"Syrian Kurds declared an autonomous provincial government in the country’s northern territory on Tuesday ... The move comes ahead of the Geneva 2 peace talks, in which they will not have direct representation ... Kurds have used the confusion and chaos of the Syrian civil war as an opportunity to assert more control over the northeastern area of the country. "

This strategy envisions that "Non-Integrating Gap" countries are standing in the way of the planned global integration of all nations, politically and economically. After all, can you see The Congo ever arriving at the place where they can seamlessly integrate into a global cashless economy?

While The Congo may represent the most severe example of a nation not able to convert to a cashless system anytime soon, other nations also a serious obstacles to this global plan. What is the plan called for in the "Pentagon's New Map" strategy?

The plan is to destabilize every nation within this "Non-Integrating Gap" so that no nation can resist the effort to join the global New World Order. the methods of destabilization differ:

1) Western powers invade -- This plan of action will occur when a country is being ruled by an entrenched dictator, either a secular ruler or a supreme religious authority.

Therefore, President Bush ordered the invasion of Afghanistan in late 2001 to overthrow the entrenched religious leadership of the Taliban. He then ordered the invasion of Iraq in March, 2003, to remove the entrenched secular dictator, Saddam Hussein.

2) Western powers use their skilled intelligence services to stir up internal dissent to overthrow the ruling government. Once the dissent is underway, Mass Media hypes the many problems of the current government to justify Western intervention. Accusations of massive murder of civilians seems to be the most commonly used tactic.

Dictatorships in Tunisia, Egypt, and Libya have been successfully overthrown using this tactic.

The Syrian dictatorship of President Assad has mightily resisted this attempt to remove him, but the war itself has now dragged on long enough to thoroughly decimate the country. No longer does Assad command all of Syria as he did before the dissent began. Some estimates state that he rules only 40% of Syria now.

And, now, the Syrian Kurds are proclaiming their own sovereign nation! They have taken advantage of the weakness of the Assad government to declare their own state, knowing that the Syrian government army is so tied down fighting the rebels that they can do nothing to prevent it.

Therefore, Syria is being so ground down that any Assad government resistance to surrendering their national sovereignty to Supernation #7 has essentially been removed.

Iraq is also splintering so badly that she no longer has even a semblance of a national authority.

NEWS BRIEF: "Iraq Says It Intends to Make 3 New Provinces" , ABC News, January 21, 2014

"Iraq's Shiite-led government said Tuesday it had decided in principle to create three new provinces from contested parts of the country in an apparent attempt to address Sunni grievances and counter the expansion of the Kurdish self-rule region."

Iraq has fallen a long way down the abyss from the days of the dictatorial hand of Saddam Hussein. There is absolutely no firm central control anymore in Iraq. Note that the Kurds are officially getting their own province, an action which merely reinforces the reality that the Kurds are already operating their own state in northern Iraq.

We posted an article entitled, "Iraq Now Splitting Into Three Nations -- Bible Prophecy Is Being Fulfilled!", where we talked about the three new nations forming in Iraq. And, we noted that Isaiah 13 End Times prophecy for Ancient Babylon (Iraq) was continuing to come to fruition.

While we are speaking of the Kurds, please take note that they are now operating their own state in two nations now: Syria and Iraq. This map above shows the Kurdish populations spread out throughout the Middle East. They are located in Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Iraq. You can see where the Kurds have just announced their own state in northern Syria and you can see that the Kurds in Syria share the same geographical border as the Kurds in Iraq.

Will the time come when the Kurds of Iraq and Syria announce a common state? If that occurs, then Turkey will immediately feel threatened, as well as the rulers in Iran. I do not know if a war will ensue, but this political Kurdish resurgence is a news development worth watching.

The bottom line is simple and it is prophetic: The entire Middle East region falls within the "Pentagon's New Map" and it has been repeatedly destabilized since the November invasion of Afghanistan. The reality is that French troops which recently entered Mali and the Central African Republic (CAR) are following the same strategy as Bush was following as he invaded Afghanistan and Iraq.

The objective is simple: to remove any obstacles to Region Supernations #7 and #8 in the Club of Rome Plan (Read full details in NEWS2436).

II. Both the Sochi Winter Olympic Games and the Super Bowl will feature a military and para-military dictatorial security presence which will rival anything seen in recent memory.

