OSLO CONSPIRACY - INTRODUCTION
As we have stated many times before, the Oslo Accords of 1992-1993 were created as a huge trap for the Palestinians, a trap laid in the guise of "Peace and Safety". Under the Oslo Accords, Israel committed to giving up the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in exchange for a Palestinian State and "Peace and Safety". (Read the full details of Oslo's commitments in NEWS1911).
However, as has been the case so many times since World War II, the truth is found in the opposite end of the public rhetoric (Read NEWS1558 for full details -- "Breaking Out of The Propaganda Box -- Learning To Think In The Opposite Direction".) Seeing the difference between the truth of what Israel is planning to do and what the Oslo Accords state she is going to do is the subject of this article.
For the world at large, the story of the Oslo Accords began in 1992, when it was revealed that Israel and the Palestinians had reached an agreement through secret negotiations.
But, for the Cutting Edge Director, David Bay, the path to understanding the 1992-1993 Oslo Accords began much earlier, in the Summer of 1990. A June, 1990, editorial in the Jewish Press reported that a decision had just been made at the highest levels of the Israeli political and military establishment that, during the next Arab-Israeli war, the IDF was going to annihilate the Palestinians and so thoroughly destroy the Syrians and Egyptians that their governments would fall. Israel had grown weary of being attacked by combined Arab armies, win the battle, but not gain the peace. Sooner or later, the Muslims were going to gain access to Weapons of Mass Destruction, at which point they were going to be able to annihilate Israel. Before that time occurred, Israeli leadership was going to set the stage for the complete destruction of their enemies.
Of course, this annihilation of Israel's enemies once Israel is withdrawn from the Gaza Strip and the West Bank will be fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies found in Obadiah 15-18 and Isaiah 34. We believe that a good many people in Israel know the truth as we have explained it in these articles, above. Even key Palestinian leaders know that Israel's withdrawals are simply strategic retreats designed to remove Jewish settlers to places of safety so the IDF can treat the whole of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank as "enemy fire zones", killing all who remain inside.
Thus, Israel's leadership is not really "dividing the land", but strategically retreating so the annihilation can occur. Afterwards, Israel will reoccupy both Gaza and the West Bank, and if the Palestinian annihilation triggers the all-out regional war with Syria, Jordan, and Egypt which we expect, then Israel would occupy all the lands God originally promised Abraham -- Lebanon, Sinai, Syria up to Damascus, Jordanian provinces of Moab and Edom, and Iraq up to the Euphrates River!
NEW IDF MILITARY BASE = GUARANTEE AFTER WEST BANK WITHDRAWAL
Now that we have introduced you to the basics of this complicated situation, let us examine the role of the new military base which the United States has just completed in Israel. As it turns out, this military base was created with the expectation that it could provide the Israeli Defense Force with the military muscle it would need to protect Israel after the planned withdrawal from the West Bank.
Let us review the facts.

"Back on July 10th I wrote a report on a US Base being built in Israel; a base right in the middle of Israel only 10 minutes from our international airport and right off the new Hi-way #6 that runs from Be’er Sheva to Haifa. Please note that, in the original article Jerry referenced, above, where he first spoke of the location of this new base, he said it was between Ashdod and Haifa. As you can see from this Israeli Road Map, that narrows down the location considerably. Please take a moment to locate Ashdod, on the coast south of Tel Aviv; then, locate Ben Gurion Airport, go southward toward Haifa about 8 miles and you can see approximately where this new huge base is located. You can see how close this base is to the West Bank border, marked by the red line denoting the Security Fence.
Israeli armored divisions would be poised very well to respond to any military threat from the Palestinian West Bank.
Now, let us return to Jerry Golden's featured article:
"... One thing you can be certain of, this is still a secret base but because of it’s (sic) location and now common knowledge they are telling us just what they want us to know nothing more. I can understand that, even appreciate it. But, the big question is whose country is this, the sovereign country of Israel or that of the United States. Who runs this land called Israel Ariel Sharon or George Bush?"
Jerry Golden voices the concern of many in Israel today: who is really running Israel -- Mr. Sharon or Mr. Bush? The reality is that the Illuminati runs them both and is controlling events tightly.
But, as a matter of fact, since Israel is the only Western nation which possesses Scalar Weaponry (LTC Bearden, "Oblivion: AMERICA At The Brink -- Scalar Weaponry Explained, Illustrated"), the reality is that Israel may be the "Tail" which wags the proverbial American "Dog". When I wrote NEWS1558, referenced above, I had no idea that one of the most important applications of this principle could be the military superiority of Russia and Israel over the vaunted United States of America. -- because of the superiority of Scalar and Quantum Potential Weapons over anything American possesses.
