THE CUTTING EDGE

INTRODUCTION

In NEWS1902, we revealed the "Evangelical Leader's Hall of Shame", detailing those key Evangelical leaders who flatly, boldly lied to their faithful following about "The Passion" in order to get them to the movie theater in large numbers. While writing these articles, we noted that most of these leaders had also accepted money from the Reverend Sun Myung Moon!

We listed Dr. Dobson first in NEWS1902 simply because his lie about "The Passion" was so grievous. Let us review his false assurance in his February newsletter.

"There are no specific references to unique Catholic doctrine in the film ..." ["The Greatest Story Ever Told", Dr. Dobson's Newsletter: February, 2004]

As we prove beyond doubt, Mel Gibson produced this movie to be the greatest Traditional Roman Catholic depiction of the despicable Mass ever! We reprinted the relevant portion of this fact from the official Vatican website, Zenit. We quoted from other Catholic authors who had seen the movie. Last, but not least, we posted an article written by Becky Sexton , Former Catholics For Christ, after she attended the movie twice; she clicked off all the Catholic portions, from the beginning scene to the last, and correctly predicted that the movie will bring wayward, unsaved Catholics back to the Roman fold.

How could Dr. Dobson have been so very wrong? He undoubtedly knows enough Catholic doctrine to recognize the Catholicism with which this movie reeks; and, he undoubtedly knows enough Biblical doctrine to recognize all the unbiblical scenes. Therefore, you have to believe that the chances are excellent that Dobson deliberately lied to his people.

Cutting Edge has been warning people for a very long time now that Dr. Dobson is not who he appears to be. For the past three years, we have carried a very revealing book from Dr. Cathy Burns in which she details all the apostate and New Age leaders leaders that Dobson has positively interviewed on his radio program over the past many years ["Focus On The Family: Little Known Facts", by Dr. Cathy Burns]

Further, Focus On The Family intoned during the Harry Potter craze that it was all right for Christian parents to read Harry Potter to their kids [NEWS1383], a fact which the people of Focus today are denying to anyone calling in. Then, a Vice President of Focus On The Family wrote a book entitled, "Finding God In Lord of the Rings", a book still available in their bookstore for the retail of $13. Since Focus On The Family was so approving about the witchcraft of Harry Potter and the really powerful Black Magick Witchcraft of "Lord of the Rings", you have to consider that, perhaps, Dr. Dobson was a wolf in sheep's clothing rather than a genuine man of God.

ALLOWING GAY "CIVIL UNIONS"

Now, we learn he has been secretly promoting a Federal Marriage Amendment which will correctly define marriage on the one hand while quietly approving wording that will allow gay "Civil Unions" on the other hand. Let us review the facts, beginning with the two recent Fox News articles on the metamorphosis of the Federal Marriage Amendment.

NEWS BRIEF: "Federal Marriage Amendment Proponents Offer Compromise", Fox News, March 22, 2004.

"WASHINGTON — Congressional supporters of a constitutional ban on gay marriage unveiled a change in their proposal Monday that they said would leave state legislatures with the unambiguous right to recognize civil unions."

Both the title of this article and this first sentence tells us the very important fact that the change in wording of the "ban on gay marriage" bill came from the proponents -- the supporters -- of the bill, not from nasty pro-gay activists! This realization is very important to keep clear in your mind. We Conservatives and Christians have been "done in" by our leaders, both politically and spiritually, as we shall prove in this article.

On the one hand, this bill will assert that the Federal Government recognizes that "marriage" can only be defined as a union of one man and one woman! That definition sounds just fine to a Christian and will allow President Bush and all his Evangelical leaders to trumpet to the world that they have acted to "protect" the Biblical institution of Marriage from gay and lesbian assault.

However, two major problems exist that will quietly hand the victory to the gays on this issue. First, marriage is always a state institution. When you got your marriage certificate, didn't you go down to a local official, probably an office in your town office complex? You most assuredly did not go to a Federal Government employee! Since states have the authority to issue marriage certificates and decide upon what basis the marriage can be conducted, the really hidden trap in this bill takes on special meaning. This bill will also leave the issue up to the states as to whether they will allow "civil unions" to be legal.

Thus, this Federal Marriage Amendment is as worthless as Monopoly Money when it comes to really protecting the institution of marriage.

