same fervency as Christians accept the doctrine that Jesus Christ was 100% God and 100% man. This occult doctrine is the underlying premise behind all the "wacko environmental" pronouncements in the past 40 years. Whenever you hear warnings of "Global Warming", or "Global Cooling" or "Ozone Depletion", or of Oceans Dying, or of the stripping of Rain Forests, or of the environmental damage done by sheep and cattle grazing -- the fundamental occult doctrine underlying it all is this one.

Toward this end, many propaganda conditioning scenarios have been advanced. Two of them have been presented to mankind during this month of May.

First, NBC aired a miniseries called "10.5", an earthquake disaster movie on Sunday, May 2 and Monday, May 3. As this movie begins, Seattle is first devastated by an earthquake and then earthquakes begin to move consistently southward into California. San Francisco is devastated as are other towns and cities in the entire state. Many buildings and structures collapse and the entire state is virtually ruined. Scientific models are quoted to show that this entire devastation might culminate in a massive earthquake in Los Angeles.

The President demands answers from the scientific community; female scientist steps forward to warn him that this quake might ultimately be so severe that the geography of all the West Coast might be altered. She proposes to set off six large nuclear warheads at predetermined positions along the state of California and at predetermined levels. After some controversy, the President approves the plan and throws all government resources into the effort, including our military.

At this point, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) is introduced as the ultimate good guy. The operational head of FEMA is a personal friend of the President and is shown as being the ultimate American hero, for he willingly gives his life to the effort to stabilize the San Andreas fault with the nuclear explosions. Of course, we know that FEMA was created in order to be the dictatorial government during the times of the planned panics. Once again, you have to look in exactly the opposite direction to discover the truth [NEWS1558]

As the President orders the evacuation of the entire West Coast, FEMA goes to work drilling the earth in the spots designated by the lady scientist. Each physical location calls for a slightly different depth at which the warhead is to be placed. During all this time, the movie focusses on several families, most of whom are trying to flee eastward.

Toward the end of the movie, FEMA has trouble drilling for the last nuclear device and cannot get it down to the right level. The warhead is only about 60% of way down that it needs to be. Furthermore, the operational head of FEMA is trapped by the device deep in the hole and cannot complete the initiation sequence. Nevertheless, the scientists begin to detonate the other five warheads; just as the fifth warhead is detonated, the FEMA operational director finally get the sequence completed just in time for that sixth warhead to detonate.

At first, it seemed as though the explosions had stabilized the San Andreas Fault, stopping the earthquakes. However, within minutes, the scientists on the ground in California noticed some anomalies in the Los Angeles - San Diego area. As two of the scientists fly over the area in a FEMA black helicopter, they notice that the river is flowing backwards, something the Mississippi River did do for a while during 1811-1812 Century earthquakes.

These scientists notice that the river is dumping into the fault in a swirling motion similar to water draining through a big pipe. The President is informed that he needed to continue his evacuation of the West Coast. Within minutes, these anomalies develop into an unprecedented earthquake that begins to transform the land. The center of Los Angeles collapsed as the ground on which the buildings were built begins to collapse; as the land sinks, ocean water began to rush in. At this point, the camera switched over to a map on the wall of the office of the geological office. Slowly, land disappeared to become ocean. While California did not fall into the sea, Los Angeles certainly did as the ocean water engulfed the city. When the mammoth quake was finished, a massive new "U-Shaped" trench had been cut into the coastland with a very large island in the middle. Los Angeles was gone.

As the President addressed the people, his concluding remarks were most telling. He noted the massive calamity through which California and the country had just passed, but noted that the people had uniquely come together during the crisis. Then, he said that the nation had learned that we humans had built our skyscrapers, Mother Earth was still in command. He then noted that mankind is just one species sharing Mother Earth with many other species. This last remark speaks volumes as to the true nature of this movie.

