THE CUTTING EDGE
We feel the need to break with the normal practice of giving the news first, simply because if you are aware of the applicable Scriptural prophecy, you will be more able to fully understand how President Clinton has taken the action which just might fulfill this prophecy. Let us study this applicable prophecy.
In Revelation 9:13, we see God initiate the Sixth Trumpet Judgment, a war that kills one-third of mankind. " And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them."
In this judgment, God liberates four particularly powerful demonic angels that had been bound at the great river, Euphrates, possibly since the Tower of Babel incident so many centuries ago. These angels then lead an immense army of "horsemen" numbering 200 million men! The only nation on Earth capable of fielding such an army is Communist China. Her total population is now over one billion people, so it is conceivable that she could field an army equal to 20% of her total population. However, for the past two decades, China has been enforcing the Draconian requirement that each newly married couple has only one child. Since the Chinese place a far greater premium on having a male baby rather than a female, Chinese couples by the tens of millions have been killing their female babies, so they can have a male baby later on. This terrible tragedy has created an imbalance in the population where males outnumber females by a large degree. God has created the situation in China where she could field an army of 200,000,000 men. In fact, when I was stationed in Okinawa during the Vietnam War, in Intelligence, I was told that the Communist Chinese army, combined with their Militia, was almost 200 million men! Today, two decades later, they certainly have that large of an armed forces.
Jesus then provides us with another clue as to the identity of this mighty army. In Revelation 16:12, we read, " And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared." In this Sixth Vial Judgment, we see that the mighty river Euphrates was dried up so that the "kings of the east" might travel over it easily on their way to surround Jerusalem. In the next verse, we see that these kings, and other kings of the world, are guided to gather their troops in the Holy Land by demonic spirits. " And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty." [Revelation 16:13-14]
Of course, this battle of God Almighty is the Battle of Armageddon, as Jesus reveals in verse 16. Many Bible scholars believe that the army of the Kings of the East coming across the Euphrates is the same mighty army of 200 million men, as described in Revelation 9:13-16. Certainly, in this account in chapter 9, the demonic angels whom God releases go forth to guide this mighty army. It seems logical that this mighty army of 200 million men might be the Chinese Army.
But, now, let us read further in Revelation 9, to see a most interesting description of this mighty army. "And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt." [Rev 9:17-19]
In other words, this 200 million man army will be well equipped with weapons of mass destruction. We consider weapons of mass destruction to be of three (3) types: nuclear, chemical, and biological. This unbelievable army, comprised of an unprecedented number of men, will possess the firepower capable of killing one-third of all the inhabitants of the Earth!
If we understand that this army from the East, totaling 200,000,000 men, is Chinese, then let us look at the difficult passage in Revelation 9:17-19. We are told that the riders of these "horses" wore breastplates of "fire, jacinth, and brimstone", we have to ask ourselves what kind of colors would this be?
"Fire" ranges from yellow to bright red, and usually shades in between
"Jacinth" is defined in the dictionary as being "Reddish Orange"
"Brimstone" is defined as being "Bright Yellow"
If you have viewed Chinese art, you will discover that these very colors are used abundantly! These colors are traditional Chinese colors.
Then, we read that the power to destroy one-third of all mankind comes from both the "mouth" and the "tail". Leaving aside, for a moment, the difficulty of describing these riders as riding "horses", I submit to you that modern tanks, armored carriers, and artillery fire their projectiles, or missiles, primarily from their "mouths", but other weapons fire from the rear, from their "tails". If you have ever seen a helicopter or an airplane fire missiles from underneath, the plume of the missile trail makes it appear as if the missile has come from the rear.
If this Chinese Army, marching from the East, were equipped with weapons of mass destruction, i.e., nuclear, chemical, and biological, they could easily kill tens of millions of people on their way to Israel. Remember, modern weaponry has tactical shells and missiles of all three of these weapons of mass destruction.

Thus, we can see that Bible prophecy foresees a very clear role for China in the Great Tribulation events. However, China has always had the problem that its huge army has been equipped with obsolete military equipment [See NEWS1114, "Clinton's Dealings With China"] In this article, we show how President Clinton has been leading the charge to allow American businesses do enormous military business with China. Literally, we have been selling them high technology with which they can build up their forces so that they could annihilate one-third of mankind as they march from China to the Middle East.
Now, we want to update you on further developments that will build up China's arsenal even further. In NEWS1114, we reported that China had come a long way in the past decade in upgrading her armed forces. She even has nuclear warheads, which would be very frightening except for the fact that she does not have the missile guidance technology that would allow her to efficiently deliver these warheads. Until now, that is. Until President Clinton went out of his way to deliver this technology. That is the essence of the Daily News story we wish to share with you in this article.
"On April 4, 1998, The New York Times reported that a Federal grand jury was investigating whether two U.S. companies, Loral Space and Electronic and Hughes Electronic, illegally gave space expertise to China that significantly advanced Beijing's ballistic-missile programs.