Let us now return for more information to this feature article. Listen to a leading "advocate" of this marriage ban:

"This new language makes the intent of the legislation even clearer', said Sen. Wayne Allard, R-Colo., the amendment's leading advocate in the Senate. 'To protect marriage in this country as the union between a man and a woman, and to reinforce the authority of state legislatures to determine benefits issues related to civil unions or domestic partnerships." [Ibid.]

What rank hypocrisy! This Federal Marriage Amendment was trumpeted as a defense of Biblical marriage; obviously, the unmistakable implication is that the bill is needed to prevent the gay - lesbian alliance from getting gay marriage legalized. The Bible not only recognized just heterosexual marriage, it condemned homosexuality in the strongest possible terms. Therefore, a Christian cannot possibly conceive that a bill to "protect" and "reaffirm" Biblical marriage would also legalize gay marriage by that other name, "Civil Union"!

Now, let us go back to this feature article to see that the White House is fully supportive of this change.

"Allard and Colorado GOP Rep. Marilyn Musgrave, the leading supporter of the amendment in the House, outlined their change at a news conference. The previous proposal said that neither the U.S. nor any state constitution or any state or federal law 'shall be construed to require that marriage or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon any union other than the union of a man and a woman'. The revised proposal deletes the reference to state and federal laws. In response, White House spokesman Trent Duffy said that the revision 'actually brings it closer to the president's principles'." [Ibid.]

As Musgrave and Allard admit, this law speaks out of both sides of its Federal mouth; on the one hand, it defines marriage and then on the other allows "civil unions", a term which is meant to change into gay marriage after some time has elapsed.

Thank you, Mr. Duffy, for setting the record straight. President Bush is fully in sync with this terrible proposal! Another Fox News article, March 24, states the same fact somewhat differently. Listen to this explanation as to how Bush is supportive of this word changing in the Federal Marriage Amendment.

NEWS BRIEF: "Sponsors Soften Federal Marriage Amendment", Fox News, March 24, 2004.

"WASHINGTON — If supporters of a proposed constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage have their way, marriage will still be a legally recognized union between a man and a woman. But it won't mean gay couples will be left completely out of luck. Newly crafted language — apparently approved by President Bush himself — has removed impediments to civil unions and domestic partnerships that might be approved by state legislatures."

People who read Cutting Edge Daily News Updates regularly will not be taken by surprise to learn that President Bush supports "Civil Unions". On December 26, 2003, we carried the following story from a Christian website, Crosswalk. Listen to how this article revealed Bush's duplicity on the issue of prohibiting gay marriage.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush Comments on Marriage Alarm Supporters and Detractors", by Susan Jones, Morning Editor, Crosswalk, December 19, 2003, http://www.crosswalk.com/news/1236631.html

"CNSNews.com) - President Bush's most recent comments on same-sex marriage are prompting concern from both the left and the right. In an interview with ABC News Tuesday, President Bush - asked about his position on a constitutional amendment to defend the traditional definition of marriage - replied this way: 'If necessary, I will support a constitutional amendment which would honor marriage between a man and a woman, codify that', Bush told ABC's Diane Sawyer. 'The position of this administration is that whatever legal arrangements people want to make, they're allowed to make, so long as it's embraced by the state or at the state level'."

This appeal to state's rights in this issue is hidden code meaning that Bush supports the concept that individual states are free to make "whatever legal arrangements people want to make", and that includes "civil unions" for gay couples. Lest you think I may be jumping the gun a little bit in this area, let us continue with this article.

"Bush told Sawyer, 'I do believe in the sanctity of marriage ... but I don't see that as conflict with being a tolerant person or an understanding person' ... FRC (Family Research Council) President Tony Perkins said he's 'very concerned' about Bush's comment that seems to suggest marriage can be redefined at the state level. 'This sounds as though the administration would support civil unions, which are counterfeits of the institution of marriage', Perkins said in a press release." [Ibid.]

This statement from the Family Research Council (FRC) is exactly correct. The Bush Administration supports "Civil Unions", the gay - lesbian "marriage by another name"! Before we leave this subject, let us hear from the rabidly gay advocacy group, "365gay", as they address the President's call for allowing the states to make this decision as to whether to outlaw civil unions.