Clearly, this movie was a major conditioning vehicle trying to convince people that our Industrial Civilization is, indeed, putting too much stress on Mother Gaia (Earth) and that, because mankind was unable or unwilling to make the hard choices that would reduce these pressures, Mother Gaia acted on her own through this massive earthquake to take our Industrial Civilization down. Indeed, during the second segment on Monday, very few evidences of our Industrial Civilization were seen. The landscape was largely devastated horizon to horizon.

Finally, to illustrate the impotence of man's technology in the face of Mother Gaia's power, this movie was written so that the earthquake was not stopped at all by our massive nuclear explosions. After man had tried to preserve our way of life through exercising our most potent weaponry, Mother Gaia took over and did what she wanted to do all along.

Since this movie is a propaganda film, you cannot hold it to scientific scrutiny too tightly; rather, you must consider the broad themes represented by the actions taken or the science represented on the movie. We have already alluded to the nuclear warheads, above. These nukes represent the ultimate power man has developed; yet, they were ineffective in countering the infinite power of Mother Gaia. Rather than being told that a 10.5 earthquake is simply not possible, you must understand that this figure simply means a completely unprecedented earthquake. New Age author Bill Cooper states that the Illuminati plans to deliver a 9.0 earthquake to hit Los Angeles at the time all other planned events are occurring to produce the New Age Christ.

Finally, understand that the natural disaster that actually does strike may not be to the magnitude shown in the movie; however, officials might warn that, unless they take drastic action, this kind of earthquake might actually strike. Thus, citizens might be persuaded to accept the Martial Law and dictatorship planned for them. Toward this end, the subtitle shown on the official website -- http://www.nbc.com/nbc/10.5/ -- is startling. This subtitle reads, "10.5 - The Big One Is Only The Beginning". What can this possibly mean? After all the movie presented the "Big One" 10.5 quake as the end; yet, this subtitle says it is "only the beginning". This can only mean what we pointed out in the first sentence of this paragraph. The implication is that, if mankind does not "get the message" delivered by this big quake, Mother Earth may hit us with another, even bigger natural disaster!

With this thought in mind, let us now examine the second extreme environmental movie planned for this month. On May 28, another extreme environmental disaster film is going to begin showing in theaters -- "The Day After Tomorrow". After viewing the movie trailer, it seems this movie is taken after the book co-written by Art Bell and Whitley Strieber entitled, "The Coming Global Superstorm".

Two years ago, we wrote a series of articles about this environmental sustainability issue We noted that "Sustainable Development = Destruction of Industrial Civilization". Inherent in this "Sustainability" argument is the concept that our current Industrial Civilization is "unsustainable"! If we do not act quickly to change this situation -- to return earth to 'balance' -- Mother Earth (Gaia) will take matters in her own hands to destroy this civilization through natural disasters. This "10.5" earthquake movie was part of this concept, while "The Day After Tomorrow" is the second -- in less than one month!

The article I wrote was entitled, "Ultimate Goal of 'Sustainable' Plan May Be the Coming Superstorm" and it is NEWS1696. Since this article is 18 pages, the concept of the Superstorm is too large to cover all the issues in this newsletter. We provide a very detailed synopsis of this book's plot, and we demonstrate how this disaster plot fits the occult plan to reduce the population of the earth by 66%, to herd survivors into specific "corridors" and to force a return to an agriculturally economy. Let us close this section with a several of quotes from New Age authors so you can see the agenda being promoted by this movie and the NBC miniseries.

 

"This global catastrophe, the Guides claim, will cleanse the earth of pollution and evil people and will usher in the long-awaited New Age of a thousand years of peace." [p. 234] "What lies in wait for the future ... is a global catastrophe that Ruth's Guides foresee as more massive than anything this planet has undergone in many thousands of years. The long-awaited shift of the earth on its axis cannot be avoided, they stress, since natural forces that have brought about imbalances will trigger this compensating movement in order to return it to stability." ["Herald of A New Age", Ruth Montgomery, p. 254]

Note the civilization killing words in these two statements:

These are violent, death-dealing words! These words are purely apocalyptic, and when carried out, will "cleanse the earth" of at least 2 billion people. As we review this book by Art Bell - Whitley Strieber, remember these two paragraphs from Ruth Montgomery's Guiding Spirits. You will see this coming Global Superstorm mightily "compensating" so that the earth can be "returned to stability".

