NEWS BRIEF:  "Clinton says NATO achieved it goals in Kosovo", Excite News, June 10, 1999, Reuters News.

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Clinton Thursday welcomed the suspension of NATO's air war against Yugoslavia, saying the alliance had achieved its goals but is ready to resume the bombing if Yugoslavia fails to meet its commitments. 'We now have a moment of hope...and we have to finish the job and build the peace,' Clinton told reporters at the White House."

"Clinton said the air campaign succeeded in forcing Yugoslavia to agree to withdraw its troops from Kosovo, allow the entry of an international peacekeeping force , and permit ethnic Albanian refugees expelled from the province to return." [Emphasis added] 

In NEWS1270, we reported the shocking news that a 1952 Illuminati Plan divided all the nations of the world into areas of police/military patrol, after the global dictatorship has been established.  In other words, this plan is planned to take effect after Antichrist has successfully appeared and after he has formally established the New World Order. 

Americans were given six (6) areas of the world to patrol, one of which was the Balkans, Yugoslavia, Greece, Bulgaria, and Romania.  Of course, Serbia was part of Yugoslavia in 1952!  Therefore, this war was designed to get American troops on the ground in this region of Europe .  In staging the war against Serbia, NATO -- of which American troops are a part -- had to be allowed to go into the countries surrounding Serbia.  Thus, American troops, and NATO troops, are now in precisely this area of the world simply and only because of this war.  Clinton, in the above quote, succinctly uttered the goal of this plan!

As we have speculated in NEWS1289, "American troops now acting as Police in Serbia, exactly as 1952 Illuminati Plan Called For", that over a period of time, NATO troops might leave the area, "forcing" President Clinton to replace the Europeans with Americans.  We shall have to wait until the fullness of time has accomplished its work to see how this part of the Scenario plays out.

For this moment, however, it is sufficient to point out that Clinton reiterated the goal of the 1952 plan, to get troops on the ground in this region.  Listen to Clinton's exact words:  ".. the air campaign succeeded in forcing Yugoslavia to agree to withdraw its troops from Kosovo, allow the entry of an international peacekeeping force ..." 

"Allow the entry of an international peacekeeping force ".  That was the key goal of this war, and it has been achieved.  American troops are on the ground and they are acting as police, keeping the peace by disarming both Serbian and Albanian sides in this conflict.  A precedent has been set, that NATO [U.N.] can unilaterally intervene in the affairs of a sovereign nation, and can, among other things, disarm the people.  Today, Serbia; tomorrow, the United States.  This is the Plan!

Pay attention, because the troops that forcibly take American arms away will be Russian, Irish, Chinese, Belgian, Colombian, and Venezuelan.  These troops will be the best trained possible and they will be brutal.  So, pay attention to the news reports from Serbia now, visualizing it will be even more violent and brutal in the United States when these foreign troops will be taking our guns away.

Why won't we be defended by indigenous American forces?  They will all be out of the country, serving in one of these six designated areas and/or tied down in simultaneous planned conflicts around the world.  Time is really getting very short.

Now, let us return to our feature story.

"Clinton also said the NATO alliance had emerged from the conflict stronger and more united, relations with Russia had been strengthened and violence had been prevented from spreading through the Balkans. NATO will renew the air campaign if Yugoslavia fails to follow through on its commitments to pull its troops from Kosovo within 11 days from Wednesday, he said. 'The NATO air campaign is suspended. It is not formally terminated, and (NATO) Secretary-General (Javier) Solana retains the authority to resume strikes if Serbia violates its commitments,' he said."

The key phrase we want you to understand is:  "(NATO) Secretary-General (Javier) Solana retains the authority to resume strikes if Serbia violates its commitments,' ".   

Let me hear that revealing statement again:

"NATO ...retains the authority ..."

So, our first question is answered; President Clinton has surrendered American sovereignty to NATO. 