NEWS BRIEF: "Bush 'Soft On Gays' Conservatives Charge", by Paul Johnson, 365Gay.com Newscenter, Washington Bureau Chief, December 18, 2003

"(Washington, D.C.) Conservative groups are as angry as gays over President George Bush's comments about same-sex relationships in an interview this week on ABC ... conservatives, the mainstay of the Republican Party, are accusing the president of being too soft on gays, because he implied he would not move to prevent states from enacting civil union legislation."

We have discovered one thing on which both Conservative Republicans and gay advocates can agree: President Bush is supporting "Civil Unions"!

THE SAD TALE OF DR. DOBSON'S COMPLICITY IN "CIVIL UNIONS"

Before we begin this issue detailing the sad tale as to how Dr. Dobson has sold out his constituency on this matter of "Civil Unions", we need to warn you that we are going to provide a number of various documentation, since so many of you will not want to believe that Dobson is capable of this kind of duplicity. After all, he warns so eloquently on his website and through his newsletter and his many speeches of the inherent moral risk posed by "Civil Unions"; therefore, the last thing you would expect from him is for him to silently support "Civil Unions" in his actions and in his political contacts.

Let us first turn to the New York Times.

NEWS BRIEF: "Conservatives Using Issue of Gay Unions As a Rallying Tool", by David Kirkpatrick, The New York Times, Feb. 8, 2004

"Last spring, the Rev. Donald E. Wildmon of Tupelo, Miss., decided to hold a summit meeting of the Christian conservative movement. Mr. Wildmon felt the movement was losing the culture war ... the election of Republican politicians had drained some of the motivation out of its grass-roots constituents. So Mr. Wildmon, founder of the American Family Association and a crusader against sex and violence in the media, sent an e-mail message inviting about two dozen other prominent Christian conservatives to a meeting in Arlington, Va., last June. About 14 people turned up with no set agenda ..."

" 'All we knew was we were going to get together and see if there were some issues of concern that we could agree on and combine our efforts', Mr. Wildmon said.'

" 'The first thing that popped up', he said, "was the federal marriage amendment."

"Mr. Wildmon's meeting gave birth to a concerted campaign for a constitutional amendment blocking gay marriage that some Christian conservative leaders say is helping revitalize their movement. It is giving them a rare opportunity to forge potential alliances with African-American and Hispanic churchgoers. And it promises to reopen the flow of financial contributions to their advocacy groups that had slowed to a trickle when Republicans took over Washington ... Despite the Arlington group's efforts, many politicians -- even some conservatives and notably President Bush -- have been slow to sign on, partly out of fear that amending the Constitution to police gay unions might seem intolerant or bigoted ... some in the movement believe opposition to gay marriage could make for even more effective direct mail -- the financial lifeblood of most advocacy groups -- than their other great cause, the fight against abortion. 'Abortion has never been a strong direct-mailer', said Richard A. Viguerie, founder of American Target Advertising and the dean of conservative direct mail ...Several people at the Arlington meeting said their constituents were more concerned about gay marriage than about almost any other issue."

Notice several revelations contained thus far in this article:

1. The group informally formed at this meeting was henceforth called the "Arlington Group".

2. This newly-discovered campaign was designed to accomplish several goals: a) Re-establish political clout in Washington, D.C.; b) Forge alliance with ethnic minority groups not yet in the fold; c) Stimulate the flow of cash which had dried up; d) Replace the cause of Abortion as a rallying call with the "gay marriage" issue touting the Federal Marriage Amendment as the supposed answer.

3. Despite his Liberal, Illuminist policies, George Bush was considered by these Evangelical leaders as a Conservative and one of their group!

Now, let us return to this New York Times article, to see the incredible differences that developed over how the amendment should be worded:

"But almost as soon as the Arlington meeting began, the discussion turned to a debate over the language of an amendment. For years, the Alliance for Marriage, an ecumenical group, had pushed for a constitutional amendment to prevent courts from forcing states or the country to recognize same-sex marriages. Echoing the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act, the proposed amendment would allow state legislatures to recognize gay civil unions, a provision that had alienated many conservatives. Though the proposed amendment had been introduced in Congress last spring, the Christian Coalition was one of the few organizations in the Arlington group to support it." [Ibid.]

The information in this paragraph is incredible! Here you had a few supposed key Christian leaders proposing that an amendment be worded in such a manner as to seemingly "prevent courts from forcing states or the country to recognize same-sex marriages", while on the other hand allowing "state legislatures to recognize gay civil unions"!