But the reporters, Jeff Gerth and Raymond Bonner, wrote that while the inquiry was under way Mr. Clinton dealt it a serious blow by quietly approving export to China of similar technology by one of the companies under investigation -- Loral." [http://www.nytimes.com/comment/]
Despite the fact that Clinton himself has issued repeated pronouncements, warning against the dangers of nuclear proliferation, including a 1994 announcement that this danger was so great as to constitute a "crisis", President Clinton issued an Executive Order that allowed Loral to sell this extremely dangerous technology to China. Remember our earlier statement that China lacked the sophisticated missile guidance technology to accurately guide their nuclear warheads to their targets, especially long range targets? Listen to this N.Y. Times' report, as it continues.
" The sales, made and planned, permit China to lengthen the range of its missiles and sharpen their accuracy." [Ibid]
In other words, Clinton has just sold China the technology that will allow her armed forces to destroy our friends and allies in the Southeast Asia region, including Japan, China's historic enemy! We have also placed the entire Indian Subcontinent under threat of nuclear annihilation! India's population alone is one billion people. One-third of the world's population would be two billion, since the current population of the world is 6 billion. However, this Chinese attack will occur after the Judgments of Revelation 6:8, where one-fourth of the population of the world is killed by war, disease, and famine. Therefore, at the time of this Chinese invasion, the population of the world will be something like 4.5 billion. One-third of that figure is 1.5 billion people. If China were to annihilate India on her march to the Middle East, she would have killed over 1 billion of the people God has prophesied she would kill.
You might naturally ask why the Clinton Administration could rationalize this action when natural reason and logic should have told him that this action was too full of danger to contemplate. The N.Y. Times addresses this question. " And the Administration offers no explanation why it is in American security interests to help China build missiles that will fly farther and hit more accurately. After all, a top Chinese general already has boasted they could pulverize Los Angeles." [Ibid.]
Now, let me get this all straight.
Now, let us return to the question as to how President Clinton could have taken these steps. He is supposed to be an American President; he is supposed to want to preserve the well-being, the health, and the wealth of America; and he has twice taken an oath of office in which he vows to defend the United States and the Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. Yet, here Clinton has taken action that seems to be insane. At the very least, his actions betray America to her enemies, who have sworn on many occasions to destroy us, as this quote from a Chinese General, above, clearly demonstrates. Even Rush Limbaugh was so bold as to say that Clinton's actions amount to "treason". Rush's exact words were, "If this action had occurred from someone who was lower ranking, say someone who had given these type of secrets to the enemy, he would have been arrested and jailed for treason." [Limbaugh Radio Program, Friday, April 11, 1998].
There are only several answers why President Clinton could betray America. Let us begin with Conventional Wisdom.
While some of this Conventional Wisdom makes sense on the surface, I have extreme difficulty believing that Clinton has taken these actions for any monetary consideration, either for himself or for the DNC. Everyone knows that it does little good to possess extreme wealth if you have set yourself up to be murdered by the people from whom you have gotten your wealth. No, I believe these actions are motivated by extreme ideology.
Let us now examine the Unconventional Wisdom that might explain this insane behavior.
But, now, let us look further into the dictionary definition of treason -- "The betrayal of one's own country by ... aiding its enemies." By this definition, President Clinton should be arrested and tried for treason, just as Rush Limbaugh suggested.
Therefore, President Clinton, like most other Presidents of the Twentieth Century, view the Communists as closet allies, not as enemies. They are all working from the same page in working out this Plan to produce the global government of the New Age Christ. While you may find this concept ludicrous, you must agree that Clinton's actions in providing these nuclear arms and the means by which to deliver them, makes sense once you accept this premise. In fact, Clinton's actions do not really make sense any other way.
One of the exciting parts of this study of the New World Order is the wonderful way in which these plans precisely fulfill Biblical End Times prophecy. These stories of Clinton aiding the Chinese Communist Government achieve the kind of nuclear capability that would allow her to destroy one-third of mankind seems to set the stage for China to fulfill this fearful prophecy. In fact, this is the one and only time in world history that China could possibly annihilate one-third of mankind!
Does the New World Order Plan envision such a Chinese intrusion into the Middle East? Yes. New World Order author, Peter Lemesurier, writes in "The Armageddon Script", that the Plan envisions the "Great Chinese" war near the end of the period leading up to the New World Order! Of course, this timing is precisely what the Bible foretells!
The End of the Age is clearly near, as this latest story reveals. Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your loved ones? This is the reason for this ministry, to enable you to first understand the peril facing you, and then help you develop strategies to warn and protect your loved ones. Once you have been thoroughly trained, you can also use your knowledge as a means to open the door of discussion with an unsaved person. I have been able to use it many times, and have seen people come to Jesus Christ as a result. These perilous times are also a time when we can reach many souls for Jesus Christ, making an eternal difference.