But, why should we be surprised?  In 1990-1991, President George Bush would not send American forces into combat in the Gulf War until he had obtained the approval of the United Nations.  Bush acted as though he had no inherent authority as a sovereign leader to combat Iraq.  Rather, he could only attack Iraq on the basis of United Nations' resolutions.  Each part of the Gulf War was fought on the basis of some U.N. resolution, and when Bush called American forces off of Saddam Hussein less than 48 hours before we would have taken Baghdad, Bush defended his action by appealing to the United Nations resolutions which just stipulated that the U.N. was going to free Kuwait.  Therefore, Skull & Bones George Bush let the 33rd Degree Arabian Freemason, Saddam Hussein, off the hook, when American forces could have had him in custody in less than 48 hours.  Think of all the aggravation the Middle East would have been spared had Bush let our forces remove Hussein from power, by physically conquering his nation and his capital!

I well remember when Clinton dispatched those 24 American Apache helicopters as requested by the American general, he had to ask the other 19 NATO leaders for their approval in sending these helicopters!  Even though these Apaches were American, and under American command, Clinton did not have the authority to order them sent to the front of the battle lines.  Or, to be more precise, Clinton chose to cede his authority to NATO.

This momentous event did not trigger massive demonstrations in the streets, as it would have just 100 years ago, nor did it trigger any significant outpouring from the Conservatives who are very, very sensitive to the planned transfer of American sovereignty [indeed, all national sovereignty].  It seems as though most Americans feel that the Europeans are enough like Americans that it does not hurt for us to not act unless it is authorized by our European allies.  After all, NATO heroically stood against the Russian threat, the Warsaw Pact threat, for 40 successful years.

During the entire 78 days of the air war against Serbia, I noticed that all the NATO press briefings were done by military personnel that were decidedly not American.  You could tell instantly by their stilted English spoken with a significant accent and with significant difficulty.  British officers were the most understandable even though no one could miss their distinctive accent.  However, Clinton had it right:

"NATO ...retains the authority ..."

The reason most Americans who are totally opposed to the United Nations do not complain about NATO is that they do not realize NATO IS the United Nations!  What, you say?  NATO was founded after the U.N. and for the express purpose of deterring Russian invasion of Western Europe!  NATO has nothing to do with the United Nations, or so you think! 

To see the fallacy of this idea, let us turn to the founding document of NATO. We will quote only excerpts, but you can read, and download, the entire document at http://www.homelandsecuritydegree.com/resources/the-north-atlantic-treaty/.  When we quote the relevant portions, notice how NATO consistently positions the United Nations as the superior organization, and the one to whom NATO is subservient.

The North Atlantic Treaty

Washington D.C. - 4 April 1949

Quote #1 -- NATO Preamble -- "The Parties to this Treaty reaffirm their faith in the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations and their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all governments. They are determined to safeguard the freedom, common heritage and civilisation of their peoples, founded on the principles of democracy, individual liberty and the rule of law. They seek to promote stability and well-being in the North Atlantic area.  They are resolved to unite their efforts for collective defence and for the preservation of peace and security. They therefore agree to this North Atlantic Treaty :

Quote #2 -- Article 1 -- "The Parties undertake, as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, to settle any international dispute in which they may be involved by peaceful means in such a manner that international peace and security and justice are not endangered, and to refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.

Quote #3 -- Article 5 -- " The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area. Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security (1)."

Quote #4 -- Article 7 -- "This Treaty does not affect, and shall not be interpreted as affecting in any way the rights and obligations under the Charter of the Parties which are members of the United Nations, or the primary responsibility of the Security Council for the maintenance of international peace and security."

Quote #5  -- Article 12 -- "After the Treaty has been in force for ten years, or at any time thereafter, the Parties shall, if any of them so requests, consult together for the purpose of reviewing the Treaty, having regard for the factors then affecting peace and security in the North Atlantic area, including the development of universal as well as regional arrangements under the Charter of the United Nations for the maintenance of international peace and security."