"Today we are watching the death of civilisation... Such a change is rapidly coming and is regarded by some as death -- terrible and to be avoided if possible. It is indeed death, but it is benevolent and needed ... For the progress of the soul of the individual and the soul of humanity, death is inevitable, good, and necessary." ('The Externalisation of the Hierarchy", The demon Master D.K., writing through Alice Bailey, Pages 114-115; Emphasis added).

When our current political leaders preside over the death of our civilization, they will view it as a "benevolent death".

Keep this idea in mind as you view "The Day After Tomorrow".

IV. Canada signed a bill into law on April 30 which may make opposition to homosexuality a "hate crime"! The Bible in Canada may now be a "hate" book.

"Canada's governor general ... signed into law yesterday a controversial measure opposed by religious believers and free-speech advocates who say it will criminalize public expression against homosexual behavior. The bill, passed 59-11 by the Senate on Wednesday, adds sexual orientation as a protected category in Canada's genocide and hate-crimes legislation, which carries a penalty of up to five years in prison. The House of Commons passed the bill in September, 141-110."

For the past several years, Western culture generally has been gradually moving into the area of such open acceptance of homosexuality that you can only conclude we are rapidly moving into the prophesied Last Days' situation in which we are a new Sodom. In Luke 17:28-30, Jesus warned that society would become like Sodom at the End of the Age. Since the major sin of Sodom was homosexual behavior, we should expect acceptance of gays and lesbians to become open and militant. In fact, if our society was not accepting this lifestyle, a case could be made that the world is not truly at the End of the Age. Therefore, a passage of this type of bill, which may make a person guilty of a criminal offense if they oppose homosexuality on Biblical grounds, is a very major prophetic event!

As we go back to our feature article, we can see how this bill may make the Bible a "hate crimes" book, which would open the way for persecution of Christians and perhaps, even Bible confiscation.

"... opponents have feared if it becomes law, the Bible will be deemed 'hate literature' under the criminal code in certain instances ... The bill's sponsor, openly homosexual MP Svend Robinson, has insisted it protects religious expression, but opponents, such as the Canada Family Action Coalition, note recent court cases in which judges have favored homosexual rights when they clash with the rights of religious believers. Some members of Parliament have called it a 'dangerous' law that muzzles free speech, including Liberal Party member John McKay, who dubbed it a 'chill bill'. 'Anybody who has views on homosexuality that differ from Svend Robinson's will be exposed rather dramatically to the joys of the Criminal Code,' McKay said last fall." [Ibid.]

At this point, Americans might be too relaxed about this new Canadian law, for that is Canada, and not applicable to us. Right? Not necessarily.

In late June, 2003, the United States Supreme Court issued one of the most shocking, and unexpected, rulings in their long history. Let us take a moment to review the specific issues in this case, taking our information from our article, NEWS1830.

"WASHINGTON — The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Texas' gay sex ban Thursday, ruling that a state law that punished homosexual couples for engaging in sex acts that are legal for heterosexuals was an unconstitutional violation of privacy. The justices struck down a Texas Supreme Court ruling that banned 'deviate sexual intercourse with another individual of the same sex' ... 'The law "demeans the lives of homosexual persons,' Justice Anthony M. Kennedy wrote for the 6-3 majority, adding that the men 'are entitled to respect for their private lives. The state cannot demean their existence or control their destiny by making their private sexual conduct a crime,' Kennedy wrote."

"Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist and Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas dissented. 'The court has largely signed on to the so-called homosexual agenda', Scalia wrote for the three. He took the unusual step of reading his dissent from the bench."

