The possibility that human scientists control all aspects of the weather seems ludicrous to most people, and probably to you as well. Right? Since most people today still believe that only God can control the weather, we have found it to be a difficult task to convince people that scientists today can, and do, control the weather, and are using such control to bring about their draconian plans which they have created in order to establish their New World Order and to stage their coveted spiritual superman, whom they call "The Christ" or "Antichrist". Such global plans fulfill Bible prophecy and are propelling the world toward the time when the Final Birth Pangs (Matt 24:6-8) will occur, out of which will stride Antichrist.
Expert Testimony
Weather Warfare is an extremely important part of this global plan, but it must be carried out in such a manner as to hide their capabilities from the "vulgar masses". Before we get any further into this controversial subject, let us examine what the experts have to say.
U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen (1997-2001)
Defense Secretary William Cohen served President Bill Clinton at the Pentagon from 1996-2000, four full years. Cohen possessed the highest security clearance the country could bestow. He could hear any report, read any paper, provided that he had the "Need to know", which is the operative word in American Intelligence circles. Believe me, there are few reports that the Defense Secretary cannot read or hear.
Cuttingedge technologies is one area in which the Defense Secretary needed to know because high technology has such an impact upon all aspects of military operations and plans. The Defense Secretary had one such cuttingedge technology on his mind when he delivered the keynote address to a high-powered committee -- in a meeting entitled "Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy", Sam Nunn Policy Forum April 28, 1997 University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia.
Listen to the bombshell revelation from Defense Secretary William Cohen:
"... some scientists ... are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves ... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations ... It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts."
Did you catch the key statement?
"It is real".
This revelation is nothing short of dynamite, a journalistic nuclear bombshell, so to speak! Cohen has just revealed that enemy scientists are even now engaging in the control of weather and weather tragedies. Let us review just what kind of weather control these scientists wield, according to Cohen's statement.
* "Alter the climate" -- our climate is controlled by winds and precipitation in all forms. Therefore, if scientists want to change the climate of an area of the world from lush farmland into desert, all they need to do is to change the wind patterns so that no precipitation falls, thus slowly changing the climate from lush to desert.
Flooding is the opposite of drought. Devastating floods can ruin farmland and can literally sweep small towns away.
* "Set off earthquakes" -- When the very ground upon which civilization is rooted begins to crack and open, no one is safe. Devastating earthquakes seem to be on the rise in the last 30 years, the time period in which world's scientists have possessed this incredible technology. An earthquake off the shore of northern Japan on March 11, 2011, delivered a devastating blow to one of the world's most productive economies.
This earthquake also produced a horrible tsunami (tidal wave) which multiplied the devastation brought on by the earthquakes.
* "Set off volcanoes" -- Volcanic eruptions are very much on the rise today. right now, the Icelandic volcanoes are erupting, a news story to which we shall soon return.
Furthermore, Defense Secretary Cohen said that scientists could wreak all this havoc "remotely, through the use of electromagnetic waves"! In other words, scientists in one location can cause natural disasters using electromagnetic waves in a completely opposite area of the world! As Defense Secretary Cohen announced, "its real"!
While Cohen spoke of the capabilities of enemy scientists, he did not mention that America wielded similar capabilities. America's system is called "HAARP" and is a broad-band electromagnetic wave. Russia's system is far more powerful and is called "Scalar", a narrow-band wave.

"The devastating tornado that killed 124 people in Missouri this week puts the United States on track for a record-breaking year -- despite improved forecasting, warning systems and public awareness, weather experts say. By 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, the death toll in Joplin had reached 124, making it the single deadliest tornado since the National Weather Service began keeping such records 61 years ago. The tornado in Joplin brought the number of people who have died in U.S. tornadoes to 489 so far this year. The figure could escalate as rescue workers continue digging through rubble from Sunday's tornado in Joplin, Missouri. "
This death toll could skyrocket beyond anyone's belief, as many are missing.

Hurricane
Katrina epitomizes the unprecedented number, size and devastation caused by
hurricanes in this decade. Let us review some facts about Katrina.

"Hurricane Katrina of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season was the costliest natural disaster, as well as one of the five deadliest hurricanes, in the history of the United States ... At least 1,836 people died in the actual hurricane and in the subsequent floods, making it the deadliest U.S. hurricane since the 1928 Okeechobee hurricane; total property damage was estimated at $81 billion (2005 USD), nearly triple the damage wrought by Hurricane Andrew in 1992."
Almost 15 years ago, Cutting Edge posted an article in the Wall Street Journal about Russian technology which can create cyclones (hurricanes) and steer them!