We have taken the liberty of printing every mention of the United Nations and/or Security Council in bold red so you can easily see how dependent NATO is upon the United Nations to establish its legitimacy, its line of authority, and its subservience to the United Nations.  

The simple fact of the matter is:  NATO IS the United Nations.  An American who objects to being under the command of a United Nations' officer, but allows himself to serve under a NATO officer, is just kidding himself.  Serving under a NATO command is identical to serving under a United Nations' command.  There is no difference whatsoever.

But, leaders of the Illuminati [including President Clinton] know that there is a huge difference in perception.  Americans simply do not understand that NATO is simply a subservient organization to the United Nations.  Therefore, after Americans like Michael New objected vociferously to serving under U.N. command and donning U.N. Blue helmets and riding in white and blue vehicles.  Almost immediately, American leaders pronounced that Americans would not be serving under U.N. command.

However, plans were laid for "cooperation" with NATO forces, culminating in this war in Serbia over Kosovo.  European NATO commanders had authority over U.S. forces, even as President Clinton admitted, above.

Do not be deceived: the plans for the world to be ruled by a One-World Government are still on target, and the United Nations will be the government of Antichrist.  These plans call for the establishment of several global organizations, all of which will be under the operating structure of the United Nations, and under the personal leadership of the Antichrist.  These are the four [4] major One-World organizations planned:

1.  One-World Government -- United Nations, ultimately under the personal control of Antichrist.

2.  One-World Economy -- Controlled by Antichrist through the major business leaders of the world

3.  One-World Religion -- At first, this global Ecumenical religion will be led by the Roman Catholic Pope -- the False Prophet -- as the plans of the New World Order dictate [See NEWS1052 for full details].  But, then, Biblical prophecy is quite clear that Antichrist will turn on the False Religious Prophet and kill him and his church quite dead [Revelation 17:15-18].

4.  One-World Military -- Only the United Nations, and its leader Antichrist, are to possess overwhelming nuclear force.  The militaries of the United States and her NATO allies possess such overwhelming force today that, if that technology, the modern arms, and the men who command them, were to be transferred to the United Nations, no military force on earth could stand up to them.  The key is to transfer entire units to the United Nations -- men, arms, munitions. 

If the United Nations had invaded this sovereign nation, Serbia, instead of NATO, several millions of Americans would have recognized this power grab to be global in scope and would have protested so mightily that Clinton and Congress would have been forced to back down.  But, because NATO has been so revered over the past 5 decades, and has never been as militantly anti-American as has the United Nations, most Americans cannot see the connection between NATO and the U.N. For Clinton to say, "NATO ... retains ... authority", he is really saying, "The United Nations ... retains ... authority ."

We reiterate:  NATO was established from the beginning as a subservient organization to the United Nations.  For all practical purposes, NATO and the United Nations are identical.  Therefore, NATO did not attack Serbia, the United Nations attacked Serbia.  The United Nations has attacked and destroyed its first sovereign nation.  Once the principle has been set that the "International Community" can attack and destroy sovereign states with impunity, the world has moved a whole lot closer to the global kingdom of Antichrist.

We are at this point now, and it happened in your daily news.  The peoples of the world have been conditioned to accept as principle that the United Nations can attack and destroy a sovereign nation, at least for "humanitarian" reasons, and certainly as a "will of the International Community".  The time is coming quickly when the "will of the International Community" will be to land foreign troops on American soil, to patrol the regions of this country as outlined in NEWS1270.  American organized units will be out of the country, patrolling the regions assigned to them or tied down in the Middle East or Korea fighting the planned crises there.

We are a whole lot closer to the Kingdom of Antichrist as a direct result of this war against Serbia.  This is the bottom line significance of this war.

Let us finish with an examination of the plan to make the United Nations omnipotent.

