THE CUTTING EDGE
Jesus solemnly told His people living during the time of the End of the Age that they were to look closely at their Daily News, for the events of that day would fulfill the many Bible prophecies He gave, so that His people would be aware of the times in which they were living. Let us review a couple of these prophecies:
* "So also when you see these signs, all taken together , coming to pass, you may know of a surety that He is near, at the very doors." [Matthew 24:33; Emphasis added]
* "And they will dash you down to the ground, you [Jerusalem] and your children within you ... because you did not know the time of your visitation." [Luke 19:44; Emphasis added.] Jesus also expects us to know the time of His second visitation, and that knowledge will come through the Daily News, as He predicted in Matthew 24. Jesus gives us Daily News events as barometers by which we would know the End of the Age is approaching!
* "Seek out of the book of the Lord and read; not one of these details of prophecy shall fail, none shall want and lack her mate in fulfillment ..." [Isaiah 34:16]
Therefore, Christians at the End of the Age are supposed to pay attention to the news events of the times in which they live! We are supposed to be aware of the many instances in which events are fulfilling Bible prophecy, and we are to tell others so they can see and believe. This is the essence of Cutting Edge Ministries, and God is blessing us mightily.
Let us review one day's news so we can see how many instances one day's newspaper will possess articles that demonstrate we are living at the End of the Age. Your faith will be greatly enhanced, so read carefully. We shall be examining the news of Sunday, December 2, 2001, The Providence Journal .
Story #1 -- "Attack kills 12 in Jerusalem", p. A-1. "In a tightly coordinated assault in the heart of Jerusalem two Palestinian bombers blew themselves up at each end of a crowded block of a pedestrian mall last night, killing at least 10 other people and wounding scores more."
Story #1 Bible prophecies fulfilled:
1) Israel reborn as a nation: "... when I shall reverse the captivity and restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem ..." [Joel 3:1 - Fulfilled May 15, 1948] Once Israel is back in her land, all End Times prophecies will begin to be fulfilled.
2) All nations called to Middle East ; "I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat [Middle East] and there will I deal with and execute judgment upon them for their treatment of My people, Israel." [Joel 3:2] What kind of judgment does God have in mind? Listen: "Prepare war!" We should expect no peace, but only war, after Israel has come back to her land. Jesus said, in Matthew 24, that the signs accompanying the birth of both Israel and Antichrist shall be "wars and rumors of wars ... nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom ..." [Matt 24:6-7]
We Christians should know that no true and lasting peace will ever come to the Middle East after Israel comes back to her land. Maybe a false peace will occur, but will only last a short period of time and will be produced so as to achieve some concrete goal, such as achieving Step #3 of the New Jerusalem Covenant Project [Read NEWS1529]. After this goal has been achieved war will break out again, thus fulfilling the prophecy "by peace he [Antichrist] shall destroy many." [Daniel 8:25]
Story #2 -- "Bombers pound Taliban positions", p. A-1. "With relentless bombing and the checkmate positioning of their military forces around Kandahar, the U.S. and sympathetic Afghan forces continued yesterday to send the Taliban's besieged defenders the message that surrender is the only way out of an otherwise hopeless plight."
Story #2 Bible prophecies fulfilled.
All nations called to Middle East; "I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat [Middle East] and there will I deal with and execute judgment upon them for their treatment of My people, Israel." [Joel 3:2] What kind of judgment does God have in mind? Listen: "Prepare war!"
The reason the U.S. is moving massive military forces into the Middle East at this time is because of this prophecy in Joel, Chapter 3. God is calling ALL nations to the Middle East, just as He said repeatedly throughout this entire chapter. In all the wars Israel has fought since 1948, the U.S. never had to commit forces to action in the Middle East. We entered the Middle East in the Gulf War, 1991, but then removed the major part of our forces. When Bush committed our forces to Afghanistan, he began to fulfill End Times prophecy. Now that he is talking of attacking other Arab countries, he is about to continue to fulfill these same prophecies even more.
Story #3 -- "Police first had to find out: Was school plot for real? The investigation of rumors about a plan to kill teachers and students at New Bedford [Massachusetts] High School continued for several weeks before the police decided they had enough information to act. The rumor of a massacre at New Bedford High School surfaced in mid-October ... [they planned] snipers on the roofs or outside of the school ... all the doors being either set up with bombs or either chained up somehow ... the killers would meet at the second floor of the core, then start shooting. She'd shoot everyone in tan house, Eric McKeehan would shoot up blue ... when they finished shooting, they'd gather on the roof to drink and smoke pot, and maybe some LSD. Then, they would shoot each other." [P. A-1, 20]
This planned high school massacre was to be modeled after the Columbine High School massacre, which took place on April 20, 1999. April 20 every year falls into the 13-day Satanic celebration called the "Blood Sacrifice to the Beast " [Read NEWS1347] for full details, and then read NEWS1271 for national morality discussion.