NEWS BRIEF: "Malaysia to Battle Smog With Cyclones", by Chen May Yee, Staff Reporter of the Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal, Thursday, November 13, 1997, page A19, reported in NEWS1198.
"KULA LUMPUR -- Malaysia's war on smog is about to get a new twist. The government wants to create man-made cyclones to scrub away the haze that has plagued Malaysia since July. 'We will use special technology to create an artificial cyclone to clean the air', said Datuk Law Hieng Ding, minister for science, technology and the environment. The plan calls for the use of new Russian technology to create cyclones -- the giant storms also known as typhoons and hurricanes -- to cause torrential rains, washing the smoke out of the air. The Malaysian cabinet and the finance minister have approved the plan, Datuk Law said. A Malaysian company, BioCure Sdn. Bhd., will sign a memorandum of understanding soon with a government-owned Russian party to produce the cyclone."
This article is written by the prestigious Wall Street Journal, and it reports, very matter of factly, that Malaysia is ordering a cyclone just as someone might order some lawn furniture from a catalog! We also learned that the Russians have the capability of creating such a huge storm for a fee. Also unsaid, but inferred, is that this cyclone could be steered or controlled so that it would come close enough to Malaysia to clear away the haze that was bedeviling that nation, but not so close it would cause any damage. Further, the nations close to Malaysia are not quoted as being overly concerned that this most powerful of storms might accidentally hit their shores.
This news is quite stupendous, and it opens up all sorts of questions about our incredible and unprecedented hurricanes in the past 5 years. Were these hurricanes also caused by our scientists, or by the Russian scientists? If our scientists created them, then the Federal Government needs to be strung up and quartered for the pain, anguish, and death caused by these terrible storms. If the Russian scientists caused these storms, then they have just committed an act of war against the United States!
We posted this article almost 15 years ago! Notice that we reported then that hurricane activity was unprecedented in the "past five years"!
Conclusions
As you can see, natural disasters are hitting all around the globe. Many of these disasters are hitting the unprecedented, "never before in history" category.
But, should we be expecting anything less, now that wicked mankind has attained the capability of controlling weather, setting off earthquakes and volcanoes remotely, as Defense Secretary William Cohen revealed. What was his succinct conclusion after revealing this weather technology?
He said, "It is real"!
What is the bottom-line reason the Illuminati is wreaking all this havoc upon mankind all over the globe?
First, of all, the objective of every Illuminati Card is to represent an action the Illuminati is planning to take to overthrow this current civilization so the New World Order can be established.
Secondly, since the Global Elite believe that world population is too high by 66%, they have devised a plan to set aside huge amounts of land that are restricted to normal human activity. This plan is informally called "Re-Wilding" and was originally planned by the United Nations. We show the "Re-Wilding" map of the United States, below, but rest assured that the United Nations has created a similar "Re-Wilding" map for every nation on earth. Furthermore, this plan was originally conceived over 60 years ago!
This plan in America is called the "Re-Wilding" of America. This term means to re-wild this continent. In other words, they plan to sweep aside all evidences of human endeavor, i.e., homes, businesses, structures, entire cities, allowing the land to go back to its natural state, before the wicked White Man took the land from the Native Americans (Indians). Using Presidential Directive, normally exercised through various Federal Government agencies, this "Re-Wilding" project will be accomplished by declaring huge tracts of land completely off limits to humans. These tracts of land would be called 'reserves'. Reserves would "include wilderness areas and national parks while inner buffer zones would permit no agriculture, no more than 0.5 miles of road per square mile of land, primitive camping, and only light selection harvesting of forests. The June 25, 1993, issue of Science magazine reports that the plan calls for 23.4% of the land to be put into wilderness (no human use) and 26.2% into corridors and human buffer zones (very limited use by humans)." This is 50% of America!!! If we could show you the map, where these off-limits zones are designated, your mind will be blown by the un believability of it all!! You will be able to see if your area is one of those who are to swept clean of human activity, and you will be able to see where you might wind up being relocated. As I am looking at the map, I see that many entire states are set aside, to prevent any human activity at all.
Now, notice that the areas so afflicted by unprecedented flooding and tornado activity are heavily covered over with red and yellow designations.
* Red designations are called "Core Reserves and Corridors" - human activity will forbidden
* Yellow designations are called "Buffer Zones" - human activity will be highly regulated
Humans can normally live only in the areas on this map shown as aqua-blue. Try finding many of those "Normal Use" zones on this map!
While Federal Government regulation has already set aside huge acreage of land, humans are still clinging to their homes, lands and towns in areas which will one day be designated "Core Reserves" or "Buffer Zones". Knowing that humans will resist to the death a government effort to move them out of their home lands, scientists working for the Illuminati are creating unprecedented storms which repeatedly flood and destroy homes, towns and farmland. People will shake their heads in disbelief but will not fight the government because they still believe natural disasters come only from the hand of God.