Golden then quotes an article in The Jerusalem Post, which ties this new military base directly to the 1992-1993 Oslo Accords.
"Agreed upon when Israel and the Palestinians were at the height of implementing the Oslo Accords, the Defense Ministry on Tuesday dedicates an ultra modern base financed and largely built for it by the Americans so Israel could more easily quit the West Bank. The Nachshonim base on the seam-line northeast of Shoham is to serve as a home base and supply depot for a reserve armored division."
Note that the reason this base was built in the first place was to allow Israel to implement the Oslo Accords!
Anticipating severe Conservative pressure over giving up so much precious land to the perennial Palestinian enemy -- land which conventional forces really do need to properly protect Israel, the planners of Oslo undoubtedly foresaw the need to build just such a base as this one, with just this kind of capability. This base would allow Israel to place so much conventional military muscle so far forward toward the vacated areas of the West Bank that Israel could protect herself from a Palestinian onslaught pouring forth from the West Bank.
At least, that is the story which the Israeli electorate will be told in the coming March elections. Sharon's Kidma Party will argue that Israel can safely give up the portions of the West Bank they are planning to give up because this new modern military base will allow Israel to "forward deploy" such formidable forces that the enemy could not possibly launch a successful attack.
"Senior Defense Ministry and US officials are expected to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new $125 million base was constructed jointly by Israel and the United States located next to Kibbutz Nachshonim south of Rosh Ha'ayin ... Over 23 km. of roads were paved on the base. It includes rifle ranges, gymnasiums, weight rooms, classrooms, a synagogue, obstacle course and clubhouses. It also has mess halls, barracks and administration buildings, helipad, clinic and a power station ... But the largest investment was in its logistical center for the divisional forces that include 10 separate company staging areas. It is here that, in an emergency, the division will report to be equipped and outfit their tanks for battle."
You should be impressed by this litany of the capability planned for this base. We learn, below, that the IDF and the Ministry of Defense designed and planned this base. American dollars may have built it, but the IDF designed it; therefore, is it wrong to assume that this base represents the greatest in "Wish Lists" any modern army could ever have imagined?
"It is the third and largest in a series of bases the Americans agreed to build as part of the Wye River Memorandum. That agreement, made when Binyamin Netanyahyu was prime minister and Yitzhak Mordecahi was his defense minister, obligated Israel to relocate its military facilities from the West Bank ... The main contractor for the construction job was the US Army Corps of Engineers, which subcontracted to local companies. It was designed and planned by the IDF and the Ministry of Defense's construction department."
I well remember the Wye River meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, the Palestinian's Arafat and President Clinton. Let us now review an insightful article from DEBKAfile Intelligence which reveals the linkage between the Wye River accords and the proposed establishment of a Palestinian State (Remember: A Palestinian State is the stated rhetorical goal of the Oslo Accords).

Binyamin Netanyahu, after signing the Wye Plantations interim accord with Arafat, encouraged President Clinton to become the first US president to address the Palestinian National Assembly in Gaza and voice support for a Palestinian State. Three years later, Ehud Barak opened the doors of the White House to the Palestinian leader and his terror chiefs."
CONCLUSION
When the Mass Media throughout the world reported the Wye Plantation agreement, virtually no one learned of the secret base agreement between President Clinton and the Israeli Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu. Now, seven years later, that huge military base is now finished -- just in time to be a factor in the upcoming electoral debate over further West Bank withdrawals.
We believe this most important military base will fill several requirements as Israel presses forward:
1) The obvious military muscle which the base can deliver will enable Prime Minister Sharon to convince the Israeli electorate that Israel can safely withdraw its 80,000 settlers from the West Bank and turn control of that territory to the Palestinians. This political consideration is probably the most important of all other. The electorate is understandably reluctant to allow Sharon to withdraw from the West Bank, but may very well be convinced by the specter of a powerful IDF armored division sitting at this new base, strategically located close to the Palestinian line.
Then, once Sharon and his new political party gain an absolute majority in Parliament, they can commence West Bank withdrawal.
2) This new army base might intimidate the Palestinian armed militant factions, causing them to curtail terrorist operations. Since this base is equipped with "state-of-the-art" equipment of all types, it is conceivable that the IDF will be able to maintain an even greater surveillance of terrorism and terror chieftains. If you start to see "targeted assassinations" of Palestinian terror leaders through operations which are incredibly precise, you can probably safely ascribe such precision to the new surveillance equipment in this base.
3) When the Jewish settlers have been all removed, this most modern facility might conceivably be the best place from which to launch the annihilating raids which will fulfill Obadiah 15-18.
God's prophecies concerning Israel will be fulfilled, as we have stated so many times. This story just seems to advance the inevitable elimination of Israel's most implacable foe, the Palestinian people, today's descendents of the "House of Esau". Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