Remember that Christian Coalition was one organization supporting this terrible proposal. Also, remember the Alliance for Marriage and the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act for you will hear more of them before this article is finished.

Some Arlington group members most definitely did not like this devious wording and had the courage to speak out.

" 'I don't care if you call it civil unions', Michael P. Farris, chairman of the Home School Legal Defense Association, said last week. 'I don't care if you call it domestic partnership, I don't care if you call it cantaloupe soup, if you are legally spouses at the end of the day, I am not willing to do that'. Just as important, Mr. Farris said, the 81,500 home-schooling families who belong to his organization and who each pay at least $85 a year in dues were against it."

Praise the Lord for the Home School Legal Defense Association, for their leadership not only saw the duplicity of the proposal, but were willing to stick their necks out in order to prevent this travesty from occurring. At this point, the Arlington meetings adjourned. Let us now go back to this New York Times article to see how the next chapter unfolds.

"After months of internal debate, the members of the Arlington group went to Capitol Hill for a stormy meeting in November with a group of Republicans including Representative Marilyn Musgrave of Colorado, the sponsor of the Alliance for Marriage amendment. More than 20 organizations were represented, and Ms. Rios of Concerned Women for America dominated the conversation, taking Ms. Musgrave to task for proposing an amendment that would allow 'counterfeit marriages', three people present recalled. But Ms. Musgrave refused to budge, arguing that no stronger amendment could pass in Congress, much less in the states. To illustrate her point, Representative Joe Pitts of Pennsylvania reminded the group that after decades of effort, they still had not passed an amendment banning abortion. With that, practical politics won out over principle, and consensus shifted to the Musgrave amendment, several people present said. 'That is when reality set in', Mr. Wildmon said." [Ibid.]

In this paragraph, we meet Marilyn Musgrave and her Alliance for Marriage amendment. We saw Ms Musgrave earlier in this article, as she explained her amendment which would give the outward appearance of protecting and defining heterosexual marriage while on the other hand allowing gay civil unions. Here, she is being lobbied by the Arlington group. Sandy Rios, of Concerned Women for America, took her to task for her wording, but Representative Musgrave refused to move from her wording, arguing that "no stronger amendment could pass in Congress, much less in the states".

A true Christian would never make this argument, because we are supposed to take action based squarely on Biblical principles, even if we lose! However, Marilyn Musgrave is a political figure, a Representative from Colorado, and to our knowledge, not a professing Christian. However, Don Wildmon is a professing Christian, so his statement in this news story is very troubling.

Representative Joe Pitts of Pennsylvania backed Musgrave in her position, pointing out that Christians had won no victories in their battle against Abortion, despite "decades of effort". Confronted with that fact, "reality set in" amongst the Christian leadership, prompting them to accept compromise in order to gain a flimsy declaration that marriage is between a man and one woman -- even if getting that declaration meant that they had to accept the backdoor wording that allowed individual states to create gay "Civil Unions"!

Where on earth did these "Christian" leaders ever get the idea that to gain one good we have to voluntarily give up our position against an even greater evil? Where in the Bible do we see that Christians can compromise on a key issue? Indeed, the Bible calls out time and time again for believers to be uncompromising, refusing to bend to popular will or antichristian government edicts, even if that stand costs them their lives!

But, once the Christian leaders of the Arlington group understood that they had better accept a wording that includes both a definition of marriage that sounds biblical AND a wording that allows gay civil unions -- or they would get nothing at all -- they accepted the poison pill. This New York Times article then reveals how quickly members of the Arlington group swung into action, promoting this poison pill -- both a definition of marriage that sounds biblical and gay civil unions. Listen:

"The group lost little time in mobilizing their forces. Many of the organizations, including Concerned Women, Mr. Wildmon's American Family Association and Focus on the Family, used their weekly radio broadcasts to emphasize the importance of an amendment. Other organizations sent bulletins to conservative Christian churches and their lay members around the country. Meanwhile, well-known Arlington group members like James C. Dobson of Focus on the Family and Dr. Land of the Southern Baptist Convention began pressuring President Bush to speak out in favor of an amendment. As his State of the Union address approached, several of them called Karl Rove, the president's top political aide, reminding him of the importance of conservative Christian voters. In his speech, Mr. Bush spoke sympathetically about a 'constitutional process' to define marriage but gave it only conditional support." [Ibid.]