However, one matter became very clear as we continued to study this Supreme Court decision. To our shock, we uncovered a hidden disaster that is nearly as serious to America's continued freedoms as the act of triggering God's Judgments through the legalizing of homosexuality. The six Justices who voted to legalize the gay sex act did not base their decision upon the U.S. Constitution, but upon International precedent! In other words, our own Justices violated their oath of office to interpret cases based solely on the U.S. Constitution; nowhere are the Justices commanded to base any of their decisions on International Law, or precedent. Let us review the our article on this matter, NEWS1836:

NEWS BRIEF: "European Legal Brief Threatened Trouble for US Over Texas Sodomy Law", Catholic Family & Human Rights Institute, July 4, 2003.

"As debate continues on the significance of the US Supreme Court's decision to overturn Texas' law against sodomy, it has gone largely unnoticed that the majority's decision relied on judicial rulings made in Europe and at the United Nations. The pivotal role of international law in the Supreme Court decision seems to confirm the concerns of conservative legal scholars, who have long warned that laws developed in Europe and at the UN could be imposed on the US. The majority opinion was guided, specifically, by the pro-homosexual rulings of the European Court of Human Rights.

"In the majority opinion, Justice Anthony Kennedy also refers to a "Friends of the Court" brief submitted by Mary Robinson, former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, which asserts, "This Court should not decide in a vacuum whether criminalization of same-sex sodomy between consenting adults violates constitutional guarantees of privacy and equal protection. Other nations with similar histories, legal systems, and political cultures have already answered these questions in the affirmative..This Court should pay due respect to these opinions of humankind."

"Robinson's brief also says, "Legal concepts like 'privacy,' 'liberty,' and 'equality' are not US property, but have global meaning." Robinson argues that the United States should be "construing these terms in light of foreign interpretations," even warning the Supreme Court that "To ignore these precedents virtually ensures that this Court's ruling will generate controversies with the United State's closest global allies."

This is a Constitutional disaster! What this Supreme Court decision has now done is to place the concept into our legal precedence that our court decisions need to take into account global precedents, not just our own national Constitution! Therefore, the real danger in this Canadian law against Biblical standards regarding homosexuality is that our own Supreme Court might rule one day that our freedom of speech which guarantees our ability to speak our minds on this issue will similarly be taken away, even if we are basing our stance upon the Word of God. Such expression would be considered a "Hate Crime". The Bible can even be considered a "Hate Book".

Can you sense the impending persecution getting close?

 

V. Do we thank Associated Press for reminding us that this year's Presidential election will be worthless? Governor George Wallace once uttered a precious, priceless one-liner that certainly does capture the worthlessness of America's modern system of elections. Governor Wallace said, "There's not a dime's worth of difference between Republicans and Democrats".

This story illustrates this fact quite well.

"NEW HAVEN, Conn. — This year’s presidential election is going to be a class war: Class of ’68 versus Class of ’66 ... President Bush and Democratic rival John Kerry graduated from Yale University in the 1960s, a time of upheaval at Yale and campuses across the country. Both shied away from the radicalism of the day but joined the same secret society and followed similar pursuits, their paths diverging after graduation."

While this is certainly true, it only reinforces the understanding that, upon graduating from preparatory institutions like Skull & Bones and Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), that person assumes a political and religious label he will wear for the rest of his life. He may wear a political label called "Liberal" and he may wear a label called "Democrat". Or, he may wear a "Conservative Republican" or a "Conservative Democrat" label. Each person is thoroughly trained in how he may use his particular talent and occupation in such a way as to achieve the ultimate goal, the New World Order. No matter where this person ultimately serves during his lifetime, he will always been attempting to do his part to achieve this global system.

Since undiscerning citizens really believe that labels mean something, they will attribute to that person the values and attitudes which the label says he should possess. This propagandized citizen will be extremely slow to change his mind on this individual, no matter what the person actually does while in office. Thus, most people really believe President Bush is a Conservative Christian Republican interested in free market principles smaller, less intrusive government, and Foreign Affairs. Conversely, other people really believe John Kerry is a Liberal Democrat from Massachusetts who is interested in "tax and spend politics", in larger, more intrusive government, Abortion, and Domestic politics.