Story #3 Bible prophecies being fulfilled:
1) "... in the last days shall come perilous times of great stress and trouble [hard to deal with and hard to bear]. For people will be lovers of self and utterly self-centered ... proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters. They will be abusive, (blasphemous, scoffing) ... ungrateful, unholy, and profane. They will be without natural human affection, callous and inhuman, relentless (admitting of no truce or appeasement; they will be slanderers, (false accusers, troublemakers, intemperate, and loose in morals, and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good. They will be treacherous betrayers, rash, and inflated with self-conceit. They will be lovers of sensual pleasures ..." [Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary]
Truly, this Scripture perfectly, exactly, and precisely describes these high school students, who called themselves the "Trench Coat Mafia", just as the Satanic killers at Columbine High School called themselves!
2) "And at the latter end ... a king of fierce countenance and understanding dark sentences and craftiness shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power ... he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand ..." [Daniel 8:23-25] This is a perfect description of a Black Magick Witch. Antichrist is going to be a practitioner of Black Magick Witchcraft. Therefore, we can expect all Satanists at the End of the Age will be closely following the Spirit of Antichrist, who will lead them into Black Magick Witchcraft. On page A-21, the police reported that one of the Trench Coat Mafia plotters had a sign in his room which said, "I hate the world, Everyone must die, Kill Everyone". These are the attitudes of a Black Magick practitioner.
At the End of the Age, we should expect Black Magick Witchcraft to explode in popularity, both in average followers and in the leaders of the time. We are seeing such Witchcraft in numbers such as this, but we are also seeing it in our current leader, George W. Bush, who is an adept in the Black Magic secret society, Skull & Bones. This age is truly one of a glorification of Black Magick Witchcraft. Harry Potter is popular for the very same reason, for it teaches Black Magick Witchcraft very, very well. But, that is part of another story.
Story #4 -- "Anthrax probe turns to labs with U.S. ties: Investigators are considering the possibility that someone in the government research network is behind the deaths of five victims." [P. A-1]
Story #4 Bible prophecies being fulfilled -- 1) "There will be ... pestilences (plagues: malignant and contagious or infectious epidemic diseases which are deadly and devastating) ... and there will be signs of terror ..." [Luke 21:11; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary].
Did you catch that phrase, "there will be signs of terror"! Is it any wonder we are fighting a war against global terrorism? Your Daily News is truly full of Bible prophecy being fulfilled.
2) "So I looked, and behold, an ashy pale horse [black and blue as if made so by bruising] and its rider's name is Death, and Hades (the realm of the dead) followed him closely. And they were given authority and power over a fourth part of the earth [25%] to kill with the sword and with famine, and with plague (pestilence, disease) ..." [Revelation 6:8, Parallel Bible]
In this global war on terror, we should not be surprised that one of the evils we are fighting is pestilence. Further, we are now hearing of a truly deadly disease on the horizon, Smallpox , which has the potential to kill tens of millions. Biological Warfare labs of the United States, Russia, China, Iraq, and other nations, have produced the capacity of deadly stocks that can kill one-fourth of mankind. Deadly pestilence seems to be just appearing on the horizon.
Story #5 -- "Bush seeks to expand surveillance powers: In response to terrorism, the administration again wants to broaden domestic intelligence gathering", p. A-3. "The Bush Administration is asking Congress for a second major expansion of federal surveillance powers, which legal experts say would radically change laws that have long protected the rights of Americans. A Justice Department proposal would eliminate the chief legal safeguard in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). A CIA proposal seeks legal authority to gather telephone and Internet records from domestic communication companies ... for a larger and more powerful domestic intelligence-gathering system."
This proposal will send CIA and FBI agents against American citizens, as they set up a KGB-type domestic police force that will keep the people suppressed. Technical advances have proceeded to the point where citizens can be controlled to a degree never before seen in history. Electronic retail has proceeded to the point where people can be forced to buy without cash, using a national I.D. Card, already in use in some countries. The following Bible prophecy depicts several facets of the tight control of Antichrist.