When these Arlington group members carried the battle cry to their faithful constituents, they never mentioned the fact that the Federal Marriage Amendment contained this "poison pill" phrase. Instead of warning their members that this wording actually allowed gay civil unions, these organizations boldly lied, stating that this amendment was needed in order to prevent gay civil unions! No one from Focus On The Family ever told their members the truth! Listen to the next part of this sorry news story to see how Dr. Dobson is spinning this issue quite falsely.

"The same day, Dr. Dobson sent a direct-mail appeal to 2.5 million people. 'The homosexual activist movement is poised to administer a devastating and potentially fatal blow to the traditional family', he wrote. 'And sadly, very few Christians in positions of responsibility are willing to use their influence to save it'." [Ibid.]

Dr. Dobson is pretending that a Federal Marriage Amendment which properly defines biblical marriage will save this institution from demise, even though the same bill allows the gay "civil unions" that will ultimately destroy the Family! What nonsense, sheer nonsense! Since we give Dr. Dobson the benefit of the doubt as to his intelligence and education, we can only assume he understands that the path from gay Civil Unions to the destruction of marriage is already proven -- in this era!

Listen to this sad, but true, tale of woe:

NEWS BRIEF: "When you hear of 'civil unions,' recall Czechoslovakia, Sweden", By Robert Knight, WorldNetDaily, March 3, 2004.

"Well-meaning people who oppose 'gay marriage' often float the compromise of 'civil unions' as a way to keep everybody happy and to demonstrate their good will ... But the 'gay' activists themselves have told us over and over that 'civil unions' are merely a steppingstone to 'gay marriage'. Some observers predict that the whole idea of marriage will eventually become passe' if same-sex unions gain legal status. That is what has occurred in Scandinavia, where marriage is nearly extinct ... Instead of encouraging society-wide return to marriage, Scandinavian gay marriage has driven home the message that marriage itself is outdated, and that virtually any family form, including out-of-wedlock parenthood, is acceptable."

Therefore, Dr. Dobson, Don Wildmon, and every other Evangelical leader who are deceiving their people into accepting a deviously worded Federal Marriage Amendment cannot even justify their compromising stand on a belief that they are "saving traditional marriage" by allowing civil unions! This WorldNetDaily article has just debunked that theory.

Now, let us once more return to the New York Times article:

"Two days later, Dr. Land (Southern Baptist Convention and Arlington group member) sat next to Senator Bill Frist, Republican of Tennessee, the majority leader, at the national prayer breakfast. 'He said, the president has given his approval to the Musgrave amendment language and that is what we are going with', Dr. Land recalled."

Now that we know that Dr. Dobson, Don Wildmon and President Bush are all on board with this Musgrave Amendment which properly defines biblical marriage, but which also contains the "poison pill" provision allowing states to create "civil unions", let us now go to the revelations from Massachusetts News, a small conservative pro-life activist group. "MassNews" has long been fighting this "Civil Union" battle and is well aware of the position by Focus On The Family.

NEWS BRIEF: "Sandy Rios of CWA Removed by James Dobson: Why Is This Important to Massachusetts?", By Attorney J. Edward Pawlick, Massachusetts News, March 17, 2004

" Many family leaders are saying that the popular President of Concerned Women for America, Sandy Rios, who stepped down last week, was removed by James Dobson of Focus on the Family, because of her opposition to the federal marriage amendment he is promoting which allows civil unions. Dobson is putting this language in the federal amendment to the consternation of all the other family groups in the country. Another family leader, the President of the Family Research Council, Atty. Ken Connor, was deposed last summer from that Focus affiliate for the same reason ? he opposed the federal Amendment. But last week’s action was the first time that Dobson has forced himself into the internal workings of an independent organization."

This information is astounding, for it tells us that Dr. Dobson has caused the firing of two officials of two different Christian organizations for the same reason: each official was opposing the "civil union" provision that Dr. Dobson was pushing! We know from the New York Times article, above, that the decision to push for an amendment containing a "civil union" provision was reached as members of the Arlington group met in Washington, D.C., with Colorado Representative Musgrave, don't we?

We also remember from the N.Y. Times article that Sandy Rios of Concerned Women of America verbally impaled Ms Musgrave on the issue of "civil unions" being present in the Federal Marriage Amendment. Once these "Christian" leaders were bluntly informed that they would get nothing better, the key organizations comprising the Arlington group began to push this amendment, knowing full well it contained the gay "poison pill".