The threat of terrorism will be the basis for this heavy security hand.

NEWS BRIEF: "Super Bowl security will be massive", Reuter's News, January 15, 2014

"Law enforcement officials said on Wednesday they have looked at every possible contingency to prepare for the threat of crime, severe weather or attack during the Super Bowl in New Jersey, one of the largest and most-watched sporting events in the world. More than 80,000 fans are expected to attend the February 2 football extravaganza at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, deemed to be the first mass transit Super Bowl because the stadium across the Hudson River from Manhattan is accessible by train and bus.

"Another 400,000 people will be traveling to the region for surrounding events."

Law enforcement is pulling out all the stops. By land, by sea and by air!

"We are approaching this basically from an air, land and sea concept," said Lt. Colonel Edward Cetnar of the New Jersey State Police at a security briefing held at the stadium. "Every counter-measure that we have is going to be put into place for the game."

"Sniffer dogs, metal detectors, bomb units and a mobile hospital, complete with a surgery ward, will be part of the security apparatus ..."

The Boston Marathon Bombing is on the minds of law enforcement.

"FBI Special Agent Aaron Ford noted that the game poses a different security situation than did the Boston Marathon, where two pressure-cooker bombs detonated at the finish line on April 15, killing three people and injuring 264 others. 'The Boston Marathon bombing was a different situation than what we have here', Ford said. 'It was an event that occurred over numerous city blocks. So it was very fluid. The Super Bowl, when you talk about game day, is one day that we have control over'."

Control is the operative word here. Control over people. And, conditioning tens of millions of people watching the game that tight control over ordinary citizens is a worthy goal. It sounds to me like military and para-military forces are going to control people flowing into the stadium as they now control security at airports.

Law enforcement will be using low-flying helicopters, some of which will be equipped to measure radiation, military equipment, military vehicles and the latest surveillance technology will be utilized throughout the entire Super Bowl area, from New York to New Jersey.

"Security will be heightened at train and subway stations in New Jersey and in New York City, and the NFL will enforce a no-bag policy."

The Sochi Winter Games will also provide a good glimpse of the dictatorial practices in store for all of us some day.

"Russia's efforts to ensure security at the Winter Olympics in Sochi are threatening to turn a celebration of sport into a grueling experience for all involved ... In his final big interview before the opening ceremony, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised that the most expensive sporting event in world history would not see a repeat of the horrors of Munich '72."

Do you remember the terrorist attack on Israeli athletes during the 1972 Munich Olympic games? The terrorist leader of the Palestinians - Yassir Arafat - engineered a kidnapping of Israeli athletes and murdered 11 athletes. The whole world watched with revulsion as TV scenes of the bold murders were repeatedly shown around the world.

For the record, President Putin promises that, while security will be effective, it will not be oppressive. However, security measures announced thus far seem to give the lie to this official assurance.

"So far, though, the security measures have been obvious and oppressive -- and the athletes and guests have yet to arrive ... Putin said in his interview that 40,000 police and troops had been detailed to ensure security in Sochi ... people are not allowed to bring any food, even fruit or chocolates, into the Olympic park, and the fare served on site is woefully inadequate. "

Putin had best remember that Western athletes and visitors will not be used to heavy-handed police measures. Russian authorities had best try to walk a fine line between security and an open games, or they will discover that tens of thousands of people will decide to stay home. Such a development would saddle the Russian government with hundreds of millions of dollars of losses. In the paragraph, above, we see that the Olympic Games at Sochi are going to be the "most expensive sporting event in world history".

Russia can ill afford such a monetary loss.

However, Russia may be so obsessed with preventing an Islamic terror attack that they would be willing to risk a monetary loss if she can prevent a massive loss of national prestige which would follow a successful terror attack.

"Frequent posts describe Sochi as 'a concentration camp'. They complain about the security excesses, ridiculous 'aesthetic' bans such as one on hanging laundry on balconies ... Putin's Russia has ample enemies to justify paranoia. The stakes are high: An attack on Putin's games could forever undermine his prestige. That is the best guarantee for Sochi visitors and locals that the Olympics will not be a replay of Munich -- and that the security arrangements will hardly be invisible."

We shall hold our breath, hoping that neither the Super Bowl nor the Sochi Winter Olympics will suffer a terrorist attack. Such a development would give governments around the globe the excuse to crack down on its own citizens.