"Also he compels all [alike], both small and great, both the rich and the poor, both free and slave, to be marked with an inscription on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that no one will have the power to buy or sell unless he bears the mark of the name of the beast, or the number of his name ... the number of the beast is a human number; his number is ... '666'." [Revelation 13:16-18]
This prophecy not only tells us about the Mark of the Beast fashioned after a '666', but it also tells us that the Kingdom of Antichrist will be a terrible, and terribly effective, absolute dictatorship. Not only can this government closely control every person on earth economically, but the government can also tightly control each citizen very, very closely. Surveillance will be so tight that no citizen will be allowed to buy or sell anything anywhere unless he accepted the Mark of the Beast. Tight individual surveillance is an absolute requirement in the government of Antichrist. Therefore, we should not surprised to learn that technical surveillance is so very precise today, and that the Bush Administration wants to dramatically tighten the screws down in the surveillance of citizens; and, believe me, the individual American citizen is the real goal of this entire effort!
Opposite thinking skills are absolutely required now [Read NEWS1558 for full details].
Story #6 -- "New Jersey post office begins to deliver sanitized mail", p. A-24.
"HAMILTON, N.J. -- Mail sterilized by radiation was delivered yesterday from a post office that was closed for more than a month after investigators found that anthrax-tainted letters had passed through it ... Some postal customers were wary of the bagged mail. Hamilton resident Nick Commiso said he wouldn't open it. 'I don't trust anybody now'."
Story #6 Bible Prophecies Fulfilled -- "There will be ... pestilences (plagues: malignant and contagious or infectious epidemic diseases which are deadly and devastating) ... and there will be signs of terror ..." [Luke 21:11; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary].
As we stated in Story #4, above, deadly pestilences are most definitely part of God's judgments in the Kingdom of Antichrist. If we are as close to the appearance of Antichrist as we think we are, then we should be seeing stories of deadly pestilence on the horizon. We should expect to see numerous instances where deadly diseases are either beginning to develop or are developed but are increasing. Further, we will see diseases coming that have the potential to wipe out huge numbers of people almost overnight -- like Smallpox. Watch these stories increasing in frequency and in terrible believability.
Story #7 -- "Harry has the magic to thwart real evil", by Catherine Newton, Knight Ridder Newspaper, Culture Section,
"He is 11 years old ... Plenty of courage. Not a bad mind, either. There's talent, oh my goodness, yes -- and a nice thirst to prove himself, too. He could be great, It's all there in his head. He is Harry Potter, of course. He is also, less obviously, my son, Jack. One day, his life changes ... He is, again, Harry Potter. He is, maybe, your child, too ..."
"A funny thing happened on the way to the film version of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone . Suddenly, I began to sense that Harry was living in my son's room. Or, actually, may it was in my daughter's room. [She then recounts how her daughter loves Harry so much she emulates him in play dress and fantasy role-playing] ..."
"In the back of my mind, I'm thinking that Harry Potter is one of the best antidotes we can find right now to the anxieties of living in America at war."
Story #7 prophecies being fulfilled -- "... the whole earth went after the beast in amazement and admiration. They fell down and paid homage [worshipped] the dragon [Satan] because he bestowed on the beast [Antichrist] all his dominion and authority; they also praised and worshipped the beast, exclaiming, "Who is a match for the beast ..."? [Rev 13:3b-4]
What, you might ask, is the connection between Harry Potter and this prophecy in Revelation 13, quoted above? The beast is Antichrist, and his religion is Black Magick Witchcraft. In Harry Potter, we find that Harry is continuously drawn to Black Magick Witchcraft; Harry fights so much against it, and against Black Magick Wizard, Lord Voldemort, that the reader becomes thoroughly familiar with the Black Arts. Turn with me to Daniel 8:23-25, and we discover that the religion of Antichrist is Black Magick Witchcraft. Listen to this Biblical definition of the religion of Antichrist, noting that the Bible perfectly describes the Black Arts.
"At and the latter end of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached the fullness of their wickedness ... a king of fierce countenance and understanding dark sentences and craftiness shall stand up. And his power shall be mighty but not by his own power; and he shall destroy astonishingly and do his own pleasure ..." [Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified]
An accomplished Black Magick Wizard will have a brooding look about his face, a "fierce countenance ". One cannot spend as much time in contact with the demonic host as a Black Magick Witch and not take on this fearful countenance on his face. Adolf Hitler is an excellent case in point. His countenance was extremely evil and dark, and "fierce".
"Understanding dark sentences " refers to the many, and the complicated, rituals by which a Black Magick Witch or Wizard employs to bring the power of the demonic host into this realm in order to deliver the supernatural power where the wizard wants it delivered. This is the essence of Witchcraft and Wizardry -- they believe they can force the demonic host to do their bidding if they can learn, and execute, the details of the right ritual. We are told here that Antichrist will "understand dark sentences", which means he really and truly understands the rituals and can execute them correctly. In New Age writings, we read where Antichrist will be the highest Adept in world history.