What I do not understand is how Dr. Dobson has "hire and fire" capability within both Concerned Women of America and the Family Research Council (FRC). We saw in the Crosswalk article, above, that the FRC was publicly on record against this duplicitous wording of the amendment and against President Bush for supporting it. Now, the Presidents of both FRC and CWA are gone, having been fired by Dr. Dobson. Is Dobson on the Board of Directors of both these Christian organizations? We shall be checking.

Now, let us review another article from Massachusetts News on this subject:

NEWS BRIEF: "Will 'Focus on Family' Push Pres. Bush and Massachusetts into Civil Unions, the Same as California?", By Atty. J. Edward Pawlick, Massachusetts News, February 26, 2004

"The powerful and rich Focus on the Family is continuing its push to put civil unions into place in Massachusetts and elsewhere, the same as it has already done in California ... Everyone in Massachusetts knows what Focus is doing in this state with people excited about the Amendment that the group has drafted for a scheduled vote by the legislature on March 11 ... But we must realize that the Amendment does absolutely nothing about protecting us from civil unions, the same as there are in Vermont."

Attorney Pawlick makes it sound as though Focus On The Family is determined to force Civil Unions upon Massachusetts in the same manner as has already occurred in California. The New York Times article we have already examined made it sound as though Focus and other Arlington members grudgingly accepted the "Civil Unions" wording in exchange for a standard reaffirmation as to what constitutes marriage -- one man, one woman. However, Pawlick makes it sound like Focus is deliberately attempting to force Civil Unions.

The next sentence leaves no doubt as to what he meant.

"The head of a 'Focus on the Family' organization in Washington, Matt Daniels, President of the Alliance for Marriage, said earlier this month, 'We want to make it absolutely explicit we don't want to overturn democratically created civil unions'. He says that, despite the fact that everyone agrees that civil unions will always morph into homosexual marriage, the same as is happening in California."

Now, this paragraph contains several hot revelations!

1. We see that, in Washington, the same person is the head of both Focus On The Family and the Liberal Alliance for Marriage about which we first read in the Times article.

2. Secondly, we see that this official is explicitly stating that their policy is to not "overturn democratically created civil unions"!

3. The principle is restated that "Civil Unions" always "morph into" gay marriage.

CONCLUSION

America is "morphing into" Sodom and Gomorrah! We are being led into this sorry state of affairs by a "Conservative, Compassionate, Christian" President and by false religious leaders -- headed by Dr. Dobson -- more interested in getting money for their causes than in standing for Biblical truth. The Bible clearly told us that unparalleled deception in both the political and religious realms would occur at the End of the Age. Let us review that prophecy:

"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets .... if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect." [Matt 24:24]

I know this prophecy relates to Antichrist and his False Prophet during the 7-year Tribulation, but I have become convinced that we are seeing the beginnings of this type of unparalleled deception in this preparatory period leading up Antichrist! Notice that the word, "Christ" is mostly political because it represents the "Office of Messiah". Remember the strong eternal political component of Messiah's office:

"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder ... Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever." [Isaiah 9:6-7]

Jesus will be both the head of the government and supreme religious leader for eternity. However, the point is that He shall RULE in government for eternity. Jews have always viewed the term "Christ" as political. For this reason, Jesus is called "The Christ" once in the New Testament.

"Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ." [Matt 16:20]

Therefore, Jesus is warning that the End of the Age shall produce unparalleled deception in both the political and religious realms! This kind of deception is exactly what we are seeing right here and right now in this situation! Christians are being mightily deceived, both politically and religiously, by leaders in whom they have put their trust.

If you have trouble believing that Dr. Dobson could be this devious, just remember that Focus said parents could read Harry Potter to their children [NEWS1383], his Vice President wrote an awful book entitled, "Finding God In Lord of the Rings", and he personally lied boldly to his followers, telling them that "The Passion" contained no unique Catholic doctrine.

Now, we discover he is lying to his followers once again, telling them they need to provide money and political pressure to get the Federal Marriage Amendment passed so they can "save" God's institution of Marriage, knowing all the while that this amendment contains a most poisonous pill because it allows "Civil Unions".

Church apostasy and religious deception is truly so high Antichrist could arise.