If we are correct in our assertion, we should be able to see news articles which are talking about people permanently moving out of areas which have been proven prone to natural disasters. Indeed, we do see such articles!
NEWS BRIEF: "Mississippi flooding: Let the river run", Editorial, Los Angeles Times, May 25, 2011
"What began on the upper Missouri River in 1951 is playing out this month in the flooding of the lower Mississippi and dozens of communities in its delta. This is a man-made disaster, the legacy of an earlier generation of politicians, farmers and ranchers who made a lot of bad (and very expensive) decisions to correct short-term problems on the Missouri River when the best available science — including findings in a 1934 corps report — warned Congress that those solutions would create dire long-term consequences."
"Had we not built dams on the Missouri, had we refrained from building homes and cities on Missouri River floodplains, periodic floods would have occurred, but without the catastrophic consequences we see today. Floods would have replenished the river bottoms with alluvial silts (producing bumper crops) and deposited nutrients on the barrier islands in the gulf. Those islands, which once protected New Orleans from violent gulf storms, have vanished in the 50 years since the dams were built. This double-whammy — New Orleans vulnerable to storms from the gulf side, and the lower Mississippi and its delta vulnerable to flooding from the upstream side — can be laid at the feet of Pick-Sloan (Program)."
Therefore, this author is calling for a natural "re-wilding" of the entire Mississippi River Basin. This editorialist wants to "refrain from building homes and cities on Missouri River floodplains", exactly what the United Nations original vision was when U.N. officials conceived this horrific concept.
But, you protest, people are so highly resistant that they will insist upon rebuilding their homes and farm structures once the flooding has subsided. This next article tells us that the government may have created a double-whammy for such victims.

"The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recent opening of the Morganza Spillway diverted water from the Mississippi River and spared New Orleans and Baton Rouge from flooding disaster. But homeowners in the rural Atchafalaya Basin who are in the pathway of the water may be up a creek if they don't have flood insurance ... That's because damage from flooding is not covered under standard home insurance policies, regardless of whether the flooding is caused by nature or intentional government action. And the government is not legally responsible for making you whole even if it intentionally flooded your land."
Isn't this the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard? A government agency, the "U.S. Army Corps of Engineers" decides to flood huge areas of land located down from a dam, an action which they know will destroy entire towns and wipe out many isolated homes, but the government is under no obligation to provide the former property owner the monies with which they can rebuild.
The government does not want victims to rebuild and they are willing to devastate their finances in order to carry this plan out.
Mother Gaia
The bottom-line concept behind this "re-wilding" plan is the "Mother Gaia" belief to which all key Illuminati subscribe wholeheartedly.
Occult adherents worship the creature -- Mother Earth -- rather than the Creator Who made this planet of rock, water and gasses. These occultists -- including the Illuminati who rule the governments of the world -- worship this planet, calling her either Mother Nature or Mother Gaia. They believe this planet is a living, breathing goddess with terrific power. Second, occultists believe that our Industrial Civilization is anathema to Mother Gaia, because it pollutes her water, her air and her ground [Read NEWS1693]. Most people do not realize that the religion behind the active environmental groups is an extreme worship of Gaia; her adherents believe that, if this Industrial Civilization is not shut down in planned stages by man's efforts, Mother Gaia is going to intervene in a dramatic, destructive manner to "cleanse" this civilization off the planet through great and mighty natural disasters.
What most of the Mother Earth worshippers do not realize is that the Illuminati -- the most powerful of the Gaia group -- has achieved scientific control of the weather and all of the natural disasters with which man has been contending for several thousands of years. If the Illuminati controls the functions of "Mother Gaia", i.e., Weather Disasters, they can then use natural disasters in order to achieve their draconian plans without very many people thinking to blame them! Since the Illuminati plans to reduce the population of the world by 66%, the same percentage of population reduction in the Book of Revelation, they plan to "re-wild" much of the continents of the world.
When Antichrist arises, he will soon announce a "cleansing of the Earth" campaign. Not only will he eradicate many people, he will announce that the reason the earth has been experiencing such repeated natural disasters is because our current Industrial Civilization is placing too many demands in certain areas of the world. Gaia has repeatedly sent destructive storms to try to correct this immense imbalance, but to little avail. Man is too stubborn to change.
Therefore, the New Age Christ will announce a global shift in the way in which natural resources -- beginning with land allocation -- are used. Antichrist will immediately implement a global re-wilding plan and military units will force people to relocate to the "Normal Use" areas. This is the ultimate agenda.
And it cannot be implemented until Antichrist is on the world scene. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