Harry Potter has gotten the masses of the children so excited about White and Black Magick Witchcraft that they will certainly find a lot in common with Antichrist when he arises. New Age authors uniformly state that Antichrist cannot arise until and unless a "substantial proportion" of the population has been pre-conditioned to accept him. Harry Potter is that pre-conditioning, and it is not a stretch of the imagination at all to think these kids will rush after Antichrist in "admiration" and "amazement", saying "Who is a match for the Beast"?
Potter will have pre-conditioned them. With all the global signs pointing to the soon appearance of Antichrist, I look upon Harry Potter as another powerful confirmation that the end is really close. The children of this current generation are the last group to be drawn into the power of the occult. Their parents and grandparents have largely been exposed to enough of the values of Satanism through Rock Music, TV shows, Movies, video games, role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, and comic books, that they are sufficiently pre-conditioned. But, the children have remained largely untouched.
Until now. Until Harry Potter.
Story #8 -- "Senate Building flooded with gas to kill anthrax spores", p. A25.
"Workers wearing protective suits and air tanks pumped poisonous gas into a Senate building contaminated with anthrax in a cleanup yesterday intended to make it possible to reopen shuttered offices."
When American seats of government are successfully penetrated and attacked by a disease as potentially threatening as Anthrax, it sends a chill of fear up the spines of many an American citizen.
Story #8 - Prophecies fulfilled -- 1) All the prophecies listed for Story #4, above; 2) "Men's hearts failing them for fear." [Luke 21:26] The Amplified rendering is very interesting: "Men swooning away or expiring with fear and dread and apprehension and expectation of the things that are coming on the world ..."
Isn't this the likely scenario when either Anthrax or Smallpox hits our cities with full force? Enough Americans have panicked already with only a handful of deaths to Anthrax that if the outbreak were truly large, and the numbers truly significant, our citizens would act just like this -- "swooning away", "expiring with fear and dread and apprehension and expectation of the things that are coming ..."
Story #9 -- "Rift over civil liberties widens for Ashcroft, Leahy", page A-18.
"In a series of letters, blunt interviews, chilly phone calls, and formal committee hearings, Leahy has demanded that Ashcroft explain and defend the sweeping police, detention and prosecutorial powers assumed by the administration in recent weeks. In an interview, Leahy, a former prosecutor from Vermont ... said, '... first and foremost, as an American, I want to be protected from terrorism. But I want it done in a way that does not diminish the basic protections of the Constitution'."
Jesus seemed to foretell that terror would be part of the "signs" by which His people would know the End of the Age was near. Listen: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, there will be might and violent earthquakes in various places, famines, and ... infectious epidemic diseases which are deadly and devastating, and there will be sights of terror ..." [Luke 21:10-11; Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified]
Let us repeat the pertinent phrase for you: "... there will be sights of terror ..." Is it any wonder the Illuminati chose "terror" and those who commit it -- terrorists -- as the "artificial threat" by which to bring humanity into the Kingdom of Antichrist, a.k.a., the New World Order? How many of us cringed in terror when we saw the World Trade Center twin towers and the Pentagon being attacked, with such great terror and loss of life? Jesus foretold exactly this is one of the signs of the End of the Age.
Truly, it is no wonder the Illuminati chose terror to be their "artificial threat by which they would unite humanity in a one-world government they call the New World Order". [Bill Cooper, Behold A Pale Horse, p. 27].
As God said, "For God has put it into their hearts to carry out His own purpose by acting in harmony in surrendering their royal power and authority to the beast, until the prophetic words, intentions, and promises, of God shall be fulfilled." [Revelation 17:17]
Jesus further tells us in Revelation 6:1-2 that the first major prophecy to be fulfilled is the appearance of Antichrist. The term, "New World Order" literally means the "Kingdom of the Christ" in occult usage.
This is the final End Game being played out here, and you can see it in your Daily News!
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, but have been very lukewarm in your spiritual walk with Him, you need to immediately ask Him for forgiveness and for renewal. He will instantly forgive you, and fill your heart with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Then, you need to begin a daily walk of prayer and personal Bible Study.
If you have never accepted Jesus Christ as Savior, but have come to realize His reality and the approaching End of the Age, and want to accept His FREE Gift of Eternal Life, you can also do so now, in the privacy of your home. Once you accept Him as Savior, you are spiritually Born Again, and are as assured of Heaven as if you were already there. Then, you can rest assured that the Kingdom of Antichrist will not touch you spiritually.