The reality is that Bush and Kerry are cut from the same occult bolt of cloth, since each one is a lifelong Adept in the Satanic secret society, Skull & Bones. We issued an article in June, 1999, detailing Bush's membership in Skull & Bones (NEWS1314); we recommend you read it to gain an idea as to what John Kerry is likely to do if he becomes President. Remember that our political parties are simply set up along the lines of the Dialectic Struggle, The Republicans may be thought of as the "Thesis Party", while the Democrats may be thought of as the "Antithesis Party". Thesis battling Antithesis will produce the "Synthesis System", known as the New World Order.

In this year's election, Bonesman Bush will be running against Bonesman Kerry. It will not make a bit of difference who wins this election, for the plan of the Great White Brotherhood will continue!

VI. Is President Bush attempting a "Regime Change" against Cuba's Fidel Castro?

In NEWS1833, we reported that the Pentagon viewed the world in really simple terms. In their view, there are only two types of nations in the world:

The strategy being followed by the United States and the European Union is to "shrink the gap". According to the map provided in this article, Cuba is definitely located in the "Non-Functioning Gap"area. Therefore, the island nation is definitely potentially in the attack sights of the Bush Administration. Recent developments have suggested that, perhaps, President Bush may be about to effect a "Regime Change" in Cuba.

"The United States has praised efforts by countries across Latin America to fight terrorism in 2003, but again designated Cuba a state sponsor of terrorism. The U.S. State Department, in its annual report on terrorism, says Cuba continued to provide support to U.S.-designated foreign terrorist groups. The report, released Thursday, says Cuba also acted as host to several terrorists, including members of the Basque separatist group ETA."

When President Bush declares a country a "supporter of terrorism", the leader of that country had better look over his shoulder, unless he is Yassir Arafat, of course! Now, let us review some other interesting developments which further indicate that America may be moving against Fidel Castro.

NEWS BRIEF: "Mexico and Peru ambassadors leave Cuba", Pravda, 5/4/2004

"Following Castro's May Day speech in which harshly criticized Mexico and Peru for voting against Cuba at the UN Human Rights committee, both Latin American countries opted for pulling their ambassadors from Havana and review their policies toward the Island ... Mexico, in turn, announced on Monday it has pulled its ambassador from Havana and accused Cuba of interfering in its internal affairs, as bitterness over Mexico's close relations with the United States comes to a head. Peru, which also criticized the Communist island's rights record, withdrew its envoy on Sunday alleging similar reasons."

Whenever countries order their ambassadors to leave a country and reduce their level of diplomatic representation, you have to wonder if something is about to happen between those countries. If America is about to try to effect a "Regime Change" quietly through Special Forces (NEWS1906) intervention, Central and South American countries might be getting a little nervous.

Let us examine this story of Mexico and Peru from a slightly different angle.

"MEXICO CITY - Mexico announced Sunday that it will recall its ambassador from Cuba and expel the Cuban ambassador, saying the communist-run island has meddled in Mexican affairs. The government also declared a political adviser in the Cuban Embassy a 'persona non grata' and told him to leave Mexico immediately. Officials stopped short of severing diplomatic relations but reduced the relationship to the level of charges d'affaires ..."

Now, let us review an American news story, in which our State Department actually used the words, "liberating the Cuban people"!

NEWS BRIEF: "Powell's Commitment to Cuba Policy Questioned", Fox News, May 7, 2004

"WASHINGTON — President Bush received a new report Thursday outlining U.S. policy toward the communist island of Cuba, a report developed by the Commission for the Assistance of a Free Cuba under the direction of Secretary of State Colin Powell ... 'We think this report represents a positive, constructive, proactive commitment to liberating the Cuban people, and that is to say helping them liberate themselves', said Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs Roger Noriega."