Two Steps:

1.  Disarm the individual sovereign nation-states.  "In the preparatory period for the new world order there will be a steady and regulated disarmament.  It will not be optional.  No nation will be permitted to produce and organise any equipment for destructive purposes ..." [Externalisation of the Hierarchy , Demon Master D.K., writing through Alice A. Bailey, p. 191, September, 1938]

2.  "The atomic bomb does not belong to the three nations who perfected it and who own the secrets at present -- the United States of America, Great Britain and Canada.  It belongs to the United Nations for use ... or for threatened use when aggressive action on the part of any nation rears its ugly head." [Externalisation of the Hierarchy , Demon Master D.K., writing through Alice A. Bailey, p. 548, April-May, 1946; Emphasis added]

Never, ever forget that the planned end result of all this steady movement toward the One-World government of United Nations is that it will own a monopoly, not only on military force, but on owning and using the atomic bomb!  The United Nations plans on using the atomic bomb once it is the only one who possesses it.  Now, how do you feel about the United Nations?

But, the Bible foretold this a long, long time ago at the End of the Age.  Let us allow God to have the last say in this entire sorry subject. [All Scripture quoted is taken from the Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Commentary ]

1.  Revelation 6:2 -- "And I looked, and saw there a white horse [coming out of heaven] whose rider carried a bow.  And a crown was given him and he rode forth conquering and to conquer." This is Antichrist, riding forth to conquer with diplomacy, just as the New World Order Plan envisions.

Revelation 6:3-4 -- "And another horse came out, flaming red.  And its rider was empowered to take the peace from the earth, so that men slaughtered one another; and he was given a huge sword." Immediately after Antichrist arises and starts to convince people he is god, through his many deceitful signs and wonders, war will break out, and men will begin to slaughter one another, using a HUGE sword .  I believe this huge sword is at least nuclear weapons, if not a full range of unconventional weapons.

2.  Daniel 7:7-8 -- "After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrible, powerful, and dreadful, and exceedingly strong; and it had great iron teeth; it devoured and crushed, and trampled what was left with its feet.  And it was different from all the beasts that came before it, and it had ten horns [symbolizing ten kings].  I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots ..."  This other horn, a little one, is Antichrist. 

This verse gives us the only sequence of events upon which we can depend concerning what will occur just before and after Antichrist arises.  We see that the immediate precursor to Antichrist arising is the reorganization of the world into 10 super nation states, each one with a leader.  Did you know the the world was reorganized into 10 super economic nations from 1992-1996?  NAFTA is Nation #1 in this reorganization plan!  [Read NEWS1002 for full details]

Now that the 10 super nations have been formed, the next event for which we should be looking is the appearance of Antichrist.  This goal is also the #1 goal of the New World Order Plan.

Then, immediately following the appearance of Antichrist, we see that three (3) of the original 10 super nations are totally and completely destroyed.  We can see, from Revelation 6:3-4, that the rider of the Red Horse of War was empowered by God to destroy -- to slaughter -- men with a huge sword [nuclear and other unconventional weapons].  God's judgment will finally have begun to fall.

3.  Joel 2:30-31 -- "And I will show signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke.  The sun shall be turned to darkness and the moon to blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord comes." This is a perfect description of nuclear explosions, resulting in "signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth", creating huge columns of white smoke.  The "great and terrible day of the Lord" in this verse is the Great Tribulation, so God is foretelling that the advent of the nuclear weapon will precede the coming of the Great Tribulation and its Antichrist.  Sure enough, in 1945, the nuclear weapon was first tested and immediately used.

God has given us a large number of other verses which foretell huge slaughter through war, using terrible weapons of mass destruction.  In fact, if you were to systematically add up all the numbers of people killed in the Tribulation described in Revelation, you would come to two-thirds, exactly the proportion the New World Order Plan envisions killing in their coming "cleansing of the earth"!

Truly, the End of the Age is upon us, as the world rushes to the foretold One-World government of Antichrist.  NATO is nothing more, nor less, than a subservient organization to the United Nations.  When NATO attacked, and destroyed, the sovereign nation of Serbia, it was really the United Nations taking that action.  We have set a precedent now, that the "International Community of Nations" [United Nations] can attack whomever they will.  The end is truly is sight.

This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