How does Fidel Castro feel when he hears that the Bush Administration is taking steps to help the Cubans "liberate themselves"? Since Cuba is clearly one of the "Non-Functioning Gap" countries, this nation will have to join the "Functioning Core" nations sometime and under some circumstance. The Pentagon sees this movement of nations into the "Functioning Core" as occurring forcefully, either by actual invasion, threatened invasion, or overthrow through the use of Special Forces troops.

Thankfully, President Bush seemingly ended all speculation in this regard last week.

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush on Thursday offered new steps he said would help hasten the end of Cuban President Fidel Castro's rule, such as stepping up anti-Castro propaganda and bolstering dissidents groups ... Up to $59 million will be earmarked for anti-Castro efforts over the next two years. Saying he wanted to 'hasten the day that Cuba will be a free country'."

Are we seeing a beginning of such a move against Cuba?

 

VII. One of the major results of the current furor erupting over our torture, sexual abuse, and killing of civilians in Iraq is that countries are increasingly calling for the United Nations to rush to our salvation!

NEWS BRIEF: "Only the UN can save us: There is one last chance to avert total conflagration in Iraq - Blair must lay it on the line to Bush:, The Guardian, Friday May 7, 2004

"Just when things could not get any worse in Iraq, they do. The Washington Post's disgusting new pictures yesterday presage as many more horror stories as there are civilians randomly killed and people imprisoned or disappeared without explanation ... The systematic torture of prisoners in Abu Ghraib and elsewhere is so poisonous in its symbolism that not even America's mortal enemies could have devised such a PR coup. Sexual abuse and humiliation of naked Muslim prisoners, urinated on and sodomised, and orders from US intelligence to "soften up" victims in Saddam's old torture chamber almost defies belief ... Atrocities are entirely predictable wherever absolute power holds the utterly helpless in secret: that is a universal law of human nature."

Let us stop right here, for this article has just uttered a very important subject. Let us review this revelation again.

Since the attacks of 9/11, President Bush and Attorney General Ashcroft repeatedly demanded dictatorial laws so they could adequately fight terrorism. A very large part of these new police powers included the ability of the government to hold American citizens " utterly helpless in secret" without charges, without access to a lawyer, and without Constitutional rights. Thus, we American citizens will be treated in exactly this manner once the planned panics begin just as this statement says: "Atrocities are entirely predictable wherever absolute power holds the utterly helpless in secret".

This understanding has existed in British and American societies for over 200 years; yet, Americans ignorantly sleep on, not concerned that they have allowed their "elected" authorities to create laws like The Patriot Act which, when enacted, will utterly take away our liberties.

This article continues:

" 'Their treatment does not reflect the nature of the American people', said President Bush plaintively. Indeed, but it is in the nature of the circumstances that Bush has authorised for holding 10,000 prisoners without trial, many in unknown, secret prisons. 'That's not the way we do things in America', he says. Indeed, it is only the way America does things when it goes abroad ... Invading armies always commit atrocities - often not revealed until years later. Where they can no longer discriminate friend from foe in a sea of alien faces, they are bound to kill indiscriminately. Warning bells rang when, even after the regime fell, UK and US forces still refused to count civilian deaths."

"Few of us who argued against this war imagined things would be this bad ... Now "the situation is quite literally out of control", with no coherent policy ... The "shock and awe" of American global dominance turning into a daily spectacle of ineptitude and failure. Halliday puts what shreds of hope he retains in the UN's Lakhdar Brahimi, as the last chance to avoid total conflagration and the triumph of extremists. But he doubts Washington now is capable of listening to Brahimi. The US now needs the UN, but still refuses to bow sufficiently to the only hope left of rescue. for all its need of reform, the UN is all there is, and Brahimi is Iraq's last best hope. If Tony Blair wants to save what is left of his fearful Iraq error, now is the time for him to put loud pressure on Bush to guarantee the UN a central role after the June 30 handover, with command over the military, and drawing in Turkey and Arab nations under a UN banner."

As attractive as this alternative might seem to be, Christians know the true character and future plans of the United Nations. The UN was established according to occult doctrine and timing so it could be the global government that the final rulers of the earth will one day hand to Antichrist (Revelation 17:17). Further, this call for a United Nations government to bail us out of Iraq -- when accomplished -- will fully validate our premise stated over one year ago (NEWS1854), when we noted that Bush and the UN were carrying out a classic Dialectic struggle designed to bring Bush and his National Sovereignty down so the UN could become the global government, the only governing authority allowed to exercise sovereignty. That day seems closer at hand than ever before.

VIII. America's international reputation is in such tatters that Amnesty International has no confidence that we can investigate ourselves. Since this crisis in Iraq seems to be driving the world into the hands of a United Nations government, we should not be surprised to learn that an independent tribunal is being called for by Amnesty International. The only question is, will this "independent tribunal" also be international?

"There is a real crisis of leadership in Iraq -- with double standards and double speak on human rights, Amnesty International said today. 'The latest evidence of torture and ill-treatment emerging from Abu Ghraib prison will exacerbate an already fragile situation ... There must be a fully independent, impartial and public investigation into all allegations of torture. Nothing less will suffice. If Iraq is to have a sustainable and peaceful future, human rights must be a central component of the way forward. The message must be sent loud and clear that those who abuse human rights will be held accountable."

"Our extensive research in Iraq suggests that this is not an isolated incident. It is not enough for the USA to react only once images have hit the television screens".

"Amnesty International has received frequent reports of torture or other ill-treatment by Coalition Forces during the past year. Detainees have reported being routinely subjected to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment during arrest and detention. Many have told Amnesty International that they were tortured and ill-treated by US and UK troops during interrogation. Methods often reported include prolonged sleep deprivation; beatings; prolonged restraint in painful positions, sometimes combined with exposure to loud music; prolonged hooding; and exposure to bright lights. Virtually none of the allegations of torture or ill-treatment has been adequately investigated by the authorities."

Seymour Hersch, writing the original expose' in The New Yorker, noted that an Army Major General authored a report which smacked of whitewash. The last statement in this Amnesty International press release is staggering in its implications.

"Amnesty International is calling for investigations into alleged abuses by Coalition Forces to be conducted by a body that is competent, impartial and independent, and seen to be so, and that any findings of such investigations be made public. In addition reparation, including compensation, must be paid to the victims or to their families." [Ibid.]

When Amnesty International calls for an independent investigative body, they are indirectly calling for a body which would have authority over Coalition Commanders in the field, and quite possibly, over politicians sitting in Washington and London! Think about it for a moment. How could such a "competent, impartial and independent" investigative body accomplish their stated goals unless they could compel witnesses to come to them for interrogation. Such compelling speaks to subpoena power; therefore, when such a body can compel an American general and/or a British general to appear before them, that body has just successfully intruded into the National Sovereignty of the nation from whom the general comes!

Further, if this "competent, impartial and independent" investigative body is given the authority to levy compensation, and if their decree is fulfilled by the nation against whom it is assessed, that nation has just allowed its National Sovereignty to be pre-empted.

We have said all along that this war will end American sovereignty, a demise which will quickly lead to an end of national sovereignty for all nations. We shall have to wait to see how this plays out, and what obstacles Bush throws up in the way. At this point, all we can say for certain is that our abuses have opened the door for a formerly forbidden subject to be initially proposed. This is the first step of the Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan (NEWS1055).

When the sixth and final step is finally established is a mystery, but at least we know the world is finally on the road to ending National Sovereignty in favor of a global government being the only governing body able to exercise sovereignty. As New Agers have always told their people:

National Sovereignty needs to be eliminated because it is responsible for every war ever fought.

It is for this reason Bush ordered the invasion of Iraq. We have stated all along that his invasion has to be seen, in the final analysis, to be an abject failure. Since Bush received the authority for ordering the invasion from his position as a National Sovereign, his failure in Iraq will be seen as the final straw in eliminating all National Sovereignty in favor of one global authority. New Agers will then say:
